Had to buy cabinets for kitchen. They have a quality cabinet all wood. Prices are competitive. Kitchen will look amazing.Cabinet has to be assembled. It wouldnt be a problem. My contractor does not do that work. It will make the cost prohibitive. Check prices of other manufacturers.

Do yourself a favor and save your money and frustration. I unfortunately did business with this place almost 2 years ago. They knowingly bought more pieces than what I needed, assuring me that the price of the pieces that dont get used, I will get money back on. I returned several unopened boxes of materials to them and was quoted $750 was going to be credited to my account. Ive been calling and complaining since January of 2020 for my return. Theyre always giving excuses like, its the credit card company or That it takes a couple of months. That theres a change in management and they will get back to me. All lies. Thanks for lying to my face again and again, Charles Napolitano. Dont do business with Cabinets to go. This place is a scam.

If i could give them a negative 100 stars i would. This place is horrible, i have reached out to the manager of the Freeport, NY location multiple times and there has been no resolution. I have reached out to customer service, to the counter people, to the CEO with no response back. I have a horribly installed kitchen cabinets and with no counter top because of their lack of care and communication with each other. Its been like 4 months and we still do not have a kitchen. The manager promised my parents their kitchen would be ready by thanksgiving...not sure if she was referring to this thanksgiving or next year!! Here are some photos and emails.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They designed a cabinet layout that doesnt fit the measurements provided. They sold me cabinets that match what we ordered. Everything from communication to whats being delivered was a disaster! Avoid this place like the plague!

A year later and still waiting on missing pieces after two separate deliveries with scratched, bent and poorly assembled cabinets. Was told cabinet for sink would fit a 30 inch sink.We had to cut our cabinets in order to fit the sink!. Customer service ....what customer service ??? Even corporate laughing and unprofessional on the phone. Thought we were getting a deal with the free assembly when they came assembled more like in shambles, I had to send them all back. We did it ourselves the second time after waiting two months for replacements. I am still waiting for the light guards and trim pieces and a phone call from the store manager after leaving multiple messages.

3rd Delivery delay. Now no one returns calls. I have to make a trip to the showroom. I hate being ignored.Update: up to the 4th delivery delay. Just another story. I dont believe anything they say. Everything else is done, but cant finish kitchen until cabinets are delivered. All I get is sorry and simpering smiles. This infers that these delays are the norm for this company.

As a first time Home Owner the thrill is gone, thanks to this place. The Showcase they presented was exciting but not accurate. I have cabinets that are not functional, scratched up and not size to fit. Customer Service is not available unless you visit the store. After a month of numerous Calls and Visits to store the Supervisor Shaun finally called me from a phone with a Bad Connection, All I could really understand was Kiana, the store manager is going to call me with a solution.Still waiting on callback.I do not recommend this headache to Anyone.GO SOMEWHERE ELES FOR PEACE OF MIND!P.S watch out for the fillers 2 cabinets have 3 fillers and its still not enough to fill the space that needs to be filled🤔good luck.
