Beautiful fall colors. I love my nails! This is the best nail salon in town. I have tried other nail salons in Longview but prefer US Nails. They “understand the assignment” lol.

This place is rude, dirty and very poor quality. The older guy who works right at the front was the one who did my nails. He finished doing someone else’s nails then it came to my turn and he never washed his hands nor did he ask me to wash mine. He rushed through my nails not even asking me to wash my hands after he filled all the old color off, just brushed it off then went ahead and applied the new color. This is how my nails look, he charged me $35 when their flyer says $30. You decide if you want to go and give your money there. Never again for me.

Went in for a new set since my last set broke. I was charged 45$ for this set and I’m not thrilled about the results. Dena did my nails and not only did she burn me with the dremel told 3 different times but she also cut me twice on my left hand. She also left a good chunk of acrylic underneath my pinky nail. I tried to be calm as she did feel really bad about cutting me but if you’re going to use powered equipment on my nails PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!! My nails were thicker so I asked her politely to file my nails again and she focused on the tip of my nail so now the beds of my nails are noticeably thicker than the tips. The color is uneven as well. I just wished she would have paid more attention to my nails than trying to listen to all the different conversations in the salon. Won’t be letting her touch my nails again.

Ken did it again, I am beyond happy with the job he always done for me. I love this place and will continue to go here for all my sets and pedicures. Thank you guys for the amazing experience every time!

Long wait, even with a reservation as I learned from the woman sitting next to me. Zero communication regarding wait time, and my feet soaked for 28 minutes and were total prunes before anyone sat down to begin. I came with a friend, and her nails were drying before my pedi was even started. (FYI, The tech cut her toe while doing her cuticles and had to put something on it for the bleeding). Totally unenthusiastic foot/leg massage which is usually the highlight of my pedi. Then, rather than using a fan or waiting to dry, they put my sandals back on and my wet nails were smeared the minute I walked out.

Theyre always open but very busy n always in a rush. I like 👍 there pedicures tho, and eyebrow waxing, but when I get my nails 💅 filled there they come off way too quick

Really disappointing. My gel manicure was thick and fell off in a couple days. When I went back in to get it re-done I was told to sit down and was forgotten about. My pedicure was done by someone that didnt appear to be trained at all. She asked for help during the whole thing. Both mani and pedi didnt do the cuticles.

They are always so professional and the job they did on my nails was very well done! Very clean, super careful with my pedicure (I dont have big toe nails due to surgery MANY years ago, but they still painted the area to make it look complete) but the meticulous job on my acrylics was WONDERFUL!

I brought in my granddaughter, I had an appointment, still had to wait 30 minutes. I felt that I was treated rudely by my manicurist as was my granddaughter. I definitely wont go back. It was not the special experience I had hoped for.

I’ve been coming to US nails on and off for years when I lived in the area and whenever I visit with my grandmother. I had Le working on my nails and he’s awesome! So kind, fun to talk to, and he did a great job on my gel. We’ve truly never had a bad experience here.

So had my nails done elsewhere but didnt like color so I went in to got in right away was great. But he started to ask me where I got them done and how much they charged that was for a fill. So he charges me 30 dollars for a color change. Never go there again what a rip off. He didnt even do what I wanted either. Tired of nail salons around here

Ken does an amazing job!

I was really excited to see a nail salon open since in my county personal services are not available yet. I was even more excited when they said they could fit my friend and I in towards the end of the day. The woman who did mine seemed in a rush and didnt ask me what I wanted and when I ordered the deluxe package my lady skipped steps like the lotions my friend received with her deluxe package, thats fine, I didnt get what I paid for but I am still grateful for the service. Then she clips my toenails without asking, which are already short. Initially it hurt a little but i didnt complain. Fast forward to four days later and my right big toe in infected.

There was 2 amazing guys who salvaged our experience Kim and idk who the other guy was. Younger. However my friend took me to get my nails done and the job was so so so sloppy. Hers were so thick and boxy. Mine were supposed to be almond shaped and they were filed down too short for the shape and they were just rounded tipped. Both were extremely thick and not in line with our nail beds. I have 2 crooked nails. I myself have issues with anxiety and didn’t say much when mine were done however my friend stood up and said they need to be fixed or we wouldn’t pay. That we would rather them take it off and we go somewhere else. The manager I assume stood up and started being scary aggressive and disrespectful. Saying they look good and that we can’t leave without paying. Now we aren’t the type to ever do this, but they were terrible nails and it’s $90. It could be way better done anyplace else. Kim fixed her nails and helped shape mine better, told us to call him directly for appointments from now on. The entire rest of the time the manager just glared at us. I’ve never had such a weird experience. That night I noticed my nail polish bubbling up like a blister. Sure enough, 4 of my nails “popped” with wet nail polish seeping out because the top layer was dry but the under layers weren’t. On both hands. I ripped off all my nails on day 3. I’ve never felt so insecure about my nails and I must say after not getting my nails done for 4 years, I won’t be getting them done again anywhere anytime soon.

