These apartments are run down roach infested overpriced apartments.The management is unresponsive. I just got an alert on my credit talking about I owe the $118! I havent lived there in over a year in a half.Really nobody EVER contacted me. I paid a deposit what could I possibly owe for? The windows were painted closed the rug had an awful stench there were holes in kitchen and walls. Glad I kept my Move-in paper. Plus the refused to do a walk through when I moved out! But I have video. I will be disputing this!

Bad smoking smell the whole room. I couldnt sleep all night, because smoking smell on the pillows, bed, and blanket. Carpet is super dirty,( spots) some spots still damp, like just tried to clean the same day we support be in. Bathrooms are not bad, they are clean. One of the room stay hot all night, in 80 degree so my son had to sleep on the couch with the fan all night. We only stay one night out of three.

Ive lived at Pacific Harbors for 2 years now and weve been through numerous managers that didnt answer phones and if they did answer the phone they would just tell me anything to get me off the phone. They never addressed any maintenance issues for weeks if not months. It was a constant battle just to get small things accomplished. Ever since the new manager Tiffany Ahl took over everything has been smooth when dealing with maintenance and any other issues. Im so happy they finally found a manager that takes pride in making sure the residents needs are addressed. Before Tiffany took over I would have told anyone not to rent here but now I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet and decent apartment community. Thank you Tiffany

Customer service is trash. Things don’t get fixed up in this complex. Very unprofessional they need new management and better front desk. Would not recommend at all they gets zero stars if I could. UPDATE!!!!! Someone died in the pool, 8/12/21and was never on the news how sad poor girl did not deserve that.I would never feel safe here…. No cameras to even help that poor girl cops doing a horrible job in this area, crime rate is going up.

Upstairs neighbor apartment flooded into my apartment, the way things were handled was not good, alot of run around and finger pointing end game was me living in chaos for 3 weeks wouldnt recommend anyone move here just based on how they treated us when all we did was pay our rent on time, never bother anyone but asked that they treat us like human beings, smh really disappointed in the handling of something that could and should have been handled better and that corporate woman Karen COULD and SHOULD have done BETTER, had renters insurance but did what i was told to do go to neighbors policy due to flooding from her unit, her company said the apt was responsible, point was my living conditions were awful and a health hazard when i asked for concession it was denied because of poor communication on there behalf, i was offered money and when i stated it wasnt even enough to cover my deductible, without even speaking to me Karen from corporate TOOK BACK THE OFFER, i cant wait to move out of here, shouldve known when they pulled a bait and switch when i first moved in here. But when you work hard for your money you know what its worth and this isnt it, this never shouldve been handled this way, pics included in this review.....so i moved out left place immaculate they said i only have$150 deposit instead of the $400 i paid them said i might not get that back i have pics i left place in great condition, they didnt return any money and said i owed them for cleaning you can see by the pics the place was left spotless, i wouldnt recommend anyone rent from them

What a month will do! We gained excellent management in a months time. Mercedez and Tiffani are two amazing women who make sure that communication with the residence is their number 1 priority. I am big on communication and their communication with us residents never ceases to amaze me. They send out mass email blast when they need to let us know information such as water being shut off, repairs being done on property, work order statuses, and when their phone lines are busy. They also make sure that we keep a form of communication open such as if their phone lines are busy they will respond faster to emails. I have been living here since 2018 and have seen many management teams come and go and I am overly appreciative for these two ladies and all that they have done in the month that they have been here. They even completed all of my work orders correctly and didnt niggarig them to cut corners that had been unaddressed for 2 years. I am forever grateful for these two ladies and their team.

They have no Security, they do not repair anything.. They do not answer the phone when you call them.. Everything has to be submitted online, but they still dont respond to the requests.. They raise your rent every year, if your microwave oven goes out they put in a used hooded fan.. I would not refer any one to move into this complex, unless they get new management that cares about human beings..

Quite place to live, low in crime or police presence &plentry of young kids out playing......but maintenance & the office is non reliable and will slow play fixing anything

Management does not answer phone nor emails, you can stand outside the office for an hour shouting about an electrical hazard in your apartment and they still don’t care.It’s literally impossible to reach anyone who works there, the maintenance cannot fix one thing to save their life but they love riding that cart around to their apartment and hanging out for the day. Homeless people love their free apartment living (they stay in the vacant apartments) it’s dirty and old and disgusting.Take your family somewhere else it isn’t worth it. It’s disgusting that these people are left to run these apartments so horribly and no one checks on them.Residents are not a priority and they do not care about your safety. I’d take my chances at a budget suites than moving in here.

