I have tried this place a couple of times and was disappointed each time. I tried a different tech each time. This last time I went in with a pic of what I wanted. I compromised to get as close as possible. I only wanted a polish change... I paid $50= $40+$10 tip. I told the tech that I wanted to fix something on my nails. She said that I had to wait two weeks and THEN come back to get the fill. It seemed quite apparent that I was interrupting her call. The jewels on my nails starting coming off IN THE SHOP. Nope. Still on here call.. I ended up leaving there and going over the freeway to another shop to get my nails fixed. Within 30 minutes of getting my nails finished. I called and told them about it and got nothing much of a response. So Im out $50.. not counting what I paid the other shop to get them fixed. Im completely over this place. Sorry not sorry.

Super nice and very friendly. They remember your name and any details about you. The work is great and they dont get upset if you arent happy with color. They are happy to make you happy and not pushy about it.

This is my new go-to nail spa. They really care about their clients. very attentiveI always call a day in advance but they except walk-ins I think 🤔 theyre prices are reasonable. They have massage chairs and theres more than enough chairs to be spaced out during covid-19. Its never crowded.I got a wax treatment on my feet..amazing! I love love love this place. Kim is my favorite nail tech

Kim is great. I get the deluxe pedicure. Its the best. Hot wax and leg mask. So soft after.

Salon is clean and Covid Compliant. They took all precautions for the safety of their employees and patrons. I felt very safe getting my nails done.I love my nails too. Cris did a fabulous job. I would definitely be returning to K Nails .

I got my nails done here 2 days ago. On the first day my real nail completely broke in half. I went back and they fixed it. The next day another one of my nails chipped. I have DIP and GEL on my nails so I’m so shocked they keep chipping.. 3 days after having them done & paying $60. The last place I got this service done it lasted me over 3 weeks before it start to chip. Don’t recommend going here if you want them to last longer than 3 days.

For a place that does manicures & pedicures I really like this place. I have tried other places since I have been in Las Vegas. For over 2 years now I have been coming to this Spa. It is very well run. One big point is that it is always clean & very neat. The staff are all friendly. All of the staff are excellent. I would give this place 5 stars. Recommendation is HIGH ~ I watch all the other personnel and they are also very professional and do some amazing feet and hands ~ Great place to go and get feet & hands done. VERY PROFESSIONAL - Miss Kim is totally AMAZING!!!!!

New to vegas area walked into this place and the staff near the front were not nice / welcoming at all the lady told me $38 for a deluxe pedicure and charged me $20 extra for gel nails and $5 to remove my nail polish prices seemed fair but they charge too much for the little things they guys that work there are the most helpful ones

I called ahead for a price and the women said 40 but after I was finished it was 50, so I had to leave and come back to give him the extra 10. This is the first place that was painful. The drill burned me, and the glue dripped and burned horribly. He kept questioning what I wanted. And laughing at my opinion. Horrible.

My girls and I habe been going here for years! We love it!! Kim is the sweetest and best! We walk in and forest thing we hear is wonderful Kim saying hello to us by name. She already knows what we want and she definitely delivers!

I wasnt very considerate in arriving 4 min before closing but I did not know the hours in that moment. Sorry and thank you!🙃😉The ladies did my hands and feet happily and we all left an hour after closing. We had nice conversation and I didnt feel rushed or unwelcome. First off they tried to charge me $30 for a polish change. I declined. & prior they charged me $40 for a manicure, but there was no manicure done. The girl only cut my cuticles. I’ve had better!!!! They are overpriced and my nails were a hot mess my initial visit. It took everything in me not to come back and make them do my nails over. The top coat was not distributed evenly so my nails looked trashy. This is not the first time I’ve been here and every time my nails look a week old, the same day. They are very pushy on gel polish, but not everyone likes gel, so accommodate your ppl who don’t want the extra charges. We are still spending money!!! Money does not grow on trees. Probably treated me this way bc of my race. The vibes were very sketchy here

I’ve been going here over 6 yrs I’m very picky on who I let do my nails Luna was great and so is Kim .. but Judy is my new favorite she is so sweet and funny and does a terrific job!!

I came in 1 evening at 630pm to have my nails done and the gentleman said sure to everything I asked ( not knowing he did not understand any of what I had said ). When he started painting the nails he used colors I did not ask for and each nail was a different design, not what I wanted at all. He was in an obvious hurry and didnt listen to me when I stated, This is not what I wanted. And he had the nerve to want to charge me for 3D art that was not 3D Art. Came back next morning to ask them to fix and all we got was attitude and shown sign they can refuse service to anyone. Then they tried to ask for $10 to repaint my nails, my friend told them NO and they got mad. Finally after much huffing and puffing and ranting in Vietnamese, they did my nails, albeit with the BIGGEST attitude I had ever seen in Vegas. Do NOT GO HERE. If its and super rude so called professionals. Dont go here, EVER!

The guy started my nails and 20 mins after he only put 3 nails on he asked me to let Kim do my nails because he had a appointment. He should of said that first because when I walked in there was not a customer in sight!!! I’m never coming back

So I would go here when Luna was the owner and I guess she doesnt own this place no longer and she was the best. Today I went thinking I would see her and no someone else seem to own this nail place. It sucks luna is not the owner no more. I went with my mom and I went to get a fill when this guy doing my nails was berly taking my polish off a couple walk in and he put me to the side didnt tell me if he was going to start my nails he just started doing the ladys nails. But is not that this guy was so racist I couldnt take it, making and telling me racist remarks I dont like that and to be rude to put me on the side and was about to start on my fill and only remove my polish, I just had to leave and went somewhere better dont it regret once. Never going here no more.

Less than a 1 star. Dont go! We had a party of 6 and they messed up every persons nails. They cut my nails so short they hurt. Then gave me a hard time when I said no to Gel. Cuticles were bleeding and no one was happy. Just save yourself misery. Do not go.

These nail salons need to stop treating customers like there isnt one on any corner to choose from! The gentleman Steven was nice. Unfortunately, he only painted my toe nails. The woman who did my gel polish gave me an attitude because I wasnt about to let her just clip my nails without shaping them. I ended up shaping them myself. I also had to monitor her work as if I had a toddler doing my nails and I still walked out not completely happy. The polish they put on doesnt even cover my whole nail. Hope they were happy with the mediocre tip I left for the less than mediocre service I got.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I paid $120 for me & my mom, the pedicure was fine, but our full set of nails was horrible! The lady with a mole cut and burned my cuticles, and went over the side of my nail so rough she made it bleed. I asked her to fix it & she said i was going to be fine. 2 days later my cuticles have scars and my nails look really ugly. Besides being painful, a simple French manicure is extremely overpriced, especially at such a trashy salon. They should shut this place down before they harm more people.

Terrible service, disrespectful, and cheap product!!! The staff is unfriendly, made an appointment to see a specific nail tech on 2 occasions and they went ahead and gave me a different nail tech. My nails look horrible and they can never seem to comprehend or should i say they dont give two sh*ts.

Horrible service. I went in not even 2 weeks ago and my nails are all lifted. I called and made an appointment, came in so they could fix them and I was told it was to busy I had to come back another day. After that I ask d for my money back and the lady laughed in my face. Never would go there again.
