I ask for the last 2 finger to be matte black (no paint) and sure enough she painted them black with a matte coat. When you put nail polish over the dried acrylic and add a matte coat it looks waxy. I hate it. If you just paint over the acrylic with matte coating it’s true matte and looks beautiful. I asked if she could paint underneath because she left so much acrylic underneath after I asked to remove some of it and she did a sloppy job. Not to mention she ruined 4 of my nail beds. This is the second time the lady who sits next to the door has done an AWFUL job. My nails have ripples in them, they’re rough, none of them are the same length or even in the middle of my fingers. When I pay $50 I want what I pay for. I’m irritated to say the least. Won’t be coming back👎🏼

It was a relaxing atmosphere and the workers did such a great job on my feet...I almost felt asleep. . They were that good!

Ive taken my daughter here twice the first visit was excellent and today not so good. I feel that they are a little pricey! A gel fill for my daughter and polish was 45 dollars. I understand it is a business and they are here to make money but a little customer appreciation goes a long way. It has the feel of a factory. I feel they are more worried about quantity not quality. If I could find a place that offers both for her she would be a repeat customer.

Always quick, good pricing and most of the nail techs do amazing work! They are my go to nail salon.

If I could give less than a star I would. Came here for the first time a couple of months ago for a full set with gel polish, they were pretty busy but I called hours in advance to set an appointment, only to get there and still have to wait about a half hour to be seen. No big deal. When Im finally seated at a manicure station (after being asked to move twice) the man who started my nails, filed down my nails, glued on all the tips & painted on the acrylic, then started violently filing & shaping my nails while tearing up my cuticles. $40 later & I walk out with cracked/stressed cuticles, fingers throbbing and not one nail tip was straight.Fast forward to two weeks ago, I decided to give this place another shot with a different nail technician. It wasnt as busy this time and I was seated almost as soon as I came through the door. Though there were still issues with the inconsistency in the shapes & sizes of my nails, the experience this time was considerably more pleasant. As time went on, one of my fingers became increasingly sensitive & my gut told me to just go to another place for my fill. So today I went to a different salon & we discovered that my sensitive nail was brown and a fungus had been growing between my nail & their acrylic. I was mortified. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here.

I went here with my mother and this was a happiest she’s ever been in a very long time. It was so calm and relaxing for a day off. 10/10 recommend if needing to rest.👍

I have previously had issues with my service here, being told it was a 30 minute wait and then waiting almost two hours for example. But today I had an excellent time. The nail tech was kind and did a thorough job. I called ahead of time to make sure I could get my nails done quickly, and I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. My only complaint is that they push you to choose a gel polish even if youve already stated you want a regular one. Other than that, Im very happy with how my nails look.

I went in here last year for prom and loved it then I went in a couple weeks ago and they didn’t cut down my cuticles and sat me down within the first 5 minutes of being there and immediately putting the tips on and acrylic on when all were done they violently started shaping it and they all broke off within 3 days.. within the next week I only had two left..

They did a nice job on my nails and eyebrows. Friendly but quiet.

A very busy nail salon. Which is always a good sign. Last time I came I was seated very quickly. Never had issues like pushy attitudes or forced us to do anything we didnt want to like others stated. Clean environment. They didnt great job on our toes and it lasted a while! Highly recommend. Parking is slim but still has no issues finding a spot.

Service was super fast and friendly! There were so many people that came in during my service, that you can only assume they are amazing at their art! I was able to make my appointment same day in the time frame that I wanted and they were very accommodating with us being able to sit together! I really enjoyed my time there and even got something that Ive never gotten before!

Im always impressed with their work and it lasts a long time. Every nail tech does them different but the results are the same. They look good!! I show them pics or pick from their samples. They do it precisely. They dont hurt you while taking off the old ones or filing with a drill or by hand is why it takes a while. They make sure they are polished, smooth and they take their time. They are perfectionists. Thats why there is a wait and it takes them a while to do your nails. The work is high quality and they charge the same as other places.

It was my first and last time that I will get my nails done here. I got dip, the white powder was not clean so I have sparkles of different colors in my white nails. The filing was so harsh and they don’t look neat and clean. Afterwards I didn’t get cuticle oil or the lotion and hand massage. Overall the shape of all my nails which were supposed to be coffin are all different shapes and lengths. She also did not file the edges of my nails so they are a bit sharp. Not satisfied at all.

I have been going to Lovely Nails for about a year. They have not given me one reason to be unhappy with their salon.

Everyone is always friendly, nice, welcoming, fast and they do an EXCELLENT JOB! I have been coming here for years, I am super picky and actually drive 3 hours round trip just to get my nails done here. I bring my daughters and they are always nice and helpful, even with my crazy 3 year old!

I walked in, signed my name and was put in a chair about 8 min later. They were kind, the atmosphere was pleasant, the chairs were really nice, the massage was HEAVEN!!! I will definitely be going back!

I have been going to this salon for my acrylic nails for almost 3 years. The work done for my fills and full sets have always lasted me 3 weeks or longer. I always see the same sweet lady. I will call usually to make sure I have an appointment set with her. They always have it decorated nice, especially on occasions. I am rating this salon as Fantastic !!

