Super helpful staff Victoria is AMAZING! Found the perfect carpet for our new addition. It wasnt on sale when we purchases it but they were able to work out a great discount.

Asa was just great helping us pick out and order our carpet and keeping us informed. The other store employees were helpful as well. The installation crew headed up by Alex was excellent. They had to move a lot of heavy furniture and were friendly and helpful. The end result is lovely and well done. This is our 3rd time with S&G and our expectations were met or exceeded. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with the staff and installers from this store. Their professional who took the measurements was great, and explained how they were organizing the cuts for the carpet and even worked with me to choose seams that would look nice in my space. The sales team made me a great offer to beat the competition and came well down off of the sticker price (I had chosen expensive pet-resistant products). The installers were excellent, quick and professional, and the end result looks great.

S&G carpet was great easy to work with from the sales Assoc Asa to the installers! I’m very happy with my flooring. I also received a very good discount which made a difference in my selection of flooring!! What a difference it made my condo is now light and brighter from a brown laminate to light grey vinyl plank and warmer floor not cold like laminate and no hollow sound when you walk! I would recommend S&G above the floor store and Home Depot !!

This store is everything you would expect from a perfectly run operation. The crew is totally focused on customer service and their product knowledge is out standing. It is nearly impossible to walk away without finding the item that fits your needs.

From Carpet selection through installation the overall experience was great. We had previously dealt with both the big box stores (L and HD) who failed in meeting commitments and even gave us incorrect information on carpet construction. S&G on the other hand were more knowledgeable and easy to work with, and met their commitments.

Can I rate them with 0 stars?! S&G carpet is finally installing the hardwood this week in dev 2018. We contacted S&G through costco livermore. The person whom we spoke to is David Meistrell. He responded to us only until we placed the order. After the order was placed, we never heard back from him. The order was placed in August with full amount paid upfront, but the work has started only in Dec. There were several occasions where we tried to contact the person since we had questions/followups. We havent heard back from them even now for clarifications. Very disappointed with the service. I wonder how they have 5 star reviews in S&G website. We obviously left comments & ratings on their S&G website which ironically never got published.
