We moved here in May and the model they showed us said its going to be the same model that we move into, not even true. We have had problems and need maintenance my husband got on their website and followed the instructions and nothing happens. I called and talk to Beth about the air conditioner is very loud in the living room and master bedroom. Beth said to me on the phone that you need to come up to the office to get a filter. She said she tells all her tenants that when they move in you may have to change your filter once or twice a month depending on how often you use your air conditioner. I asked Beth will that take care of the loud noise she said of course. Well my husband removed the old filter and it was not even dirty and put in the new filter and when the air comes on we still makes loud noise. So I went up to the office mid July and told Beth that the air conditioner is still loud so I asked her should we put in a request, Beth said oh no Im doing it right now. Its now September 7th and still listen to the loud noise and nothing has been done. Getting a maintenance person to come to your apartment is like finding needle in haystack. I agree walls are very thin we hear stumping noise Monday-Sunday, in the morning, afternoon, evening some nights after midnight. We will not be releasing our lease at all. They have not check to see why are air condition may so much noise in 2 rooms, never put a screen in our window on the patio, and the 2nd bedroom has a screen thats too small for the window and it looks tacky but still never took care of those problems and thats been over a month. I have lived in plenty apartments in my life this is worst one. They over charge for rent, have a sign outside the apartments that they love there residents, they need to take that sign down. All they carry about is money.
I would not rent from these people these people are scammers! They will take your money for the holding deposit and keep it when it is by no fault of your own that one of your credit bureaus is locked. My wife and I supplied all documentation required paid all the fees that was requested. Not only did they run my wife’s credit twice causing her score to lose points, they do not use all three credit bureaus and unfortunately because mine was locked I am not do my deposit back according to their guidelines. Luckily I have since moved into a beautiful place with no problems whatsoever. Oh and by the way they will show you a lovely apartment showcasing a nice fireplace and layout I need to tell you afterwards the other apartment is completely different. I would never recommend anybody leasing this apartment without caution
Just waiting for my lease to end.. Maintenance has twice entered my unit (no emergency) without notice. This last time was unacceptable the guy knocked 1 time and preceded to unlock and open my door on the 2nd knock as I’m walking to the front door putting on clothes. Thank goodness i hurried to the door and locked it back before he could enter. I can get past the pool being closed since January of this year, the 5-6 months I had to deal with the cigarette smoke in my unit, occasional weed smell inside of my unit that comes from the bathroom vent (this is not a smoke free building as advertised) and the property gate that is always broken. I’m counting down until I’m out of this place. Oh and management please don’t waste my time replying back with that standard verbiage because I already put in writing EXACTLY what I wanted.
So my car was stolen from this place the first couple months I moved in. I asked for camera footage and they said that they do not use their cameras even though they have security surveillance signs. It’s a “gated” community but the gate was broken majority of the time. I’d definitely recommend looking for a better area that seems secure and safe for the same price.

Ive lived here for 1.5 years and I can honestly say Ive had very little issues. When Ive had an issue maintenance was fast and nice, considering Covid time frames, they fixed most my problems and explained what couldnt be fixed and rescheduled for that. My biggest problem would have to be that for a long time the gate was not working. Given the fact that its all a ONE WAY street that was annoying. People know its one way and know that sometimes theres people moving so we have limited space because of u-hauls and such and still go the wrong way. I saw some people mentioning in the reviews, ROACHES... my issue with them is outside. I mean we do live in the Nevada and in the heat they are outside at night. However I live on the second floor and maybe seen 2 inside in the time Ive been here. If you have the issue I would consider calling the office as we are charged a fee for pest control and they should come out.
I’ve lived here for 2 years now and things seemed to be going a little down hill with new management. I was reluctant on renewing my lease but the pass month had me renewing without a doubt. I had trouble getting packages from the HUB and I had help from the new manager instead of the usual “try again later.” The property looks clean! I really hated throwing out trash cause it would be a pain navigating the residents trash around the dumpsters. Not the office’s fault the residents are dirty but you can tell the staff is picking up and keeping the place clean. You can tell there’s a change and if it continues, I’ll be renewing again next year. 👍
After a while of living here rules change per management convince. The saving grace is the gym. Walls are thin and I can hear the neighbors above stomping constantly. If you want to use a trash can other than the one they provide for the less than satisfactory valet living they want to impose a $50 fine.
I contacted The Quinn to get information on a two bedroom renovated unit. I spoke with Cintia and she gave me all the information I needed. She was so very patient with me and pleasant to talk to as I ask so many questions. Im very pleased and when I make my move to Las Vegas, I will definitely rent at The Quinn .

