I needed my lowered Cadillac taken to the dealership. They did great. Brought out a flatbed and driver who had 30+ years experience. Great guy. Car was locked with the battery dead. My car has electronic doors not normal door handles. I had lost my key (reason it had to be towed to the dealership) so they couldnt get into it to take it out of gear. They were able to take care of it with no damage to my car. Would recommend them to everyone for sure.

My moped got stolen in June of 2021, the lakewood police would end up finding it in late July, and instead of giving it straight to me, it gets impounded since it was part of a crime. Impounded at the LOVELY Ace Towing company. It sat there for 3 weeks without notifying me that it was there, accruing $30 per day fee that it sat there. I only found out it was there because a letter from the Lakewood police told me to go get it. I only had one more week to get it before it was sold or trashed. But thankfully the nice people at ace towing took off $50 because it was stolen. so instead of $800 total it was $750, so generous. In the end I got robbed twice; my moped from a thief, and then again by ace towing co.

My vehicle was stolen and found left on highway in Lakewood. I saw by locating my phone where my vehicle was stoped on highway 6th avenue highway late at night and towed before it had even been there more than 24 hours it was towed quick for parking violation. I went to where my vehicle was towed from there was no sign of accident or any glass from where my phone showed its location. I was finally able to pay to get my stolen vehicle back after it had been there for a couple weeks. After getting my car back and paying them to tow it back to my home it arrived with a broken window on the passenger driver side with all of my things missing my car was ransack all on the inside front seats back middle console and glove compartment. It looks like they did it themselves because the guy who delivered the car asked me if Id seen the car when it was in the tow lot I said no but from the looks of it there was broken glass inside and it looks like it had rain previously days or a week ago so it obviously wasnt the guy who delivered the car. Another funny thing is when I told them that I needed to get my registration and title and insurance information out of the vehicle they simply told me that I dont know where which Ive never experienced before that I may retrieve my vehicle with a simple copy of my photo ID very unusual Ive never heard of a tow impound never wanting you to show any proof of insurance or registration. It was as if they knew they had already broken into it. Another funny thing is that when I asked him to retrieve my things they wanted to charge me $150 before I can get my things I guess they knew that if I was going to retrieve my things I was going to let the car go so charging me anything would be like not possible either especially if theyve already taken everything out. Either way it looks like the fact that I paid them to store my car since I was being charged $30 a day, wouldnt that mean that if I paid for storage that I would pay for quality storage or at least that my car would be able to be looked at and seen so that no one can get into their lot have the time to run it through it patiently take out the two large chairs I had in the backseat the battery and everything else in the cab?

This company will leave you hanging. I was waiting on highway 5 hours for a tow truck that I was told would come in a hour. Eventually called another company that came in 30 mins. I would never do business with them again

My car was stolen on Saturday and the police were able to find my car the same day! When they said they were getting my car towed I asked them if the company was able to take it to my home instead of the impound. Jacob, the Ace Employee with my vehicle took my car to my house with no questions asked! When Jacob got to my home with my car, we found out there was issues with my car and decided it needed to go to the Honda dealership. Jacob happily took it to the dealership and was there in no time. We had such a rough day after the car being stolen and he made our day so much better/easier with all his help! He communicated very well and was super kind given our situation!

Tommy is the absolute greatest employee. My engine leaked out entirely and he had to put my car in brutal and push it down two stories out of my apartment complex, because he said if I had turned my car on, the engine would’ve exploded. Really simple tow, AAA called ACE on my behalf and their rude driver and unhelpful dispatchers were unable to help me. Don’t call these folks, and if AAA calls them cancel the tow and request someone else - it will save you time and frustration. I just want to support businesses that do what they say they’re going to do.

No one should be subject to pay a towing fee to get they car back when it was a stolen car recovery. I was very upset .. bad enough my car was stolen but to pay almost 300! Dollers to get MY OWN CAR ! Are you serious! Both times I used them they were quick to answer the phone. Also they were up front about pricing, and the drivers were knowledgeable and professional. One thing to know is that they have a contract with the police, so those calls have priority.

Had to go to this location to retrieve personal items for someone. This man drives up and asked if we bothered to check in to the front office was rude. He was extremely unprofessional assuming that we hadnt checked in. Then later asked us if they had given us info for the holding space, which we were NOT given the info. We merely overheard the info from the staff communicating by radio. I personally would not use this place of service by choice.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Eli after paying off the vehicle Eli decided to hold the title from us.,His reason was there was still a balance owed for tools! The vehicle is mine and was payed for but the owner (Eli) some how feels good about making everything so much harder for me by keeping the title? I had nothing to do with the tool agreement but Eli operate’s solely on greed and could careless about making the sale right!! I would not ever recommend purchasing a vehicle from Ace Towing (Eli) they are usually pieced together with hidden issues and I would highly recommend getting them looked at by a mechanic b4 purchasing one!! It’s been almost a year and I still can’t get my title and it’s cost me money and countless issues!! They are dishonest and I regret ever trusting to purchase a vehicle from Ace!! I just want what rightfully is owed to me!!

