This was my second time going to this place. The first time the lady was nice, but didn’t do a good job on my overlay. I wanted her to fix it the second time I went, but she was doing a pedicure. Upon entering I told them I wanted a fill in and a pedicure. The mad doing my nails was beyond rude. I was telling him the problem my nails, the whole time he was being nasty and rude to me. He even told me after her started to leave. I was very tempted to, but since he had already started I stayed. After getting my nails done I waited for my pedicure. The pedicure guy was about fo take someone else. I told him o was waiting on my pedicure. He said he didn’t know. The man that did my nails told him not to take me. They were extremely rude and this was extremely bad, bad service. It took a lot for me to not blow up, I didn’t want to be the. “Angry black woman” so I just left and went somewhere else. Did I mention, they charged me $30 for a fill in with regular polish, when their prices state otherwise.

My pedicure is AMAZING. Had a bad in grown toenail and Jessica got it for me. Was gentle and the foot massage was great. Also this place has been remodeled and it is wonderful in the absolutely amazing.

They are always ahhhhmazing! Never fail me!

The male there did a sloppy job on nails and refused to redo. Even while he did my nails, I told him how I wanted them and he would try to over talk me and tell me what he thought was nice. Not what I wanted. And he was incredibly slow. Nails peeled and messed up less than a week of getting them done (4 days). Went in to try to get him to fix it, “I can’t help you”. He should not be doing nails and anyone’s salon.The Walmart nail salon next door does a better job and is cheaper too.

I have been coming here for years now. Vivian is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. The times I did come in for a pedicure, I received great service. I live in Atlanta, yet still drive out here for my waxing and pedicure. Highly recommend!

The owner is rude and doesnt like customers. There is one good worker there an older woman who doesnt speak English, the rest doesnt like when I compliment her so they ask me to leave. I speak the truth, they are rude to me for no reason. Poor customer service 😡

They dont ever have to worry about me spending another dime here. The entire experience was rushed, and did not sit right with my spirit. I came here to substitute my nail tech, and I should have just waited.

The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was with my back massage. Every second was absolute torture and pain instead of making me feel relax. The place is only good for nails.

She did a good job but she made me late even though i told her i had to leave at a certain time. Don’t go unless you have a lot of time on your hands because i notices with everyone who walked in they just took their time with everyone.

I went there a few weeks ago. I will not be coming back to this salon for a pedicure. They had a new lady work on my feet and she could not speak or understand English. She clip my toe nails uneven. And didnt know how to do any designs. I spoke with the new owner about it and she did not at least discount my total. I use to like this place, but with the new owners its not the same and Im disappointed with their service. I will only go an get my eyebrows done by one lady there who does a great job! But if shes not there I wont be going there for that anymore!

HORRIBLE. THEY FILE DOWN AND BREAK YOUR NAILS. IT TAKES OVER A YEAR TO HEAL BACK. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR NAILS. MINE WERE LONG HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL AND TOOK ME A WHILE TO REBUILD THEM. NEW MANAGEMENT AND ALL STAFF ARE HORRIBLE. THEY RUSH YOU WHILE YOU ARE IN THEIR CHAIRS AND THEY DO NOT VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER. THEY VALUE YOUR DOLLAR. THATS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT. Horrible. Will take right off and spend the money somewhere else. None of the nails are straight, there thick, not natural, not the same shape or color. Dont waste your money here

I found out from my Pedicurist in W. Palm Beach Florida that the Manager cancelled my appointment because I requested special care because I am pre-diabetic. They never even gave me the courtesy of telling me of my cancellation. Too bad I cannot rate this Management LOWER than One star.

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before coming here. Let’s start by saying I’m usually a LONG COFFIN SHAPED GEL POLISH type of girl ... i decided to take a step back from the long nails because they seem to alway break. OKAY,Long story short ... I was OVERcharged ... they charged me $45 bucks for SHORT ACRYLIC NAILS NO POLISH ... I asked for him to verbally itemize this for me ... I was told length and shape and this and that ... just a bunch of lies to make up for the fact I’m being charged $45 for a full set and not the $25 price advertised. I kindly swiped because I knew this was going to end with an argument between THE MERCHANT & MY BANK !DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE !!

Do not Go there unless you have plenty of time to waste and nothing but time on your hands. They are short staffed and make you wait over an hour. She told me she would give me a discount off my next service when she should have given off this time because there wont be a next time!!

Do not get your nails done here. the lady who did my nails she was very RUDE!!!! AND YOU ASK HER ABOUT YOUR HAND OR TELL HER SOMETHING YOU WANT SHE ACTS LIKE SHE DOESNT HEAR YOU . THEN GETS AN ATTITUDE. I ASKED FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. THEN THEY SAID THERES NO ONE ELSE. MY POLISH HAD MESSED UP 3 DAYS LATER AFTER GOING THERE . ITS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY NAIL WAS BROKEN AND I ASKED FOR IT TO GET REPLACED AND INSTEAD THE LADY PUT POWDER ON MY REAL NAIL.... THEN I ASKED WHY SHE TOLD IT WAS THE SAME THING, THEN MY NAIL HAD TO BE CLIPPED OFF !!! I WAS SO UPSET.... BECAUSE THATS MY SECOND TIME COMING THERE . AND THE FIRST TIME I CAME SHE WAS FILING MY SKIN WITH THE METAL FILE AND TALKING TO SOMEONE. IM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN !

My nails look HORRIBLE! My thumb nail and tip is totally seperated after he call himself fixing it once...my middle finger nail is the same way and the crack is the mixture of glue and the oil the put on your nails b4 washing ur hands!

Close early. Refuse business, posted hours close at 8 its only 6:45.
