Amazing! I think i was more nervous than my child but everyone was so amazing with him he was smiling the whole time! Thank you all for making his first visit so wonderful! The best experience for sure. We drove over an hour because all local offices were booked out 6+months. I do not regret making the drive and will continue to do so. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentist himself made my kids feel comfortable and truly went above and beyond. Even with my crazy energetic toddler, they were so understanding. If you dont want to be force to wear a mask. I do not recommend to go to this place. They denied services to my son for not wearing a mask. This looks like more like communism china now and where is our rights to choice what to wear in our body in this country. Our rights have been violated by places like this one. Is not common sense that they offered you a mask from a open box, touched by the front desk women with her barely hands. That nos very sanitized. Those mask are not even sterilized. They are full of germs already. Where the common sense goes. My oldest and youngest have issues with textures and being touched, but the techs, hygienist and doctors are all very in tune to the kids and make it a wonderful experience every time. They give you the urgency and care you would like to get everywhere. The one one time I did have a complaint it was addressed and resolved with compassion and quickly. I began bringing both my boys here last year after a horrible experience at another local pediatric dentistry. The dentist took his time and listened to my concerns and he along with his staff took amazing care of my sons. They went again for their 6 month cleaning a couple of days ago and once again they were well taken care of. The one thing I really appreciate about this practice is that they don’t push unnecessary procedures just to make a buck like our former dentist and they also allow parents to be with their children at all times which is important to me.

Phenomenal experience! We took two young kids on two separate days and received the same outstanding service and quality care each time. Both kids were terrified and I was fully expecting meltdown tantrums. But their amazing staff gently nurtured the kids through it and never pushed them further than they were ready. They were sweet and kind to the scared kids and not at all irritated with them. The Doctor was attentive and knowledgeable, but even more importantly he listened. He truly cares about kids and it comes through in his interactions with them. Highly recommend.

I dont normally give out a 1 star but when I do more than likely you deserve it. My son had a toothache after searching for a dentist that could possibly handle an Autistic child I found this location. I checked hours before via google and their website to confirm when they would open. We drove 15 miles to confirm the same hours posted at the entrance. The location appeared to be open. After waiting several minutes and making several calls to the location and other locations I finally reached a different branch that confirmed the dentist was on vacation but had no clue if they were open or not. Basically the conversation consisted of open ended questions and no answers. Thanks for the toll charges, and waste of sleep as well. Happy Holidays. Next time please update your voicemail, or post a notice outside your location for convenience to others smh

The dentist is beyond fantastic, uses newer techniques and technology. The office is clean, perfect set up for the mom/dad bringing in multiple children(it’s easy to be actively present for 3 children’s appointments all at one time! Yes I know sounds impossible but it’s not!) The office simply surpasses any expectations I had set, as well as the staff. They are so friendly, fast and patient! My children are never nervous about the dentist anymore, and look forward to cleanings. Switching here was the BEST decision we ever made for our kids. We drive a hour which was my only factoring issue when I first went on a new dental office search. In the end, I have zero regrets and will drive an hour every single time with no complaints.Thursday my daughter had a tooth pulled and a filling with out shedding a single tear of fear or worry(she’s a nervous crier, and has had a bad experience with our previous pediatric dental office)! I have nothing but good things to say about this dental practice. My only dislike is they won’t take me as a patient, Apparently I’m “to old”. 😉😂 (that’s a joke of course).Please don’t think twice when trying to decide where to take your littles! Main Street Childrens Dentistry is absolutely amazing! As a mom of two young boys on the spectrum, trips to the doctor are often very stressful. The entire experience was truly the opposite! The women at the front desk are welcoming and efficient. Dayana, our hygienist was so patient and kind with both boys and took her time so they would understand the process. Dr. Tejada is beyond amazing at what he does! I am so very grateful for the entire staff at Main Street!

Just had a great experience at Main Street Dental! The receptionists at the front were kind and friendly. They honored our appointment time and we went right in. I loved that they allowed me to go back with my daughter, it put her at ease. The dental hygienist was gentle and great with my daughter, and the dentist was warm and personable - he really took the time to answer all of my questions and I didnt feel rushed. My daughter also loved watching TV while getting her teeth cleaned, and of course her favorite part, getting a toy out of the treasure box at the end! Thank you for making our first time to Main Street such a positive experience!

