I have had some of the best Drs I have experienced in many years. The assistants are always so kind and nice. I hated to hear Dr Ward is leaving. He has been an excellent dentist. I have much respect for him. Thank you sir for all the excellent care I have been given. Thank you for staying 2 hours late and spending 4 hours on me making sure my implants were all in and ready to go. This man was absolutely awesome. The folks at Fresh Dental have taken excellent care of me and my teeth with great consideration. Thank you all!!

The receptionist desk was very friendly. My son loved his xrays not a problem. The dentist was very nice.

Good place ! However if you are going for a check up/ X-ray/ consultation of what’s wrong with a tooth and you do not have insurance & it’s coming out of pocket this is not the place, they over charge !!! For my X-ray and consultation the total was $99 dollars which was a lot. I recently went to another dentist and for the same exact thing X-ray and consultation I was charge ONLY $30 !!!! Like I said save your money and look around for a dentist that fit you !!! Also pay with the exact money or pay with card, I gave the receptions $100 dollars bill and the total was $99 she looks at me and with an attitude she said “I don’t have change” I’m my head I was like “how is that my problem ?!?!” I wasn’t having is so I just told her to keep it. But now that I know better never aging

Despite me bringing my paperwork to the front desk during a staff meeting, 4 employees looked right at me and didnt say a word. Patients should feel as if they are valued. I was not; this is the ONLY reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5. The Dentist and hygienist were wonderful!

Not very pleased with staff members at the front desk. I paid $99 to get X-rays and set up a treatment plan for them to give me the price of how much it would cost to fix my teeth. Price was pretty high, understandable, I have a lot of work that needs to be done. I am going to get a second opinion elsewhere and went up there to have my x-rays and pictures sent over to another dentist. They claim I didnt take x-rays that they are not in their system. I told them yes, I did take x-rays I paid for them on my first visit. She said well there not in the system they only had outside pictures done available. I explained to them that I paid $99 for them to lose my X-rays? One of the front desk reps said, we dont lose stuff its gets put in our system and the system must of misplaced them or didnt get put in there.....front desk is very rude and not helpful at all...However, when I went for my exam on my first trip the dentist and the dental assistant were VERY sweet and helpful on explaining me what I need done. Gave me reassurance of my fear of getting my mouth worked on and explained what medicine they give to relax me.They need better desk workers who can handle not losing someones paperwork and x-rays....

We just recently started with Fresh Dental and I will sing their praises. My extremely anxious 8 year old had to have a procedure done and they were kind, caring and talked her through everything. She did not feel anything the entire time and was smiling the whole way through! If you are looking for a great Dentist, look no further!

This place is NOT kid friendly. This was my daughters first time to the dentist. She was very scared(she is 3)and he didn’t even try to talk with her or make her comfortable like other doctors do. They “claim” to make it comfortable for kids but they do not put in the effort. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Dental assistant did a good job with cleaning. Had to wait after that for quite awhile for the dentist to come in. Apparently he was pretty busy today but he took time to explain what he saw and that are no concerts this time.

I unfortunately didn’t want to write this, but I feel I can’t be the only one. I had went in March 3rd to get some work done. I was given a treatment plan. I asked for them to call me right after they talk to my insurance and see what I need to come up with after their portion is paid. I never received a call that week. No big deal, I’ll call Monday. I call Monday and I was told that they will call me back... again. I call my insurance Tuesday and ask if any calls were made on my behalf or claims and they said not at all, not one. I call back Tuesday and ask if someone could please call me back so we could talk about what in the world is going on because I’m in discomfort and I have a 5200$ treatment plan needing to be done. Nothing... not one call. I called them every-time and each time I was told someone would call me. My husband has been waiting on a call back for three weeks. This is two incidents with the same results. What’s so unfortunate is the dentist and the dental hygienist were absolutely professional and kind. I was excited to start this journey to a healthier mouth. My husband and I will not be returning. Not that it really matters, because others will and life will go on. I hope this was just a fluke and it doesn’t happen often if ever. Just upsetting it happen to us.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful, even when there was a small issue with a prescription. Everyone has done their best to make my young child feel less nervous, and theyve all been really good with kids, telling jokes, explaining everything in a way my child can understand, and all the staff Ive met have treated my child and me with respect. Ive had very good experiences with fresh dental so far.

Dr. Ward is an awesome dentist that believes in effective communication and beautiful smiles. Every time I visit, I have peace knowing he is going to do whats best for me. I can tell my dental goals and smile are a priority.

Yesterday I had some popcorn caught in between my teeth and i flossed and and brushed again and again til i thought it was out. It still hurt last night and so this morning I called to see when I could get in....can you be here in an hour?! Wow!! Come to find out I had jammed something in my gum where I couldnt see it. I dont know who was more relieved, me or Dr. Ward, to know it was an easy fix ! Thank you so much for taking such good care of and listening to me!! The staff is so nice! I highly recommend anyone needing a good dentist to give them a call!!

