Very rude.. & purposely being rough… & cuttin skin off my toes while getting pedi.. over priced on a horrible job… not polite at all.. & will NOT go back!

I wanted my toe and finger nails painted white. The polish was not smooth and polish was outside of my nail beds. Worst pedicure and manicure ever!

I asked how much was a gel manicure over the phone and they said $20, I was charged $35 for a poor job. They did my nails super rushed, was not painted nicely and were not shiny. Also my nails were not shaped evenly. Never coming back. I wish I would’ve read reviews before coming- trust me don’t go here!

I recently began getting my pedicures here and love the short wait even as a walk in. Very clean and friendly staff. No frills, professional pedicure and a great price.

I asked for square and she gave me coffin, was VERY rude to my sister and i, forced my sister to pay $35 for nothing literally ! and threaten to call the police . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service won’t recommend them to anyone !

I had a gel overlay on my nails. To remove she used the drill tool, I was fine with that. Until she drilled down in 4 of my fingers and they burned like ****. After she was finished I had holes on my tips.I allowed someone else to do them bc I was about to leave. Too rough and didn’t seem to care.. nothing but oh I sorry

They greeted us when me and my mom, and sisters came in but they when we sat down to get our nails they were rude the lady cut me 4 times and put nail glue on it to keep it from bleeding. The cut my sister and my other sister got cut as well. The lady didnt even file my nails right left chunks of the gel on my nail.

Not a lot of people working a lot of customers turned away because the wait was so long

I really hate leaving places bad reviews, but I think people need to be warned about this place. They are over priced for the service you receive. I was cut to the point I was bleeding. It was not my skin or cuticle it was a cut in the middle of my nail. When the technician was grinding off my polish to do my fill he went way too deep and made a hole in my nail. I was very kind about it and tried not too make too big of a deal about it, but it really hurt. I understand accidents happen, but I never received an apology or a compensation on my bill another technician did take over for him though. I cringed as I watched her clean off someone elses skin from the pedicure equipment before using it on me. Her tools were not clean. The pedicure was fine, but she upgraded me without asking and the massage part was mediocre at best. She talked me into an eyebrow wax which was fine. I agreed to it, but then she put wax on my lip without asking. Two days later I still have a very bumpy upper lip. I would not recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is the worst my nails have ever looked! I asked her to redo them or soak them off and she refused. They are all different shapes, clumpy, the color isnt the same as the swatch...just awful. The lady was rude and tried to act like she didnt know what I was saying. She made me pay half price for nails that I am soaking off as we speak. As I was leaving she said dont come back...believe me I WONT!! DONT GO HERE!!

The staff here greeted my friend and myself with smiles and we were serviced immediately as we stepped into the building. They were very sweet and patient with my two children as they did my nails. Im very happy with my experience ♡

They was ok. They do rush the process and push for the dip instead of the acrylic. Kinda over priced. And my nails were not as straight on all fingers. Luckily the little girl doing them was very nice and very gentle at least. Color came out well but idk how theyll last ! Fingers crossed!

Got my eyebrows waxed the lady did a horrible job and charged me $15 when clearly $10 is posted for eyebrow waxingI gave her a $20 and she gave me $5 and said thanks for a tip that I didn’t authorize her to get.

This nails store is such a wonderful store ever i’ve been done before. They’re so polite, i’m glad to get done my nails here.

If I could give not even one star I would. Just got a pedicure, no one said anything about their credit card machine was down just to start. The man doing my pedicure was rough and not sympathetic or gentle whatsoever. I had my leggings rolled up and when he got done he tried to yank on my leggings and almost ripped the mesh on the side. I went to pay and they THEN decided to tell me the machine didnt work. They made me WALK to the gas station next door (30 degree weather) in the disposable flip flops across a dirty parking lot full of rocks and get cash. On top of that I had to pay a $3 service fee to use the ATM there. Then I got home and saw this pedicure is a mess. The polish is gritty looking and dull. I dont know what happened to this place but it is a dump.

When they are bush they dont say anything to you until someone is free.they do an amazing job. My eyebrows are VERY thick and I dont like them thin at all the lady who does mine always knows how I like them an they come out amazing. Great staff

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS PLACE.Most expensive/worst fifteen minute pedicure I have ever had. Was charged $75 dollars for my six year old and I to get a pedicure. Was never offered different levels of pedicures to pick from or any pricing. The man doing my pedicure rushed through every step as fast as he could so the color is splotchy and all over my skin. The tools used to remove the skin from my feet came out of a bucket that had no sanitation liquid in it. He put hot towels on my legs before cooling them and then wrapped above the knees getting my Capri pants wet. After sitting under a lamp to dry for two minutes I started to take off the paper flip flops they give you and the toe separators when a young man came to see if he could help. After removing them he walked over to the chair I was sitting in and put the throw away shoes and toe separators BACK IN THE DRAWER FOR FUTURE USE!!! Will never go back.

I didnt even want to give them 1 star. This place is horrible. First and last time to go here. They rushed my nails are not the same length, some are sharp, they got glue all over my fingers, the nails polish is horrible. The whole time the older one was doing my nails she was talking on her cell phone. Horrible customer service. Dont waste money if this place .

This is the worst place Ive ever visited for perdicure. Gosh they are expensive and still could not do a gd job. I got individual lashes and they were very scanty and they came out the next day.very poor customer services. My nails were uneven . The lady just rushed over me. She even waxed my brows uneven. Did my 3yr old pedicure and it did not last for a wk. Im so disappointed with this so call USA nails. I wont recommend anyone there.

The man doing my nails was not gentle at all, they came out crooked, and were filled very poorly which resulted in an ugly nail shape. My friend asked for acrylics which she never even received but was pushed to get shillac in a different color than what she asked for. The prices were outrageous!

Do not go there!!! Horrible overcharged prices!!! I went to get a fill on shellac how bout they charge me to take it off $20 then $18 for the fill total $38 mind u a full set is $45 🤷 TF!! All Mary Ann could say was its hard to take off the polish; not my fault!! They want u to get shellac saying its better so they can overcharge for the services. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING & I HOPE U DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!Deserves zero stars!!!

07-03-18 I went to USA Nails to get my nails done I was charged $30 for a crappy nail job. They werent even straight they were slanted an crooked an bulky looking. I had polish under my fingers and all over my cuticle. I told her that I wasnt happy with them and I wanted them redone she began to fuss... whats the matter.... I sternly told her that they are uneven. I was so upset and beyond furious. She didnt take her time she rushed. I was in the chair for less than 15 minutes thats how quick she was done.... Save your MONEY!!!! DO NOT GO TOO THIS PLACE!!!! Unprofessional and disrespectful... I will never go back there again. I will definitely call the Better Business Bureau

My favorite Nail Salon. I have been getting my nails done there for 10 years or more. The owners and staff are alway curdious, compassionate, and helpful. They listen to what you need whether its a special occasion or just a holiday event. They are knowledgeable to what you are trying to achieve. I have moved to Dallas, but whenever I go back home(Longview, Tx.) I stop in and get my nails, eyebrows waxed, and a pedicure. They are reasonably priced and a have a good selection of products.

My daughter got her nails done there. They rushed and several of her nails were thin on one side and thick on the other. Not good quality.
