Waste of money. I was yelled at by the guy in the front he yelled at me and argued for 5 mins on what one of the other techs said. We came in as a group and they were rude from the beginning. My sisters nails look like teeth and the woman who did them yells at her and was really rough saying she needed to tell her she messed up next time. Worse nail shop in Vegas.

DONT come here for waxing. I just paid for brows and pits. She didn’t show me in the mirror when she was done. I got home, found large patches on hair still left on my arm pits and my brows weren’t shaped or waxed on the ends. Didn’t take tweezers to anything after waxing

I would def pass on this place.. the lady with the glasses was rough I was bleeding on atleast 3 fingers from her cutting the dead skin around my nails… worst experience ever plus overpriced $60 for gel clear coat on nails and toes with just a clear coat..i didn’t tip. i was literally in and out in about 30mins today is my birthday also so I was expecting to relax while she was atleast taking her time on my feet lol

I brought my wife here to get a full set of nails. The service here was horrible. The women that did her nails was so rough and abrupt when she filed her nails she actually cut into the skin on multiple fingers. Also, she did not shape her nails evenly. The nail glue and polish were all over her fingers and the gel polish started to lift as soon as we left. I paid $65 dollars for such a horrible service and my wife had such a terrible and painful experience. We will not come back to this place nor would I recommend to others. Save your money.

I been coming to this nail shop for not even a year and started noticing my gel nail breaking and the gel color tearing. The owner of the facility made an appointment with me as I was running late I called and told her that I will be arriving late she responds with okay come. I get to the nail shop for her to tell me to come back when the nail shop is closed. She then rushes on my nails to the point where I’m having to tell her to shape my nail correctly and started noticing bubbles on my nail as she’s applying the gel coat on my nail. I expressed to her & how unsatisfied I was and her responses was well I tried. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I advise you guys ahead of time reading the reviews to not go either !

Way overpriced for not what i want. used to be on average $50 per visit but prices were raised to $65 for nails. i went in for a fill and they pressured me into taking off all my nails and getting a full set for no reason. they charge the same for a full set as for a fill. $65+ for a simple french ombre and the ombre was terribly done. i get coffin nails and the shape is never even. ive also never left without cuts around my nails and fingers from their careless use of tools. back in july i had my eyebrows waxed here too and my eyebrows have not been even since.

Never have any one to do your nails cause every one is always doing feet

They are great. Nails stay on. They place is clean, the nail technician are very friendly. I am a truck driver and have had my nails done all over the US and this place has been the only one that their work holds up i have not lost a nail yet and I have been going here now for two months.

Great service, they converse with you, make sure youre comfortable and add a few laughs in there. I love my new nail tech Don. Ive been there twice now and he has done a great job both times. I have FINALLY found the perfect nail tech for me. They also do great pedicures.

I had a very nice experience with Lien. She was an absolute perfectionist while doing my manicure to the point where she wiped off the polish and put the bottle in the shaking mechanism because she didnt like how it was turning out. I will gladly sit for longer to have someone make sure they are doing a great job. I just got done moving and have been stressed and picking at my nails and cuticles so they were just a mess and I really didnt know how they would shape up but she was so meticulous that you cant tell I had picked at all! My hands look like Ive been getting regular manicures every other week! Ive been in spa management for years now and have had many, many manicures in my day and the tell tale sign of a good nail tech is their attention to detail and Lien absolutely checked that box. Ill be back for sure!

Ive never been so angry about a nail shop! Not angry with them, but angry at myself for not coming here sooner!!! I literally live around the corner from here and have never even noticed it. Was I in for a shock! This place is beautiful, everyone is friendly, and I didnt see one set of nails done in a mediocre fashion. BEN did my nails and he was amazing. Its sad so many nail shops do not know how to do simple requests, such as coffin nails, correctly. Ben did them perfectly! The price, however, does not match the results. The prices are much lower than expected and very comparable to other shops. Ive finally found a nail shop home!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! I have been going to this location since it’s been open and Lacey always makes my nails look so beautiful! (I would 100% recommend her to you.) This is my favorite nail salon and I will ALWAYS go to this location.

Had a pedi and full set... the lady who did my pedicure was okay the guy named Denny who did my nails was an absolute nightmare he painted my nails like a 2 year old, I had to remove the Polish when I got home thats how bad it looked he made every nail crooked cut me numerous times with a drill One Nail broke as soon as I got home and obviously did not know what he was doing with the acrylic I really dont understand how he got his license to do nails. I dont understand how this place gets 5 Star reviews when it is absolutely horrible I dont even know how they run a business Ive been doing my nails for over 20 years and never had a job this bad in my life do not recommend will not return absolute waste of money

Wonderful !!!!! Everyone does a great job. They take good care of your nails to make sure they stay healthy. Never is there any damage to your nail beds. when I moved to las vegas .I must have tried about 10 different salons.....thank god I found the salon, is clean....their equipment is sanitized and everyone there is very nice and friendly....I have recommended this Regal Nails to all my friends.....

I had the worst experience when I went to this nail shop. I called before I went to the nail shop and they told me one price when I started to get my nails done they change the price saying that its a higher price which thats not what was discussed over the phone with two people. The guy starts my nail he was rough and rude and started arguing with me because I was telling them how they changed the prices. And he started to rush because it was time for him to go home Im guessing he left nail polish all under my nails and my fingers and on top of that he just threw a whole bunch of paint on it and it looks horrible to where I had to have another technician do my nail. Then when he was moving the towel around I seen he had dirty fingernails under the towel of the prior person so instead of him changing the towels and stuff when he goes to the next client he left them dirty so you can see all the fingernails that he started rolling them up so he could do my nails which was very disgusting if I had to grade them it would be a 0.

Horrible service! I took my daughter for her bday. The main guy was rude the gel manicure she got only lasted a week. Also when I told them she also wanted a pedicure it was like I was asking them for a favor, pure attitude! I came here because of the reviews and Im mad my daughter had a crappy experience on her bday.

I am VERY picky about my nails. They will do anything YOU want and to make you happy. Cant say enough good things!
