I mean it’s a nice apartment, Great amenities and staff is reasonable . The only downfall is BUGS . They have a huge bug problem outside, but like I said the amenities are great they offer pest control it’s just nasty at night. There’s been a few incidents where there’s a huge spider near my door. I know they can’t control that but just be aware you definitely will need pest control.

The place and people here at Avanti helped me more than they know. I had just recently been stationed here in Vegas and needed a place to live fast. My first choice was a bad one and I was living in terrible conditions and even got robbed due to the landlord refusing to fix my window. When I was looking for a new place to live I came across Avanti. Natalie at the front office was so helpful with getting me a new place quickly and even with helping me break my old lease. I don’t think she knew how much of a help she was. I didn’t know anyone here in town yet and she was the only person who helped me with this process. She constantly made sure everything was going smoothly and answered all my questions whenever I called. AVANTI GIVE HER A RAISE. The apartments here and really nice and are in a good part of town. I really recommend them to anyone wanting a little fancy place with friendly neighbors.

I recently relocated from Cali to Nevada for work and am so happy that I chose to go through with renting with Avanti Apartments ❤Natalie in the leasing office was hands down so helpful when it came to answering all of my questions during the application process and was so attentive when it came close to my move in date. Staying in communication with me with both call backs and communicating through email (:The day of my Move In, Sabrina, was so nice and explained everything thoroughly.There were a few things that needed to be changed in the apartment upon move in. Such as the lock of the bedroom door. As well as the flapper of the toilet. Sabrina submitted the serive request for me and they were both completed the same day ❤The insulation of the apartment is also great. Its not as hot as I would have expected it to be.So far, I have nothing but good things to say. Overall great Move In experience 😊 and have enjoyed how quiet the community is.

Its a nice place to live, we feel safe and its pretty clean, I just wish they didnt go up so much on the rent every year, we all know it will be done but almost 100 bucks every year jeez.

Be Careful! This place has a 40-50 page lease agreement. Somewhere buried in it is move out charges that exceed move in charges. This unscrupulous building owner uses shell management companies and collection agencies to hijack tenants credit reports and extort settlements. This place is all but guaranteed to unfairly ruin your credit or cost thousands of dollars on move-out. 5 Star Tenant Abuse

The people here are very friendly, helpful and patient. The grounds are beautiful with nice amenities. The apartment was well kept with lots of natural light.

Absolutely love this community, it’s beautiful and quiet. Sabrina in the office is hands down the best, she helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend living here, the best City and Mountain View’s.

Amazing help from maintenance here always! Caught Johnathon on my way into my apartment told him my issue. He told me to put in a work order and he’d be there today. Put in my work order and in less than hour he was here and my problem was fixed. Great service!!!

My star rating really has nothing to do with the complex. I was trying to find a place to live and saw this place with rent around my budget called and got the call center I guess they are not connected with the building all the information hw gave me was wrong

My review is specifically about the application process. It has been an awful experience. Back and forth with their billing office and not getting simple questions answered. I have previously recommended this place to others after having friends that lived there. Just terrible.

You were so helpful to my mom and I’m so hooked on Henderson but you convinced me to relocate to the other side. We recently moved into these BEAUTIFUL apartments. We were lucky enough to be matched with Ally who helped us from start to finish which was a total of 3 full days. When I say Ally works fast, she got us in, approved, and with keys in hand on move in day. This was THEE SMOOTHEST transition I have EVER had in my life, and the love we felt every step of the way, made us realize this wasn’t just our new Apartment, it was our new Home. Thank you Ally!

Ive been contemplating moving back to vegas since this pandemic hit so I came by to check out this place and spoke to Ally. (I hope that was her name)! She was so kind on the phone and was able to answer all of my questions. She did have a few appointments around that time but as I was in the area, she still managed to make it work.Talk about an amazing experience- this woman knows her stuff! If we do make the move, were coming here JUST because of her. Well the nice apartment doesnt hurt either!

I have lived here for 4 years, and have loved every minute of it! The view that I have of the city is breath taking, the desert mountains in the back are serene with nature right at our back door. There are places to hike, jog, and ride either your bike or ATV. Shopping is now nearby, and there is direct access to the 215 for easy commutes. You have everything you could ask for at this community. The people that live here are friendly however a few of them are nasty, and leave their open trash outside their door all of the time attracting who knows what, GROSS. I have had no issues with my apartment and rarely need to call maintenance. The office staff are professional, especially Marisela. If you need anything handled in a timely manner, she will get it done and is super friendly. I highly recommend living here.

I want to give credit to Pedro he is outstanding. He needs to be promoted! I had quite a few things I needed fixed he came to my unit within 24 hours and fixed everything in one visit. From the very beginning even before I moved in when I had asked to see the apartment he reassured me that his team would address all of my questions and concerns. So far living here has been a great experience!

I absolutely love it here. The views are amazing and every time I look out a window it feels very much like a luxury experience.The inside of the apartments look so good and are newly renovated, they remind me more of a luxury loft than an apartment. The community is very quiet. Aubri, the new manager, is very nice and I have known a couple different residents that she has personally helped. My overall experience is very well and I havent had any issues. Added bonus is it is close to jeep trails being so close to the beautiful mountain all.

My Daughter and I are very happy with this apartment. Love the location, Our unit is very quiet, but also close to shopping and freeway. Love the pool. Staff is very friendly. Sabrina is excellent. Never had a problem with parking other residents, very happy here.

I’ve been living here for 2 years now! From start I love the atmosphere of AVANTI, it’s like you live in Vegas but away from Vegas. I live on the 3rd floor and have a out this world view of the whole entire Las Vegas with a Mountain View right out my window! everyone is amazing! Sabrina is always helpful and you really can tell she care!

