The place says that it doesn’t close until 5:30 and I arrived at around 4:50 to try to fix 2 broken nails and a color change to match and the owner locked the door as I was walking up and denied my service and said we will not do that and shut the door in my face. She was very rude and unprofessional

Love her! I always get SNS and my nails are always beautiful. She moves quickly and does quality work.

I have been a customer of Ms. Dina for 3 years and I will be honest, Ive tried cheating on her and going to another salon (if Im out of town or not close to her salon). I end up having to go to Ms. Dina to re-do!! She knows what I want and how to treat her customers. I recommend making an appointment. Love Dina Nails!!💜💅

Got SNS, 2 days later Im still sore from bleeding cuticles. With the glitter color I picked out she insisted that if she put down a plain red coat underneath that it would be richer, well NOT, the tips barely have any glitter in them. I asked for thin nails/ their thicker than anywhere else Ive been. I had to go back after my daughter pointed out that all my nails were different lengths and a couple were at an angle instead of square. I could tell she was really not happy that I came back but she shaped them properly. Will not be back.

Lovely first experience. Nice ladies, not too much chatter in their native language. They did my pedicure for 2 hours. Very nice! A little pricier than the salon I normally go to, but worth it.

Ms. Dina is amazing my nails are always so perfect when she does them. She is so very keen to details and makes sure her employees are as well with details on all services they offer.

I walk in 1st customer, I ask for a fill in, 3 nails fix no gel and clear polish, she says it’s $3 a piece for nail, 16 and up for fill in they charge to cut the 3 nails to my size of the nails I said ok she said well wait til the other lady, I go next door come back the other lady has a client and tell me to wait for someone to come in guess who Comes back in she looks me up and down and all of a sudden she has a appointment customer service is horrible never again wish I could repeat what they was saying but it’s cool she knew to say it in there language

I have been going to Dinas Nails exclusively for over a year. I have never left unhappy. Dina and her staff are wonderful, very friendly and eager to make sure you are pleased. Great selection of services. I like the SNS nails. Tons of colors to choose from. The shop and all the instruments are very clean and sanitary. Ive never had any problems.

Pros:My go-to nail shop for years.The staff is always nice.The foot scrub and foot massage that is included with the pedicure is the best.The shop is always clean .They line the pedicure bowl with new plastic each time.I dont get my nails done, but they do all the latest techniques.Cons:Not enough staff so the wait can get pretty long.*We were told that new people are coming soon*

Came in about 2 weeks ago to get a full set of acrylic nails. I choose my color and the nail tech got started on me right away since it wasnt busy. During the process the tech cut the skin near my nails TWICE with her tool and made me bleed. The pain had worsen after leaving. Next, after doing my nails half way she tells me to pay first before she finishes but the two women before me didnt pay until the end of getting their nails done. Also, my cuticles looked horrible. I only give one star because I liked the nail color otherwise, VERY unsatisfied . Will not be returning

Always a pleasure to go in and be greeted by Dina.We’ve made her our Go to Nail Expert since we moved here back in July of 2017. She’s never failed to make our nails look beautiful. I would recommend making an appointment if you desire to seat with her. But everyone there does amazing work.Very CleanFriendly StaffCash/Card friendly

The first time I went here, my acrylic nails were done great, but when I came back to get a fill in, the nails kept getting suck in my hair the very next day so i went back in and they fixed those nails. The day after that, my nails were still getting suck in my hair. I am not going to make a second trip back there to fix them when they would have been fixed the first time. The prices are good here but the service is not.

Nice ladies but very pricy for the cheap nail polish they carry. Nails could be painted better. Great customer service though.

They are do mini-pedis for a good price. But be aware you get what you pay for. My big toe was over coded. So it didn’t dry like the others. So I have one messy big toe and they have sign that says they won’t fix it unless you pay an additional charge. So I have one messy big toe.

Love all the ladies that work there. My nails always look great. Definitely worth the wait when they are busy.

$45 for set of acrylic nails? Is that right or did they totally take us? It was our first time doing nails....they knew it & I believe we were totally over charged. When I asked about it I just got a blank stare from lady. Would NEVER go back.

First visit in yet another local attempt to find a nail salon closer to home that gives excellent service. Very nice people but my SNS with Dina was subpar. 4 out of 5 fingers on this left hand (pictured) left cuts around my cuticle area where excessive use of the electric nail file drill was administered and allowed to touch my skin, once even jumping up on my middle finger when she lost control of drill (she apologized but those drills can leave significant injury if not super careful and attentive; I was fortunate) - my fingers were in stinging pain when I left and no remediation to price, despite the errors that were obviously seen but ignored ... my right hand looks and feels the same. The top coat that appears to have glitter in it, did not cover the base color - it stops short of the color at base of nail which looks odd so in summary, just not done with any attention to detail. Pedi with Ivy was fine. The salon also has an old and outdated interior. I will not be returning.

They always do a great job

There are 5 - 6 women working in that shop. And only ONE of them does fingers the rest do feet. So if you go in on a regular day you might find yourself waiting a year. Ridiculous

The people here are very rude, the lady who did my nails didn’t even know how to do them right. She left one hand longer than the other hand. I tried telling her and some other lady but they kept saying that they were the same length. I’m not blind, I know same length when i see it.
