Apartments are terrible trying to raise rent and its not even close to worth it i’ve saw many apartments in this place and have heard stories about others. not worth it don’t do it to yourselves no air they take your money and don’t fix the problems in the unit and are rude to tenants that try and make it prettier- like spraying their plants they’ve potted and kept nice.

They made us put a applications twice and took months to even tell us we got aprove the second time didnt move in cause time wasnt on our side they took our money orders and cant even give us a response idk what is up with there staff but at this point its really shady and it seem there just taking peoples money and not doing the paper work

Great place to live, quiet and affordable and the staff are easy to deal with. Near grocery stores and fast food joints, about a 5 min walk. Great place if you have a dog, they even provide doggy bags around the complex. Worth looking into in my opinion.

I want to say it was rocky at first, so i was thinking. But the staff worked overtime to ensure the apartment was completely renovated, including office staff and housekeeping. The office staff was on hand and polite even when i was upset, to accommodate my families needs. Down to earth, yet handled business. Apartment looks great. Thank yall very much. Also, i havent seen any bugs, etc. Clean and quiet, even at night. Ive seen the other reviews, and was skeptical. Seeing is believing, so i took a look for myself.

I love it here! Despite of the area not being the best, Ive had a wonderful experience here with the manager, neighbors, and maintenance. If thats have any issues, I email Kim and she always takes care of it. Love it

Hi Im a current residence at George Town. I just moved in about 2 months ago and love it here ! Its a beautiful living space with friendly neighbors and a clean kid friendly pool. With the cost of living these days at Georgetown its highly affordable. Kim is also very nice and has helped me every step of the way to secessfully get my first apartment. I highly recommend this amazing place I now call home. From your friendly neighbor Carmen.

Very nice apartments. Staff is very friendly. Clean an maintained . Recommend for anyone who wants to live in a healthy environment. An who has kids. Very quiet. I see my self staying with this apartment complex for a while. Thank you Georgetown.

Terrible apartments and creepy neighborhood. This whole complex should be torn down. I can’t believe Ispent almost 700 dollars a month for a year. Really over priced. Do not move here if your a sane and working adult.

I just moved in last week and we can call our place home. It is nice and spacious Management is friendly and very welcoming. I like it here and looking forward to a good year thx George Town apartments.

Great place ! Love it here, nice employees that work hard very day

This is literally the worst apartment complex to ever move into. The ground are trashed there’s homeless people breaking into and sleeping in the empty apartments. You can not get maintenance to fix anything I had a shower that backed up so bad it was leaking into my kitchen where a bad patch job had been done, my sink was broken for 4 of the 8 months I was there and I had no light in my stairs all of which the manager Britney was aware of and I got all kind of noticed to enter made sure I was home for every one of them and still no one came to fix it. I have a 2 year old who loved to take a bath but was unable to and had to shower at a family members or just quickly in our bath so it didn’t leak Into our cabinets in the kitchen. Others have neighbors living next to them threatening them and making there peaceful time there miserable with no care from the apartment manager. Finally after leaving there and finding a much better place to call home Britney had all of my things and my 2 year old sons things thrown out after a verbal agreement to keep it until I was able to get a uhaul to get the furniture and last few things I left there. She even called me back after a a previous review that I wrote to let me know that because of my review she would be throwing my fathers ashes out. This lady is trashy it’s just her and her family running this place the one of the Maintenence guys is her boyfriend who was a previous resident and had a family Britney drove out of the complex. Never move here you will get ripped off you’ll cause yourself more stress trying to anything fixed then it’s worth.

Cant say much about this place when the manager is screwing my kids father having convinced him to leave his kids for her. After living here 9 months I still have yet to have anything repaired thats needed repairs

Do not live here I repeat do not live here!!! Worst mistake my family and I have made now we are stuck in this hell whole for 6 months! We are counting down the days we can move out! Let me start off by when we first saw the place, it was disgusting looked like no one cleaned we were promised it would be cleaned so we signed the lease the day before we were going to move our stuff in it was still a mess so my husband got on the as* and it got done. We have alot of repairs that needs to be done still hasnt gotten done! Roaches are horrible here and I have a 3 year old son! I refuse to let him live in a environment like this! So i hope 6 months flys by because i cant wait. So just dont even consider looking at these apartments stay far away please

Hello am currently living here and its Horrible, just horrible I NEVER rate or write reviews but I had to this time. This is literally the worst place we have ever lived. Please dont rent here. Horrible maintenance, horrible management, horrible area horrible everything.I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Please dont let these fake reviews fool you.

Its nice but its not section 8 thay controle heat and air note we pay 808 amonth for all bills and rent when its 110 out had a temp in my house sad 95 the hole time now just got a note saying what we can have in our back yeard and what cant i do understand the smokeing thing but we pay good money to live here and we have no say in nothing.was told it was a good place two live two weeks later had a moter bike stolen out my patio.people just walk in our home we dont know and it seems averynite its drama out side if someone look in our patio it invasion of privacy its agents the law this is not section 8 u can not trat renters like this from no means and then say it will lead to eviction if we dont i dont see this place lasting much longer at this rate

This is a horrible place. Any good reviews are very obviously fake from management. Let me tell you why you shouldnt move here. I had a townhouse right next to the office because I figured it would be the safest. Over the five or six months I lived there I had to call the police three speparate times because of homeless people or gang members constantly hanging out in front of my place, yelling obscenities, and stealing things off my porch. Management laughed it off even tho these people would even come and knock on my door! They said their neighborhood watch would patrol my home closet (it isnt not security its Kim the office ladys son). The fourth time I had to call the police was because a gang member or hobo or both broke into my home with a gun trying to either take me or rob me blind. I fought him off with pepperspray but he was still able to steal my laptop. I was victim blamed by Kim the manager. She spread false stories about me and even to my in-laws. I moved out because I value my life more than a cheap apartment. I have severe PTSD now because of this. A month or so after I moved out, Michael the landscaper/maitenance man found me on a dating app and actually hit on me even though he has a wife a baby! This place is seriously disgusting and filled with degenerates. If that isnt enough reason not to move there or even move out, my place and others had horrible roach infestations, broken and outdated appliances, and cigarette ash left by housing keeping. Please dont move here. By the way, anyone with the last name Richmond is related to management so dont take their comments seriously. This place almost ruined my life.
