I like that this business is convenient because its close to my house; I also like how they do my nails. However it doesnt sit well with me that theres a fluctuation of price. Some days both owners want to charge me $35 for a gel fill-in and other days they try to charge me $40. I dont like that. it makes me distrust them. Today the male owner tried to charge me 40 until I said I paid 35 last time then he begrudgingly told me okay.. 35. Sir... make up your mind. (my nails are short btw) if this keeps occurring Ill just take my business elsewhere; which I shouldve honestly done a long time ago.

Took my niece here exactly a week ago (me and her) she got a full set and a pedicure. I got a pedicure only. Price came out to $100 even (not including my $20 tip). Today, I dropped off my niece for a fill in and a pedicure and her cousin to get a pedicure. Explain to me how when I went the first time it was $100 and today when they went by themselves the price was $30 more. The fill in was $40!!!! Who charges $40 for a fill in on short length nails. Nah, what it was is that they say two young girls and up-charged. I went in to talk to the front desk guy and he said it was because they no longer used acrylic they only use gel...ummm, EVEN IF IT WAS GEL YOUR SIGN CLEARLY SAYS FILL IN starting at $20. How do you jump from $20 to $40 for a FILL IN ON SHORT LENGTH NAILS?! I will NEVER go back here.

We called in advance to ensure they could take us for 2 mani-pedies. The agreed to see us being fully aware of what we were trying to have done. The short story is I waited an hour and 15 minutes with my feet in water before anyone helped me. The tech apologized a few times but it does excuse wait and the fact that my feet were in mostly cool water the whole time. I would have rather they not seen me than to have wasted my time and being treated this way. Never again.

I go to this nail salon often. I usually get my sns for my nails and and pedicure. Also my eyebrows . Sophia normally does my sns and my eyebrows. She is truly amazing. She always does an amazing job. And she is very sweet! Sophia is wonderful!!!!!

My coworker recommended this place to me. First off, they do not check temperatures. I should’ve left at that point. I WAS asked to sanitize my hands though. They did not wear gloves while doing my nails. Bottom line, they will let any and everyone come in there. And the lady that did my nails started off nice, but towards the end, it was a different tone completely. I even told her that my coworker recommended them and this was my first visit. Only thing I asked was if she could file 3 nails down because it was definitely obvious they longer than the nails on my other hand to me. Oh, and most places charge maybe $7-10 for gel. She told me it was $18 upcharge for gel. I will not be returning.

Actually a good spot. I go to Bobby I believe thats his name just ask for the guy that did nails in Vegas. Hes cool, professional, and his work is amazing, I will put a picture of my now almost 2 month old nail that still look good. He tells me I need to come in more often then I do lol but tell my job that!! Please lol but Im going to see my guy today Im super excited

Loved nail gallery. It wasn’t too busy when I walked in I called ahead of time and the lady was very sweet. I usually get SNS nails with coffin shape, but wanted to try something new this time. Most nail salons I go to do not even out the base of the nail with the tip, but it was done perfectly - even and clean. They were speedy without being careless and very accommodating! Will definitely be back again!

I called this salon as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning. I was able to make an appointment with in the next 10 minutes. This was my first time at a Nail Salon in a LONG TIME.I normally do my own pedicure at home but I just wanted to feel pampered. I received a Pedicure by the lovely Tina. They have a Menu and you get to pick the type of pedicure you want. Tina was very sweet and careful with me . There was a language barrier so I didnt get to ask her many questions. Honestly, she did an Okay job. The polish layers applied were visible that I ended up removing the polish and painting my own nails at home. Also, they did not have a station where you can sit down and have the fan dry the nail polish. It also could have been due to Covid. Overall, if you need a quick Pedi this might be okay but I will check another place next time.

Kevin does my nails and I love it. Everytime, he does them perfect. He even suggests what I should get, and I end up liking his ideas. Tamia does my moms nails and she’s good as well. Tiffany does my toes and she’s amazing with my shaping. I love this place!

Ive been going here a lil over a year. Sofia is the best, but shes booked often. Since covid most of the staff is new with the exception of Sofia and Angie. My daughter and I went in a few weeks ago and everything that she wanted was told by Angie rudely they cant do that. I always get S&S and the last 2 times a new person has done my nails. The last visit the girl used uv gel top coat on my S&S. Few days later they started to peel and a nail coat chipped just from me opening my wallet. Went in to get them fix. In the past it has never been a charge if within a week. Angie made it appear as if it was something I did wrong then charged me to correct their mistake/work. They have lost a customer. I feel bad leaving Sofia, but there are too many nail salons out her to pay to be treated badly. My advice if going there, be sure to book an appointment with Sofia.

I love this place, everyone that works there is always so kind and friendly. They do some of the best shaping for acrylic tips I’ve come across in Georgia. They are also one of the few nail salons I’ve found locally that is willing to try more artistic style designs. I highly recommend.

I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and got some acrylics and Sophie does an amazing job! Ive had mine for two weeks, no lifting, chipping, or anything. She also does a nice paint job, usually people miss the sides, but she gets it all! Highly recommend her. The staff is professional, and utensils are always clean. Very good environment and well kept. Its time for a fill so Ill be going back sometime this week!

Ive visited this salon before 3 years ago and it was a fantastic experience then. I came back for an acrylic fill in and Im absolutely delighted that I had the same experience. I love how my nails were done! This salon never disappoints.

I bring my 13 yr old here a lot, because the quality of work and the length of time the nails last on her surpass other nail salons. Prices are great which will make us repeat customers.

I moved to Lawrenceville in January this year (2019) and found this fantastic salon! I love the people, the energy and the service! I’m very specific when getting my nails done... they have always remembered how I request them to be done, the recommendations for colors, glitter, or nail art are always on point and they are the sweetest people ever! I recently moved to kennesaw and Still drive the 45 min/1 hour to get a fresh set from my favorite place!

