Why they set you on hold on Saturday if yall are closed the others stores said they are closed right away

Horrible attitude this guys need to be training for custumer service or they need to get a new job they sure be thankful to have a job there alot of people wish to have a job they have one and they are triding customers so bad

Didnt show up on time to open, didnt check and see if they actually had the part they assured me they had, and were fairly unapologetic about it. Wasted my time and the time of my technicians. Go to Plano gemaire its worth the trip to know you will get what you ordered.