I currently live here & it’s HORRIBLE. Staff is TERRIBLE, they do not answer the phone, & there is only ONE maintenance person for over 100 apartments. This place has literally fallen apart since I moved in the dryer & stove both do not work & they drill holes in the wall & paint them over without sealing them. My house & car have been vandalized. They don’t water the grass & homeless people wander around the property. 0/10 rating.

Im just going to state some facts below for anyone interested in living here to read. These are based off of my personal experience here for the past 5 months. Thank God I left.1. We had a leak in our kitchen which resulted in mold. It took a month of us BEGGING management to fix it before any action was taken. Maintenance patched up the leak. When it came to fixing the mold, they simply PAINTED OVER IT.2. Our air conditioner was broken for a month. We had to BEG for that to be fixed as well. It reached up to 90 degrees in our apartment during the day and up to 80 degrees during the night. The conditions were deplorable at best. It felt better outside than it did indoors.3. My car got keyed while I lived here.4. The complex is littered with trash.5. I stopped even going outside after 8 PM after I got ran up on by a woman on drugs while I was walking my dog.6. A man got jumped by 5 men right outside of our building.7. Management never answers their office phone and theyre never there when theyre supposed to be.I could keep going, but I wont. You get my point.

My experience here has been far from perfect. That being said, I am also FAR from the perfect time Tennant. I have been living here for 3 years, and I have seen management come and go, but Judi is by far the best manager I have seen. She has improved everything within her means on the property. These old buildings are not easy to maintain and I know she would hire more maintenance staff if she had the approval. I do not regret moving here at all... the experience has been greatly improved this past year specifically since Judi took over... the apartments are getting some amazing renovation and are being brought up to todays standards. My car was tagged a few days ago, the front office gave me a parking pass... the towing company still took the car, but she just made a quick call and they are towing it back free of charge.. if you are looking for a good place to live, consider looking here you will not be disappointed with what you see.

The manager Carmen is so amazing and helpful. Shes been able to assist with old situations. She was able to get my work orders done that I had requested before she came along done that same day I asked her. I recommend Pacific Harbors to anyone looking for a place to live.

Please stay away. The cheaper costs are hidden in the ineptitude of this business. Youre better off renting somewhere else. Issues were not addressed at all. They went through managers in my 1 year duration. Nobody was ever at the office when you needed them. Mold in my carpet upon my move in they did nothing about. Air conditioning unit went out during summer and it took them 4 days to even get someone out there, and had to Saturday at hotel. So frustrated, I paid my own hotel fees because of it. Mailbox always broken into and they said it was the USPS fault. So i never got mail sent there packages were blatantly stolen out of box with key and picks bent inside mailbox. Nothin was done. Great story, our first day in, our toilets clogged. Why? Because the carpet cleaning guys used paper towels to wipe their ass. They had to unclog the toilet with a maintenance guy. Toilet never flushed the same again. Always backup and clogged once a week. So we had to own two plungers because either would happen so often. That was our life at Pacific harbors. Hope they dont turn off the water to the building unexpectedly without notice. At least 4 times...By the way, upon move out, they will send a bill for everything they are not going to do. Carpet cleaning, (its a given $85) apartment cleaning $85, tub resurfacing$250 which they didnt do upon move in anyway, apartment painting $160 which they didnt because I saw all the pink pencil marks still on the wall where they patched. It like paying another months rent.

We were supposed to move in on 10/10/17 drove from California and when we arrived they were still painting in the apartment as I was signing the last of our documents. The place was falling apart. Nothing was like in the pictures. Cabinets were falling off the hinges. Bathroom was so disgusting and cracks all over the floor. Doors with marks and scratches, horrible experience. I do not recommend this place. Carmen the manager never called to tell us about the falling apart apartment or called to tell us they were not ready for move in. I was in tears and all they could say was I’ll give you your refund after everything we went through now we have nothing to move into and I’m so disappointed that I trusted the website. I trusted the pictures posted on the website and they are false advertisement. I can’t believe it ! How do they get away with this?? They don’t even deserve a one star.

My experience visiting the community, was great ! The community vibe was uplifting as I walked in you can see the people at the pool having a good time and the the person in the office named Michelle her energy was very welcoming I wished that they had something to rent for 2 bedroom. Next 2 bedroom available I am the next one to rent.

