We’ve just moved in but so far, we are thrilled to be here. The location is fantastic, the staff is kind / efficient / helpful, the neighbors are great, the complex itself is nicely taken care of with nice little areas for a dog to go bathroom with baggies for cleaning up, and our favorite perk of all is the area is peaceful. We are adoring it so far. :)

Convenient location. The landscaping is always well kept, and always taken care of right away if otherwise. The maintenance crew is the best! It’s like you cant help but smile and say hello when one of them passes by because they are all awesome people!

You could not choose a worse place in all of Vegas to live. Do not move here!

Save yourself the trouble and don’t even think about moving here, absolutely horrible experience there and in all my years of living I will never return. RENTERS BEWARE!!

This entire staff needs to be replaced they have no customer service, they don’t care about the renters or the community, the place is a mess, there’s trash everywhere. I wouldn’t want to step foot in that place for the rest of my life.

These apartments are run down and management is subpar, they advertise as luxury apartments where you would expect to be treated as such. But the grounds are dirty, the people who live there are the lowest of the lowest class, and management is absolutely atrocious. In all my life of living I have never met an assistant manager as egotistical, self absorbed and uneducated in my entire life, after living there I can see why the ratings are so low. SAVE YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

Very happy to live somewhere we feel safe and welcome! The office staff and maintenance have been wonderful. Lots of work is being done to update the look of the community, and the pool and grounds are always well maintained and clean. Thank you for a great experience here at Renew 2900.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago and so far I love this place. The neighbors seem pretty respectful and the grounds are kept very clean. Joe and Macey were great, we had a few challenges with the technical side of the residential website but their diligence, prompt responses and attention to details made my move a breeze, even during the pandemic. I love my apartment and things are pretty peaceful so far. The complex is situated in the shade so it makes an other wise very hot city much cooler. I’ll try and keep you guys updated with my stay here in the months to come..

Living here was awesome. Perfect location- plenty of shops, restaurants, and markets nearby. Just over 10 min drive to the strip. 15 min drive to the airport. Community is quiet, clean, and safe. Areas for your dog to run. My only request would’ve been to have access to the park again- that was really great for dog walking! Gym and pools are nice. When minor things needed fixing or if I had any questions, I would stop into the office and see Macey. She was always ready to help me. Answered all of my questions and handled my concerns. Staff is caring and efficient. Highly recommend!

Great communication and response to maintenance requests. Love that they have someone who always answers the phone even after hours. The staff is very friendly.

Their money hungry and doesn’t care someone dumped my roommates clothes out washer and dumped juice on it and renew manger said theirs nothing they can do and the cameras that should be working in the laundry facilities for all money they charge doesn’t work so we can’t even play it back 😡I hv live here for over year now this not the first problem either AND IM A RESIDENT SWEETHEART 💁🏽‍♀️

Thanks for appearing so promptly to change out the battery in my smoke alarm because I couldnt reach it. It helped me avoid unnecessary annoyance. =)Also thanks for helping me carry my coffee table downstairs!

***WARNING****Poor experience, thought it was a good location and establishment but they have proved me wrong and continue to.I had issues with my AC and they decided to give a consistent mediocre check of my unit that had them come back and forth several times is this insane heat to find out I had a leak.I did my part paid my rent on time and in full even in this pandemic and they decided that I was not entitled to a partial refund. Good to know they choose to argue with me instead of resolve the issue, so I plan to go to court.Warning AVOID at all cost they don’t care and I still am having trouble with my thermostat and the AC this is an emergency and they don’t CARE.Head my WARNIng!!!

I’m new in Las Vegas and overall, I’m happy to be settled in these apartments. The grounds and renovated apartments look great. What I particularly like about this complex is the location; I’m close to my work and everything I need. The area also feels quietly nestled away, although right off a busy road. The staff has been really helpful in accommodating my needs and making me feel welcome. I give four stars only because I simply haven’t been here long and because of some minor maintenance issues upon move in. Other than that, it’s been a good experience!

Had the pleasure of getting assistance from Victoria & Josh today and they were superb!! Very attentive and friendly, quick clean and accurate work. ReNew 2900 impresses again with wonderful service! Living here has been great: cost efficient, fantastic location and the staff/community are good people to be surrounded by.

I am very pleased with the level of customer service we received when visiting Renew!! Jay was very helpful, kind, and explained everything well. Not only was he kind to me he greeted every person that walked in there. He greeted them all and acknowledged their presence. This experience alone makes me want to move there!! Moving to Vegas soon and I wanted to say thanks to the staff at Renew 2900 for such a pleasant tour. Some of the other properties I went to check out, they just didnt seem to care if I rented there or not. The ladies at Renew were very pleasant and answered all my questions. I feel like Id be taken care of at ReNew. Thank you!

