This picture is from two days after doing my nails there I went back the next day and I was told that there was nothing they can do. The most the manager offered was to redo nail polish. I mean the issue is the nail polish its everything she then proceeded to offer %20 off for next time. I asked her if they can redo and she said its not good for my nails and its too much work! Im. Good on thay %20 cause Ill never be going back. If I could give 0 Stars I would DONT GO HERE!!!

Amazing service but high prices. We like to come as it is located conveniently in Summerlin West with plenty of parking. But their prices seem high to me for what it is. They don’t have kids pricing so you pay full price for tiny nails also. But they are clean and friendly.

Completely rude service, everything was dirty and the lady doing my nails dropped tools on the floor then proceeded to use them on me. I work in the beauty industry and know state board standards and that is a huge no. Something that should have costed me 40$ cost me 60$ and my nail broke within a week. Never in my life have my nails broke so quickly. On top of that, they had no idea what they were doing. I asked for something I usually get done somewhere else at multiple salons, and they didn’t have the materials and told me something that is completely false about the life of the nail style.

I had been searching for a new nail service salon because my last two had serious issues involving customer service. I saw that the Golden nail lounge had very high reviews, but also what was important to me was that all of the photo showing had extremely well done and professional looking nails in them. Many salons I have looked at have had absolutely absolutely horrible nail work in their review photos, Even though the customers writing the reviews to seemed fairly happy with the results. This salon seemed like an answer and happy medium for everything I wanted.So I was surprised when my own service was was incredibly disappointing. My technician appeared very distracted and annoyed with me, and seemed desperate to get away so that she could do her own things. I left the salon with two nails glued to my skin, and almost all of them with uneven shape. The polish job is subpar, and truthfully I could’ve done a better job with the tools that I had at home. I feel like my preferences and wants we’re not taking into account, and in fact had I not spoken up I don’t even think I would’ve been asked for those details. I’ll be taking the polish off at home and filing them to shape myself, much to my annoyance as the point of going to a professional is so that I don’t have to do these things for myself. I cannot even get these results taken off since I would have to pay another salon to remove the acrylics, since I don’t trust myself to take them off at home.This is particularly disappointing, as the women who came in for manicures during and before my appointment appeared to leave with significantly better results and service than I got. I believe that my appointment today was a unfortunate mishap, not a reflection of the salons general attitude, hence why I have given it two stars instead of anything lower. Still, I am disappointed that I spent the amount of money I did only to receive mediocre results. I obviously will not be frequenting here again, though I hope that things work out better in the future. I would not recommend the salon if you have any sort of original idea for your nails beyond a standard French tip.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to go get my nails done the man did a horrible job he burned me with the drill several times and when I would complain he would act as if I didn’t say anything at all I showed him the design I wanted and he said he could do it they turned out horrible not similar at all and then when I said it didn’t look similar at all he said It was complicated. I told the manager and she did nothing at all. Will never return again.

I dont want to go on a big rant- so Ill leave it at this. Very poor service, they talk negatively about you, in front of you! They dont do basic designs, and dont put in much effort customer service wise, or really any. I will say my pedi lady was pretty nice. But overall. HARD PASS.

My daughter and I LOVE this place. It took us awhile to find a place bc we are pretty picky. We don’t have a favorite tech bc honestly every tech we have ever had has done a fabulous job. My daughter likes gel polish and nail art. She takes in her pics from Pinterest and they do a fab job. I had other places charge us $5 per nail art nail! Not here though. And I just get mani pedi on my natural nails. Never have they made me bleed or hurt me which these days is saying a lot :-) the instruments are sanitized and I never have to worry about getting a fungus or anything else from dirty instruments. This place rocks. We won’t go anywhere else!

If I could give them a negative 100 I would. I called and asked for a service to be done and they said they were able to complete it and to come as a walk-in (which I thought was odd b/c it should be by appointment only) So I drove 30min to get there and they looked at me and said that they refused my service. I had on a mask and did everything I was supposed to do b/c of COVID. They only reason I can figure out on why they did that was due to the color of my skin. So no I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Trashy service

This used to be my favorite place. I will not be back. They are popular so I call first to make an appointment and am always understanding and flexible. Today I called, asked for an appointment, was scheduled but then was told when I arrived at the appointment time that they couldnt see me for an other hour. This is not okay.

I have been coming here since just a few weeks after they opened. They always give me amazing service and fabulous nails. I have never not been satisfied with my nails. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. 10/10 recommend!!!

