My manicure was very sloppy, true lazy work. More than likely, I will be removing it tomorrow at a different salon. I am not a high maintenance person at all when it comes to my nails. I just appreciate and expect neat and quality work. Anything I request is usually very simple and classic given I am in senior leadership within my organization, yet that was not achieved today. This was my first visit to this salon as well as my last. I will continue to seek a quality nail salon in this area to avoid having to travel to the downtown Atlanta area.However, I was very happy with my pedicure which is the reason for the two stars. It was a different tech whom completed my pedicure.

I will not be coming here again. I went for an eye brow wax/clean up. The lady that did it placed hot wax on my face. I was attempting to look at my brows in the mirror and she started to pick at them again. She knicked my left eye lid on the soft tissue. My brows are also uneven now, one side is longer than the other.

Vicky’s pedicures are the best! She’s takes her time and is very thorough...She gets the cuticles CLEAN and digs up all that dead skin under the big toes and in between the skin and cuticles on the big toes!!

DO NOT GO HERE! A waste of money and total trash job on my nails. They only made excuses instead of fixing the problem! This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They do not know how to properly fill nails and do a French manicure.My nails look terrible, even worse in person. They are rude and they make you pay before their work is finished!I will never come back to this sham of a nail salon! If you’re smart you’ll heed all the one star warnings and go elsewhere!P.S. This is my second time using this salon. The first time my acrylics didn’t even last a full week but I figured it must be the nail tech. After this visit I see that this is just how they do business. My nails look terrible and I deserve a full refund because now I have to go to another salon to have this issue corrected.

I visited this place for the second time and I decided to give the opportunity to clean my eyebrows, but they removed half of one, in general they left me horrible, when I saw myself in the mirror I immediately felt terrible and she wanted to fix saying that I was leaving to paint the eyebrow And since I did not accept, he asked me to be quiet. Avoid this place, avoid going through this terrible situation, this would not be done by a professional.

Don’t ever go to this nail salon. My SNS nails only lasted 1 week. The SNS was cracking. When I returned to have my nails repaired, they refused to redo all my nails. They only would repair the ones that were cracked. I’m afraid they would all start to crack but the owner/manager refused. Very disappointed that they didn’t value my business.

Seriously amazing pedicure! The tech took her time and really pampered my legs and feet. Her attention to detail was amazing and I left feeling so relaxed.

Not luxury at all. This place is not hygienic. Does not follow covid safety. The older nail tech digs into your skin while shaping cuticle and makes you bleed. Would not recommend.

I went to have a full set of course they took me and the guy did not know what he was doing. Im writing this because they did not follow the proper Covid protocols. They placed a woman right next to me and then her child squeezed in on another seat. The child did not have a mask on and was not asked to put on a mask. No temperatures were taken and the employees did not wear gloves. People are not required to use sanitizer or was their hands upon arrival.

Guy who did my nails was amazing! He was very professional and my nails came out great.Only thing he file too much of the side of my nails and had too fix it. I got a coffin nail shape.

My nails are not even shaped right. They look like squares on my fingers and the polish is so thick that they feel bumpy. Also my nails are all sorts of different lengths and some are wider than others like my pinky.

This place is so hit or miss it is not worth going to. Honestly just left because I was so frustrated and did not have any nice words at the time but here I am not even 10 minutes after my appointment, trying to do whatever I can to fix my nails that do not even look like they were just done.

There is no social distancing at all. Everyone is required to wear masks but I haven’t seen any extra sanitation be done to the chairs where people sit- or to the nail polish on the wall, or the gel samples, or menus. No extra precautions besides wearing a mask. Very disappointed. Rushed the nail tech because they kept sitting people right next to me.

I’ve been going here almost 4 yrs now. Nice and clean place. Always a wonderful experience and they do a great quality work. Even though there are some language barriers but I’m able to conversate, joke and laugh with them.

This place is thinning out their gel polish! The first time my nails did not come close to the color on the bottle. I accepted it even though I was not happy with the color. Yesterday was the second time the color did not match the bottle until the nail tech put 3 coats of color on my thumb after he noticed a flaw. Finally the color is close to the color on the bottle. Another finger has shading (light in some places darker in others). This is when I realized that the gel polish had been thinned. No I will not go back as it is a waste of their time as well as mine. I paid $43.00 plus tip for gel manicure and basic pedicure. That may be the competitive price but it seems high as their quality does not equal the price. My tip was $5 each for my techs because I liked them and my toes are the color I expected.

I like the SNS powders they have, some salons don’t have this amount of variety when it comes to colors. I got sns on my natural nails for $35.