This place looks nice and it’s all smoke and mirrors. The staff does not care about their tenants. Don’t even think about calling management they will disregard any issues you have. Don’t ever ask them for maintenance because they will act like you’re asking them for a kidney. They also charge you any time maintenance comes even if nothing is wrong. Also this morning, A FREEZING WINTER MORNING. I locked my keys in my car and called the quinn after hours for help to get into my apartment. They refused and said freeze because they are not open until 9am. Who lets their tenants freeze in the winter at 7 am, The quinn management does. As long as you put your rent you could die on their lott. As long as it’s after the 3rd of the month . Save your money. It’s too good to be true here.
Moved here from 1500 miles away. They were the first ones to message me back. Worked with me through the whole process. Ive been here for about 3 months now and they are currently remodeling the office and some of the landscaping. Some of the interiors(cupboards,trim)of the apartments are dated. But other then that its has been overall a great experience.
I dont live there I have however inquired about the complex ? Im looking for a studio preferably ??
Where to begin, this place is amazing. Anyone would be lucky to live here. Great staff, super helpful. Even when I walk in and they have obnoxious crazy tenants complaining about random stuff they still help you and aren’t rude or in a bad mood even when they 100% have a right too. Hard working staff!! Recommend 10/10.
Bare minimum and overpriced. Gym is awkward. Look elsewhere.Update: Its been 5 months and I have yet to get my deposit back or a summary of charges. When called was told give the check 30 days to get to the forward address (which was given and confirmed more than twice). Still waiting. My first apartment experience, awful.
I have toured many apartments and the service here was amazing. everyone was welcoming and I felt at home. Kudos to the team at The Quinn.
It has its problems but overall its a pleasant place to live. If your proactive about cleaning the place then you wont have a problem. The staff is nice and easy to talk to and they get things done.
Absolutely the worst! I have lived here for about 3 years and things have been fine. Within the past 4-6 months the owners have changed and service/experience is dismal! When Ive had to go to the office to speak with them they continually close early (45 minutes to an hour) and play coy as if the door was locked by some ultimate force outside their understanding. We lose water service on average once a month-often times with no warning. When calling the emergency service number they are certain to know nothing of it in addition their prime directive is not bothering the property manager with such trivial matters. I have been waiting over a month for a service request. When they finally did come to repair the issue, they replaced the appliance with a broken one and I am not waiting for them again to rectify their sub-par work. There have been a number of break-ins, my parents vehicle being one of them. There is no security, gate is constantly broken, pool may as well not exist as it is always locked for service, ha. The place is disgusting, run-down, infested by cockroaches, and run by the most incompetent and unsympathetic individuals. I cannot get out of this lease fast enough. Stay away-youve been warned.

I was just passing by when i stop at the office to ask about 2 bedroom apartments. i was greeted by Carolyn. she was awesome in answering all our questions and showed us a model. she explained all the changes and improvements that were happening. went through the flawless process and even was understanding about the move in time. we love it and cant wait to be part of the quinn family. thanks Carolyn......rich and michelle