Never disappointed with their work. Its always beautiful and clean. Ive only had one bad experience when they were super busy. But it wasnt with their work, just wait time. And it wasnt bad enough to rate any lower. I love Lovely Nails. Its the only place ill go to get my nails done.

This is a good salon, but be sure to make an appointment. The wait is really long very often. Sometimes even if you have an appt you might wait 30 min... but they do good work. Busy for a reason.

DONT GO IN!!! TURN BACK NOW!!! YOULL REGRET IT!!! I went in today to get shellac pedicure and a full set. The shellac I chose apparently changes colors and when I asked why she started painting on a color different than what I chose she explained, so I immediately said I would like a normal shellac polish that doesnt change. Instead of taking off what she already painted on she just covered it up with the new color. I walked out looking like a multi colored clown baby.... my toes look worse than when I came Im there. On top of that the full set I got I had to switch my color also because the first polish I chose was old and separating... but the second one I chose had drops of another nail polish in it!!! So now for my cousins wedding Ill have tope nails with abstract blue streaks... I asked them to fix it but they offered no solution other than to put more of the same paint on... I never put reviews online.... but honestly..... the WORST $60 Ive ever spent. So wish i didnt go to this place....

First time going to lovely nails and it was a great experience. I typically go to Longview nails but they werent open today so I had to go elsewhere and it was by far the best choice I could have made for a backup solution. I would highly recommend this place fast friendly on point with what I wanted and the price was right. Thanks Tay you did a great job Im very pleased and will definitely come back to see you from time to time

They dont take reservations. They say they do but theyll get you in when they get you in. A reservation does not guarantee that youll get in on time. You wait until they have an opening between customers. They do good work though.

I asked for plane blue acrylic nails. The paint was all messed up and they put the paint on uneven.When they were “done” they had bubbles all in them. I asked for them to fix the bubbles and he just put a clear coat, which in my opinion made it worse and made more bubbles.

I enjoy getting my nails done here. They know me and know how I like my nails done. They do a great job too.

Over talkative and cut me on 3 fingers... Nails lifted after 24 hours, tips were crooked even after i said something 4 times, Nails were uneven thick and thin, and the grow out on the nail bed was sharp and kept getting my hair caught on them. Just so not worth it....

Place is terrible. Idk what happened I liked going before but it’s bad. Lady who did my nails was not gentle at all she made 4 of my fingers bleed and mind you I get my nails done all the time. My pinky nail was so swollen and bruised. Sadly will not be back there.

Walked in without an appointment and I was finished within 40 minutes. I had a fill that takes an hour at US nails. Cindys is, Washington standards, clean and the people are friendly. They still usr their phone while servicing clients but that is hard to avoid in Longview. I did not witness cleaning of the pedicure chair so no advice there.

Terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE. my girlfriend went out with friends to get a pedicure and now both big toes are infected. Person that did her pedicure also cut her nails way to short. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen!!!

My wife got a fill on her nails and she had her nails painted a blue tiger eye. They look really nice she said the price was awesome and they really took pride in their work...

I very rarely take the time out to review a business, but my wife insists this is the best nail salon shes ever been to. They really take their time and do a quality job and the pricing is very reasonable.

Manicure nails filed uneven. Too much in a hurry. Don’t speak English. Talk amongst themselves like they talk about customers. In their language.Pedicure ok by man. Woman not so good. To hurry hurry.

I go here all the time and if you get the right young lady they do a fine job but get the wrong girl and its a waste of money. I recommend waiting for the ones who do a good job or dont go at all.

I go here every time i get my nails done. They do amazing work, but i will NEVER get over how RUDE they are. They will blantly ignore what you ask them to do to your nails, and then immediately start talking in their own langauge amongst each other. They glare, get angry when you tell them you dont like what they did.

Great Pedicure- Very Busy and Employees dont really give you direction on where to sit or what to do when you come in so we just sat in the pedicure chairs and about 15 minutes later someone finally came over to help us ... it was awkward, but after someone finally came over it was great and the people doing our pedicures were very friendly

I love the place and all the people there but they dont do nails right. Ive been going for almost 5 years now and Ive never liked my nails when Ive left but I kept giving them chances. Now Im sitting here with the ugliest set Ive ever had my nails hurt and one broke right off my nail... Got them done 6 days ago, they didnt last a whole week and they look absolutely horrible. I ripped my nail tech $20. I didnt even get a speck of cuticle oil or nothing I paid $45 total for a simple full set I wish I could share the picture I took but Im not quite sure how... Its on my FB. I would take it to them to fix but Ive heard from friends that they r very rude when you do that and will say anything to not fix it. So heres where I a leaving this review so hopefully they see it and realize I do love their place and all the people there and I deserve a bit more respect when it comes to the services in paying good money for. Rant over....

Thought they were going to do a great job never Pleasant but not terribly talkative I was disappointed because my nails were not filed so it didnt appear to be done when I was told I was done Camellia pedicure means not only cutting nails but filing them especially when they look as ugly as mine

They did a horrible job at doing my eyebrows i had a great brow outline and the lady made my brows look like commas seriously all i wanted was a touch up not even joking very disappointed and dont think i will ever go back to that place again.

My sister and i just got our nails done here today. They sent us out the door with wet nails. None of my nails are the same lenth and one is completely crooked. Not at all happy with the way our nails look. I will not be going back again.
