Worst experience ever. I was the only person there and it took 3 hours! I got a basic pedicure and a full set. The lady cut me with the file and just kept on going without apologizing or letting me clean where it was bleeding! My nails will have to get redone because they are uneven and have grooves in them. I was so disappointed by the place. Beware!

DO NOT GO HERE!I saw this place on google because the nail salon I usually go to was closed and couldnt wait...The lady with the short hair cut my fingers TWICE! I told her about it and she said I didnt mean to like how did you not mean to? She was even wearing glasses! She also pressed on the side of my nails to the point where it hurt! If I could I of rated this place a 0!!

They do great here with men as well. This is my favorite.

I love how the owner treated me as a new client to her shop. She was prompt, honest, and very helpful. I love the interaction and the one on one care for my nails and lashes. Thank you Maria.

I would give five stars but because I had one bad experience it took one away. I absolutely love this place. From the first day I went I felt welcomed. Since I work In healthcare I haven’t had my nails done in over 8 years. My first and second visit was amazing. The third not so much. I was supposed to get sns. The nails came out looking a little funny but not anything intolerable so I let it go. I decided to try another place to get them done. When she sat me down to remove the powder it would not come off. She told me that it was gel and not powder. So I decided to stick with the new place by Kroger on riverside parkway but they were so horrible I had to go back to king nail. Now I am happy with my nails and I know what to look for from here on out. Not only that I will only allow one woman to do them for me.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Worse nail place I have ever been to. This lady done cut 2 of my fingers by pressing her own nails so hard to file my nails. At first I told her be a little bit gentle cause it hurt your nails are a lil too sharp to be pressing my skin so hard she ignored and next thing you know She cut me there was so much blood all she said was oh While she still pressing I ask her for a band aid she didnt have one she just kept going until she cut another one. I was so upset it took everything and my husband was there to calm me down we litteraly thought she was posessed. When I was finally done my nails were crooked she just told me to come back next week so she could fix the crooked one.

Great atmosphere. They always make my nails look great. They make you feel like a valued customer and creativity at its best!

Been going hear 3 years read a review from a kaylan norman..and I think she might have the wrong location bc there is only mrs. Linda and Kevin that work at this location witch is located by subway in Auburn ga... if they ever make a mistake they fix right away no charge and are the best people I know they take their time to make u feel relaxed and me sure every customer is happy.....

I would tell anybody and everybody not to get nails done at King Nails! If you only want your nail polish to last for one day then King Nails is the place to go! Took my wife once to get gel polish. Only lasted four days! Went a second time for regular polish, and it lasted one day! Never again

Always pleasant they are some wonderful people very kind I wouldnt go anywhere else Ive been going to them for years they know all of my children watch my kids grow up thats how long Ive been going to them💗

Does not check IDs for people that use cards, I have repeatedly had my cc numbers stolen and used at this shop. When I call to ask what is going on they say they dont know and wont let me talk to a manager. They wont tell me when a manager will be in, and wont take my number to have them call me. Completely rude and untrustworthy.

Ive been getting my eyelashes done there for over a year now. Maria does a get job, I get short legnth so they look natural, in fact you wouldnt know they werent mine if I didnt tell you and if I wash my face and hair with care they last about 5 weeks. I dont know why ppl would go somewhere n pays almost $100 or more for eyelashes when I pay $20 😘