This staff is probably the only staff Ive ever felt extremely comfortable with. My boyfriend and I spent a week looking for a new apartment and this community is the only one that met up to our expectations. There was a few nick in the new apartment but one email to Macy and she notified the maintenance team as soon as she could and they came as quick as they could which is very convenient. Very caring and supportive staff especially Macy she was a great help. Love the dog park and the pool. A very Lowkey spot.

Within the first two months I lived here, my apartment flooded with sewage water from the building (meaning both mine and my neighbors’ sewage) twice -- the second time flooding my bathroom, both bedrooms, and all the way across my living room with sewage water during a pandemic. I found out from the maintenance person that the same thing had happened to the previous tenant as well, within months of my move-in date. Each time there was a sewage flood in the apartment, management said that they had fixed the problem, but “fixed” sewage pipes don’t flood apartments twice in two months, or flood them at least three times in six-ish months. There were other very serious issues from the start. The first day that I moved in, the door to the outside did not lock, and the bathroom sink was missing a key part that was necessary for it to work. The first time I went to the communal laundry facilities, I went to two different buildings, and all the washing machines I tried were out of order. One of the employees told me that they told management in the past that the washer/dryers were regularly breaking down, but that management had ignored them. Plus, the walls and ceiling are so thin that you can hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbor (meaning I can’t sleep without earplugs in), and the walls are so thin that I can hear my next door neighbor’s entire conversations, his music, his TV...everything. The apartment was not even ready on the day that I was told I could move in. I’ve also seen dog poop when residents didn’t bother to pick up after their pets. The kitchen cabinets have never been able to close, the vent is not fully attached to the ceiling, and the ceiling tiles that I was told on move-in would be replaced were never replaced. Plus there have been several times when the advertised “security” was not available. One time I called the help line for security when there was a fight outside my window in the middle of the night, and I was told that my only option was to call the police. In my opinion, anyone who is searching for an apartment should run far away from this place!

Community is quiet here, maintenance crew does there job, people seem friendly & they look out for others. Macey customer service was outstanding & helped me out during a hard time.

First year experience from start to finish has been stellar. Staff is aware, attentive and hardworking. Clean and ample space featuring privacy, security and that classic desert lighting! The pools and abundant parking are a big plus.

I recently visited the community from out of state. Macey showed me around and was so helpful! She answered all of my questions about the property and area. I really appreciated her help during my decision making process.

Going on 3 years living in this apartment community. Didnt enjoy my first year living here, but a lot of upgrades have been made and after new management took over, the surroundings of this place have become better. The staff have been keeping up with cleanliness of the community and the office has been good at responding to any questions or concerns. These apartments are close to the 15 freeway entrance, a short drive or good jog to the grocery store and near a few food places. Good location between downtown and The Strip.

Visited Renew @ 2900 looking for a new place to live recently. I had been to the property years before to visit a friend and remember it as perhaps a bit old and rundown but I loved the location and the feel of the property. During my recent visit I first noticed the property looked new and fresh and it still had that Vegas feel that I remembered from my previous visit to the property. When I entered the office I was greeted by Macey and Rebecca and they proceeded to give me the 5 star treatment and made me feel like I had found my new home. Awesome place to live. Glad I decided to go check it out again years later.

Pretty nice that they have community events like MNF watch parties and other events that bring the tenants together for a meet and greet. Complete with refreshments! I thought the breakfast event was good too.

Ive been living here since 2016. What originally brought me here was the dog park. But what has kept me here is the community within our community. Since the change of Ownership in December 2018, Ive personally gotten to interact with the entire staff here and I will say without reservation, they are the most personable, helpful, and understanding group of individuals. While very Professional when addressing unforeseen situations they are also compassionate and will go the extra mile to make sure they have done everything possible to meet the greatest outcome for both parties.On my first day meeting Ms Jessica. The manager here. We found out I was the only tenant under the old ownership whose electricity came along with the rent statement. She personally got on the phone with NV Energy to try and straighten out the error when my electricity got turned off. Ive NEVER had Management go to bat for me like that before. Rebekah, is such a wonderful person. I knew her from the previous management. Glad she stayed. Macie. Her professional demeanor that allows her to be cordial but remind residents this is still a business and rules must be followed. Mr Dana, My sons favorite. At three years old Mr Dana finds the time to always acknowledge him whenever he hears his little voice.

Going on my second month here and I like it so far! Area of town isn’t the greatest, and I have caught a couple people breaking into the gates late at night, but other than that I have felt safe. Super friendly and quiet neighbors. Hopefully in the future we can get a hot tub, and some better washer and dryers.

