Everything about this nail salon is perfect. The staff treats you like family, the cleanliness is comforting, the hospitality is heart warming. Trish is my go to nail tech, and she does AMAZING every time. I have had my nails done by almost everyone in this salon and they are all diligent, focused, talented and dedicated to their clients. Everyone who works in this salon is gifted with such talent; I never leave un happy. The prices are fair based on the amount of effort they put in. I love this place. I have always switched nail salons looking for the right one but this one is my home now🤎

After finally getting back my money for the awful job they did for my proposal night, this is what they did to my nail, and first denying that they are not going to refund the money back! Awful place if they mess up your nail they will not accept to give your money back! But guess what! I dont care you guys cut my nails after what you did, i still want my money and i got it. This is the best nail salon near the Mall of Georgia. Moved here almost 4 years ago and tested at least a dozen nails salons in the area. 1st Pro Nails has been the only place I’ve used in the last three years. Great service, kind, entertaining, respectful and funny ladies. They listen and will change the color/design if you are dissatisfied.... and it’s no problem!!! Helen, Phat, Alice, Trish and Tracy are the best!! If you have a headache or sore neck, talk to Alice!!

I had a really great experience at this place! From immediately I came in the customer service was amazing. They carefully explained what services they offered and answered my questions! They also told me what the best option was for me to get and the deal I would be getting.The two ladies that did my mani and pedi were nice and cautious. Explaining all they were doing along the way.Over all I would highly recommend this place to gone treat yourself!

I took my daughter and her 2 friends here for her 6th birthday, and Im so glad I did! They spoiled those little girls! They did a fantastic job on their nails and made them feel very special. Awesome experience!

Ive been going there for 16 years. The place is very clean, the owners are very nice and accomodating. This is the only nail salon I will go to. And now that they are in their new space, wow, it is very impressive. Looks very upscale. By far the nicest nail salon in the Lawrenceville Buford area.

Trusted this place because I saw they where using a plastic cover, but apparently they don’t sterilize their equipments properly because I got fungus on my toe nails.

They don’t listen to what you want and just do what they want . Do not recommend

I have been going to get my nails done here for a long time. The ladies are all wonderful. What I love also is that if a nail breaks the next day or so, or I am unhappy, I can go back in and talk to them and they will fix it as long as it is within a reasonable time frame. I also understand that like anywhere you go, if you dont have an appointment there may be a wait time but they will always let you know and give you the option to wait or schedule an appointment. Also if you have any questions or want to know something all you have to do is ask them and they will try to help you or direct you the best way possible. I think they are a wonderful staff of people and I enjoy my relaxation time when I go

I’m new to the area and I have high expectations coming from Buckhead. This salon is awesome. This is the second time I’ve been here and they provide great service! I had a fussy infant and the young lady at the front helped to distract her so I could finish my mani lol. That aside, Phat is amazing for SNS mani’s. Would highly recommend.

Came in to get a manicure and pedicure. The woman was extremely rude and rushed through out the entire process. I’m now headed to another nail salon where they will ACTUALLY take their time and do my nails right the first time. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

First time there and they can’t do cat eye?! They scratched my cuticles to hell...one was even bleeding when it was over. Also they scratched my nail bad enough that you could see it the next day. Won’t go back again.

Bad service. Tracey is nasty, they don’t smile at black people. They cater to the white people. I will never go here ever again. They rush doing my pedicure and manicure. I got fungus from getting my nails done here. None of the Asian woman are nice. Bad bad service. I can’t wait to call the health department.

The lady took so long and hour and half just to shape for a simple art design. And still looked like my 9yr old could have done better. It was the wrong design.

I go here because it is convenient, but I dont get good service. They rush, my nails are uneven, and my nails break within 1 day after visiting this shop. Ive been here more than once, but I will not return. Its nothing but a racist, hateful shop of Asian women who dont like black women. They talk about me, and its uncomfortable when all the Asian woman are looking at me and laughing. This place will not get another dime from me. If your black, I dont recommend this place. Look out Lawrenceville....1st Pro Nails have uped their game!!...with a new space (same Kroger shopping center on Buford Dr. and Russell Ridge). They have created a gorgeous nail salon with 16 brand new massage/pedicure chairs! I love that this salon is family owned and operated (for many years now). The services you like will be there each time you visit because there is no turn-over. I have never come to this salon and not been greeted with a smile and appreciation for coming to see them again. With so many long time repeat customers, it is a place that you can easily talk with someone you have become acquainted with over the years.Thank you for a great visit this morning; my husband, daughter and I really enjoyed the new space and always terrific service. 💜

My nails were so uneven...The people were nice and it was very clean in there but i just can’t get over how my nails looked...Then the lady had this like fake little baby diamonds and they wasn’t even cute i was better off just not doing my nails at all...It wasn’t all bad, she really took her time to do my nails but it almost seemed like she didn’t exactly know what she was doing.

I used to go here so often in my teen years and early 20s. Yes they have awesome color selection... Yes they have so many add ons and great features BUT... The prices are high. Higher than others and Im a stylist I understand product costs have gone up. AND I noticed how unclean it was as well as the service given. I had an older lady hurting me during my pedicure so bad I have swollen cuticles day after and burns from file block on my skin. She seemed in a rush to be done with me and didnt take but 5 seconds on each foot. Im sorry but I will not be going back. Im very disappointed

This place is disgusting. I walked in for a simple gel removal and left with damaged brittle nails. Frankly, I should have left immediately. There were jugs of chemicals lying around, dirt on the floor, everything looked unkempt and uncleaned. When I received service I sat down on an old dilapidated chair. She laid down a towel. The hand towel hand clearly already been used. She then placed a nail bowl for me to dip my fingers into (much to my confusion). The bowl was grimy, covered in dust/powder/residue. The lady was also quite rude, to be frank, she would answer her personal phone (and pulled out her wallet to pay for something over the phone at one point??). Finally when she decided to actually grace me with her attention, she started removing the gel. Now the proper way to remove gel is by filing down the top layer and then applying acetone soaked cotton bowls + pressure + heat. She started using a dremel to remove it. A dremel. Thats when I notice that her hands are dirty (covered in dust from the previous client) AND she had a open cut on her knuckle. I immediately told her to stop, wash her hands, and put on gloves. Finally, she finished and pointed at the sink for me to wash my hands. I head to the sink and find that there was not a stack of clean towels, instead there was a single towel just laying around clearly used all day. I was my hands, shake them dry (theres no way Im touching that old towel) and walk back to pay. As soon as I left, I ran the pharmacy and grabbed cuticle oil. My nails felt thin, brittle, and soooo dry.TL;DR: This place is a cesspool. They dont use clean towels at all. They dont know how to properly remove gel. They will damage your nails.
