I was happy with the acrylic nails themselves but wish I had picked a better color, the tech was awesome, gentle & was good at his job. I ended up swapping colors when I got home

I was happy with the outcome but didn’t get a massage or manicure with my dip nails . Thankfully I pushed my cuticles back along the way there. I really enjoy the massage part. A little more thoroughness would have given it a perfect score.

I love this nail place. I been going here for 5 months and they do a great job. And I have tried new things like the new nails styles and a pedicure never had done. And its a perfect atmosphere they are nice and polite. And if I could give them a 10 star 🌟 I would instead of a 5 star.

I am not a picky person, I just want my nails done right. I believe Ive found my nail salon. Tammy is very good with the nail art I ask for and the shape and thickness is just right. I will continue to use them as long as they continue the good work they do.

Very poor customer service. We went on a date they were not busy, and prior to arriving we call to see if there was an appointment necessary for pedicures. We were told that walk-ins were fine. Upon arrival, we waited 20 minutes before we were even being aknowledged. It was 30 minutes after that before we were even sat. The technicians were not friendly at all, they were rough, rushed, and did a mediocre job. While they offer drinks, other salons offer that as well. We will not be coming back.

1st time there my husband and I both got pedicures. The pedicures were very thorough and they did a really good job. Trying my nails next week.

I went in a few days ago to get dip nails, the man doing them was extremely sweet but he didn’t really know how to do the design i wanted, he tried his best (my middle finger was two different colors half was green, half was black) it wasn’t the best but i was ok with it. he didn’t put as much glue as he should’ve on the base. today my pinky nail fell off so i was forced to take them off. it was a waste of money and i will not be going back

I told the technician how I wanted my nails. After the 3rd time I just gave up. She refused to listen to what I wanted. Once the shop started to get busy she was more interested in getting me out of the chair so she could move on to the next client than taking care of me. I will not be back.

Not very welcoming and friendly and the lady that did my nails was ruff and has my cuticles sore on my hands and feet and whenever you get your nails done its supposed to be relaxing but this service was uncomfortable and rushed through and then when I went to pay she had the nerve to try and have an attitude because I didnt tip, Im not tripping bad service!

I love coming there to get my eyebrows done. They always do them exactly the way I want and are very good at it. Would have given 5 stars, but my nail experience hasnt always been good. Ive wanted design on my nails and it seemed as tho no one could do them so I had to settle for just a regular nail job. Next time Ill bring a photo and see of that helps. They do a good job on my nails as far as that tho! And a good job on my pedicure and manicure as well! Ill always come back.

These people dont listen to you! If you want your natural nail shape you wont get it! They will only give you crooked shaped nails. Awful when you go for a service and they dont give you what you want.Message To The Owner Who Replied: We called andmade it known we were not happy. We live over 20 miles from your salon. We were almost home when someone from your salon told us to come back for a refund so we turned around. The lady looked at the nails and said yes I see these are crooked and over filed then proceeds to pull out some nail clippers to clip off the product. This could not be done as it required clipping off real nails because it was an overlay. Because that could not be done we were asked to leave without a refund. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. You had your chance to make it right. Thanks.

Ive been to several different nail salons lately and none did designs good enough until I found natural nails by Albertsons in Longview. I love love love my nails and they did the exact design I wanted almost to perfection!!! 💜💜💜 Although I would have loved if I got offered a drink like other places have done.

AH-MAZING!!! I have been to numerous nail salons on several occasions and I have never been fully satisfied until today. Everyone was incredibly nice and attentive and provided fantastic services!!! I am very pleased and will be a repeat customer from this point on. Tammy is absolutely wonderful!

When we first walked in we stood at the door way for 20 min before we where acknowledged. Then they had us sit in the pedicure chairs for about 30 min before anyone came to assist us. The pedicure was very rushed and I felt like an inconvenience on the lady doing my feet. Also I paid for a 30 min massage and I think it was maybe 3 min. The lady was really ride and rushed me out of the seat. Also she went so deep in my cuticles it was super painful. Truly disappointed. Never coming back again.

My experience here was great! The staff here make sure you are happy with your nails. It was my first time getting stilletto shaped nails and I’m in love with them! Definitely coming back!

