I had the lovely pleasure of Thai being my nail tech, I absolutely loved her. She was very kind and listened to my wants and helped me figure out the most cost efficient options for me. She was very attentive and took care of me. She gave me exactly what I asked from the photo I showed her and didn’t rush the process. No doubt, the best nail experience I have ever had!

Hands down, best nail salon I have been to! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked inside. I was sat right away and had 2 amazing people taking care of me. Staff was extremely friendly and the establishment was spotless. Jenny was so wonderful and very personable. It was such a relief having her as my nail technician after leaving a place with poor service. Worth your time and money! RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND!

This was my first time getting a manicure ever (30s Male). The technicians were very friendly and there was no wait (Saturday around 5pm). I am happy and my hands are super soft now! Clean environment and affordable too.

I have been a long time customer of this location, almost 7-8 years. And I also enjoyed their kind and friendly service. But recently I went there, and yes without an appointment, and they treated me like they didn’t know me. I walked in at 1ish and they said they couldn’t help me until 4 PM. I understand I came at a busy time and without an appointment, but I would have expected a more mature response than the immature one they gave me. Seeing how they have favoritism over specific types of customers, I don’t fit that profile. I will no longer be coming in to this nail salon. Their work is average but comes at a good price. It has good and bad things about it, but overall there are better nail salons in the area such as Rich’z nails and VIP nails!

This is one of the most professional nail salons I’ve been to. It’s a bit pricey BUT the level of quality, professionalism, and promptness is unmatched. The first time, I got SNS on my nails and they lasted over a month. Today I got acrylic with gel polish and a OPI spa pedicure. I’ll definitely be back, even though it’s 40 minutes from me.

I LOVE getting my nails done here! They always take such good care of me! I never know what to get and they always surprise me with ideas and make them look amazing! I never leave here unhappy! I always get amazing compliments on them and refer people to go to 1st pro! They was my eyebrows and tint them and make me look really good! They care about their people and their store is super clean! They always have music playing and they always talk with you! 10/10 recommend!

First time for everything right? Well., your first time will turn into your second and your third. I love this nail salon! And buy the way the picture with the cup is the first day and the rest are 3 weeks later! Now that’s how you do a mani & pedi guys

My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures. The ladies were friendly and the equipment is very clean and sterile. It did take us quite a while to receive service and to have service completed...appx. 3 hours on a Tuesday morning. However, the ladies were apologetic for the delay. Our nails did turned out ok. You can be the judge from the pictures.

Fall has arrived at First Pro Nails. Love the new design Thai did for me. This is the best salon in town.

Scam! They kept adding charges without even telling me and even with a discount my nails came out to be a lot. Also doesn’t help that the nails are very badly done. I would go else where

My daughters and I had a horrible experiences. They checked us in and asked us what we wanted in services. We wanted a full set and pedicures. As we were getting our services done all the nail techs Proceeded to add cost to our services, they kept telling us that there was an extra charge to take the nail polish off my nails, then there was an extra charge for longer nails, then there was an extra charge for a different shape, an up charge for regular polish that my daughter picked. I didn’t get a tip on my nails but they charged me $40 to get polish on my nails. And $60 for a full set on my daughters nails. To top it off my nail tech polished my nails and left nail polish all over my cuticles. I was highly disappointed with the services and the cost of this place. I have never paid $175.00 to get nails done anywhere in my life. And to make matters worse leaving unhappy with my nails. I will never visit this place again...

I will say this is one of the prettiest and most hygienic nail salon I’ve been to. And they have HUNDREDS of color options. However, that’s about where the good stops. The pedicure was decent but no where worth the price point. My sns manicure was terrible. I left with leftover sns and acetone all over my hands. No hand massage or anything. When the receptionist asked how things were and I replied with “fine” and I showed her the shape of my hands, my manicurist proceeded to file my skin trying to get acetone mix off. Not the soft smooth skin I was going for. The second most expensive nail service I’ve ever had- including salons in Buckhead that give you champagne. Jojo

Been going here for a couple years now! Have tried out different nail salons in the Dacula area and this salon has been my favorite. At other nail salons in the area my SNS have chipped or broken off after a few days. Here, my SNS lasts for weeks until my nails have grown out so long and need to go back. Everyone I’ve had has all done a great job. Very clean and pretty salon.

Honestly if i could give it less stars I would. My nails didn’t even last a week and the lady charged $60. Save your money sis. Go to Polish in paradise

The ladies here are amazing super friendly . They do a great job I am so glad I found them. And the best thing is if I don’t feel like driving by walking in and maybe waiting in line I can always make an appointment. Kandi It is my nail lady . And Jenni is amazing at pedicures. They will treat you like family. And at the end of the day the thing that counts the most is that they do a great job on your nails because let’s be real that’s what we all want everything else there is an added bonus .

Ive been going here for three years. They are awesome! Tye the owner caters to your every need. My nail tech Trina is the best (I literally take a pic of a design and she kills it e everytime) and for pedicures, Jenny, Candy and Trinas husband are the best!! Try the new jelly spa bath pedicure!! They are now open on Sundays 12pm - 6pm

I LOVE this location for 1st Pro Nails! My nail stylist, Kandy, is very talenred! I constantly receive compliments from friends and strangers alike for my nails! My favorite style is SNS French manicure but Kandy is very experienced at making your vision. For special occasions such as Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day and even St. Patricks Day, fun, flirty and fabulous on your nails! The rest of the staff is also very warm and friendly and I highly recommend them!

I couldnt tell you how long I have known these ladies. I knew them when they had a nail salon on Hurricane Shoals Rd. I literally live in the subdivision across the street. Trina is an excellent nail tech. Shes much more than that though shes an artist. She can do anything on Pinterest that you bring her. She is so creative. I cant tell you how many random women stop me and grab my hand to look at my nails. Kandy is my go to person for my pedicure and massage. She does a fantastic job also. Everyone one is friendly and knows your name. I love this salon and hope they are always here.

The staff was extremely nice, but they charged me for something I didn’t ask for and the nail job was a little sloppy (nail polish left on my skin and the side of the nails cut unevenly). I don’t think i’ll be coming back.

The best pedicure Ive had in a long time. Kandy did my pedicure, and I really enjoyed it.

I was torn on how to rate because my nails and toes are really nice. The lady that did my pedicure was awesome! The lady that did my nails was rushing, extremely rough and aggressive. She pushed one of my cuticles too far back and also clipped another cuticle that is now red and will scab soon. I believe the nail tech was rushing for the next appointment. I would be willing to give them another chance because I can tell them will grow out nice and smooth. I hope for a less rushed future experience.

Both Thai and Kandi are very talented and caring. They will make you feel like you are their best customer. More than that, I have tried several Salons for SNS and no one can compare.They can do it so well it could last for a month or more. I tried other salons and the nails would pop off.I am trying all their services. Facial, lash extensions and maybe microblading.They wont disappoint.
