Choosing a nail salon when moving somewhere new can be such a challenge. I found Brilliant Nails after trying several others first. They have treated me amazing from the first day I walked in! I love that they try their best to stick to an appointment only clientele. Its not an overcrowded salon that you feel rushed through your appointment so they can get to the next person. They all greet me by name when I walk through the door and its a very welcoming atmosphere!!When my mother in law visits she waits to get her pedicures done so she can come here with me.They are clean, hospitable and care about their clients. If your looking for a new salon as a local or just need your nails done while your visiting Las Vegas I would 100% recommend Brilliant Nails and Spa!!

Came and saw Jacqueline and she did a gel manicure, it was wonderful and she helped me decide a color on the 3 that I gave her. The place has a great ambiance to it, it isnt your traditional nail salon. Have refreshments available to you before and after your appointment. I came here on a trip and just googled a place and here we are.

I used brilliant nails and spa one time and they were amazing I flew in from Atlanta got on Google call to other nail spots people are rude walked into brilliant nail without an appointment and I am mediately serviced us my group of 7 All of the services we received that day we’re by far some of the best services I have ever received they will be my go to every single time I land in that city!

First time here. I needed to get my nails done for work & this place is the only place that was open after 7 pm. It was a little bit of a drive from me, but well worth it. Very nice & reasonably priced.Update - Ive been here four times now. Always great service and beautiful nails. I drive 30 minutes to get my nails done here.

I booked a appointment for my sister, my husband and myself. We all got pedicures. My sisters pedicure was done in about 15-20 mins we were the only ones there the whole time so Im not sure why he rushed through her service. The guy didnt even file her nails correctly. Im extremely unhappy with my service. The guy was nipping my skin while cutting my cuticles which was very poorly done. I had to refile my toes nails once I got home because they were jagged. And I paid extra to had callus removed that service wasnt even given. The staff was very nice but service received was poor and not worth the price.

Im kind of embarrassed by my nails after leaving the salon... I was honest during the process telling the woman that I didn’t like the way it was turning out, but then I felt bad complaining because she was trying her best and it just wasn’t looking good ): I almost said to just take off the acrylics all together, but I didn’t have enough time for all that after sitting in the chair for 2 hours. I got an ombré from a natural pink to a light blue... well I wanted light blue but it looks neon, lol. The ombré is streaky and the nails are kind of bulky and not filed clean. I don’t know why they even have ombré as an option on their color pallets to be honest.The place was clean and the staff is very friendly. My friend got gel polish and it looked nice!If you go here, just don’t get an ombré... or acrylics

Just stopped by and didn’t have to wait or anything. JACQY was a queen at doing nails. Has a lot of experience and gives you the best service. She made sure I was happy with my nails and even down to the shape of my nails! Because I wanted a slim nail shape, she didn’t charge me for coffin shape like most salons do, but made she the shape was what I wanted

Ive been here twice now and both times pre booked appointments online in advance. Both times I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. They told me it would be 15 minute wait past my appointment time (I usually show up 5 minutes early but never count that time against them). Then I sit there and and wait and nothing. Very disappointing.

Got a fungal nail infection from this place after i went in for an acrylic set. The technician was also very rude.

This was a nice.place to.come to BUT the lady drilled my fingers i still am taking acrylic out of the side of my nail and under it. She put so much acrylic on my nail I can do another set. My fingers still hurt and its 6 hours later. I decided to treat myself to something nice but now I should have waited till I got home. Oh I wanted gel. My thumbs look huge. I said everything was ok because I wanted to leave. I only had 1 day. Wish I could add a picture I am.so upset. Then on the page it says 50 for nails I paid 70. Now I got to let my fingers heal. Then pay to have someone else fix them more money out of my pocket. Ugh

Great knowledgeable staff who help me pick out something new to do with my nails :) So excited about it! Also its such a lovely clean salon, with great refreshments, and even got my own movie put on! Only nail salon in all of Las Vegas to do hard builder gel nails right! I moved to the area three months ago from the Northeast and arrived with a beautiful set of nails that never had issues. I tried numerous nail salons all over the city and each one messed up my nails and forced me to go back to acrylic. Im very sensitive to acrylic so I was at my wits end with long nails. I had four full sets in three months because they kept lifting or caused an allergic reaction.I tried Brilliant Nails on a whim and they opened the salon for me (sight extra charge but so worth it for the peace and quiet) at 8am in the morning before they officially opened for business. The owners did my new full set and spa pedicure. My nails are beautiful!Its been two weeks and I just noticed a couple cracked nails which should have completely broken off by now. Im super hard on my nails so this was a real testimony to the quality of their work. Those nails are cracked but they arent budging off my natural nails. Even my white colored polish didnt get dingy like the other salons I tried.Highly recommend and I am so relieved I dont have to make special trips to the East coast just to have good quality beautiful nails.

Overpriced to say the least. I came in asking for a regular gel manicure and gel pedicure and $90 later I was walking out with regret. Ive NEVER paid that much for a basic manicure/pedicure with gel. My nails were chunky and the lady didnt even cut all my cuticles or clean the nails good.

I called for an appointment and was quoted $15 more than what is advertised on their website. Beware! They might be practicing bait and switch. Will not do business with them. To the reply that additional fees apply for services rendered on holidays and for after hours (which WAS NOT) mentioned in the phone call, in the interest of fairness, I went back to the website to see if these fees were listed in their services/prices section. The website does not have these fees. Additionally, the shop advertises being open 24/7 with services after 8pm requiring an appointment. My request was not for an after hours appointment at this 24/7 shop. I stand by my original review of one star. If additional fees apply, they should be published like all other fees. Side note: I did get the exact same service at a different shop for $30 less on the same day and at the same time I requested from this shop.