Dr. Schwartz was awesome in the procedure of putting the resin in my tooth. Doctor only had to numb me once & it was over before I knew anything.As for the Humana insurance foolishness, they wont start procedures unless they know theyre getting paid. I had to call my insurance to let the front desk clerk speak with them over speaker phone. Also, I had already called my insurance before I called Fresh Dental to make an appointment days ago. I had already explained this ordeal to the person. I said my insurance, who I think hates my guts for making me have to choose a plan thats near identical to the original but its without my doctor I have had for many years. The insurance card now has dental included. Last time I had dental on the original plan & they TOOK IT OFF. I hope the idiots at insurance companies that do this to people experience the same so theyll know how fun it is to go through ish like this.Fresh Dental doctors are stellar. It is just that darn front desk clerk pretending to be stupid. I know that I had spoken with that person over the phone before. I overheard my Humana insurance agent speaking with the other desk clerk. Humana kept insisting they would cover 2 feelings in teeth per year & they kept sending faxed copies of contradictory paperwork. I was so happy Fresh Dental clerk & Humana were on the phone talking. Things were seeming grim. They eventually came to the conclusion that I was going to be covered by my insurance.

Got me in faster than I expected. I had lost a filling, got it fixed the same day with little fuss and no pain. Explained every thing and answered any questions I had. Even got a next appointment in the next seven days.

I arrived 20 minutes early. Front desk was great. I saw only 1 other person in the waiting area. My appt time of 1000 came and went and more people arriving with very few going back. Finally 45 minutes after my appointment I asked about how much longer. I really wasnt given a direct answer. Since this was my first time there for a consult I asked if an hour behind was the norm. The staff almost laughed. They said it happens. I had to get back to work so I told them I was leaving. They girl asked if I wanted to reschedule but since I had no apologies for the wait I replied no. Extremely poor scheduling so who knows how good the other staff is. First impressions are everything.

This was my first visit to Fresh Dental because my insurance changed. I am so very pleased!! I was a bit apprehensive because I have used the same dentist for many years but they were not in my new network. I had a dental emergency and Fresh Dental got me in the same day even though they were busy & I was a new patient. The doctor and staff were so very kind & professional. The dentist (Dr. Ward) was very concerned about making sure I was not in pain which I was highly impressed with. You will be treated superbly with great care. I wanted to update this review because I was so HIGHLY IMPRESSED!!!!Everything happened over Christmas & New Year Holiday.Dr. Ward called & text multiple times to check on me. I was not doing real well & went back into the office & saw one of their other dentist since Dr Ward was away visiting his family for the holidays. This dentist referred me to an oral surgeon. When this information was given to Dr. Ward he contacted me immediately and flew back into Longview since he was out of town with his family for the holidays to take care of my situation personally so I didn’t have to wait the 2 weeks it was going to take to get into the other surgeon. You can’t expect more than this from a doctor. Since he did the surgery it has healed very well & he & Bridget whom I believe is the office manager (but not 100% certain) continued to check on me.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Ward and the staff @ Fresh Dental for all your dental needs. Mine was actually quite serious & he made sure I was very comfortable. I don’t even remember the surgery. So obviously I was VERY comfortable!!!Thank you Dr. Ward & Fresh Dental for doing such a fabulous job even with it being the holidays when most would have made someone wait. 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are nice here BUT THEY ALWAYS TAKE FOREVER! The dentist never comes in till 2 hours after the appointment time. They need to hire a few more dentist because this is ridiculous. They dont have any magazines or a TV so its very hard to keep kids sitting still in a chair waiting on the dentist to show up.

Whitney has been cleaning my sons teeth for several years and she is so kind and professional each time! The boys feel 100% comfortable with her and we are so thankful for Fresh dental. Dr. Ward is absolutely amazing with our kids and he keeps us laughing. Thank you for your hard work! 10/10 recommend

I had bounced around dentists for the past 3-4 years, but was having trouble finding one I liked. Also, I needed a crown (then covid hit) fast forward to a month later...Dr. Ward told me before starting the procedure that there is always a risk that the nerve will not be able to take it and it may die. Well, after several days of pain I called them back and they fit me in very quickly for an appointment. He shaved one of my teeth to see if that would help. He also told me to call him and give him updates to let him know if I was still hurting. Although it improved the pain, it was still there. I called a few days later and they got me in literally an hour later. Dr. Ward recommended a root canal because the nerve and the pain was not going to stop. Post root canal and NO PAIN! Dr. Ward was great! He tells you like it is and cares if it hurts. He is a bit busy and hurried in the office, but I never felt like I couldnt ask a question and he always took the time to answer me with more than just a short answer. Great dentist, great hygienists, prices were very reasonable. I feel they are truly trying to run an honest business. Im now a return customer!