I would give it zero stars if I could! It was my first time taking my Daughter to this place for a regular checkups. When we arrived one of the front desk girls said that I had canceled my appointment this morning and I have an appointment some other day! I showed her my conforming text from the day before where I had texted YES back to keep my appointment like scheduled! She kept insisting that I had canceled even though I hadn’t. Later I realized they have a $25 cancellation fee if you hadn’t changed your appointment 24 hours before!!! Finally she says, ok you can be seen now and she hands me the paperwork to fill out. Mind you, all the chairs in the waiting room are piled in a corner and not available for use!!! ( how about letting patients seat on them and have those lazy front desk girls wipe them at the end of the shift?!!!) The Hygienist was very nice but seemed to be not experienced at all! My daughters teeth and gums were hurting the next 3 days from the cleaning. She had to take the ex rays 3 times bc she kept messing it up!! The female dentist was nice and informative. At the checkout another front desk girl was arguing with a patient on the phone and slammed the phone on the counter and was loudly explaining the situation to a male dentist!! He was not even bothered by her poor costumer-service she was providing! My first time and last time at this office for sure. I got to see plenty in the One hour I was there.

I have 4 kids. Most places only let me make 2 appointments at a time on different days. I was able to bring all of my kids in at 1 time. I didn’t have a wait. It was all handled so quickly and efficiently from paperwork to exams. Everything was explained thoroughly as well. The dentist did a quick procedure for my son that most wanted $$$$$$ for. It was a very quick cosmetic camouflage that we both appreciated. I am so glad I made the switch and it is worth the 40 minute drive!! We look forward to future procedure and our follow up ortho appointment!

I love, love, love this office. I have taken my three year old son here three time and every time has been amazing. From the wonderful Doctor with a calm soothing personality to the sweet and patient dental assistants and the wonderful office staff, the whole office is top notch. Ive been in dental for 6 years, but I dont work at an office that Iserves young children, so I have high expectations. I am so glad I found this place. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know with young children. I feel like they truly are setting my son up for success.

What can I say from the very beginning when I called it was a great experience I spoke with Desiree and it was so easy to get an appointment with her she was also very nice and understanding. By far the best dentist you can ever take your children to! We had a horrible experience at the first dentist office we took our son too. Completely traumatized him for when it came time to go to the dentist. But Dr R. Is one of the best pediatric dentists I have ever seen a completely amazed me when they said that I could be in the room with him when he had work done because at our last dentist a parent was not allowed to go back with them which was quite odd to me. But he made my son feel comfortable and explained every little thing that he was going to be doing to his teeth and told him when he was going to use a different tool. 100000% recommend Main Street dentistry!

I had an apt 6 months ago that when I showed up they informed me they cancelled my apt. And told me my son had no insurance coverage. They also said they left me a voicemail which I didn’t have. I even checked my number with them multiple times then. So I had to go out to car and get on phone with insurance company with a toddler only to find my son is covered and it was error on dental office part. They then squeezed me in and I was there an hour and half! Lots of fun with a 2 year old waiting that long.6 months later, they call me two days before to confirm our new dental insurance again. I talk to the girl twice. Come in for my apt to be told they cancelled it again!! I have no calls stating they cancelled it or needed any new information from me. While I’m in lobby no one is apologetic or even seems to really care about the inconvenience. Sad customer service in my opinion and I’ve been in customer service, dealt with insurance companies and been an office manager for years. I could have stayed to have them call insurance but decided this was strike two. If they had better customer service I would have stayed to work it out. When they just cancel appointments like getting ready for an apt with toddler and preparing them for a dentist appointment is a piece of cake... no thanks.

This was our first visit and the dentist was AMAZING with my 6yo daughter! He named off all the princesses as he looked at her teeth which I thought was super cute and impressive. He talked her calmly thru everything and kept reassuring her that she was doing good. Shes normally afraid and cries at the other dentist she sees. This time, she was completely comfortable and did great even tho she had her tooth removed and cavities filled. I highly recommend!