The property is in a nice area with lots of Mountains surrounding the property. The staff is amazing to work with. Sabrina a leasing agent at Avanti is amazing with answer any of your questions in a professional and timely manor. I would highly recommend Avanti as a property to live at.

Efrian and his maintenance crew are stand up guys. I had a minor issue with my smoke detector and they took care of it immediately and were extremely professional. I’m very impressed and while I don’t look forward to things going wrong where I need to call maintenance, I know I can count on these guys.

Ive been here almost a year now. Extremely lovely and caring property. Never had any issues with management and when I say they are always caring I mean they are. This property really take care of their residence. Now a special shout out to Efrain (Maintainence Supervisor), came to save the day again. ALWAYS on time, extremely pleasent and efficient with his craft. He has NEVER done a half job with some of the minor fixures that needed to be taken care of. Thank you Efrain again for saving the day. Now to the management staff, You all are Extremely amazing. Always pleasent, always attentive, always understanding, and alway informative. Im honored to know all three of you that I have personally encountered. Keep up the excellent work in taking care of your tenants. I was really stressed trying to find an apartment during all of this coronavirus stuff going on, but once I talked to Ally at Avanti it was immediately clear that they were going to be helpful. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of the concerns I had. She even let me know when she had a planned day off so not to stress that I wouldnt hear back for a few days which I really appreciated. Every time Ally is on the golf cart driving around shell ask if you need anything which is really great.Ive lived in about 8 different apartments over the years and this is by far the nicest ones Ive lived in. Its right by the mountains and away from all of the hustle and bustle of the strip and all that comes with it. I like how quiet it is out here. My wife and I moved to Avanti last year. We love it here, nice city and mountain views. The assistant manager Marisela and staff are very professional and will take care of you. Have had good luck with our unit as it was a fully renovated unit, no issues with maintenance so far. We really enjoy calling this place home and will be signing our second year lease. Thank you. :)

Ok so first off I normally don’t take the time to do reviews, but In this case I had to. The moment I walked into the leasing office of this property a young lady by the name of Ally Salcedo greeted me with the greatest personality and smile.The one thing I look for no matter where I go is the energy flow . Well for sure I felt positive energy the moment I walked in. Not only that Ally was VERY informative and was able to answer every single question I had.Although I have decided to rent a house because I need more space, if I had to decided to rent an apartment I would have definitely rented a place from Ally.

Carl was great! Offered to carry in a side table for me instead of watching me struggle! Was very helpful.

The only reason I left 3 stars is because I wasnt told about all the extra fees until I started getting my Bills. I realize it was virtual and very little contact or conversation but I was under the impression of a certain kind monthly amount. Other than that everyone in staff is wonderful. It doesnt make sense to me that I pay for trash and also pay for trash valet on top of it that I dont even use. I never would have signed up for that if I knew about it. Its hard times and spending money on things that I absolutely dont use. Also I know its no one in AVANTI fault but I moved here for amenities. Stuck in house with nothing to do and some neighbors are very picky about noise. I hear them all the time but seems that they have it out for me. Day hours I get more complaints than night.

Former resident I love staying here but unfortunately my wife had an accident where we were forced to move out, being she couldn’t walk up and down the stairs and we lived up on the second floor Sabrina took care of everything even did follow up calls to see how are we doing after we moved out! Make sure we understand the fees, so there won’t be any surprises thank you So Much Sabrina.

My husband and I moved here 3 years ago sight unseen, although we were very apprehensive at moving sight unseen Aubrie made our move in experience very stress free. When we found out Aubrie was no longer with our community we again were apprehensive but signed our second year lease. The community has Aubrie back as the general manager and we are very happy she has renturned! Our community has been very quiet and well maintained and we a going into our third year! Any maintenance issues which have been few were always addressed in a professional and quick manner. Thank you to the entire staff here at Avanti!!!

Sabrina is always very helpful especially during this pandemic!!! She never gets frustrated and always has a smile on her face and a lifted spirit when I call over the phone. Her curtesy definitely makes living here comforting :)

Your gym is hardly enough to be called that. The lack of equipment is just wrong. There are so many apartments here with much better gym equipment than this. Im really disappointed by that. And the gym hours are even worse. It should be open 24 hours a day and makes no sense that it isnt. Cleaning that place would take an hour max, considering how theres nothing there to begin with. Very upsetting. The gym is definitely my least favorite part about this entire place.

I visited this apartment and I like the cleanliness and the pool arena. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to move to Las Vegas. The staff were also friendly.

Its very poorly managed and maintained. The management staff is brusque and unhelpful. The garbage areas are dumps for furniture and mattresses that are never cleaned up. They dont clean the floors of the apartments fully.

Sabrina is a big help right along with Marsela they are some funny girls and make you feel wanted no matter what type of question that have a Answer.

I recieved help from a Sabrina. She was amazing, nice and really helpful. I would recommend these apartments and ask for Sabrina, she will take good care of you.

So I had a service issue and unfortunately it was not a one call resolution. However; When I placed another services order, Ephrain (Maintainance Supervisor) was sent to assess the situation and he had done a marvelous job. I really recogmend Avanti Apartments and the entire staff. But back to the lecture at hand. Ephrain was absolutely attentive and got the job done in record time. Thank you kind Sir for your amazing professionalism and getting the job done!

Avanti is a beautiful property!!! Office staff is super friendly and courteous! Maintenance is super quick and very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone with eyes closed to move here. This area speaks for itself, prices are very smartly set. When comparing them to neighboring properties they are pretty cheap. The renovations are extremely gorgeous, and I love that the exteriors are so nicely maintained, no trash or anything is ever seen. Great Job Avanti Team!!!