Have had my nails done a few times here. The first time was good enough to go back The next time they were rude and my nails didnt last but a week until they all broke and were falling off. Not worth the money, as much as I was hoping they would be a good place to go.

Decided on a whim to check this place out with my hubby. Went in without an appointment and we were both accommodated immediately. We also both thoroughly enjoyed an amazing pedicure. Will definitely be back soon. Lovely salon.

This is the only place I trust to always do an amazing job with my nails. I have tried many other places in this area and none of them even come close to this good of work. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

I recently had hand surgery. My hand is bandaged and the last several manicures have been difficult. The team here has been patient, inventive and basically gone above and beyond to take care of me. Thanks for taking such good care of your clientele. It is appreciated.

My nails were a complete mess. I needed them cut down, shaped, and filled. The nail tech did an excellent job! My nails look amazing now. They also have a great selection of gel nail colors.

Golden Nail Lounge is the only nail salon I trust to do my nails! I have been going to Tammy every 2 weeks for almost 4 years now and have seen her grow from working under another shop, to opening two of her own! The pride that she puts into her work is beyond, she understands the importance of how good a mani/pedi can make someone feel. Her husband works alongside her and does amazing work, as does the rest of the staff. There are many options for pedicures and the entire establishment is one of the cleanest I have seen, with a huge collection of colors and styles. She also accommodates me bringing my 7 year old which takes the pressure off having to find a sitter. I highly HIGHLY recommend this place!

Got a mani and a pedi with paraffin wax here and was very pleased. Everyone who works here is so nice and the salon is really pretty. It looks very neat and clean. Anna is the one who did my nails and she was super sweet and did a really nice job! I felt bad coming in an hour before they closed, but she still took her time.

Very happy with my service. For some reason my mani/pedi lasts a lot longer with them. I’m assuming they don’t “water down”” their nail polishes like some other establishments.Friendly and clean with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

They were very nice took their time the price is a little high but I never do my nails lol. But for the price i paid for my nails and toes satisfied.Only thing is my 9 and 7 yr old just got toes and nails painted 15 for just that is not worth it. But will go back again and not bring kids lol.

Called and made an appointment which was very easy. Asked them about pricing for gel pedi and dip mani which they provided over the phone. They have an amazing selection of dip powder colors. My french gel pedicure was excellent. It was my first time getting the dip powder nails and I feel they look great. The only downside is that they dont provide the mani/cuticle clean up. Its a $5 extra charge for it. This was new to me since Ive never heard of an upcharge for that and it has always been included in all the salons Ive ever been to the past 10 years of getting my nails done. Its also not posted on their website. I said I was willing to pay the extra $5 but they ended up not charging me the $5 because it was my first time there.I really liked my nails but dont agree with paying an upcharge for something thats included at every other salon.Needless to say, if you dont mind paying I would definitely recommend.

About a month ago I came here to get a mani-pedi while on vacation. My nails ultimately looked beautiful, but what I recieved was far from a mani-pedi. They never cut my nails, didnt clean them and prep them properly, and didnt give me a massage for neither my hands nor my toes. I assumed paying $50 for a mani with acrylics and $55 for a pedi both with gel would pay off because every nail salon Ive gone to in the past gives you at least a short massage of some sort even if you get the cheapest mani or pedi. However, its clear that at this salon theyre careless enough to not even PREP your nails. They seemed very busy during my visit, but that doesnt give them an excuse to take shortcuts. For my pedi, they never even set up the water for me to dip my toes into.The lady at the front desk has an extremely bad attitude, always looks super stressed, and will bark at you if you are in any way dissatisfied. If there was one thing I learned about this place during my visit, it was that they do not care about customer satisfaction, they just want to get you over with, collect their money, and move onto the next customer. I regret paying so much money for the little amount of effort I received for my mani-pedi and I really wish I couldve found a better place that actually does things the way that theyre supposed to.

Terrible experience, I went in for a polish change and the girl had no idea what she was doing, told me she couldn’t put acrylic on my broken nail because she didn’t know how to use acrylic and then proceeded to do the acrylic anyways instead of having someone qualified do it. She refused to use the tool to take the extra skin off of the sides even after I told her I would pay for a complete manicure because she butchered my fingers...I told her I was going on vacation and needed them to be done right because I won’t be able to fix them while I’m there and she still let me walk out unsatisfied and upset with her work. I will not be returning to this establishment.