This place is not the best nail salon in my opinion if u want good shape and length theses people made my nails super thick and I asked for coffin shape and it was no where near coffin I then asked the guy to fix them by making the thinner and fixing my shape and he still didn’t do as I asked he also left space between my the fake nail and my real ones

Got my nails done on Saturday. Asked for gel nails . Literally by Monday I noticed the gel on my thumb nail had chipped. I didnt see this as a big deal until by Wednesday all of my gel nails were already lifting/ easily peeling off. I am 99.9 percent sure the guy who did my manicure used a peel base coat without my knowledge. I wish he would have asked me first. It is now Thursday and there isnt any gel polish left on my nails without any damage to the nail. I dont know if they use a peel base coat so that you have to come back in sooner, but gel polish is suppose to last at least 14 days .So watch out for this when getting a gel service. I will not be coming back due to the fact I paid a lot of money for a manicure that didnt even last 5 days.The lady who did my pedicure was great though! I didnt get gel on my toes and they still look good. She is the reason I am giving this place two stars.

Not one smile from any of the staff at this location. They are miserable and offer miserable service! My daughter want multi color, bright, springtime look SNS and left with deep purple! ! I mentioned that it was too dark before starting on the second hand and the lady just kept rolling onto the next hand!! They refused to remove it and add a color. NEVER to return her as a customer!

Its our first time here today. A tech greeted us with a friendly smile and asked what we wanted to do today. We wanted pedicures so she gave us a menu of all the types of pedicures they do. OK, so there are so many to choose from starting at $20. We chose the Voesh pedicure ($33)in lavender and green tea, it included the works! It included sugar scrub, masque, massage, callous treatment and took about 1hour. This is one of the best pedicures Ive had. Our techs Lang and Maria were great. As we sat drying our nails Lang gave us bottles of water. I love the customer service. We received a card for $10 OFF if we do 10 visits. Like that. I think I would come back after this as my first experience was a good one.

They always do an amazing job on my nails plus they have huge collection of color to choose from... I would recommend Kay or Mandy or Karen but the guys are good too .

Came here to get my nails done for my baby shower. The lady who did my nails initially was very rough. She cut me with the electric nail file and left several little hang nails all around my cuticles. I got Gel polish and it was so sloppy, there was polish on my cuticles and it did not look like I had my nails professionally done. The more I looked at them the angrier I got because I paid for this service and it was poorly executed. I went back to have the polish taken off and was charged for it even though I was just there and was clearly unsatisfied with the service I received. To get the gel polish off at course they have to file it off, which left the nails fairly thin, so I wake up this morning to one of the nails missing. I come back to get the nail fixed and guess what, Im being charged to fix yet another one of their mistakes. Will never be back to this salon nor will I ever be recommending it to anyone. Really wish I would have looked at the reviews and pictures before coming here.

Horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes before anyone even asked what service we wanted. Finally got sat for Pedicures. The technician acted very inconvenienced by helping me. She was rough on my legs and feet. Very rude and charged me $3 for callus remover that was suppose to be included. She left my hands in the hot bag for close to 15 minutes. The manicure did not include any type of hand rub even though it was listed. The next day my nails and toe nails were all chipping off. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Professional Nail. They are much nicer and do a better job. LUXURY WAS CERTAINLY NOT LUXURIOUS!

Luxury Nail & Spa in Lawrenceville is THE BEST place for acrylic nails, manicures, pedicures, eyebrows and more! I have been going there for over 7 years and have never once been disappointed. They are delightful and they truly care about their customers. BEST customer service ever! HIGHLY recommend!

I only gave them 1 star because you cant post a review without providing a rating. This place is terrible! NO ONE in the place knew how to do painted designs, not even simple flowers! The guy that painted my gel nails did a terrible job! It literally looked like a 12 year old painted my nails while we were having a sleepover. They were messy and when I complained he was rude! Since no one knew how to do painted designs, I asked for a simple design with rhinestones and foil paper and he couldnt even apply the foil lines properly. They were crooked and it just looked a mess. I will never go back here again.

Fast and out in a reasonable time

I had been going to this salon for almost 12 years, I wont be going back, there were a couple of mishaps, where do I start, I normally schedule an appointment with Tee so I called on Thursday to schedule my appointment, the young guy who answered was rude and kept asking the same questions over again, i guess he didnt understand English, he got my appointment date wrong, probably on purpose and when I arrived, Karen was rude and told me I didnt show up for my previous appointment, anyway, this is the last straw, this place has gone down since Kenny left..he was the best!

First time, very clean establishment polite staff. Busy but fast in helping new clients. Definitely recommend! I will be going back for sure.