I would recommend anyone to go here. I get the up most best service whenever I walk in the door. I am always more than happy with any services I receive. Nam and Ken take amazing care of their customers.

The owner was arguing with the lady doing my nails. He sent her away halfway through and ken finished them. He rushed and put the polish on too thick. They popped and got polish on me and my belongings for a few days. Im not going to give them my business anymore. It was totally unprofessional

They got me in right away. Wanting 5 different colors did not bother them at all. The water was the perfect temperature, and the massage felt wonderful.

Lady argued with my sister. And refused to listen to her, she was agreeing with my sisters daughter. Yet my sister was paying for the nails. They also dont do liquid gel nails that lay way longer. And they are still pricey.

I went here for the first time for my birthday on friday. Very nice people, and a great experience.

Seemed like they do not pay attention to detail.Seems as though they wanted to get you done and take your overpriced amount and get you out the door to take the next victim. Nice color but I had to clean under the nail and around my nail.

I am very upset. I asked for nails that are half one color and half the other with half a heart color on each of the opposite sides. the cut for the half and half nail is sloppy, wobbly and crooked. all of the heart lines are sloppy and uneven on all four nails. each of the heart sides aren’t even the same size. there is marks outside of the heart. the opposite color is on the wrong side. he was very rushed to finish my nails. one of the hearts isn’t even finished. the base of the nail color doesn’t even go to the top of my nails and it’s very bubbly and there was leftover polish all over my skin. i really don’t like them.

I have never had a bad experience here, i recommend them to everyone that comments in my nails...i am forever faithful to us nails.. Very comfortable atmosphere and always professional...

I went to get acrillic nails done and they kept saying how gel last longer and “acrillic no good”. I paid extra and got them done which was a mistake. They have horrible service, extremely rushed, painful, all my nails werent the same shape, and one of my nails fell off the next day! When I brought it to their attention and I wanted to get a refund they said they don’t do refunds and they said just “come back later we fix” but after the painful experience and reading everyone else’s reviews and hearing about my friends and family having similar experiences. I never going to get my nails done at their establishment again. Also they have a print out of 5 starts from google hanging on their wall which is not true.

No appointment and the three of us were seated in 30 minutes which gave us time to stop in other stores nearby... pedicure was very relaxing and I was happy with polish and results.

So I had to come here because my usual place was under remodel. I have never been here before but I will NEVER be back. All I wanted was a french tip manicure. My nails are way waaaay too short, so short that they look like regular fingernails. So many of the nails are filed unevenly and the tip was put on way too low so like half the nail is white. Its just a disaster. I wish I could rip them off so bad but I cant... 😩💔 The customer service was good but the manicure was HORRIBLE. I will never be back.

I have been going to USA Nails in Longview, Wa for 6 years now. I actually drive from St Helens, Oregon for their services as I have not been able to find the same quality and service in my local area.The last year Ken has been doing my manicures, and I love how he knows exactly what I like as far as length, and design of my nails. I like to get unique designs and colors when I can. Everyone in the shop is very professional and friendly. The Owner is amazing and makes you feel welcomed.I have seen a few comments on here about bad customer service and staff. I want to make sure that folks get a true picture from a by-standards view of how a situation like that may happen. Today I observed a situation where a woman was getting a pedicure and it started out weird on her end to begin with, the owner could see she felt uneasy as it was a male technician who was working on her feet. The owner asked her if she wished another technician and she declined. The technician was asking her if she had any ingrown toenails he needed to worry about for her and she reacted very rudely to him and responded with, you should know, this is what you do for a job. Unfortunately the situation escalated and the customer was very rude and degrading to the technician down to the fact where she stated only woman should be doing that type of job not men. She left, and did leave some money after they said no need to pay. This was after a general question for something the technician would need to look for and fix if was hurting the client if not then there would not be a need. Just like a dr right, he can’t feel her pain. I know there was obviously much more going on with the customer for this to happen, other customers came to the defense of the nail tech and salon owner due to the rudeness of the customer.I have seen over the years a few customers come in a treat these wonderful people in a rude way and make a small situation into a nightmare that can be fixed. There are not very many service oriented businesses around these days which want to make sure things are done right. So if you have not tried USA nails yet, give them a try, I am telling you, I am a very picky and particular person and I love them. And give a great tip, these folks work really hard all day long to make us look amazing and want to make sure we are happy, and when you see a bad review, think about the other side of the story and what really happened. I bet there is more to the story than what was written.Thank you USA Nails for being my go to place for the last 6 years. I am so sorry today happened, Lee is amazing and he should not have been spoken to in that manner. Thank you all for providing the services you do for us who need our Nails and Toes done 😁

My daughter was charged 90.00 for completely not what she asked for and they got very rude and argumentative when she tried to talk with them about. She asked for the difference back for what she wanted and what they did and they absolutely refused to make it right. We will never be doing business with them again!