I only hope that the price in rent doesnt start skyrocketing every year.First review:I love the grounds of this place. Its like I can go on a walk through the mountains with all of the pine trees and grass around. It is currently under new management (which has happened several times since Ive lived here. However if Im not mistaken it is new ownership, and they seem to be better at not giving false information to appease a frustrated tennant. unfortunately, in the past, this place has had several issues that I am frustrated with. Massive cockroach problems that are finally settling down after 2 summers. Grass areas seemed to be intentionally killed off while being told it was by circumstance. They are finally renovating the gym, about half a year after it was said. Rent keeps getting raised every year because they are making it into luxury apartments (even though my unit is not updated). It is a bummer, cuz it was one of the few affordable yet nicer apartment complexes in the area.All the negatives and positives may be due to having rotating management, or due to new ownership. All that being said, I have hope that they are figuring it out and I am excited to live here in the future.
Please stay away ! These people are horrible and lie and don’t tell you about the fees and they are crazy overpriced, they make you pay for water, sewage, common electric, common water and pest control, they charge you to take out the trash which I guess is understandable but then they also charge you for the big trash bins, honestly this was mine and my husbands first apt and we regretted it, we would have to go to the the office at least 1 a month about something, every time it rained the roof would leak and get all over our couches!
Me and my wife had a very pleasant experience with the leasing process with the help of Carolyn who is very nice and helpful. We are excited about our new apartment.

Sterling Court apartments is one of those stepping Stones on your way to becoming independent. You must live at a place like this before moving to a nicer spot, but its not as bad as a weekly. Come on guys....baby steps.

WAY TO MANY ROACHES. Like I get it it’s an old building and all but seriously, if I would be a dirty person have a ton of trash out etc I could understand the issue(gross), but my apartment is clean and I have no open food or anything. EVERY DAY I HAVE MORE ROACHES. Kitchen. Living. Bedroom. ITS SO ANNOYING AND DISGUSTING. Pest control obviously is a joke they come pretty much every week and it’s no help. My apartment was great when I first moved in. But now I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE THIS PLACE!!!!
I went into the Quinn and was greeted by 2 employees that were more concerned about ending their shift than renting an apartment home. I shouldve been given quality service eventhough the office closed in 35mins, meaning elaborate on the facility, I didnt expect a tour. The Quinn is very overpriced, go next door to 5400 Villa Apartments, less expensive! Ask for Josh....hes amazing!!!

Went in yesterday to tour and get information. Carolyn was very helpful and informative and very nice.
BEWARE! I have lived here for 2 years. My advice. Dont move here. Not only do we pay for water, sewage and garbage every month. Everyone that signs a lease has to pay an additional $25 for a service that picks up ur garbage every week by ur front door. And u have to take that option. We also pay for common area electric and water. They do nothing about noise complaints. I called office 11 times in 1 year and called metro 5 times and nothing is ever done about the apt i complained about. Should i also mention that my broken dishwasher took 4 months to replace. And only after i notified corporate. When I went to the office to complain the manager at the time said to me, you have a sink dont you? You can wash your dishes in the sink. Also my wall leaks every time it rains and they just wont fix it. Its been 2 years. My car got keyed 3 times and no one picks up after their dog. And my parking space is 2 buildings over..please take my advice, dont live here.
3 stars update April 2020Office staff makes a huge difference when it comes to living at a complex. I am being genuinely honest when I say Zero of my work orders were completed over the last 6 months. A certain employee had to be the laziest person I have ever come across. I have always been nice/polite but not one thing I would ever go in and ask her would be completed. She would write it on scrap paper, if come in couple days later and she says she forgot. Literally 4 times in a row for same simple request that would have taken her 2 minutes. This happened constantly over the last 12 months. I called 2 days ago and staff sounded different. Very nice lady. I’m moving and I see thats not updated with conservice.office door locked, says will be back at 1:45. it’s 2:29 and employee is walking around4.5 stars. Update 2/1/20: this place continues to make great improvements to the facility. The office staff seems to have slightly changed. Still having issues with staff not showing up for work on time. It’s now 10:17 and I am sitting outside there door waiting to pay rent. I can’t come back later and shouldn’t have to. I’ve been here over 30 minutes so no one has bothered showing up for work (he just showed up) I don’t know how this guy has been late 2 out of 2 times I’ve needed to go to office during his shift. He obviously doesn’t value his job and when I told him I’ve been waiting a long time and other residents have came but had to leave to go to work, instead of saying sorry he just said “we have lots of problems right now”3/13/19 1.5 years (Updated) Its long but read it all if you want a detailed analysis about this place. I moved into the sterling court apartments April 2017. Let me tell you I cant wait for my lease to be up. For the Sterling Courts to be charging so much I would expect better. The unit that I signed for, wasnt available for viewing but taking Giselle word for it, I went ahead and sign for it. Mistake number one. Could not get the keys the day before due to carpet cleaning. The day I was suppose to move in couldnt because the carpet was getting clean.Finally moved into the apartment, ( after having to wait a month after me orginal promise day) unit is completely different than what I viewedd and said I wanted. Carpet is filthy, cabinets dont close, under the sink in the master bedroom is sunk in, poor patch work, and cabinets are falling apart. Mistake number two is my parking spot is three building away from my apartment. The gate box is not even visible. The key pad is the only thing that works. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE. Have placed may work orders and a/c still doesnt work.

