Went in for the first stages of an implant. I love the staff in this office. Everything went so smoothly. I have not taken any pain medication.

These guys are the best in the business .. Danna will *not* let you forget your appointment .. and take my advice, dont try and hide .. like Liam Neeson, she WILL find you!!! Gary has a great team assembled.. they are professional and friendly. Carrie has been routinely cleaning my teeth for 30 years.. shes gentle, quick and gets the job done. Kelly is my wifes favorite, I heard shes good .. I met Dr. Silvertooth today who introduced himself after my cleaning .. a super nice guy with amazing teeth. As I was paying for services, with a smile Dee Ann put up with my rudeness as I took a phone call.. anyway, that should give you a walkthrough of a typical visit .. I love these guys!

My husband and I both have been going to Mapes Dental since moving to Longview over 15 years ago. We have always been treated like family by the staff. Everyone in the office is very professional and truly cares about your experience. Dr Mapes is an excellent dentist. He has unquestionable integrity.

First time here. Great experience. At reception, Danna was very friendly and welcoming. She got me signed in and made sure she got me in at my appointed time. Kelly was also very friendly and got my blood pressure and X-rays done quickly. Met Dr. Gray Mapes, who was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough examination of my X-rays, and explained areas of concern needing attention using great visuals provided by computer monitors on the wall. Kelly got me schedlued for a dental issue needing attention. Carrie did great work cleaning my teeth and was very thorough, friendly and professional. Carrie also got me scheduled in for my next 6-month appointment. This is a very friendly, professional and efficient office. I was out in about 60-minutes. My daughter had her first examination and dental cleaning a few weeks earlier and gave two thumbs up. Our family will be back!

I came back after having to go to a different dentist because of different insurance during college. My current insurance provider doesnt consider them in network, but they work with insurance anyway. Procedures have been covered just like they were in network with hardly any paperwork on my end. Its like a never left!