Me and my friends went in today for acrylic sets. The workers did an amazing job and all our nails are just what we asked for and looks exactly like the pictures we showed them. We will definitely be going back for our girl days. 10/10 recommend. This is my new favorite nail salon in Longview/ Kelso.

Moved here from Portland and had a hard time finding a nail place as good as my previous one. This place Rocks. Plenty of availability, my nails have never looked this good and they are quick. Near(hopefully I spelled that correctly)is the guy I go to and hes amazing!

Owner is straight up disrespectful to customers. Don’t make snarky comments to me about being too early when I walk in literally 5 minutes before my appointment begins. Don’t loudly complain to me within earshot of everyone else about the (completely normal) color I pick. If you don’t want to do nails, change your name or have someone else do it. Either way, anyone else is getting paid to do mine next time.P.S. Steer clear if you’re trying not to get sick, owner doesn’t GAF about making people wear masks during a pandemic for some reason.

I will never come back again came in on Friday they told me go half hour wait I waited outside me and my daughter walked to Ross did some shopping sat in our car after that went back to the nail salon still weren’t ready for us we waited over an hour to get our nails started grantee they are busy 5 days later our nails are already coming off for the amount of money we spent plus tips I will never come back again

Was told ALL had to wear a mask. No problem. Had a pedicure, then manicure. Two women came in, right next to me, with NO masks. No one said a thing. My polish was put on like a 2 year old would. They raised their prices without saying anything.

Get me in right away and always get what I want done right and always get me in and out also does what I want done to my nail and they have very great people there I done my hair there about 1 year now and I have happy with my nail and always get me in and out and they take their time with me and dont rush and make I like them that place I always go and I dont anywhere else cause most place nail salon their people dont speak good English and not very lay back and do them fast and always miss them up very good place and clean place!

I had the best pedicure ever. Im on my feet all day, so they always hurt. Fantastic massage, and decent amount of time spent doing it. I have zero pain now. Feet are also now super pretty.

I had an appointment for a fill and had to wait an extra 40 minutes for them to start my nails. They were taking clients that came in after me and started working on them. By the time they started on my nails they rushed them and did them in 25 minutes. What I got was not what I wanted

Ive had issues in the past and had vowed not to go here but I also had the best pedicure ever there. Well today was not a good pedicure, in fact it was the worst one Ive ever had. Mostly because I paid for the deluxe and I got maybe 20 minutes which is less than a regular pedicure. The guy was clearly about quantity vs quality and spending the time that you paid for. There are plenty of places in town. Try your bet somewhere else to get better service.

I’m very picky about my nails and am hard to please. I go to Ken and Nam for my fills and they always do such a good job for me. It can be hit and miss with sometimes if I get someone else so I just always make sure to see one of them! Flower also gives the most wonderful pedicures!! They are certainly much cleaner, more professional, and overall just better now than they were under the previous management.

I took my granddaughter there to get her nails done. They recommended gel, so nail polish would withstand everything. The nail tech was very impatient with her. She is the best customwr being that she is only 5 years. The little nail heater scared her and she pulled her nails out really quick. I warned that it would get warm. She never pulled her nails again but the tech grabbed her long sleeve and pinched and pulled tight so she wouldnt pull out. I told the tech she isnt going to pull out and not to do that to her. She still continued. I would not recommend for children. She scared her. I am not sure if I could take her again because of it

They have so many pedicure chairs and nail stations that you never have to wait long or have an appointment. I love the selection of gel colors they have and skilled technicians that can do really beautiful designs. The owner of the shop is always so charming and the employees are polite.

I was very impressed with this shop. Showed up on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment for a pedicure with two of my kids. They were able to get us in quickly and did a great job. Did not feel rushed. They had a lot of staff in to cover such a busy day. Really happy and will be back.

The ladies and gents here always do a wonderful job, my hands and nails look neat, even, professional and beautiful. I work outside and whatever color or treatment I get here last much longer on my nails than it did in the past from other salons.

I dont know if they have new owners but theyve done a 100% makeover. New pedicure chairs and they use protective shields so you arent getting anyone else germs. They use professionally sterilized tools and throw away Emery boards. I hadnt been there for about six months, but it was worth the wait. Will be going a bit more often now.

Won’t be going back. The lady who did my nails was in too much of a hurry to get off and VERY rough. She didn’t ask if I wanted them shorter or not she just shortened them on her own. I didn’t ask for coffin shaped nails and she did it anyways. One nail isn’t filled in all the way. There are some nails that are really crooked and different lengths. The only good part is the color and that’s because I chose it. And I paid $30 for poorly done nails.

Not sure what is going on with this place. The prices are crazy . I paid $80 for what I thought was only going to be $45. Which I planned on giving a good tip. After questioning the total and an explanation that made no sense. After I left I was charged 10 dollars more on my card.. I have never paid that before and all I got was a regular manicure and pedi with gel polish. Plus the polish is clumpy.. I used to love this place .. What happened?