My two boys are patients. We love going. They make us feel comfortable & they talk us through every step. We had one minor hiccup with one of my youngest sons spacers & they didnt hesitate to check it out & fix it properly. I recommend them to my friends with children.

We have been coming to Main Street, for a few years and have always had great experiences. Dr. Rodolfo saw that our insurance was charging for our visit. He took his time to re check our insurance and was able to get our money refunded. He did this on his own instinct.

This was my first time visiting the office as my son is 4 and this was his first visit ever. The staff was very friendly. The dental assistant took the time to explain to my son what all the equipment was for and she even let him test it out before using them to ease his fears. The Dr. was very friendly and attentive. I brought my 3 year old for the first time just a few weeks ago. She tried to be brave but got pretty scared of being in a new place. Dr. Tejada was amazing with her, got her to open up for a little bit of scaling and to have her teeth brushed, and he let her sit on my lap the whole time. They asked us to come back in 3 months instead of forcing a treatment at the first appointment, so he could build a rapport with her. They also informed us before we scheduled that next appointment that it wouldnt be covered by insurance, and how much we could expect to pay if we did schedule it. I thought that was very helpful. And Dr. Tejada is just gifted with the little ones.

My experience with Main Street Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics has been an absolute pleasure. I was very anxious at first when I was notified by the dentist that my son would need to begin the process for braces. However, the staff has been so helpful and understanding throughout the process. The orthodontist and the assistants have been so patient and brilliant working with children. I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Yudy at the front desk! She has gone above and beyond to ensure my insurance was processed correctly and all the financial aspect of the process is in order. I’m extremely grateful for all they’ve done and will continue to do for my son.

I had an appointment at 2:30 for my 9 year old who is in a lot of pain. We had taken her to a place months before in a different state that said she needed a route canal but could not see her due to covid for months and we ended up moving states in that time. Fast forward to now, after finally figuring out Medicaid and getting dental insurance set up my daughter starts having very bad tooth pain again and her face is swollen. I live more than an hour and a half away and I chose this place based on word of mouth from other people I know that use them. I have 3 other children two of which are in school and one is a teethi mg baby. As I said I live more than an hour and a half away and my gps said Id be there 15 minutes after 2:30. I called to try and give a heads up so as not to be inconsiderate to then have to fully cancel my appointment. 15 minutes and they refuse to see a child in pain. We were met with its policy....youre a childrens dentist and its not like we were walking in...your POLICY should be about the children? They then told me I could come anyway and wait possibly hours with zero guarantee of being seen, which is absolutely a ridiculous suggestion for ANYONE let alone someone with other children in school. All in all they literally would not help or budge or even ask a higher up for an exception cause idk a giant hole in a kids tooth is a big deal and now I have to hope someone else will see her. Honestly no response from owner is gonna help this. Choosing a healthcare provider for your children is a big deal. In hindsight Im glad I was given the opportunity to look elsewhere...because the condescending tone of just the receptionist is enough to make anyone not want to even schedule an appointment.

We had an appointment to get Haidyns teeth pulled but it was several months out. A assistant dentist sprayed hand sanitizer in my son hands without asking first a soon we got inside and right away I said we have our hands clean. That was very rude from her and disrespectful. You need to asked first before go to people like that. You dont know if the person have allergies with this product. When we got to the room I told her, that she shouldnt do that to my son without asking first. She started to do the cleaning to my son, but then she stop and another came in and finished the cleaning. That dentist assistant started asking me questions. Like how many kids I have, that I don saw that bad, but then she goes to more personal questions, like where my son got done his bracers and how much it cost.

Overall, an excellent experience! My son and twin daughters got cleanings today. My son has special needs and at 17, this was the best experience he has ever had at the dentist. My twin daughters both had an excellent experience also. My kids are my temperature gauge. I’m happy with a place if they are. So many applause and much appreciation to the entire staff! Thank you !

