I went in for an alignment after doing some suspension work on my own car. I showed up and gave them my keys and decided to wait outside because it was a nice day and I wanted to enjoy the weather. I watched the technician walk out, get in my car, start it and attempt to find reverse( I drive a manual car) after numerous fails attempts at trying to find reverse I walk over and told him where reverse was and told him how to get it in gear. He finally got the car in reverse but failed to mention that he COULD NOT drive manual transmission cars. He proceeded to absolutely smoke my clutch ( multiple times on the way onto the alignment rack). After he was done doing the alignment I assumed that he would try to find a text that could drive manual to put it back into the parking lot or at-least leave it in neutral and push it off the rack into a parking space ( it’s all down hill from the rack and 40~ foot to the parking spots) but instead he hoped in with all his fellow techs standing around and proceeded to do the same process of slipping my brand new clutch all the way back and into my parking spot. Very rude and very discomforting environment. I don’t recommend!

Unhappy!!😡.I took my 89 jimmy to the niles location for a alignment cause there was a special in a ad for 69.00And they tell me i have to buy lower ball joints first before they align it..I took to another mechanics place and they aligned it with no problems. And i asked about the mecanic about my lower ball joints and he said, they were not a issue in order to affect our warranty.Dam people at flynns in niles tried to get my to spend 400 extra for no reason. !!HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND GOING HERE!!They never called by the way

They have always treated us well. Recently got two new tires for my honda. Weve dealt with them quite a few times and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

My grandfather went in for a quote on a bearing. The price was reasonable EXCEPT the fact that he was told he HAD to replace both bearngs at the same time. He wasnt recommended to do it, he was told you HAVE to do it. I know his right front was bad. Thats all he needed. Needless to say we did not do the work there. I am very mad they want to give an 80+ year old wrong information. I have ran automotive shops and I know how things work. This saddens me.

They took over 2 an a half hours just to change a tire and served 5 other people that came in after us and got their cars finished and done with before they even touched our car . And not only did we have to wait that long for a simple half hour thing, but the man who came in last after all the other people needed all of his 4 tires replaced and still had his car done way before ours ! And they switched the car tags around to where we almost paid 1K for somebody else’s vehicle ! When we only had to pay 200 originally ! Very bad experience will never go here again !

I get treated pretty well here. Almost everytime Ive ever asked I was able to get in next day or same day. Never had any issues and Ive been here about 6 or 7 times.

There was 1 truck ahead of us and they worked on 4 other cars that came in after us and made us sit in their parking lot omfor over 3 hours. They are the worst. DO NOT GO HERE

Dropped $600 to fix a brake line. The day after I got it back, the serpentine belt fell off. Called their New Castle location and they quoted $80 to put the belt back on. Took it in and they said $3300 to make it safe for the road. Are you kidding me? Had our family mechanic look at it and he said 2 of the 8 things they wanted to do needed done. Ive driven the car about 7,000 miles since the brake line repair and guess what? The brake line went out again. Sounds pretty suspect to me.

Bought 4 new tires for wifes car after a year or so took back cause of leak. was told tires were dry rotted. had tires rotated there also will never go back they knew we got tires there and done nothing. the manager never got ahold of me. just trying too make it look good. been a wk since he said next morning. as far as iam concerned it was a ripoff. dry rotted tire in 1 1/2 2 year tires is defective.................

Purchased a brand new set of tires after a couple of months low air sensor continued come on while filling the problem tire with air problem I noticed the tire had been plugged( the plug was hanging out of the sidewall my recently purchased tire! I returned to the Flynns where I purchased the tires and the manager basically called me a liar stating they dont sell plugged tires! These were virtually brand new tires mind you!Then he told me I had insurance and that he would replace the plugged tire for 50 dollars! FLYNNS SELLS JUNK TIRES!

I had a loud noise coming from the front end that was fixed by replacing the wheel bearing. I was told it was caused by loose wheel lug nuts. Most likely when the tires were rotated by Valvoline the week prior. Instead of asking me about it they went ahead and replaced the part instead of having Valvoline cover the cost. I dont think that was right. Now Im wondering if the brake job was necessary.The mechanic was friendly & upfront with me and told me about the problem. How it was handled is my issue.

Came here to get my basic maintanence done and they caught a bad battery and replaced it on the spot. Its my wifes vehicle and im glad she isnt going to be stranded from a dead battery! Thanks guys! Jim and Josh!

Be careful, they seem to think women are niev, told my girlfriend her rip was bent to Rio her off for more cash, it was fully inspected at West side tire, there is no bent rim, just needed tire plugged.

Had my Traverse in for transmission lines, took over 4 hours and found that some parts were not put back! Took it back in to have it fixed as well as have my AC checked and tires rotated and a tire sensor checked. On the AC was done and they forgot to do everything else! 3 hours later
