Not sure how to rate this. Nice looking place but I have noticed your gates are broken/open for several weeks now. Isnt this a gated senior community? Not SAFE at all for your Seniors. It opens doors for crime, such as Break-ins, Robberies, Loitering, Trespassing, attack on Elderly Residents.When are your gates getting fixed? I do have 2 elderly family members living there. I am very concerned about their safety! Should I report these unsafe conditions to the Housing Authority or Who? Please assist. This needs immediate attention.Answer the questionPosting publicly

I love it here I been here for 8 years

The manager is shady as the hottest part of hell. She will try to turn your family against you. Im not exactly sure her what her gain is in her head but she lies about terrible things and is consistently trying to push her tenants out. I know 2 tenants now as of 2019 that are scared of upsetting her because of her retaliation mentality. Its scary to think people like this run senior Communities and get away with it.

Not controlling the age limit/noise for a senior community.

The Management who took over from the old management company was okay at first. Now they cant keep any maintenance men because the manager cant seem to get along with them. Now we have no maintenance man/men. No way to call if their is an emergency. There is no regular landscaping company cleaning and maintaining the property. As a result, bushes are untrimmed, pine needles and gravel etc. are allover the cement walkways. This makes it difficult even dangerous for people who must use walkers, wheelchairs, or scooters. These are senior apartments. Update: 7/29/21 I have a roof leak in my apartment. reported it on 7/26/ 21 and 7/27/21 and was told it has been reported. Whatever that means. I know there is a way to at least put a cover over it.No one has been out to even look at it. We are supposed to have rain for several days.