My experience living here has been great. I really like my apartment, its very spacious. Convenient location to the highway and local commerce, yet its in a quiet zone. Neighbors are nice and quiet. This year the new management team has been making many improvements to this community from new toilets, shower heads, faucets, exterior paint jobs, parking lot, landscaping, and fixing the internal pavements. Unfortunately after my lease ends, my rent goes up. Its the biggest complain I have is the surprise increase of the rent, just under $400 difference in the new monthly price. That just too much for an increase, I guess Ive had it good but now Im forced to leave and find me another community apartments to live.

Management has been great. Even with issues arise, I feel like they really care and try their best to get it fixed. Very calm place and loving it so far.

I moved here about a month ago and the experience has been really good. The grounds are well kept, maintenance is responsive and working with Rebecca was great. She was really willing to work with me even though I was moving on short notice from across the country, even to the point of letting me tour my apartment on FaceTime!

I am going on year 3 here, Management in the past 1-2 years turned this place around. Did have pest issues especially when hot, but they’ve helped me take care of it. Macey, Rebecca and Carlos have been very helpful with any help that I may need. I like that this place is close to the freeway, downtown and close to the strip. Food places around here are good and nearby, too.

YES! new management, Im loving the changes management is awesome (Jessica), leasing staff is on top of things going on the property, maitenance is great, friendly and efficient.I really like living here and hope with all the great changes its going to be even better. Renew2900 is in a great location, its convenient, property has only 300 units which makes it easy for things to get done, renew is kid and pet friendly, spacious, and quiet, I am looking forward to changes.

Macey was very helpful in getting our application looked after and helping us settle in. For the most part, the apartment complex is quiet. The neighbours are friendly. Liking the renovated apartment, cant wait for the pools to open.

Been living on Property for awhile and Love how the New Onwers r making Good changes to it. Rebecca is my go to person n the office and Carlos is Awesome n Maintenance. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because Security on this Property is not visible at anytime we need to see more Security on Property.

I love the location of the apartments, I’ve grown up in this area and having Baskin park behind my apartment is awesome. The new renovations being done to the apartments are coming along nicely. Only downside is I am still waiting for locks to fixed on the mailbox so I won’t have to drive to the post office to retrieve my mail.

Rebecca and Macey were excellent about welcoming me to my new home. When I was showed the apartment, they were kind, honest and patient in letting me make my selection. There were no pushy sales tactics or showing me something I wasnt going to get. Communication throughout the leasing process was informative, helpful and timely. The community is very well maintained, safe, quiet and secure. The day I got my keys, I noticed a minor issue with my garbage disposal and someone was out within minutes to inspect it. The very next morning it was repaired. Overall superb customer service, complete transparency and phenomenal management. Thanks to all who have helped to welcome my fur baby and I into a spectacular home. Im so happy to be a resident.

Sounds like the owners need to get new management staff over apartments ! I really like the look of this place after reading about bugs and dog boo every where I want be having g this on my list ! We ate moving from Tennessee to out there and I dont want to have the problems I somewhat have now out there the building I live in now want fix anything and I am over it and we have a dog but we clean up after it... its the right thing to do... super sad . but if this place gets new management and cleans up I would be happy to check it out

ReNew 2900 has let my apartment look like this for over a month. This is a huge disappointment and extremely disrespectful. Do not move here if you want anything drastic fixed in a timely matter.

Lived here since December have not had any real problems, maintenance have come out in a timely manner. Management has been great! I like where the apartments are located, nice and quiet cul-de-sac. Over all not a bad place to live!

Lived here for 6 years now,,,never had problems with anything .I like that is close to everything. Its quiet and place seems to be improving each year.

I love it here, the office staff is spectacular, the maintenance Dana and his crew makes it happen.

Everything is perfect here, i been a long time resident and so many great changes. Nice paint and The staff Macey and Rebecca are very nice and i enjoy talking with the maintenance team Daina, Viktoria, Josh and Carlos. I recommend.

The worst place to live in. They never ever answer the phone! I have gone to the office seen them conversating and I called them to see if they would answer and they literally let the phone ring and continue with their conversation! They are so unprofessional....They never have an answer to anything and Ive been waiting for maintenance for 7 days! They are just so careless. Poop everywhere its disgusting. They are remodeling some units and they dont have the courtesy to let us know to expect it so I have to deal with banging (It would be nice to at least get a notice saying construction will be going on so I can expect it) my shower doors are jammed everything is falling apart and no one ever comes. I wish I was exaggerating but unfortunately Im not. The list goes on..... I cant wait to move. Dont rent here you will regret it I promise. Its not worth it.