Rent is skyrocketing due to new management, they are also remodeling. Everything is diffrent but they overprice residents bills due to their fault as in over watering the grass, well should i side walks. Also they charge for the hut tub even though it does not even work, not satisfied at all.
It was okay when i moved in april 2017 but new management took over and ruined everything. between january and march 2018, our water was turned off 3 times due to issues with the water system. they ran the sprinkler system about 3 times a day to regrow the grass and each time the water pressure decreased making it difficult to wash dishes or myself, just really annoying. we were penalized because we werent properly notified of our 30 day lease renewal/end of lease as if anyone actually remembers that. so glad to be out of there
This has to be the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in an Ive lived in some pretty bad ones ! Its Infested with roaches just plain gross!!! Been waiting on a work order for almost 3 months now an still nothing might as well do it myself ! Im currently moving an I cant wait to get the f out! There charging me a lot of money for not staying in these nasty infested apartments ! If I had a choice to rate lower then 1 star I would rate negavite stars f this place ! And they want to act like these apt are worth so much.. STOP DOING FALSE ADVERTISEMENT STERLING COURT !!!!!
There is a criminal living in the complex, a police report was provided to the management team and they have done nothing, the didnt even ask for any other information. This man has chased me in the parking lot, he has stolen a package from my doorstep and another neighbors door and the management team can not be reached. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE!
Bug infested! Nothing but problems, from electrical to you name it! office does not respond to emails or phone calls, neither does the corporate office. Strongly leaning towards buying out my lease and taking the loss. Bugs and constant problems in unit is ridiculous.This is not a place to call Home unless you are desperate, youd be better off in a ghetto type apartment because youll only be paying $400-$500 a month for a bug infested run down place, instead of $900+, like this place! The exterminating company they use, comes in sprays in 2 corners, next to the fridge and stove, and leaves. While he was spraying a roach was sitting on the counter smoking a cigarette telling him to hurry up and get out...thats how bad it is....And now they want to raise my rent over $100! Appliances that dont work properly, and oh did I mention the BUGS....
There is ALOT wrong with this place, but what is most irritating is the bugs ! I clean constantly with bleach and other cleaning agents every 5 seconds, im embarrassed to have people over and i am constantly watching their back to make sure a bug doesn’t creep up, i cant turn a corner with out seeing a bug ! Ive even kept my furniture at a minimal scared that the more clutter the more bugs ill have ! I wish i would have been allowed a walk through of the exact place before moving in ! I would of ran !!! Please stay away ! Ps. everything is broken here as well !

The most awful experience Ive ever had. The incredibly rude staff spoke about me (unkindly) in Spanish thinking I did not know what they were saying. Work orders always took months if they even actually got filled. Apatment was roach infested despite my constant raid bombs. They lied to my next apartments about late rent payments. DO NOT RENT. JUST DONT.
Scandalous staff they will lie cheat steal for 20 dollars . go somewhere else.

When I came here to finish my leasing paperwork there was atleast 5 people standing in with all complaints ! I should have seen it as a warning sign but I was in such a hurry to move in, the unit was suppose to be ready I moved in the paint was horrible !!!