Took my boy in today for his first visit and it was such an amazing experience! The whole staff was welcoming and professional. He knows how to reassure parents and toddlers. Although my son was crying and not cooperative, Dr. Tejada he was able to do an evaluation. I am so impressed! My son even asked to go back after we left! He educated me on dealing with toddler tooth decay without shaming me like other dentists. This office is a far drive for me, but I will definitely be returning. If you are researching dentists for your toddler or child this is the place to go.

This office is amazing!!! No other words to describe this place.From the Dr to the awesome staff. The doctor is so sweet and actually loves children and interacts with them something other dentist dont do at all especially when it comes to children and my son suffers from anxiety and he is so comfortable with the dr it makes me happy because he dont cry when I tell him we have a drs appoint which my son refers to him as my hommie the dr lol he is only 7yrs old .My son was injured and I had to make an emergency appt. Spoke to serena and she was so helpful and sweet everytime I called and trust me I called alot of times and everytime she was so attentive and super sweet. The day of the appointment I was welcomed by serena and sweet victoria her smile is very beautiful just like serenas they both welcomed me and was so attentive. The manager is very nice as well and was very helpful regarding medical Bills concerns. I live in haines city and yes is an hr away but I get the BEST service then to drive somewhere close and get treated bad. So yes best dentist office ever!!!! Felt so rushed. The hygienist didnt want to answer any questions and didnt clean the bottom teeth with floss or pick. My daughter came home with plaque still on her teeth . The dentist acted weird when I tried to point it out and didnt want to look. This is the second time they did a bad job cleaning. Dont take your kid here if you want a good cleaning. Theyre just trying to pass them through as quickly as possible now.

I had a difficult billing issue with my insurance, and Lisa Marie was able to figure it all out for me! We will definitely continue to go here!

When my 3 year olds 2 front teeth got knocked back I called the office and was transferred to Dr. Tejada’s phone being it was after hours. He calmed us down immediately and had us send photos to ensure he knew exactly what would need to be done by time my husband and son arrived at the office. Within an hour of making the phone call my husband had been to the office and the procedure was taking place. 20 minutes and the whole procedure was done. Dr. Tejada called me on his way to the office to go over the care plan and lift my spirits which just shows what kind of person and dentist he is. He cares so much about his patients and their families. We’ve loved this office since becoming patients here over a year ago but after this situation, we know our kids are in the best dental care possible!

Most amazing dental office ever! Before my daughters laser tongue tie revision she asked for my hand and they encouraged me to sit on the chair with her near her feet. This office really understands kids and every single person genuinely cares about my familys comfort.

My son believes the dentist is his best friend because of how amazing this dentist office and all the staff here have been to him. My son got his first two front teeth and Instantly chipped/stained them both, and no matter how traumatic those falls have been to him and his teeth, he still Adores coming to this dentist which means Everything when youre a parent to a toddler. Never going anywhere else.

Ive been bring my son since he was one and they are excellent. The office staff and doctors are very friendly. They are making sure to keep a safe clean environment . I love bring my son to a dentist that actually cares for there patients 💙

Love, Love, Love this place!!! Every time I bring my kiddos here they are treated like they are VIP’s (specially my little one who has Autism). They accommodate my little one and make him feel special and appreciated. I can’t thank them enough for the respect, patience and care that they give him. I won’t go anywhere else but here!!! I am so glad I found this place. They are awesome from the front desk to their hygienist to the dentist.They could not connect my insurance kept getting a bill Soriana made a point to get it resolved for me. She was polite did not get annoyed she kept me informed until she worked it out.My daughter is terrified of the dentist she had a bad experience at another dentist who did not have patience for her nerves. Dr Tejada was amazing with her during her extraction procedure he walked her thru every step and even told her stories to keep her calm. I without a doubt will recommend him

Dr. Tejada is great with kids. My 4yo didnt want to cooperate, and the doctor knew exactly how to get him to in a very fun way. Friendly staff and clean office. Would recommend!

Friendly helpful staff! On the phone and in person! Both of my toddlers first time going to dentist. Fabulous experience and I was certainly encouraged to hear the words “you’re doing it right mommy” come from the dentist.

Very friendly, great with kids. Extremely quick & clean. Dentist is very nice and I love that you can be there with your child. You can tell everyone enjoys working there & what they do.