Owner needs lesson in customer service. Ive been gong to this place before the new owners took over. One day I came in and there were all new people in the place. When I asked where the others were, the new owner told me they were all off that day, watching the super bowl. A flat out lie. Wonder why they felt it was necessary to lie....anyway....they assigned a male to do my pedicure. I dont allow men to do my nails or feet as my past experience with men performing these services have not been pleasant. (They were too rough for my tastes). So I requested a female tech. That caused an issue for the owner. It was clear to me from her behavior and her tone she didnt like the request. Later, the owner was working on a lady sitting in the chair next to me and was super friendly, commenting that she really like her cause she wasnt picky. I guess she meant that as a backhand negative remark about me. I get my nails and feet done twice a month without fail at this salon....for nearly 2 years. This past weekend was the last straw. When my daughter and I went to get a pedicure, I was assigned a new girl. Once seated, the water was scalding hot, the tub was filled to overflowing so much that water spilled out and my shoes got soaked. The tech left out after correcting the water (took three attempts to get it right as the water was indeed scalding hot), and told me I needed to soak for 5 minutes. She was gone for 10. The she ca mm email back in and started on my feet. I stopped her before she actually began and to l do her she could not use unclean equipment on my feet. (She did NOT get clean tools for me, rathe r she picked up the cuticles cutter from her tray that she had apparently just used on a previous person). So she said she was going to wash them off. She came back with tools wrapped in saran wrap. I told her if the tools were not properly sterilized, she could notwork on me. Another tech loaned her a clean set of tools which were sealed in the sterilized bag. It all of 3 minutes to do the cuticles on my toes. She was rushing...and rough. I told my daughters tech I was not happy. She told the owner who came over looked at my foot and stated that my foot had already been done. Now I really dont know what she meant by that but I explained that part of the pedicure process for me was the experience and I was not receiving that. I also told her that new girl was rushing through the process. The new girl started mouthing off and I just looked at them both. Couldnt believe they were giving mouth back after the awful service. The the owner said, she was just trying to give the new girl a chance. I reminded her that I was a good customer, tipped very well, and she should have been more accommodating to me, the customer, under the circumstances. She finally sent another tech to complete the work. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wont be back. Matter of fact I have taken off my nails, and will only go to REAL spas for my pedicures. No more making these people rich when they feel they are doing you a favor and really dont have a clue about customer care. If you continue to give your business to this shop better make sure their tools are clean.

Overpriced, my nails are jacked up, I had the SMS, now my nails look and feel like blocks!! The pedi was nice, but I chose regular nail polish, because my toes ALWAYS last longer. I kid you not when I didnt even make it home WEARING flip flops, without my polish half way off. They put so many coats on without them drying completely. NEVER going back

I will never ever come back to this salon, if you want your lashes done DO NOT GO HERE... Yes it’s a reasonable price, but I literally just got my eyelash extensions and it only lasted 4 days, they suppose to last for two weeks but they literally just started coming out, so now I wasted 25 freaking dollars on getting eyelashes that didn’t even last me for a week. LOVE this nail salon. I have been going here for several years and have always found the staff to be great, prices better than most, and have always received super customer service. I have NEVER had any issue at the salon, so not sure why some of the reviews are SO negative. Yes, you may have to wait if you dont have an appointment...but they tell you it will be about X minutes, so you can make a CHOICE to stay or to go. If you decide to stay and wait, dont blast them with a bad review for that wait time. It was your choice to stay and wait. Also, I have never witnessed the discrimination that is mentioned in some reviews. What people dont understand is that NOT all staff can provide ALL services. Some only do pedicures, some do both manicures and pedicures. Unless you know these things, you may feel that you are being overlooked when someone is placed ahead of you. You may be asking for a manicure and there is NO one available at that moment, so someone behind you is taken to a chair for a pedicure. Have all the facts before you try to hurt someones business with bad review!!!!

It took 2 people to try and do my nails. The color was blotchy and every nail was a different a shape. Honestly dont waste your time.

I had a great experience at this salon. I went to have a new set of nails and a pedicure done. When my pedicure was finished by one of the girls there, I wasnt too pleased with the outcome of the toenail polish job, but I never said a word. The manager saw me looking at my toenails and asked if all was ok. I didnt get a chance to answer her before she sat down and proceeded to remove all the nail polish that the other girl had just painted on and she re-did it for me and it looked perfect. I think that is AWESOME and a great way to conduct your business. I will be returning, for sure.. THANK you :)

Me and my mom went in wanting to get acrilics, i ended up wanting a design inspired by sailor moon. It was fairly simple and included cat ears with a small moon on the head. The person doing my nails struggled a lot and ended up botching the design all together. When I left my some of the designs where smudged and most of my bails werent even dry. The only reason I have them 2 stars was because my mom who ended up getting a more simple design on one finger ended up coming out nicer.In summary, dont go if you want custom designs. But if you want a simpler flat color or maybe a few lines then Id say go for it.