Eli is a great man to work with when buy a car.

Someone broke into my car and try to steal it. It was in a parking garage and after calling around all day I finally found Ace who said they can try getting it out of a parking garage. After a short wait Gabriel the tow truck driver showed up and had nothing but confidence that he can get it out. Gabriel was super professional and polite the whole time.

We do cat rescue and took 30 cats and kittens from Pueblo to Dumb Friends League for spays and neuters for low income, disabled and elderly people. We got stranded on a Saturday after 5 pm AFTER we loaded almost all of the cats ON A VERY HOT DAY after they just had surgery and the place was also closing. RYAN came out to help us (AAA Sent him). But we were able to also locate a mobile mechanic. Ryan stayed with us to be sure mechanic showed up and he helped the mechanic get us up and running. He did NOT have to stay there once we told him help was on the way. He was very concerned for us and the cats and super polite. Because of him if I am ever stuck in Denver I now have ACE TOWING on speed dial on my phone. What a nice guy!! Thanks Ryan:) Meg, Jo Ann and 30 lucky kitties.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was in a hit and run accident (totaled) & it was brought to this location. When I came to Ace to retrieve my belongings, the 2 women at the front desk were very rude. They have no idea how to work in customer service and should be fired. Not to mention, this company is over priced, so you might be better off using another option.

Excellent service. I called and had a tow within the hour. The price was competitive, the tow truck driver friendly and efficient. The service was so good I wantef to tip for the excellent service but had no cash. Ill definitely use Ace again. I called several other companies. All had extended wait times of 2 hours or more and some not very friendly on the phone.

Jacob came through on 9/2 and diagnosed all of our problems and didnt leave the location until he knew we were able to make it back home. Easy to share location with and make the difficult situation as seamless as possible.

When tow driver asked where I wanted vehice towed, I told him 7800 W Jewell, when we arrived today to obtain personal items, we were told it had been taken to the 30 So. Zuni location in Denver.Why was it not taken to Jewell location, no answer there, but the girl on Zuni said there lot was to small.How about a coutesy call to inform me??Not happy with this already stressful situation!!!

These sorry thieves sent me to collections 3yrs after my car was towed and stored there for 3 days. My car was released by them to my insurance company after my insurance paid their fee. Now they are coming after me for $714 3yrs later claiming they were never paid but released the car? What kind of idiots do you have in that office doing your records? Shysters!!!

I had the most wonderful experience with Jacob, even though I was miserable about blowing out my tire - he went above and beyond to inspect my car and make sure that there were no other faster fixes and he was so nice and professional!

Our car was stolen about 6 weeks ago, and when Lakewood PD found it, it was Ace Towing that picked up our car. we knew there was going to a fee (cause why wouldnt the victims be responsible for payment) to get the car out of the lot. the owner/manager/all around nice guy took $100 off the price to get it out since the cops took so long to release it, and he didnt think it was fair for us to pay the total fee. AMAZING!! if i am ever in need for a tow, i will totally go through this place!!

Ace towing company is the best towing company I have ever dealt with I had a flat tire and LPD towed it to their yard when I went to retrieve it not only were they courteous and kind they actually gave me a used tire to put on my car so that I could drive to a tire place to get a new tire put on it and recently on February 11th 2020 through AAA Ace towing came through again and again they were courteous prompt and the driver Chris who came to help me was absolutely nothing but professional and kind I would use this company and this company only for all my towing needs thanks again Ace towing

Driver is stopped at intersection intersection trying to make a left-hand turn before he does that he turns all his reverse lights on blinding myself and another vehicle behind me so we can’t even see where were going. He left them on for two blocks absolutely no reason. Asked him why he states he’s looking for a car and not my business. He then goes on that it’s his right as a first responder. What?? Really?!?!? Maybe wore your lights properly and you won’t blind people.Sorry but the way he handled this yelling and cussing made me post this. If o ever need a tow I won’t be calling this company but I will let others know.

Quick and professional. These guys were great. Dispatch was friendly, informative. When they had someone in route, they called with an ETA. Entire wait was only about 30 minutes total from my initial call until Bobby showed up, who was very professional. The low stars on other posts seem more upset at their particular situation than with Ace itself.

