Great gentleman knows the keys to get you anywhere you need to go

Jeff was great! Charming fella that replicated 2 sets of keys, a total of 8 keys within 3 minutes. Total was about $20. Hes also got a bunch of accessories and door locks for you.

I went to Monkeys to get 3 keys made. The service was professional and friendly. The job was done quickly (maybe 1-2 minutes) and worked flawlessly. The cost was very reasonable ($9/3 keys). If needed, I would come here again or recommend friends or family to this business.

A really kind man behind the counter. Took me about 1 minute (literally) to get my keys copied. Exchanged a joke and I was out of the store. Such a pleasant experience.

Great place always has what you need

I went almost every where during the covid 19 lockdown and could not find one place that would copy a motorcycle key for me. Went into MonKeys and got it done with NO problems even got a deal on a lock that retails for almost 200 dollars in other stores and wasn’t charged extra for using credit instead of cash like other stores will do. The owner of the store is hands on and is a very easy going guy makes you feel like family we had a quick chat about cars and bikes not once did I feel rushed due to the fact that the store was closing. Thanks again for providing outstanding service !

Great, efficient service with a smile. Had a key that my local hardware shop said was too old to have a blank - he said its one of his more common keys! In and out in 5 minutes, including a car key.

Had to copy a door key. The guy at the counter asked me $20 for a key because it was a difficult one to copy. And he was not really friendly at all, but didn’t care. Minimum for credit card was $10, so I handed over my card. And this guy charged me with extra credit card fee without noticing me beforehand!! If I had knew that he was going to charge a fee, I would have paid by cash. And OF COURSE, the key did not work. The copied one had creepy quality so that even my eyes could catch the difference from the original one. I will never visit this place again.

Literally took 1 minute to copy both of my keys. Super cheap too. Great and quick experience!

Called them to find out if they could provide a cylinder and the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly impolite, had an attitude, then hung up on me. Didnt even attempt to answer my question. Never have I ever been met with such anwaranted rude behavior when reaching out to a business. I suggest you go to literally any other locksmith for help.

The worst total rip offthey were recommended to me by the next door hardware storeI had a broken cylinder which I purchased from the hardware store all they had to do is put the new cylinder in the door which took 5 to 10 minutes two cylinders each door had one cylinderin total within 20 minutes he managed to break one cylinder where it cannot be fixed then he asked for $300 labor150 each for 20 minutes total work meanwhile he damage my doorI do not recommend this people to anyone
