My Son is extremely picky on who he lets cut his hair. I finally talked him into letting Sports Clip give him a cut and he loved it! Now we dont have to drive 3 hours away just for him to get his haircut!! Happy mom for sure!! 😁 Thank you Sports Clip!!

Long line and I didnt plan ahead. I cannot complain for my poor planning. Sadly I did not get my haircut after waiting an hour plus because I had to get home for a video meeting. Great tv though and great customers helped keep me entertained till I had to leave.

Tried this location out since I moved further south. Checked in online (42min wait at the time), got there right as it said “Batter Up” meaning I’m allegedly next. I signed in, screen says I’m next. Two people go in front of me that still had wait times. A guy comes in just waiting a neck trim and skip the line. The staff almost accommodated him, but ended up not (a good thing since the people inside have now been waiting a long time). So now it’s 30min since my “Batter Up” text, I get booted out of the system, and the staff calls the person that was behind me. I walked out.Not entirely blaming the staff, although it seemed people that still had wait times according to their own system got preferential treatment.Maybe there’s glitches in their own system, but I ended up going in later to work, without a haircut.I may try the location once more, but not for awhile. I will take a longer drive to the West Allis location, where I’ve never had such an issue in 5 years of going, plus much better staffed.

Jessica did my haircut and the quality was horrible. She barely touched the top of my head. My haircut looked awful. I ended up going to another place to get it cleaned up. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else to get a haircut.

Very friendly but why senior discounts 65 but they are very professional I love this place.

Horrible some of them don’t have a clue what they are doing and ask you questions on how you want your hair and don’t listen to a thing you say if your gonna just start working their get trained before you do anything to someone’s hair. Never going here again

Ask about a punch card and use it for a cheap haircut on your 6th visit. They also have a great first time costumer deal. Id definitely recommend you research online into checking in online, because without it the waits can be pretty long during peak hours. The place is super clean and the staff is very friendly.

Go here on a regular basis and have been for quite a while. Great service, they treat my kids well when I bring them in. Covid precautions work well also. Only reason not a full 5 star is the online check in process can be decieving.If you check in online theyll still take a walkin ahead of you if you havent arrived yet and a stylist is available. But if you just walk in and wait even if the next stylist up is just cashing out the person ahead of you and an online checkin shows up, they get priority. So Ive checked in online before when it said 0min wait, its less than half a mile to the store so Ill arrive in minutes but end up waiting 30min cause someone shows up before me as a walkin in less than 5 minutes but if I risk it and just show up, I can still end up waiting. They need to apply some form of time frame to arrive for the online check in cause Ive canceled when I was in a rush and wanted a quick clean up before a meeting or something and checked in online with 0 minutes and been there in less than 3 minutes and told it was a 45min wait.

As soon as I walked in the girls welcomed me and my husband, loved the energy there made my day. I will definitely go back

I had a great experience today with this business! This was my 1st time visiting a sports clips and I will be back. It was 7:40 p.m. when I went in there and there were 4 people ahead of me. I was overdue for a haircut and with them closing at 8 oclock it was clear I would not be sat before closing time. Without question they told me to still sign in and stayed 30 minutes late to help me out. The business was clean, all of the staff was personable and I was happy with the results of the cut! Thanks girls!!

Nice place, but the prices of haircuts is getting to be outlandish. Im not one to usually get a lot of extra add on services, but there was a special for 6 cuts and wash for a steep discount so I pulled the trigger on that. Stylist did a nice job. Clearly will be going back.

This was my first experience with Sport Clips. Environment was clean and bright and the sport motif was exceptional. Elena was my stylist...she did a superb job. The bonus of after cut cleaning and back massage ensures Ill be back. I received valuable coupons at the end of the visit. Then I was floored by the low price for the services I received.

Came in asked for cleanup on top and a trim on the beard. They proceeded to give me a 1 guard all around except for the side. They even used a 1 guard on my eyebrow and eyelashes. They gave a taper on beard but instead of shaving cream they used whipped cream. I basically was dissected and they still charged me for the MVP cut

Amazing haircut! The staff are great. A kind greeting on the way in, and everyone is very nice. I recommend the MVP haircut. You get a haircut, hair wash, and massage! Overall an amazing experience

Great place for a mens haircut! Once off my all time favorite locations to go to add well. I recommend it to anyone that asks! They have a staff that is very well trained and very polite and friendly. I do what i can to go to this location.

Online checked in, arrive before 25min wait time. Ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes inside the store just to see my name erased off the board and people who arrived after me to be helped first. Worst sports clip location Ive been to so far.

My 16 year old son was extremely disappointed. We actually showed the gal a PICTURE of his previous haircut, so its not like it was an unattainable cut. I reiterated again just to clean it up, and not go shorter. He basically was scalped. He told me, she then asked him if he wanted it even shorter. He NEVER wants to go back.PLEASE LISTEN to your clients requests!! Not everyone wants a buzz cut. ASK, ask, ask, dont assume just because you DO hair, its what people WANT. Wish we would have gone elsewhere. Thanks Sports Clips for the great back to school look...NOT!

Got a beard trim and haircut and shampoo all in about 25 minutes. Everything came out exactly the way I wanted it to. The stylist, Jill, did a great job thanks!

Must learn how to trim/cut beards. Dont have my classes on. They cut my goatee off. Pissed off. Never come again just because that. Even still gave a tip.

This place gave me the worst hair cut I ever had. My hair was uneven and my hair line was messed up. Dont go here, go to this place called Lady Janes. They give better haircuts for better prices.

Today when I showed up for my haircut that I used the app to schedule ahead of time I show up too two works one cutting someones hair, and the other on her laptop and cell phone. No one greeted me and did even say just a minute or anything. I now have been here for over a half hour a d I have obligations to do today and she is impending them. I will be calling the manager later and this is the first time this has ever happened to me and I am pretty upset.

Went there yesterday to get my hair BUTCHERED by Michelle. You can see a fade line on the left side of my head, told her to take an inch off the top and she brought it down to an inch, and it’s way longer on top on one half than the other. I’ll never go there again.

I come here all the time to get my boys haircuts... Today tho might be my last time coming. They are busy with an 1hr 20 min wait and being totally rude to customers coming in about the wait and conversating between the 2 stylists and not even cutting hair while talking. Not very efficient and making us all mad watching it.

Made an appointment through the app. While sitting in the waiting room I received a text message I was up next The staff kept pushing me back and after 30 minutes I left. On my previous visit customer service was ok but the haircut ranked at the bottom of hair cuts I ever received. I will not be back