Looks like someone from Pacific Harbor Sunrise deleted my personal experience as it pertains to my their property.. Anyone who has desires of renting here avoid this hell hole of a place at all costs. Their employees are just rude and unhelpful. Let the truth be told this is the worst apartment complex ever to say yourself time and energy to elsewhere to rent.

I have heard a lot about Pacific Harbors and read the reviews, since the time has come for me to move I went to visit Pacific Harbors, and the property seemed quite, but as I walked in the girl in the office Michelle was talking to a resident who was upset but the way she talked to that person made her calm down. Michelle greeted me so nicely and treated me like she knew me for years. Wow.... I have read a lot of reviews about her and I have to say ........... if a 3 bedroom was available I would definately move there because of her...and the great community that has a lot to offer.Mateo Guzman

Teresa is the best!!! She is always on top of everything that needs to be done and is wonderful with communication. Everyone is always smiling and willing to assist! The community is beautiful and I look forward to being a very long term resident.

In the end, I have to say our experience here wasnt bad. We had an upstairs 2 bed 2 bath unit here, not very spacious, but not cramped. There were some bumps in the road with the office, but they accommodated us quite well when we moved in. Also, maintenance was usually done within 1-3 days for us (usually 1-2). Not the cheapest apartments in the area, but it is a decent place to live.

I was looking for an apartment an I came across Pacific Harbors I went into there office and Esmeralda I think she was the manager, she was very helpful and polite as she walked me to the apartment we ran into a maintenance guy who was very polite I felt so welcomed.I really like Pacific Harbors.Daniel Martel

This place is horrible, left me without heat or air, the a/c leaks water I had mold and mushrooms growing in my laundry room the roof leaks when it rains I can go on and on, they dont care about their tenants what so ever . If youre reading this spare your self time and dont consider moving here !!!!

My husband and I went to check this place out as we are moving soon. I had done a bit of research about the apartments before hand prices, floorplans, reviews etc.. to my surprise the prices they advertise online are false they actually charge about 100 dollars more. Just feel like they should be honest on their website, however they are not.

Dear Pacific Harbor employer this is the last time I request for maintenance. I requested several time for a maintenance to fix our fridge, stove, and microwave. The way we have been treated is poorly and shows a low work ethic for you and the company. I have talked to many of our fellow neighbors and they have they same complaints. I am writing this letter to show proof to my lawyer that as of May 21,2018 I ask again to receive maintenance for the problem listed above. My next option will be to get in contact with your corporate office and file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.Sincerely,

The office is untimely and unprofessional. They do not understand of concept of urgency, and they never answer phone calls, emails, or posts on their residential portal. The maintenance is slapdash, and the emergency number is never answered. This place is not a great place to live, as their answering machine would say. I would know. Thats the only thing I ever hear from on their side of the office.Please note that there are now five 1-star reviews, and only one 5-star. Save yourself some time, and keep googling for a different apartment.

Experience to remember! Walking in the office I felt welcomed and the person at the front desk was helpful answered all the questions I needed help with, and introduced me to all the staff people.

6 years living here this the first time Pacific Harbors showed appreciation for me living I pay my rent on time every month and I can say the new management that is in the office care about me living here

Terrible customer service. The property manager, who is a young girl that seems way in over her head had supposedly waived a 100 late fee that I was wrongfully charged due to a change in the payment processing and I was charged the 100 dollars anyway this morning. Maintenance takes forever Ive been waiting for a screen door for weeks, and they NEVER answer their phone. Oh, and their new payment system charges you an extra 4 dollars for automatic payments. Im sorry I want to pay my rent on time? Im so unhappy and dissatisfied with this place. Save yourself the time and money...These people dont care...

I spoke to her over the phone when I was looking for an apartment...I moved here because of her customer service...now these days people are unprofessional...and how Michelle spoke and treated me convinced me to live here...I wanted to meet her but the day I moved in she was off....I spoke to her again over the phone to have maintenance come for my shower was not working... did good....no complaints... I havent had the chance to meet this women to thank her for everything...but i hope she sees this....Thank you michelle...

Communication is nonexistent, maintenance is ALWAYS sitting it took 3 months for him to fix a Fridgerator rack and patiently waiting on the others, they WILL charge you late fees for THEIR portals being down. I’ve only been here 3 months! Smh. Lame! There excuse to us and others are “ I’m sorry but there is nothing we can do “ and to add NOTHING was done to the apartment upon move in. Someone broke in before we moved in and left a big mess. Contacted the office and the office said “ you can call the police “!