HORRIBLE experience here. If I could give them -5 stars I would. They wouldnt let me in to my car after I had brought in the documentation needed to get my personal belongings after I was in a car accident (other persons fault). The lady at the front was useless and did NOTHING to try to help me and my dad (who was a few days out of a 9-hour back surgery, could barely stand and was holding on to a walker). Before we left, I tried to go lock my car with the remote (from a far) to make sure nothing was stolen and one of the employees grabbed me and held me down and would not let me go. I was sobbing and this guy was completely physically harassing me. I should have called the cops. Then, I went back a few days later with even more documentation and they finally let me go to my car to get my personal belongings. Within the few days my car was at the tow lot, someone had stolen an expensive item out of my car. I brought it to their attention and asked to see video surveillance and the manager REFUSED to show it to me. So now I will be filing a report for harassment AND theft. I have never dealt with a trashier, more unprofessional business in my entire life. Awful, awful people.

Called the morning after my accident to confirm which location my car was at. The woman initially told me she had no record of my vehicle, but took the initiative to call me back about 20 minutes later and let me know it just hadnt been entered into the system yet. When I went to get my personal items out of the vehicle, I was told I had to carry everything out and wasnt allowed to take my car back into the lot. I had a TON of stuff in there and one of the yard workers saw, came over to help me load my stuff into his truck, gave me a ride to my car and helped me load it into our car. The woman at the front desk also let me know I should release my car to insurance then, to avoid having to make an extra trip to the yard. Much appreciated!

The ladies in the office were nothing but considerate and polite with business. Its never a good day when you are at a tow yard. Either you were in an accident or the police took it. Its a day where you have to say bye to your car and money. The men working in the yard were unprofessional, smelled drunk, and were inconsiderate of their customers. Watch out for the man with cane, he has no problems waving it in your face.

They are the worse with providing you with accurate information. The workers than lack professionalism. I hate this is the place my car had to be towed to after my wreck. They make things very unorthodox, when it come to getting your belongings..

Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spoke with both the receptionist and then escalated to the manager. Both were incredibly rude and belligerent. They require you to come down in person to sign a vehicle release rather than accepting a fax or email submission of their release form; their incentive is to keep your car in their lot for as long as possible as they charge $27 a day storage. I would avoid using this company at all cost! I would give negative stars if Google allowed.

The tow truck driver told me my cheapest option was to have it towed to the nearest impound lot which was a huge lie and now im out like $300 and they wont even let me get my stuff out of the car without paying for the tow which i didnt even request and happened without my consent. These people are pretending theyre providing a service when they tow peoples cars without their consent and its ridiculous.

My car broke down on the side of I-70 and I called for a tow. I was told it would be an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half, someone called and told me theyd received some calls for police tows, which take precedence over other calls. I shouldve been called the moment they realized theyd have to skip me to take other calls, not after Id already waited longer than I was told. Found a different tow that will get here quicker, is $5 less for the hook and $1 less per mile towed. When I called to cancel, I wasnt even given an apology. Terrible customer service.

Zack came to tow my 2011 Grand Cherokee via AAA. Arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable about the issue.

Pole smokers impounded my truck didnt even tow to the yard I watch then drive my truck away down the road on a Friday afternoon not Towing it give me an outrageous bill is $375 to get it out that day okay and then the shiesty tow yard switched out my entire drive train motor transmission pulled out mine put junk back in it..

The towing company charges a lot to tow your car and keep it in the impound lot. They werent up front with the majority of the fees that were tacked on.

After my car was towed via accident I called to find out the cost I was told $120. tow fee plus $27 lot fee. Their shop is closed after 5pm but they are open to tow your vehicle. I called again to find out the cost depended upon if my vehical was towed from Lakewood or someplace else. When I arived at their lot to collect property out of my car I was greated with the rudest woman in the office. No smile or greeting, just asked for id and sign here. My car was a quite a distance away and I had to walk to collect my things, was told I couldnt drive to pick up my things...again very rude. Even when I was so very polite. Heres the deal. This is probably a family owned company where they have had it for years and they are not worried about customer service and more than likely wont change a thing. They are like the meanest teacher youve had in elementary school that wouldnt drop dead or retire. So my suggestion; if you are in an accident request a tow by your insurance or a different company if you are able. Thank you Marcus for being polite and asking if I needed help. To the woman with the cold sore on her lip try some Abreva Docosanal and meditation. Ease your mind and attitude and possibly youll have less occurances.

Tried to buy a used vehicle from them which I negotiated a price on, little Eli set the price and when I went back to pull the trigger his dad Eli would not honor it.... 4 hours later! When I showed up to test drive the truck it had a flat tire, a dead battery and was filthy dirty inside like every other vehicle I saw there on the lot! The owner or whoever runs the place here is an incompetent, rude, and simple minded man. I went in and had to wait as he and another employee were yelling at one another and after a few minutes he turns and asks what did I want as if it were my fault he was in a bad mood. While the whole time in his presence I managed to keep calm this man tested my patience. Never in my life had I met someone so blatantly rude. How they ever got a contract with Lakewood P.D. is beyond me but it does make me think poorly of who the P.D. keeps employment with. If ZERO stars were possible I would give it. Poorly managed business.
