I brought my 13 yr. daughter to fill her nails. the lady was nice & very tidy. Nail tech Twinny was quick & was quick too. The nail shop is clean & contemporary w many salon spa choices here.

The salon is once again under new management, however this owner is the worst. I have been coming here for over 6 years and today I was thoroughly disrespected. My tech V finished polishing my toes, and so I got up to go to the dryer immediately this man (whom I am assuming is the owner as all he did was walk around in his coat like he was someone of importance) says to me their dry, trying to prompt me not to sit down. I said they are not dry, and I turned on the dryer for 4 mins. After it went off he said you can go they are dry. I ran my finger across my big toe, and not only were they not dry the paint smeared. The female manager who greeted me when I came in, but told me she didnt do pedicures said oh you messed it up? He then said again theyre dry. She told me to come to her chair. I said hes rushing me to leave so thats OK. Ill leave (remembering she doesnt do pedicures) she insisted while hes yelling in the background we close at 7p, and its 7:30p! My thoughts if this was going to be an issue then why even take me when I walked in? Terribly disappointing, I will not return EVER!

One of the best pedis Ive had. Great service and the treatment was very thorough. Definitely upgrade to the deluxe ones.

If I could give this NO stars I would in a heartbeat. Went in when they were remodeling (which I completely understand and am sympathetic to), but it was a mess. They had no seating while you wait and only a few nail techs working at a time. When I finally got back to get my dip polish taken off, it took them 30 minutes and they left my nails looking and feeling terrible! I have taken off dip at home and couldve done a better job. My nails broke immediately upon leaving because they simply took it off and did nothing to help the nails get stronger. While I was there, a pedicure seat shot water up onto one of the other customers and it distracted those nail techs actually working. I love getting my nails done and WILL NEVER go back to this place again.

My first time here and I loved it! They were quick, effective and priced well. Very friendly and great atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and caring. I think I found my regular place to go to 😊😊😊😊😊. If you find yourself in the Las Vegas/ Henderson area and need a relaxing nail salon this is it.

Just tried out this nail salon since they are under new management. Had my real nails dipped and a pedicure. I was very happy with Chau and will be back next time for sure

Horrible!!!!! Worst 80 dollar pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. First of, false advertising by saying they have wine and champagne with it...No they don’t. The caught an attitude when I told them that they shouldn’t advertise it then. Second, it’s suppose to include a TENSION RELIEF MASSAGE! Guy literally rubbed my feet for five minutes IF THAT! Sugar scrub was done on my dry skin! Burned me with the hot stones, didn’t cool them off at all. Last but not least! He also burned the inside of my toes with the wax, which he had over heated!!!!Horrible horrible horrible! Go to Organic Nails instead! Sunset and Green Valley Parkway!

Chanel is the best!! I work long hours and can only get in about once a month and she always makes it a pleasant experience. She is professional but friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere or to anyone else.

So, I’m a tomboy and I usually NEVER get my nails done (maybe some polish and work on them nasty skateboard toes every blue moon).ANYWAY I happen to have a date with a hunk of a fellow and that has made me want to be a bit girly for him, BUUUTT I’ve never felt comfortable even walking into a nail salon. 🤷‍♀️So I say this with so many thanks to the amount of work the lovely lady did to my severe a** feet:THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING.They offer drinks and show so many different styles and colors and genuinely ask you how you’re doing. I was really nervous going in, but I’m definitely going back because they have amazing customer service and made my gross nails and feet look stellar. 💯🙌

This is the worst service I received at Avenue Nails. My previous, excellent in every way Nail Technician, Amy, is no longer there. I was serviced by Dawn. She does not know what it means to work at a Nails & Spa Salon, where customer expects to be treated with gentleness and with a delicate hand. She was yanking and tugging on my hands instead of gently touching and redirecting. She was twisting my hand, instead of telling me to move my hand to the way that would work best for her to apply gel onto my nails. She did not massage my hands with a lotion (I did not want to have a paraphinn bath due to a broken skin on my index finger, but was expecting to have a hand massage with lotion.). Donna filed my nails three times, without asking if I want to have them shortened even more (they were already short when I got to the salon). Now my nails look as if I was biting them. I have to yet see how long the gel will stay on, or if it chips before its time. I will not go to Donna ever again. I will see about a different technician. From the other Rates and Reviews I may choose one of the techs that did good job with others. But not Donna. Nope.

Very expensive for the quality of the service and I moved from New York City, amazing selection of gel colors, but the pedicure was horrible, I can do it better myself. Not impressed with the gel manicure either.. I was very disappointed and felt like I wasted my money....wont be back

Best nail place ever!! Just moved into my house down the street tried it once an ever since then I’ve brought my family an friends!! One of the best places 10/10 recommended!!

Booked two signature pedicures and we both received mediocre service. Rushed and sloppy massaging and service. Felt like they were trying to finish up fast instead of taking their time in an empty salon. If I spend $55 anywhere else I get a slow hot stone massage, real massage and it feels like I get my moneys worth, not here. I wont go back.

Ive been going here for years! Even when I moved across town Id still drive back because Jenny and her team are amazing! Ive seen employees come and go, but Ive never had one that didnt know what they were doing.I never make an appt. I just show up and show them some crazy idea from Pinterest and they recreate it for me. They stay current on trends and products.Prices are great. Id recommend to anyone!

This is a horrible place to come too. They had a man doing my feet and he was in a rush and he cut my toe and had it bleeding. They also had me waiting for an hour. when I had an appointment. They did not want service me because I was Black.

Knick is my go-to. He takes his time and never hurts my nails. My nails always look beautiful when he is done.

I got my nails done on Sunday and the two broke off on Monday, and i simply opened my front door not rough or anything just touched the door and it broke, i called to come get them fixed no problem then before i could even make it to the shop the third one broke and i called and just asked them to take them off and get a refund and they’re saying it’s my fault that i have to use my hands on everyday things and they broke because of me and denied me a refund. NEVER GO HERE !!!!!!

Two days after getting my nails done polish is coming off and one is broken dont go there

I had tried several nail salons in this area.Amaxing how different everyone does nails On pink and white, so many different shades of pink ( medium), one was redStaff is friendly, professional, & efficient.They dont take hours to do your nails.Recommed, Sue, Bo & Nick are awesome!

This place is horrible! I took my girlfriend to get her nails done here and the lady filed her nails crooked. Also, the gel came off the next day and her nails are in different shapes. We are never going back.
