All of my nails are crooked and the pedi didnt even include any foot or leg massage. Charged extra for filing the rough spots on my feet!! Definitely not going back!!!

The window says solar nails $40. Said I want boomer colors aka pink n white. She tells me pink n white $5 extra. Mm ok. Then she asks how long I want them because long nails $5 extra. Then shows me what she says is long which is a med length, goes to cut my thumbs with reg nail clippers. I left. Im not gona play the everythings an extra $5. She copd an attitude telling me shes cheap others charge more. Uhm who? Dont come here unless you want to be taken for $5 $5

Solar nails were soooo soooo thick ... I had to go to another nail shop to have them filed down and fixedUpdate: wow I didnt realize I have already been here until I saw my review ... everything looked familiar. Okay so today I came in and asked for solar ombre nails ... I asked them to be very short and - she put her neck back and with a disgusted look on her face and told me no, ombre needs to be on a long nail. I showed her a pic of my latest manicure, short and ombre and she said fine but did not look happy about it. She cut them back and they were long so I showed her the pic again and asked her to trim the tip back more before we started. She did it again, but not happy. I wanted to walk out right there and should have. We had many discussions between that and I saw them interact with different customers and they treat them all that way. Anyways, back to my nails ... when I left they were all uneven and slanted, my fingers hurt so bad from being cut by the little wheel the sand your nails with and my right thumb is hot even now 8 hours later ... she didnt file under my nails with the pointy one to get the glue off so my fingers ties were stuck to the tips she put on and the acrylic has gaps on the sides of my nails where it just got missed. My fingers are so tender that it hurts to let them touch anything especially when there is pressure nails or even trying to grasp anything(like a cup) ... when I left, I should have done pics immediately, because they were bleeding but I washed my hands and decided to do pics about 20 minutes later. I had to go buy cuticle oil and a nice file to fix them but they are still in so much pain. It brought tears to my eyes trying to carefully file them to be straight. I will never ever go here again.Customer service is awful, there was a disabled man getting his feet done and none helped him up from the chair .. he had to canes and couldnt get the door open to leave and the ladies were just staring at him, my 13 year old son saw and jumped up to open the door and the man was so grateful for him.I will edit later to check misspelling... Im just ranting and upset right now and not going to go thru it for punctuation.

Went with my Mom for a pedicure, my pedicure was good but unfortunately my Mom had a horrible experience that ended in an infection and visit to the doctor. When she called to tell them about it they argued with her, stated they checked their cameras and it was not them that caused the infection. They were completely unprofessional in handling the experience.

I went here to get my dip nails removed because I can’t have them for work. (Had them done for my wedding) the lady was extremely rude. I told her twice I had dip nails and she tried prying them off... which hurt and then she said “oh you have dip nails.” She was constantly on her phone. She was very rough on my fingers and rushed through. Didn’t offer any lotion or anything. She just pushed me through the entire transaction. Never said how much it was. She also tried pushing me to get my nails redone after telling her I can’t have them. She cut the tips off my nails so fast, they are so wonky. I won’t ever go here again. The customer “service” was very poor.

First place I went as soon as cowlitz county opened up. The lady who did my nails did cut me with the nail tool. Over and over. Was she out of practice? Im not sure. Its convenient enough I will try them again.

I really dislike when they dont speak English. Makes me really uncomfortable.

Charged me 48$ when the board said 25$. The reason was because I got gel polish. That is what they say in front of me and I was denied to look at other non gel colors, I was told this is all we have. Charged another 8$ for a design that is crooked, would’ve been happy to pay the 8$ for a decent design.

Me and my 10yr old son loved this place! Definitely coming back again. Got my son a mani-pedi with rocks massage, so relaxing.🌟

Lisa was awesome. She did a very good job on my nails.

My nail tech was very impatient with my friend and I when we were trying to pick a nail color. On top of that, the nail polish wasn’t painted on evenly or even covered the whole nail. The shape was very off and my nails looked very thick because of the amount of acrylic they used on top. I won’t be going here again to pay $40 for a nail job I could’ve done better.

I will not be back to this place, I went into get a fill, I dont know what the ladys name was but she cut the side of my finger with that electric round file they use. The paint job looks like a child painted them (my 8 year old could have done a better job) and one nail is not even completely covered with polish... Very disappointed...

They did a bad job I have horrible looking nails she did them so fast without detail that she left flat spots worst set of nails I have ever had very disappointed with them .Wont return

Nice service, but horrible artistry. My nails look like a child did them. And I paid 40 plus tip. I am horribly upset and don’t know how to fix them now :( They left sharp edges, and my nails and cuticles in bad condition, as well as bulgy acrylic fills. I really want my money back, but too nice to do so. $50 for cringe worthy nails...

Last 2 times I went to this place the gel polish wasn’t cured and some came off. The very last time I went the girl didn’t even put lotion on for my pedicure. I won’t be going back.
