Friendly service great care for your nails and Ive been to a lot of nail places in this one of the best ones and all the techs do a super job

I’ve been going to this guys for years. And they don’t ever let me down with the work they do. Prices are lil high but so worth it. Steve, john and Tina are very sweet and very friendly. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you guys

ATMOSPHERE: It is so nice inside! They have plants and well decorated. The entire place is cleanToday, May 27,2021 was my first time here. I had a pedicure done and they were really nice and very detailed oriented.I will come back for my nails because they have shown to me how much they care about their customers and about doing a good job !

TERRIBLE!!! I got my eyebrows waxed and the lady took half my brows off and left 1 brow lopsided and uneven. I walked out looking like Cruella Deville! She tried to convince me what she did was great then charged me $12 when other shops in the area only charge $10_DO NOT get your brows done at Nail Image!!! You will be highly disappointed.

Steve is my manicurist He is awesome He have really great skill on taking care of my nails I love him I highly recommend nail image, its a definitely right place to have nails done. Very friendly staff. They offer you comfortability and genuine care. The prices are a bit high. But, overall, a great experience. Tommy always does a great job on my full sets. Not ever rushed. My pedis are good!! However, they went up on the prices, if you want gel polish.

The staff was incredibly respectful and made me feel right at home. They took their time and did amazing work! Plus, the prices were very reasonable! I will definitely be back!

Under New Management.. very clean and nice staff.. They had alot a variety of color, gel, dipping powder, and many design. Definitely come back more often.

Very clean place, with very polite staff. Everyone was kind, personable, and took care in their job. I had a gel manicure, which left my nails looking amazing and healthy. Over 2 weeks later, (being someone who works with their hands a lot) my nails still have not chipped. I wasnt expecting it to be $40, though! All in all, its a great place to to go, but a bit pricey. Ill most likely only go back for special occasions, only because I dont have that kind of money all the time.

What a nightmare!!!! Horrible Customer service. Vivian is the most rude nail tech I’ve ever had, talking about me the whole time to her co worker Steve after she passed me off to John because she was over me. I asked her to remove my polish that is gel from my natural nails and she was filing with an electric file and I asked her please do a gel soak off because I didn’t want to do any damage to my nails which I worked very hard to grow them the way they were. She didn’t understand anything I was talking about and had John do my nails instead. John did medium doesn’t look bad but isn’t the best and he tried to make conversation the whole time and had the best customer service out of the three but still eh. He is the reason for the one star. Steve and Vivian made me very uncomfortable the whole time. As for my actual nails all I got was a gel manicure and it is pretty good, but could be better the polish is bumpy and he put like 8 coats. I will never come back. You have been warned there is way better salons in Las Vegas.

I would give this place a 0 if i could. This was the first time i went to get my nails done but had the worst experience. The man named Steve yelled at me, my mother and sister(which got me really mad since he was yelling at her and making a scene in front of around 6 customers).It was the day before my mothers b-day and just wanted to have a good time. My mother had asked why they didnt just give the correct prices when we first came in but it was fine because she was going to pay anyways. She had her card out ready to pay when Steve yelled out These people want everything done right but Dont want to pay! In front of all their customers! Like how rude!! Dont waste your time coming here. It just isnt worth your time.

If I could give it less than that I would. They left my hands with cuts on them. Staff was incredibly rude. They yelled at me for questioning payment in front of about 5-6 different customers. My nails have bumps on them. I’m disappointed. Horrible staff. Disrespectful. Don’t come here 👎.

John and Steve are great and always treat their customers with such a warm positive attitude. So happy, it has been a long couple of months since my last pedi and Johm took great care of me!

I loved this nail spot! Its conveniently open late, when other shops around that area are all closed. There was no wait, and everything looked clean, which is always a plus. John, did my nails. He was awesome, and very personable! He made them exactly how I wanted! Ive gone to a lot of nail salons, and this one so far the best. Im definitely sticking to this one!

Great place! Amazing customer service. I was attended immediately. They did my full set while doing my pedicure which is a great time saver but yet it was not rushed. Both look great! I will definitely be coming back.

I can not express how great of service I received at Nail Image. Lanna did my pedi, and did a wonderful job. She Took her time and did exactly what I asked for. Steve did my fill and I must say I’m always a happy client. The place got recently remodeled and has a great vibe. I will definitely come back because once you find a good nail tech you become loyal. You won’t be disappointed!

