She does amazing work!Every single time I come here and see Tina I am so extremely satisfied with the work that she does I went in after someone had bought my nails and she remove them and did such a tremendous job doing them over for me shes the only place I can go to and show them a picture and she can do it with ease she works so hard and shes such a good nail tech I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done as long as Im here in Georgia

When you pay for someone to do your nails it’s because you want a nice job, but the guy that works there gets mad when you ask him to fix the over size nail that looks like you did it your self ( with out experience) and starts speaking his language. Tina does a nice job but she’s always busy, never going back.😡😡

The guy did an excellent job. I took my own polish with me. Everybody doing gel and sns except me. I usually do my own nails so I use my new polish.

The man that was doing my nails was very rude .he was throwing my hand after he got finished with one of my hands and when he was dusting the dust off my hand he was hitting my hand and he was drilling my skin and its hurt.I will never go back

First experience with SAM was GREAT!! My second experience with the lady that sits right in front of Sam was HORRIBLE! I got my nails done on a Tuesday, the following Monday they were all lifting. I called them and explained what happened and was told to come back to have redone. I went back only for them to sit me with the same person after telling them I didn’t want to sit with her a second time. Well, I’m guessing she was the only one available so I gave her the benefit of the doubt only to be disappointed AGAIN! I first had to direct her to cut the nails bc she was trying to fill in the Lifted nails without securing them. After doing so she cut them back then filled them in without filing them and naming them look neater. Well my results are posted and they look HORRIBLE! I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WAS REFERRED THERE AS WELL AS TOLD THEY WERE ALL GOOD.... Needless to say, THAT WAS A LIE!!

Been going to Sandy Nails for years I have no complaints. Mrs. Linda is the best and so is Sam. Tina is too busy but shes excellent with the nails.

The male nail technician was so aggressive when doing my acrylic nails that the following day my fingers were in so much pain I could not move them. The skin around was pink and extremely tender. The nail technician was extremely rude to me along with the young lady who was translating to English what he was saying to me. My sister and I were regular customers before then, and now we go to a different salon. I do not recommend.

If you need a full set or a fill-in, ask for Tina! She’s amazing. Polish never touches the cuticle & the cuticle is pushed back all the way. Appointments with her are recommended, she’s a very busy lady!If you need a pedi, ask for Linda! Appointments recommended.

I go to Tina for my full sets/fill-ins and shes always done a wonderful job contrary to other reviews. I was recommended by her some friends because they love her as well. Location isnt grand, but the quality that comes out of it is great! Definitely recommend!

My mother and I have been going here for the past 4 years...even when we moved we would still travel across town because of the service and satisfaction. They are very busy so we always make an appointment. Tina and Kim are the best nail techs and Linda does the best pedicure. There are others that are good as well, however I do not know their names.Try them.....you will not be disappointed!☺ I highly recommend!

Kim and the owner best nail tech however Customer service Skills very poor!! Other nail tech do rush-job to accommodate awaiting customers!! Owner needs to take pride in trying to keep customers HAPPY been there several times I show my displeasure and she does Nothing about it!! Will not go back there again!!

I been coming since they were anothr owner across the street but i only get a polish bcuz they not the cleanest but now they put them bags in the foot bowl but when u enter they only speak to certain people and they really dont like me so i see them talkn in there language about who gonna do my feetbut i decided today my money can go anywhere i just been coming bcuz they cheapr but my sanity means more and if u dont see they have no respect for us and all they want is money then u crazy. Im Done with them but good luck to those who think Tina is wonderful bcuz she talk about u too.

I rarely write bad reviews about services because I like to give people a fair chance. I have been going to Sandy Nails for about 7 years with little to no complains. Tina is the owners daughter who does my nail. Now I know taking children to a nail shop can be a hassle sometimes so I never take my kids until last week. Their school was closed and had no baby sitter. Tina was already agitated for some reason when I got there she yelled at one of my babies (1 year old) for touching a cheap nail polish that wasnt worth the price of the services I was paying for. She as very brash with me and even hurt my nail and flesh with one of her tools, when I told her she didnt offer an apology. I was very upset and had to let my husband leave his job to come get the children. I can take things up to an extent but when you yell at my babies I go lioness. I told her I never gave you any problems before so why are you doing this? She told me I should never have brought my kids thats why she doesnt bring hers. I felt that was rude. I at least spend time with my children unlike her who has someone raising hers while she is chasing the dollar. I am very disappointed and will never recommend anyone going there. This is what I get for 7 years of loyalty and driving almost 20 miles to get my nails done. WORST COSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!

I was visiting my sister here in Georgia..went in and got a no chip mani&a regular pedi..and they was very nice..i didnt wait..Anna did my nails..and a older lady did my feet..only reason i didnt give them 5 stars was when i got home..i wished they would of put another coat on my toes..very reasonable prices..ott..i was satisfied..ty ladies☺

I am never going back there again, the lady who did my fullset ombre nails was rude and did a messy job with my nails, and once she was done with one hand she literally threw my hand away like I thought maybe she hungry or something then towards the end she wanted to be nice, BYE FELECIA! I usually go to Nail Spa in Buford by Mall Of GA and they are a bit pricier but do a great job. She just did not care my nails were not even even and you could see the lumpiness from the power she used to do my ombre nails . I wish I would have spoken to the Owner because she messed up the reputation of that place I didnt even get her name I was so irritated and just wanted to get out of there. And she still had the nerve to wait for me to tip her after I paid. I ALWAYS Tip but No way she was getting a tip from me! I will never go back I would rather pay $10 more and have better service and nail job. The only reason I am putting one star is the lady who did my pedicure did an awesome job.

DONT GO! It was such a horrible experience for me. Worst customer service ever. The lady was rushing my manicure and while cutting my pushed back cuticles, she wasn’t even focusing and cut my skin up and made me BLEED! And the color I chose from the fake nails they have in the catalog was completely different from what she brought out and when I was telling her that this color is different she kept pointing at the two numbers and saying “ITS SAME” as if I couldn’t read. Like obviously I know it’s the same number but it’s not the same color at all. My nails couldn’t even dry bc the drying machines are so weak. Just don’t go. Trust me!

I got a French gel manicure and TWO DAYS LATER all of my nails start pealing off and chipping. The lady that looks like she had a stroke is absolutely the rudest woman Ive ever met. She does a horrible job and if she doesnt like you she screams and yells at you, always looks at you like Youre gross or something. Sam and the young dark skin female are the only ones I will ever go to if I go back. Paid $40 only to go out of town, unable to make them fix it. Dont waste your time or money, because it is not worth it.

If I could give it 0 horrible the treatment supposedly they painted me in gel and nothing to see just a coat of paint and since they do not have a drying lamp they do not send to a table with a fan and the paint never dries the bad treatment the old woman with an ugly attitude. And to finish completing I went to remove some acrylic nails and it did not do it like other places with acetone but with a plastic nail I took it out and it hurt a lot I never saw him wash the utensils I grab them from another table they do not fence or throw their money in a site crap so bad experience!