Please run far away! This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed at. The office staff is very rude, unprofessional and lack any kind of sympathy towards anything. I am not treated with decency and respect here. My air conditioner has been out for a week and when I have voiced my concerns over this to the office I am treated like I am not the only one. In this Vegas heat this is a health hazard!!!! These apartments are cock roach infested. Living here is a health hazard they lack any kind of urgency towards any of the issues that their apartment complex has.

I dont understand why there is so much negative feedback, I will be moving in next month and since the beginning the office staff has been very helpful in making this transition as smooth as possible, I am very excited to be moving in to my new place!

Bad manager, you have wait 2 to 3 weeks to get anything repaired. They misrepresented there tenants. They charge deposit and monthly fee for pets, but never cleans or provide supplies. Sometimes trash can is over flow for month before they clean. Dog poops are all over but nothing is done.

Maint. Is good office is ok miss Teresa a couple maint. Problems but they are trying their best hope problem gets fix so i dont have to move out.Just want to thank management for have an employee like Jose. That even if at the moment he could not fix problem do to needing parts to come in, he would come over to tell me not to worry that he has. Not forgot about me.

They dont even deserve a star.. weve ask for them to come fix thing at the apartment one comes... some how we got bedbugs.. we told them about they aend an inspector to come inspect the place .. He said yes we did gave them.. so i went to the office they told me because bugs are travelers that i might of have gotten them somewhere else .. that none of the apartments have bedbugs. But yet i see beds and funiture in the dumpsters withs bugs..

Living here at these apartments is terrible... Me and my fiance havent even lived here for 2 months yet and we are already expiriecing our air turning into heat... We had to wait almost 2 weeks when we first moved in for the maintenance to fix some of our stuff that we needed fixed.... The carpet in our apartment wont even let our vacuum pick up dirt off the carpet and the carpet looks like it was super old carpet from an old apartment that they took out, at night my fiance gets bit by spiders because the carpet in our bedroom is coming up and it has a gap between the wall and carpet.... These apartments are really terrible they never answer their phones when you call they just sit right by the phone as they ring and just keep having their conversation.... They need new management to maintain these apartments because the management they already have dont do anything to help keep their renters comfortable in their own home this is terrible.... They never switched out the old air filter for a new one it looks like it was 4 months old, they are terrible, and to think that we are going to be paying $840 come the 1st of July they are crazy... Ill take this $840 and shove it right up their asses we NEVER had to deal with any place like this me and my fiance like to feel at home and we do not feel at home at all living at these apartments I totally regret signing a lease to these apartments, if we knew they ran these apartments like this we would have never looked into these..... DONT EVER APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS!!!!

Horrible apartments! They dont tell you they infested with bed bugs! Then when you move out they tell you how much of your deposit you get back but you never really get your money back they always have a reason or excuse they told me it was pending for months and months or they keep changing managers!! The management here is nothing short of awful ! I have been here for 8 months and will not be renewing ! The pool that is a great selling point is hardly ever open and when on those rare occasions it is It is FILTHY !! The healthclub is a joke nothing works and Ive seen it open in all my time here may 15 times ! The girls upfront that are suppose to be helping us are to busy playing grab ass with the thugs that sell dope in the complex ! Oh yea the complex is filled with crack heads or tweekers pick ur poison ! The cops with the sirens blazing and guns drawn are almost a daily occurrence ! Well I take that back its a daily occurrence it seems from Thursday thru Sunday ! I also had an incident whereby my locks were changed unbeknownst to me. I was out of town for the holidays for about 10 days and they changed my lock ! Why? I dont know!! Rent is paid ! When i had to go around to get it changed at midnite at a cost of over $100.00 they not only refused to compensate me they were pissed ! I am the one who should be pissed ! The short fat hispanic associate at the front desk is the worst ! Boy I am glad I am out of here !! Dont move here its awful ! Ohhh if your air conditioning goes out in August good luck getting it fixed ! Took them 6 days to take care of it ! Awful place. STAY AWAY !!

Best pool event ever I love Pacific Harbors!

They misrepresented the pool. It is never open and hot tub dont work. Air conditioning cant keep up with Las Vegas temperatures. Avoid making same mistake as I did by moving here. Would not give it one star..but cant post unless I do.