A happy accidental find on a Sunday filled with closed nail salons. Owner is friendly and easy going. Prices are reasonable as well. They do great work! Also do waxing.

I turned up at the salon without an appointment and was really happy they could take me straight away for a spa pedicure. Lovely salon, a very friendly team and they did a great job on the pedicure. Came in a Sunday afternoon. Received quick prompt service. They have $25 pedicure with a free manicure, I had that plus gel nails. The people there were very polite and friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Loved my experience not only will I return, i will truly recommend to anyone. I was a first pedicure client and I was completely satisfied…

This place is amazing! They are open 7 days a week and they are open very late as well and they accept walk ins which is a huge plus! Since I work 3 jobs and dont have a set schedule so my days off are always random. Steve did such a great job on my set by far the BEST I ever had and Ive tried multiple nails salons before. The staff is super friendly and place is clean! Will reccomend to everyone!

Super nice people and very clean salon. Got my nails done three times there, first time I had to go back twice to get the same nail fixed. One of those times I’ve gotten a pedicure and the women dug her nails into the button of my feet as part of the massage ? It was strange. Next time I went and got my nails done again and the gel polish literally smudges off the next day. It’s was 55$...a week later I went elsewhere to have them done. This past Tuesday I went there one more time for a basically clear gel polish I was charged 25$ instead of 20$ and two days later the polish is chipped, cracked, leaking. The gel polish isn’t even properly applied so it’s lifting near all my cuticles.

If u want the best nail in Las Vegas then u have to come to Nail Image. Amazing job and this is best nails in town. Definitely we will come back . Thank you for such a wonderful job.

Love this place! I went with my husband and a friend and they took us right in on a Saturday. My husband got a mani pedi by Vivian and I got a gel manicure by Steve. They were so kind and professional, my nails look exactly how I want them to. We are definitely going back!!

This was my first time coming to this place I decided to just stop by and try it out, And I’m very glad I did . The staff welcomed me right when I walked into the door. the staff is very into thier jobs and thier work is very detailed .Brenda did my pedicure and she did an amazing job and Steve did my full set and he is just amazing. The price is not expensive and you get very good quality work. I’m definitely coming back

I just got a pedicure and wow I love it specially the massage in my feet’s love it thanks only one thing price for regular pedi was good $25 but I think for gel is a little pricey $40 but if you like regular I really recommend it 👍🏻

They use MMA dental acrylic here and if you don’t know that powder is horrible and that’s why they provide a cheaper service.MMA basically in short cannot be soaked off that’s why nail techs “pop off” RIP OFF YOUR ACRYLIC NAILS because there product does not flake out in acetone like EMA acrylic.THEY DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW.TOTAL CHOP SHOP because the wrong acrylic is being used.YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED IF YOU GO HERE.You’ll know if MMA is being used on your nail if they attempt to soak your nails and the acrylic looks jelly and can’t be wiped off, will need to be drilled down/off.

This was the worst experience I got here on my scheduled time and They did my pedicure I wanted white toes and always on my big toe I get acrylic and they didn’t give my feet he rushed my nails all I get was short squared with acrylic and clear coat on top he rushed them they look horrible then he got mad Because I was satisfied with my toes then when I explained to him was wrong he got mad at the nail tech so unprofessional never again !

I came the weekend the owner opened before he was actually open and he did an amazing pedi and charged $45. I came back and he charged me $70... for the same exact thing. Plus another guy did it and didnt even do a good job FOR MORE MONEY!

If I could give it a zero I would! Ive lived in Vegas my whole life, so I have tried many salons. I brought my daughter and 2 granddaughters in for a girls day before a special event. One of my granddaughters started her mani-pedi and I sat down for a fill and requested my length be left alone, but I would like them a little thicker on the tips as I keep breaking my nails. I was visiting with my kid and grandkids and look over 1/2 way thru to see bare minimum product for fill dragged down 1/2 nail. I state again,thicker please and why did you file one hand short? I asked you to please not to. I would have paid for the more acrylic, if thats their policy, just needed to say that was the issue. Instead, this extremely rude man stands up and says I do it right, you can just leave. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. My granddaughters both cried as one only got her nails and not her toes... and the other got nothing. (Explain that to a 4 yr old.)However, our day was saved. Across the street by Sprouts is Nail Max. At Nail Max they were so friendly, accomodating and even offer bottled water while youre there. We were in and out in an hour! Four VERY happy customers. Save yourself the headache and the insults and go to Nail Max, where customer is number 1.
