Terri is awesome. If I leave a message she checks it the next day and calls back if she has anything to tell me. Get paid what I ask for with no problem at all. Dont know why there are many bad reviews

If You Don’t Want Your Backpay These Guys Are Great. Was literally sleeping on my moms floor not knowing I had 10k in backpay.

Had to call because my brother whos benefits they are handling is having some health issues and needs the help of his family. These peopl are rude beyond words. One of the the reviews said its because of the people they have to deal with, I say BS. My brother is not rude and neither am I unless pushed, so they are rude no matter who they are dealing with obviously.

Anna was my payee and she was great and had my bills paid on time and sent me a check every week!

They help my freinds with housing assistance and help learning about money management. They also help with transportation assdistance. Medical and dental freindly solutions as well as lots more additional ways to help people in need .They are freindly helpful and nice people that help out in great ways. I pray for all the workers and all the people that the help out for Great health wealth and love in Jesus name amen.

Never answer the phone nor call back. Ive heard Kenya yell and cuss a handicapped person on the phone. Would not give record on bills she was suppose to pay. Meanwhile cable, phone, cell phone shut off. Electric wasnt cut off because of covid but 314.00 behind. She did not get into trouble. She would not give individual their stimulus money. She put 7 to 8 dollars weekly on card to live off of. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE HANDLE YOUR MONEY.

Its ok for my overall experience however WHILE youre homeless and/or have habits they can wreck you and its better in that case if you have your own payee. DO NOT rent from anywhere like room with a friend without stating to the workers how much the rent is, MAKE SURE the person youre renting from is firm about what the rent he wants from the get-go and more importantly hold on to that debit card they can give you if you like to travel.This is why subsidized housing & collecting a check goes good together while living in a republican state, honestly its not much taxpayer money youre mooching compared to most states.

I think the staff do the best they can with the people they work with. they have to be stern and firm to be able to work with all the different personalities they deal with on a day to day basis. From my experience they try to be as fair as possible, even when getting cursed out, and yelled at.

I like to know why I have been waiting over 2 months for my new debet card to come in the mail.And because I dont have my fever card I cant pay the bill Is like to pay...I keep getting the runaround bout y I dont have my card....So I am paying u guys to do what with my $....That is my question..Nice easy job get paid to do buying...Thanks for the great help....At first I loved this company but lately...I cant tell u my true feelings... Worst Service ever. Robbers. Too much red tape. Not responsible at all. They pay bills late and do not reimburse late fees that theyre at fault for. Anna especially is very disrespectful and rude. DO NOT use these people. It will only leave you frustrated and hungry.

Case workers wont see you in person they look at you less than, and overall horrible service, do not let these people be your payee.

I try to get a hold of someone on the phone then I get the runaround not a good place for your money