I went in to get a full set of dip nails. She probably spent 15 minutes on my nails max, and didn’t apply the correct “dip” way. She did my nails the same way you do for acrylics and when I asked why, she said “because it’s faster”. When she started applying the fake nails on me, she didn’t even measure to see which nails fit best. She put glue on all of my nails and then rushed to put all of my fake nails on and they turned out all being different sizes, and after she cut them down, she didn’t file them to make sure they were clean and the same shape. She was very rough while filing my nails and a couple of my fingers started bleeding. When she had finished, all of my nails were slanted away from my thumb.

Tammy was wonderful! I had a nail emergency!!! I recently visited a different nail salon and left feeling awful about my pedicure/nails. Tammy definitely gave me what I wanted and was fast! I have found my new nail home!

Got what I wanted at a fair price

They did a pretty good job but this place was overpriced, a little dirty, & no paper towels in the bathroom. I was also never offered a drink even though that’s supposedly part of any service at the salon.

Tammy is the BEST!!! You can take any picture or any idea you have for your nails & she will recreate it perfectly! Highly recommend, never disappointed.

Worst nail appointment I’ve ever had. The lady who did my nails was so rude and was either talking on her phone or listening to her headphones. When she cut the sides of my nails, she pulled out a used clipper from her drawer. My dip was applied way too thick and my cuticles were not done. Then she ran over them with the machine and chewed them up. There is no way this place was accurately rated 4 stars.

I have been going here for a few months now and the more I go the worse the nails and customer service has been. Tammy started out nice and friendly and has since been very rude, does not speak when I enter nor does she want to acknowledge that I am there. She will ask rudely what do I need and then acts like she cannot do my nails at all or anything that I ask her to do. I had an appointment and she did someone elses nails who came in after me and did not have an appointment before my nails. I was there for three hours getting my nails done. She has also cut my cuticles while she was using the electric tools and had my cuticles sore for a week. My nails do not last at all. I just had them done and two days later they are already peeling and looking horrible. She does not like when you go back and ask her to fix a nail. She acts like it is a hassle even if it is her fault. I asked to get my toes painted and she acted like she did not hear me and did not paint them. I will not be going there anymore. I am very displeased with how Tammy and the other workers at Natural Nails have started to behave and treat their customers.

The first few times that I came here were great. However, the service here now is horrible. Tammy used to tell me that I could bring in nail designs and that she could do them and now she acts like she has no idea how to even do basic shellac. She painted the shellac over my real nail with no over layer. One time she broke my real nail with the electric tool by using it too hard and she acted like it was no big deal and that it was my fault. She was rude and the whole time she was doing my nails she was talking on her phone and had her headphones in. She wouldnt help me find a paint color that matched what I wanted. I went in for her to fix my nail and she told me that she had a 2:30 appointment and she would get to me after that appointment then she put someone else in front of me. Then when I told her that she said that she would get to me after the appointment she said that she had to soak the shellac off my nail. I had already been there since 2 and at that time it was 3:30. I told her that she could have already soaked the shellac off and she told me that she did not have time. If she did not want to redo my nails then she should have just said that she did not want to do them. I ended up leaving without getting my nails redone. She is very rude and I will not be returning here.

Very nice results. I had a mani/pedi and it was a lovely experience. I waited MAYBE two minutes to get in to a massage chair to begin my treatment. They offered a notebook listing many different types of pedicures, I felt that was very helpful as I had not been there before.The technician/cosmetologist was very polite and she did an excellent job. She was quick, but not hurried.I felt the salon was very clean with liners for the pedi basins, steril packets being used, etc. I would recommend Natural Nails to a friend.

After reading reviews I made an appointment to see Tammy. I immediately noticed Tammy was over booked as she was doing my nails; she stopped two times during my manicure to go work on another customers nails and a woman came in while she was doing my nails saying she had called and made an appointment with her during that time. Clearly bad management and not her fault but made for a pretty awful experience.I left with inflamed cuticles from the electric tool she used because she kept getting it too close or on my skin. The way she did the dip polish it is connected to my skin near the cuticle so it pulls, just furthering the redness and inflammation. It’s been 3 days and they still look awful and feel painful. Really disappointed with my nails and money wasted.

The price is good but Im sad to say after only 6 days most my acrylics are already coming off of my nail in some places. The nail tech I got cursed a LOT too which I didnt feel was appropriate in a professional atmosphere.
