Uneven haircut, took 15 minutes total from in to out… 5 minutes of blunt cutting my hair, sprayed the back of hair and dry cut the front. Called her on it and she said I was being assertive and she didn’t like it. I told her to stop raising her voice at me and that asking questions about my UNEVEN haircut was not being assertive. At that point my trust for her was NONE! She told me my hair SHOULD look like that because it was a round cut.

No appointment, got in immediately. Great service. She did a wonderful job cutting my sons hair. Will definitely be returning.

They did a very nice job and made me feel comfortable while I was getting a shampoo for the first time. Usually I dont like the way my hair is cut but for the first time in a while I was pretty happy with the way she cut it. She didnt make me feel stupid when I was getting confused (I dont know very much about hair) Her name was Angela and she was very sweet.

Love my girls (I mean this very respectfully). They always welcome me with a smile and a nice greeting, and thats before the great haircut! Ive never had a bad experience here. The stylists always cut my hair just the way I ask and are never offended when I ask them to take just a little more off the top :) I highly recommend!

My son and I scheduled an appointment for 2pm on 9/8/21. We arrived 3 minutes before our scheduled time. When we got there 2 workers were there, but only one had a person in the chair cutting hair. Now when we scheduled online we understood that we might have to wait for someone to finish getting their haircut, but that wasnt the case. I told the worker who had a person in the chair that we had a appointment for 2pm. She said fill your name out on the paper and we will be with you shortly. I did that. At thispoint it is 2:05pm, and the other worker still had not started cutting anyones hair. She (the one without anyone in the chair) then went to that paper and called on a walk-in to come back and started to cut his hair. Again I have no problem waiting for someone to get finished up, but to start when its our appointment time is unacceptable. Unprofessional and lousy service. They dont even look to see if you have an appointment and didnt even care if you did have one. Most likely the absolute last time we ever go there again. DONT GO HERE!!!

Hadnt been there since covid started but was in the neighborhood. All in all a shampoo, haircut and blow dry was fair. Stylist was out going and really made the effort to give me my moneys worth. And received a $3 off coupon for my next visit

Online times make sure there is little to no wait. My children have always had wonderful haircuts here for a low price.

I have been going to Supercuts for years now and have NEVER been disappointed. I think that chain salons sometimes get a bad wrap simply for being a chain. However, Supercuts is SO much more! They offer everything that a high end salon offers and the result is always amazing!! I have been specifically going to Lena for many years but I am always impressed with the level of talent at this salon.

After doing some research on what was available in Bloomington for mens cuts, I decided Id give Supercuts a try. It was just after five, and was concerned Id have a long wait. Not so! Greeted upon entry and after a bit I was up. Angela was very engaging and gave me one of the best haircuts Ive had in a while! It will be my regular place from now on.

Best Hair Cut I every had in 40 years Needed a new place to get my long overdue hair cut and walked in on a Friday. Kristy a 15 year employee greeted me, offered to take my jacket and seated me. Asked me how I liked my hair cut and showed her past photos. I asked het to just make it look fantastic and easy to shower, brush hair and go. She did that and recognized I had a spot that always had in the past stood up. She fixed that problem also. Never again will I have to schedule an appointment ! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes tops!
