This was the third time we had to take a vehicle to Hermans and they do a nice job but this time my van smelled like someone smoked in it with the windows up the whole time it was there. I had to drive 25 minutes home with the windows down so my four young sons didnt have to breath in the smell and my van still reeks. So disappointed!

This place told our warranty company that we dont get our oil change and that we werr 7,000 miles over our oil change! All was completely not true and i proved it to our warranty company and they said they only take the side of the repair company! FYI dont buy a car at the NICE CAE COMPANY in Ottawa Lake Mi!!! These 2 places are in ot together to get YOUR warranty voided on your car that you buy from them!!!