I’ll start by saying i’ve only lived here for a few months but I love it. I typically am not a review writer but the complex is doing a raffle for $500 off of rent and every review you leave is an entry (first cool thing I’ll list off about these apartments, they’ve done little competitions like this consistently since I’ve moved in) so I figure I might as well make it good!First, the pros - Even beyond the helpful staff in the front, the maintenance people are amazing! Never in my life have I lived somewhere where every maintenance request I make is answered seriously almost immediately! And so professionally! Just today something turned a little too far on my shower faucet and it wouldn’t shut off, they had someone over in like 10 minutes! And I had a new fully operational shower handle in 20. The property itself is awesome. There’s little patches of fake grass everywhere which my dog appreciates. Walking around the complex is quiet and feels safe. They keep things fairly tidy. The pools are clean, gym is clean, mail room is clean and locked, laundry rooms have codes on the doors. Lots of parking. Dog park usually clean. There’s an app to pay rent and make maintenance requests (very cool). Just a generally great apartment complex especially for what seems to be normal in Vegas.The con - there’s only one for me! I moved into these apartments specifically because of their proximity to Bob Baskin Park. I have an energetic young dog and we rely heavily on walks, especially when living in an apartment. I made very clear how large a role this played in me choosing Renew 2900, particularly because I had seen older reviews saying the gate connecting the complex and the park was welded shut at a point in time. I was told that they had found a solution and were able to open the gate back up for use. The gate was only open for ONE day after I moved in. I went into the office to ask about it and was told it was primarily for security reasons. Which makes sense. My problem with it is that people just hop the wall and continue to walk through, dumpster dive, etc. The people don’t even bug me, I just want the park back! They’re passing through anyways, so you should let all the people who moved here for a park have a park!! Lol. Not to mention the dog poop situation, while still not the worst I’ve seen by a long shot, has gotten noticeably worse since the gate was welded shut. However, I am still really happy living here. Would recommend to anyone.

Renew has been improving day by day working on my 2nd year love being in the office to see everyone who works here all left their mark on me !!

Since the property has been taken over by new owners the facilities are no longer clean. The new owners dont clean nor make necessary repairs. Roof completely caved in over a week ago due to rain and nothing has been done. Will be breaking lease as these apartments will soon be considered projects uh under the new management.

Moving has always been a nightmare for me but the team at renew have fabalous especially macey so i highly recommend moving here she went above the call of duty

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I made the mistake of staying here for over 3 years. As a third generation Vegas native, I can honestly say that this is the worst community I, or any of my family members, have ever lived at. Weve never had a sliding screen door on the patio, ever, in over 3 years. The sliding door itself is a struggle to even open. The frame needs to be replaced. Apparently thats too difficult to do. Ive had mushrooms growing in my bathroom. Yes, real mushrooms coming out of the base boards! Due to a leak from the unit upstairs for over 2 weeks. They kept telling me it was condensation from the air conditioner. When they finally checked the vacant unit above me, they found that the water heater was busted and flooding the unit. So I had to live without walls, in my only bathroom, for a week because they cut out the spot where the mushrooms were growing. I know theres still mold in the ceiling and adjacent walls. Currently, the front entrance gate is broken, per usual. And the back exit gate is always open 24/7. So cars enter through the exit constantly, and I always almost get into a head on collision, just trying to leave for work. Not to mention all the homeless bums wandering in and out, all the time. They have open access to go through the dumpsters in the complex. Which they do. All the time. Ive also not had hot water for 6 days straight. The maintenance people are incompetent. They sent different people until one guy finally fixed the water heater, 6 days later. Everything else is old and everything is breaking. Both the hallway closet, and bathroom doors may as well not even exist. The hallway closet is just broken; the door has completely broken off the hinges, and the pole that the clothes hang on broke off. If you can get the bathroom door to shut, you cant lock it. If you do youll be locked in and have to wait for someone, from the other side, to shimmy the handle until you get lucky enough for it to open. They never replaced the fan in the bathroom, which is why mold continues to grow. Thats just a couple examples, of many. Ive tried to get them to fix these issues. But the woman up front, Missi I believe her name is, is rude and ignores me. She is disrespectful and lacks customer service skills. Jessica, the manager, is never in the office. Its currently Wednesday afternoon, Ive gone in there multiple times in the past 3 days looking to speak with her, and shes not in the office. Ive been waiting for her to call me back for 3 days, per Missi. This place continuously changes their name, but its the same. Sahara Palms is Icon 2900 is Renew 2900. Dont be fooled by the new name. Theyve recently purchased a second property, which they use as an excuse now to neglect this one. So if you dont like hot water, and you enjoy bums wandering around your building at night, mold growing in the walls, and avoiding (if youre lucky) head on collisions when leaving your home, go for it. If not, live elsewhere. Im out of here on Monday and I cant wait!Im happy to delete or change this review, if they do the right thing and get back to us.

