Friendly reception, big room, line is not long

This place is awesome! The best imaging center in San Jose. Its across the street from OConnor Hospital. There are closer centers to my house but I dont mind the drive for excellent service.I went in on a walk in bases for x-rays on my neck and back, for any other service you should schedule an appointment.The staff and technicians are friendly and helpful. Its never crowded and they get you in and out of the place with film in hand within a reasonable time.

This place have a horrible customer billing services Policy.You must pay in front the different estimated for the cost before the care begining eventhough you are covered by the insurance and insit them to bill the different later after the insurance issuse the payment to them.Guesst what, they ussualy overcharge you.Therefore, you must spend time keep track what is the real cost after it has been determined by the insurance and ask them for the refund,otherwise you could loose the amount that they did collect it from beginning .Please,be aware of this process from them.

This review is not for the services but for the terrible experience with their billing department. Since September 2018 I have been waiting for why I have not received a full refund for my services in August. I have since called ten times to their call center and got inconsistent explanations. The last time I called was today with a new explanation. I may never get my refund back this is ridiculous! There needs to be better documentation or communication between the billing dpt and the call center reps.Pro: their call center reps that speak on behalf of their billing departments are nice and try to help.