This is only my second visit. So far I love this salon. It is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They offer coffee, tea or water. What impressed me the most is how long my manicure lasts and their attention to detail. I asked them to do my nails like a picture from IG and they nailed it! Lol! I will definitely come back again.

Came here to get my wedding nails done and my bridesmaids nails done - in from Toronto. We were 1/2 an hour late, and they were so accommodating. Jacqueline did a fabulous job on my nails. Just as I wanted from Pinterest for my wedding, sparkly. Great skill with details and crystals. She took her time and was very quick! I highly recommend this place, and bring your friends with you!

My first experience here was amazing! Jacalyn did my eyebrow waxing and i love how they turned out. She was so fast too. Andy did my pedicure and it was just as amazing. The massage was so good and i loved their lavender scrub. He was so gentle. I will definitely be back! Thank you guys!

I went here because of all the good reviews but was ultimately disappointed. First, I was told by the tech that she could only do ombre with gel polish. I said sure. Then she painted stripes. She was really angry when I told her I didnt want stripes. She said that an ombre wouldnt work with 3 colors and I had to pick 2. For reference I wanted yellow orange and red fading from light to dark. She did the orange and red and it took convincing to get her to add yellow. I may have gotten a new person but she was very passive aggressive and I wont be back.

This place was ok... they are only 2 months old and charged a HUGE amount.... we called and were told for a full gel acrylic set would be 35 dollars which was perfect we walked in and told us it wasGoing to be 60$ for full set which Is theMost expensive place I’ve ever been too . Don’t get me wrong this place was good!! They did a goodJob on my nails but we were there for 3 hours. for being opened only 2 months you wouldn’t want expensive nails to start. I was also told if I gave a 5 star yelp review I would get 20% off and which I did because 60$ was way too expensive. These people were very nice and had great customer service but one of the nail techs seemed to be drunk and high... it also smelled like marijuana when we walked up to the nail salon. Don’t get me wrong these people were very nice and did amazing nails but it wasn’t worth the price or how long we were there..

OMG!!! There is a new polish called “cat eye” and it is absolutely amazing! The salon had the perfect color to match my dress for my New Year Eve’s party!!!! There was no wait when I arrived and I was greeted at the door. The salon took their time and made sure I was comfortable and pampered! The place is very clean and they are very professional. This has been the best experience in a nail salon in Las Vegas I have ever been to and I will always come here from now on! Thanks guy!!

I was over charged, for something I didnt want. The man said I had a toe fungus and he had medicine for twenty dollars. That was a lie! I told him to file it off thats its not fungus. They changed for glow in dark nails, not working. Total sham artist because the lady that did my nails was very kind.

I had Jacqueline as my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she matched my picture exactly! I LOVE this place. Thin acrylics that don’t look like acrylic, gel that’s thin and smooth (not icky chunky lumpy), and a huge variety of colors and sparkly designs - they can do virtually any design you want. Pedicures are awesome too, my feet stay so soft for so long afterwards! Andy and Jacquelyn are both amazing, they will treat you RIGHT!

Beyond amazing service, and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be treated like a queen. My grandma and I came to get a pedicure, they offered drinks and massage with hot stones. One of the most relaxing pedicures Ive had. So appreciate how hard they work.

I got the most mediocre, slightly overpriced polish change here. The lady did not do a good job of covering the sides of my nails, offered to fix after it was all done which meant to file away at the side of the nails after the top coat. Scratched one of my fingers with the drill, and wanted to charge $10 for rhinestones on TWO fingers only. All other salons only charge $5. I was the only customer in the place the whole time i was there. The guy up front, who also looked like the manager, was very nice and polite, and offered me drinks, and tried to take care of me, but what matters most is the nails, and they were nothing amazing.

Unbelievable! Tried a second nail place with decent reviews and I was disappointed again. First the prices are insane, especially for acrylic nails. I got a full set of acrylic gel nails for my first time and the guy was rude telling me how I couldnt get them how I wanted, so a lady finished my nails and she was more understanding on how I wanted the length. After I left I noticed how my nails weren’t shaped right for coffin shape. A nail would be straight and the other side narrow. Both my thumbs weren’t the same, one was wider and longer. So I do not recommend this place because my $60 went down the drain having to take them off two days later.

I just moved here from Hawaii and this was the first place I went to and I had jacquline and she was AWESOME! Very good customer service and so nice to talk to and she just did amazing. I absolutely love how my nails came out and she took her time and made sure I was happy with everything!

Long story short: I got a regular set of acrylics that looked great from the top, but were lumpy and uneven on the sides and underneath. There must be a reason they have a 7 day policy because by day 10, one nail started peeling away and another acrylic popped clean off! Definitely don’t go here for acrylics.

Andy the owner is super friendly and he was showing me a bunch of there different nail designs they can do. They also have a projector where you can watch movies we watched music videos. Jacquel did my gel mani and she did a wonderful job. Her metal implements were sanitized in an autoclave which I liked. The only reason this isnt 5 stars is I wish the stations were a bit cleaner, but Im a licensed cosmetologist and a little ocd when it comes to cleanliness 😂 other than that, I had a good experience and would definitely come back. :)