Hands down the best dentist office! The whole staff is friendly and they know exactly what there doing. Very knowledgeable. I love when I go in they greet me by name and are always friendly and patient! Anytime I need to change my appointment time at the last minute or appointment day they are always willing to work with me.

Appointment was for routine cleaning, wait time after checking in was reasonable, tech who cleaned my teeth was great. Tech and dentist were both thorough and informative. The first time my crown fell out he looked at it and put it back in. This time he Refuses to put crown back in unless I pay 83,00 for an exray s we hen you can plainly see it just came unglued again ridiculous!

My appointment was at 10am. They finally call me back at 1045. The cleaning was first, then the xrays. It is 1140 & Dr has yet to come in to do his 2 minute oral exam. The staff is friendly but I just dont understand why it takes 2 hours?

I’ve been going for years and never had a problem before if anything I thought it was getting better than before. Today I had an appointment @8 (which they had decided to change from it being at 10:30 a day before the appointment) went inside around 7:37am because they supposedly open @7:30 no one was behind the counter, didn’t see staff well receptionist that i saw get there till maybe after 8 which is what time my appointment was. Someone got in before me even though I had arrived first, got in brushed it off thinking it would just be that.. the whole cleaning was done in maybe 15-20 mins if that, all was rushed they had told me no hygienists were available when they rescheduled me and that a doctor could do it, me thinking a doctor would do a much better job, i was wrong. They had students working which I’m all for it but the flossing was very harsh & no fluoride was applied on afterwards. My x-rays were not even looked at or done since they use to do them every time I went and that was my whole point of going because i wanted to get my wisdom teeth out, have a whole cavity that clearly no one cared about looking at. $60 is what i paid for someone to just brush my teeth that I could of done for free at home. They could of literally told me they didn’t have time to properly do my cleaning and check up, would of rather heard that instead of wasting my time.

(PLEASE READ) My child has been going here since hes been going to the dentist, hes screamed, cried and not liked it to no fault of their own, hes just been a fussy child to any dr type thats not his pediatrician. Let me tell you today, 11/17/2020 has stood out from all the rest, they went above and beyond to make him not scared, through Covid especially makes it even scarier for him with masks on at all times, so for everyone, literally everyone to go above and beyond for him warms my heart beyond measure. There was one that stood out above all others though, she actually got him to sit in the chair by himself, let her brush his teeth and let the hygienist put Fluoride on his teeth. There are not enough stars to rate this amazing business. Staff are extremely friendly, informative and professional. They have new technology that they use compared to other offices that Ive been to, which work great! I was very satisfied with the services that I received here and will making this my primary dental office for sure. The office is also very family friendly and helped out when I was getting work done and my infant was crying. Definitely went above and beyond. Will recommend to my friends and family.

The reason I am giving them a 1-star. The staff I would give 5 stars by the way they treat the patients! But when you pay for two years of braces and all the equipment needed for that time and your child only actually needs them for one year but they still want to charge you for two years I see is unacceptable. That is why they are getting a 1-star rating. I also give them one star due to the fact that when you schedule a cleaning session for a Thursday morning they change your appointment date to the day before & do not tell you. They also have several times changed the time of your appointment while trying to confirm the time you originally scheduled. They also way overcharge for a cleaning compared to other dentists paying out of pocket

Dr Golbandi and his assistant were wonderful! They were very kind, and sweet. Dr Golbandi answered, and explained all my questions and problems...he also did a fantastic job on my teeth! I love this place!

Dr. Golbandi is great! He takes his time and takes great care in his patients. My son really liked him! Im so glad he jumped on board with Fresh Dental. We look forward to more appointments with him.

Very nice, modern facility with comfortable waiting area. All staff I encountered were nice, professional and courteous. The staff made you feel that you were important to them. Dr. Rah was very professional and discussed procedures prior to cleaning process. Very skilled in the dental exam and cleaning procedure. I would recommend this facilty, staff and dentist to anyone.

I went in for my first root canal and crown. Dr Gillbani is a great dentist. He has a great personality and makes sure you understand what is going on and what you need to do. He also has a great sense of humor! Ill continue going to Fresh Dental in Longview as the doctors and the assistants are just wonderful!

I got a new partial denture and a crown recently. I have to say I am not the best patient but Dr. Ward is very much the best dentist as is the entire staff that work there. They were extremely patient with me and understood my needs completely. - 3/21/21I have been so impressed with everything about Fresh Dental. From the dentists to the hygentists to the front desk personnel. They worked hard with me to come up with a plan that suited my needs and pocket book. Needed extensive dental work and couldnt be more pleased with the outcome.I would definitely recommend Dr.Ward. He is very gentle and kind.