Sofia and Angie are always very friendly and their work is impeccable. I moved about a year ago to the Lawrenceville area and they’ve been doing my nails every since and that’ says a lot.Sofia did my nails for my wedding this past April and I couldn’t have been happier with the work she did. This is my to-go nail salon! Even though it is a 25-30 minute drive, it’s worth it! I’ve been to other nail salons but they are never as sanitary as this place nor do my nails last long. My go-to nail tech is Vu! He’s done my pedicures and gel nails for 2-3 years now. If he isn’t available, however, it’s all good because everyone else is excellent.

Good prices, told there was a 30 min wait was taken right away. I had one of the gentlemen he was good.

I paid 45 for a super luxury spa pedi that was supposed to come with about 6 different treatments and they only did about half of them. When I asked if they where going to give me a mask and treat my feet with the rest of the treatments they argued with me that scrubbing my feet was a treatment. The hot stone massage was the woman holding a hot stone while rubbing my feet. The polish was out on horribly as well. Over priced and crappy work. Save your money and go to the nail place across the road. I have tried this place 3 times to give them a chance and all 3 times they have been bad. 1

The worst service I’ve ever gotten at a nail salon. I went for SNS and after one day the SNS began to crack and break off. I went in today to get my nails fixed because I paid $40 and I found it unfair for them to not even last a week! Only lasted one day. So the young man who did them starts adding glue to the sns & then layers more SNS Instead of doing them new & clean. So now I have a thick bulge of nail compared to the other ones. Then he has me sit on the side to wait for some oil on my nails and he never even came back to me because he got a client. I get Im not paying for them to be fixed but if I paid $40 for them I expect good quality nails! Don’t waste your money or time here they’re not professional at all. The place looks pretty but the quality of work sucks here don’t be deceived !

I don’t like my nails shaped uneven and my diamond fell out

4 of my nails popped of within a week. My real nails look terrible because two more acrylics came off yesterday with my half real nails still on it. I will NEVER go back!

I walked in and I paid for luxury and a full gel set when I came in and got my mani-pedi. The ladies working were super nice to me and really talkative. They both did a very great job and I loved it! The only problem I have with the job is that the nails arent rounded underneath. Only a few of them are but theres still chunks of the unshaven gel on the bottom of my nails that i cant get off myself. But other than that, everything is great!

This is the first time my nail bed hurts after a manicure & Ive had plenty manicures done. I swear my thumbs are crooked & I pointed them out but only a slight fix was made. They do not know how to time there session with someone. I waited 40 minutes & three girls that came in after me were taken care of first. Maybe cause Im 17 & look young?? Than once I was seated he hadnt even finished me before moving onto someone else!! I spent more than 2 hours there, thats ridiculous

Forgive the spelling but Hailey and Yah Yah are THE best. The best gel manicure pedicure and full set I have EVER had. Please go see them. Hailey is super fast as well. You wont be in there for long with her.

So this is my only nail place I go to. Ive been to others and they were ok but for me this place has been the best. There have been some bumps in the road but I have figured things out.There are really only two technicians that are awesome right now, Sophia and Angie. Nia does great with Pedis. I have gotten to know the owner over time and much like other businesses not everyone they hire are great or even good. It is hard to find a great technician and the ones she does hire sometimes dont want to listen to her training tips so they usually dont last long. She tries to give them a chance but that doesnt always work out. I understand this because I have been in charge of a business with 20+ employees. You may have the best intentions to run a great business but there will always be employees who couldnt care less. You have to weed through a lot of bad to find the good.As far as people talking about the wait time, well if you go during certain times and you dont make an appointment....yeah youre going to wait. This is no different from other places. I make an appointment for a specific person and I schedule my appointment on law traffic days or times. Yes I work a full time job and a mom of two so I have to finagle my schedule however it reduces the wait time and ensures I get the technician I want and the great work I am paying for.I am sorry to hear others have a bad experience. Some of those service I never had so I cant comment on. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because she doesnt have enough great technicians but I know the owner is trying to resolve this. Once its resolved then they will get that final star.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! The decor is very nice. Its very deceiving because you think youre gonna get high quality care. I tired this place out for the first time to get my lashes done. I had to ask the lady several times to fill in different spots that looked patchy and she got an attitude when I had to speak up. I noticed that after she was done she put what appeared to be black liquid eyeliner on the brim of the lashes. She took forever and i needed to get to work. When i got home i looked at the top (eyelid) where she had installed the lashes and saw that the majority of the lashes were glued to my eyelid NOT placed individually on my own lashes and it was all lifted up. I could feel the end points of every lash. They are extremely hard and stiff and within two days one side started falling off. Day 4 the left side lash completely fell off and the right side is still glued like hell to my eyelid and some of my lashes.Update: I go into this place today asking them to atleast remove the lash thats stuck on and he tells me shes not here. Come back at 6pm (its currently 11am....its gray and rainy and Im driving around with sunglasses on) i ask for the owner and he claimed that she was the owner. How much do you wanna bet when i get back here #1 - she probably STILL be here......i know that shes here in the back! & #2 - theyre gonna be on some bs! I told him i will be back at 6pm however i will NEVER EVER come here for service again and i want my money back.

Great pedicure. But the SNS the gentleman did was horrible. Did not realize just how bad until I left. Had the French done with the SNS, likes are all jagedy, material stck all around the skin adjacent to my nails. Picking it off the white doesnt even look purely white. Old fingernail polish somehow is on my fingers. Got this done for my daughters wedding. So disappointed wasted $40.00 + tip as I am going to have to go somewhefe and get them redone.