My nails did not turn out how I wanted to for the price I had to pay . They are bulky, thick in some spots and thin in the others . The people are very nice don’t get me wrong ! I just did not like my nails at all

If I could rate this place with negative stars I would in a heartbeat! WORST service I’ve EVER received at a nail salon. They didn’t do a good job and would not give me my refund. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. My acrylics were lifting THREE days after I got them done. A few broke off and broke my real nails and they started bleeding. When I went back for my refund they refused to give it to me because “Business is business.” Would NEVER spend not even a penny at this horrible establishment. I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a nail salon. They claim that they’re goal is to give “outstanding service” and the service is horrible smh.

I usually love going to this nail spa and have a great experience there. My experience is satisfying enough that I decided to bring my sister who is very hesitant and meticulous about her nails. On our most recent visit, my nail tech (not my usual one) was aggressively filing my nails causing my skin to break. Also, he nipped my cuticles causing me to bleed on multiple fingers. On the other hand, my sister requested rhinestones on her nails and not even after 24 hours, they all fell off. My last visit was HORIFFIC and UNSATIFYING! I am extremely disappointed.

The first time I visited I was accompanied by a friend of mine, who happens to be white. Why do I mention this? Youll find out in a bit.I visited with my friend and we both were dressed fairly nicely. We had just left class and needed a place to get our nails done. The man who did my nails hardly spoke to me, but I didnt find this odd. I dont really socialize much in nail or hair salons so I didnt think anything of it. And I like my finished product!Forward to a year later: Today I walked in with a tee shirt, tennis shoes and with my natural hair in a bun (a much different look from my initial visit) and was immediately met with strange looks from the customers and staff. I have an 8am class and was not aware there was a dress code for a nail salon (ps, there isnt).Anyway, I go up to the front desk and the same man who did my nails last time approached the counter, without speaking, and chose to answer the ringing phone instead before walking back to his client. When he hung up the phone he looked over at me and asked what I needed.I told him a basic French and he told me the price was $25 but there was a very long wait. There was only one woman sitting in the waiting chairs at the time...Needless to say I walked out and went to the nail salon down the street.I dont support businesses who discriminate. I apologize if my appearance didnt suggest that I had money.But I promise you, I do. And I work hard for it.I promise none of it will go to you anymore, Luxury. ❤️ :)

I never like to pull the race card however, l have gone here over a year, more out of convenience of the location,and l feel that the staff have better customer service and cater more towards the non-black customers. I have witnessed this on several occasions and my family members have also noticed. I dont need to give a lot of detail, if you do decide to go here just pay attention a few times and it will be very obvious. It is now to the point where me and my family refuse to go back.

Terrible job..got French manicure, polish ran before I even left the salon. Pedi not great either. Plenty of great nail places to go in Lawrenceville..dont patron this one.

My girlfriend came in here on her off day to get her nails done and treat herself. After spending an hour at the salon, her nails were done but messed up six ways to sunday. After offering to fix the issue, she came in on Sunday to get them re done when they should have been done right the first time.The manager of this business tells me “oh well we came in early to fix the problem and yes we charged her full price”. Is this a joke? You think because you run a business and had to “come in early” that she is still charged full price? I told her good luck because that will dissolve is she treats every customer this way.This isn’t about the money, it’s the principle factor behind this “managers” actions. Poor business and terrI left quality. 2 key factors to losing your business completely. Would not recommend at all.

I love going here to get my eyebrows and lip done. Overall for a pedicure, I typically receive good service. There are times where I feel the nail techs will rush through and can be really rough with your feet, especially in sensitive areas. For the manicures, I have gotten gel in the past, but it only lasts a few days on me and I find the SNS to be what works best for me and my lifestyle. However, I have to make sure I go to someone who knows what they are doing and provide what I am looking for everytime. You do not get the same service from every nail tech here and that is why I give 4 stars. Some are too rough and not considerate of what I am looking for. Some of the nails techs rush and dont provide the best service. When they rush, they cause minor cuts around my nail beds on both my hands and feet. I used to go to Vinny, before he left and now I make sure to schedule an appointment with Kaylee. She is consistant on the service she provides and usually gives the design I am looking for. I dont like too much of the buffing and usage of the drill on my nails so she accomodates me with that as well. She is patient and takes her time with the work she gives. She is also really good with pedicures. This is a great salon for your basics, but some of these nail techs need to go back to training and learn to take their time and be more consistent with the service they provide.

I like this place a lot but the staff do talk a little bit about you which is very unprofessional to me I remember I was there getting my acrylics and Said I really like this color and the person did not want to give me this color because he said it will look ugly on me and then went up to his friends and started the speaking in his language about me like that I’m pointing at me so I knew it had to be about me and then he said something in English about how like annoyed I am but other than that it is a very good place and I do really like the nail work that they do and the cleaners it’s very clean and they do a good job in general but I do wish they would have more than two shapes because all they have is square or circle for acrylics I wish they could have more like coffin pointed just like other shapes

I was not pleased. I told the lady what I wanted to be done and she didn’t listen. Never going back here!
