My little one enjoyed her very 1st Mani • Pedi. This was a great choice because they had a kids chair that she enjoyed. The service was great as well. My eldest daughter also liked the service provided to her.

Have been here a couple times . I drive all the way out from searchlight, NV that should say it all! The girls loved and enjoyed their first ever mani/pedi. The girl who did my first pedi there was wonderful and so detailed I can not recall her name I believe it started with a T, I had written it down somewhere! Decided to go back by myself and they did not disappont cindy and jenny are so good with kids. I will be becoming a regular for sure !!!

Went here a second time today with my 3 year old daughter and it was fantastic.Complimentary Mimosa was a perfect touch.Chairs are relaxing and if you go with your daughter shell love it.Clean Products, Professional Staff, Great with Covid restrictions...My last pedi lasted nearly 2 1/2 months!!Thank you!!

I am very upset I took my 5 year old daughter here for her birthday .... I booked two weeks out from her birthday and I requested 2 pm but had to change it to 5 pm where they said NO PROBLEM ... it was such an inconvenience knowing that they didn’t keep my appointment for 5 but kept it for 2 pm which most of her party could not make it due to them not keeping my appointment at 5pm .... I was quoted a price over the phone then charged an extra 20$ for each child ... I will not be going back here again the customer service was rude and I felt rushed making decisions.... I do not recommend bringing your kids or yourself here .... smh

I have lived right around the corner of this nail salon for over 10 years now and didnt know what I was missing. Everyones Amazing at what they do and always so nice and welcoming. Im extremely happy I have found a good place thats not crazy expensive and has awesome staff to get my nails and toes done. Love them. Highly recommended

I have been going to this nail salon for the last 6 years and even though they have changed management/ownership a couple times they have maintain great customer service. I enjoy getting my pedicure here because they have several options and prices. The facility is clean, they disinfect the areas after each customer, employees use masks, and they have clear plexiglass dividers on every manicure table. They offer kids mani & pedi and have 2 little pedicure stations that are decorated for little girls. They offer other services as well, like waxing, however I havent tried those.

They charged me 55 for my nails and i tipped 10 extra. my sister then next day went back because her gel nail polish peeled off the night of and then told her i owed them $10 more dollars because THEY messed up charging me. although i paid 10 dollars extra in my tip. terrible customer service

My first time in and I love it... Wish I could bring them to AZ. Great pride in their work. No messy cuticles..full service..nice employees. Great attention to detail. They offer many Colorado options, gels, glitter gel.

I love this place!My sister, my mom, and me all got our nails on. As soon as i walked in I was greeted and was amazed by the whole place! I would highly recommend this place because the customer service and the nail quality! Definitely coming for a second visit.

First off Id like to say that the ladies here were super nice and its almost worth a second visit... but the quality of the full set of acrylics I recieved were probably the worst Ive ever had. the technician told me it was only her second day AFTER she completed, but I could tell she had little to no experience. she was very nice and while I appreciate great customer service, I kind of expect my nails to look like they were done professionally. they were so crooked and uneven that I had to have her refile them because she was about to start painting them and I could not walk around like that. I definitely feel that I didnt get my moneys worth and Im extremely unhappy about it, beings that I went there because they had great reviews. this review is not meant to speak ill of this establishment, only to share my experience.

Highly recommend I like this place they’re polite and also follow proper sanitation protocol the tools used for my pedicure came out of a package these things are very important especially with all that’s going on . I’ve turned down plenty of places who don’t practice proper cleaning of tool. my full set was shaped nicely and Jenny was very particular

My friend and I have followed them from Henderson where it was very close to our house to the west side of town because they are that good. They remember us when we return no matter how long its been since we have left and they do a great job each time. Great staff and great prices. I really like all the pedicure options too!

I love this salon! I went there yesterday for the first time. Excellent service from the receptionist, she was attentive and offered drinks. I didnt make an appointment but I got seated right away! The nail tech was extremely experienced and super personable. The place is relaxing, spacious and clean with very reasonable prices. I will definitely go back, probably the best nail salon in Spring valley, maybe in Las Vegas.

Great atmosphere. The staff is super friendly. I am very picky when it comes to nail salons. My nail tech really took the time to secure my gels and make sure I was pleased. I will absolutely visit again!!!

I paid for the $50 pedicure. The technician did not massage my feet or lotion them. Very unusual. I will not return

I found The manager steven to be very rude. It shouldn’t be an awkward situation ever to ask to fix something that doesn’t look right. I paid $80 for my nails and toes and would really want great service and be them to make me feel comfortable. Felt like they couldn’t wait to just get my money and have me leave. I was the only one there and it was even difficult to find any glitter colors they weren’t out of.I will not be going back to this place. If you want your nails to look pretty good then it does the job, but if you like the EXPERIENCE of getting your nails done this place will NOT be the choice.

Wow, what a nice nail salon. There are so many places in Las Vegas, but this one is clean, and the staff can speak english! I did an eyelash extension!

Staff was rude to me color I picked wasn’t even close to color on my nail and they were not willing to redo them! She said it was because the color on the chart was only one coat and that I should have asked for only one coat! Who puts only one coat of polish on especially when you have your long natural nails

Wonderful experience getting my nails done at this extravagant salon. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the staff were very accommodating. This is the best nail salon in las vegas. Not too far from where I live in spring valley, so thats just another plus for me

I have gone to this spa several times. Cant say that I have ever had a bad experience completly. I do not tend to be very picky. Today. I felt unimportant. The lady who did my gel manicure was more involved in the things going on around her. I do understand she is in charge but stop talking and looking around all the time. very little time was spent on massaging my hands and arms. The cost is way too high for the service.My pedicure was less than satisfactory. again very little time spent on the message. I work on my feet and was really looking forward to the touch of massage. also my paint job was a bit messy as I looked closer. Again way to pricy for the service given. AND I had to come home and buff my feet more. I did not leave there with smooth feet. It is a good thing they have good chairs.very clean and friendly also. I was there on a gift cirt. kinda glad I didnt spend my own money this time.

This was my worst spa day ever. The staff were completely rude and they make me so uncomfortable when I was not satisfied with just one of my nails. I will never go here again.

SCAM!!! I picked 2 $30 services - 1 of which was the deluxe pedi, was handed a menu and told to pick the flavor I wanted, etc. I even asked directly which one was for the deluxe pedi and was told they were all the same. Welp, got to the counter and was charged $20 more than what I told them I wanted because they had apparently given me a different deluxe menu. Are you kidding me?? I was then told that they had several different deluxe items. I told them they need to change the names of their menu items! I mean, only ONE item on their menu has the word deluxe written into it, the other upcharged ones do not. Its a con, plain & simple, and seems to be practiced by every nail salon in Vegas. I think Ill just start doing my own, Im over these so called business practices. Buyer beware!!