The moving processes was pretty painless, thanks to Macey! She was with us from day 1. The apartment is really nice and homie and the everyone we have encountered so far is extremely friendly. (:

High rent, poor management (the office is a revolving door),a lot of trash, dog droppings, scorpions, noise, unattended children screaming at the pools every summer. Refer to the other reviews and dont waste your time and hard earned money with this place, Ive been here since it was called Sahara Palms and I can honestly tell you that the issues here NEVER change.

To be fair I will start off with a positive the property is very quiet and conveniently located by the 15 freeway. I like everything about the apartment not so much a fan of management. Maintenance issues take months to be handled and when confronted about maintenance issues they always make it seem like your problem is not that serious to them. The property manager Jessica, Lacks empathy and Refuses to handle frustrated resident’s. The leasing office is basically like high school everything in there is everybody else’s issue maintenance blame management blames maintenance nobody is on the same page which leaves resident on the back burner when issues arise. At this point I would not recommend this property to anybody that is going to rely on maintenance to fix their issues or expect management to do there job when a issue arises.

They charge for water and they water the lawns three times a day to leech as much money as they can from you. Its also definitely not a place I feel safe ever since a woman in the complex had her door kicked down by a stranger before he almost stranded her to death in the middle of the day. Horrible place.

Since Trinity took over the landscaping looks better, the staff are much friendlier, and theyre very quick when it comes to maintenance requests.

Never judge a book by its cover is what I was told. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Yeah it looks pretty on the outside looks are deceiving first of all the security gate does not work at all. Even though the grounds are beautiful its still nasty theres garbage all over the parking lot theres rocks all over the place where you can slip and fall not to mention the nasty LOUD neighbors their music so lound they cant even hear courtesy Patrol when they come .They are too lazy to take their garbage to the garbage can they sit the garbage outside their door I caught a roach coming from their garbage on its way into my house I saw a another roach crawl under the coming from the outside the Exterminator came but Im not going to be able to get rid of the roaches because my neighbors have roaches. theres dog Boo Boo everywhere Ive seen maintenance man walk right over it I bet you if they start taxing for not picking up the poo I bet then the residence. might start picking it up. I saw a dog walking itself and go run. Back in the house my neighbors are awfully loud they play loud music from 10:30 at night to 4:30 in the morning which I have been forced to get up at 7 in the morning because the painters want to make noise yell and scream playing loud music at 7 in the morning so that averages out to me getting a total of about two and a half hours sleep. Now that the painters are gone my body automatically wakes up at 7. and the office refuse to do anything. When Im under doctors orders to get rest. Not only that they have not fixed not one thing in my apartment when I moved in here in November my apartment was not ready for move-in my apartment was infested with bird poop I had no working hot water or heat all winter I had to use my oven to keep warm which Im still paying on that power bill right now they wasnt going to fix it either I literally put in 14 work orders.they wasnt going to fix it either until I went into the office and act a fool my bathroom does not have a window or a fan isnt that illegal? I cant even clean my bathroom without the fumes making me dizzy amongst other dangerous things in our apartment.I am sick and disabled we dont deserve this. We pay our rent.I find it really funny that they want their tenants to hold up their end of the lease but theyre not entitled to not to mention the girls in the office are very mean rude and disrespectful I came in there little Lee crying and they started yelling at me cut me off with let me speak and we all know the way to have a basic conversation is one person speak in the other person speak well this little girl when shes a little girl to me I have kids her age started screaming at me yelling at me the whole time Im trying to calmly talk to her then the manager came out really screaming at me getting in my face spitting in my face while she talk like she was going to hit me any other person probably would have felt threatened she told her assistant to record me so I turned to the camera said please record me and start telling everything that they done to me and the girl said Im not recording you they didnt want to record me because it would incriminate them leaving here has been a total nightmare and they yelled and screamed at me like Ive done something I have literally put in like 30 complaints all together they claim they didnt get them when I have evidence that they did even the after-hours answering service left them several messages which they ignored when I try to discuss it with them and tell them that I am sick the girl in the office told me that dont matter is going to take 30 days before theyre able to do anything so deal with it I dont know what their problem is it seems to me like theyre racist or lease the manager is they got there too black people that works on the property to fill their affirmative action they do not care about the tenants well at least not the black ones theyre trying to switch this all around like Im a troublemaker when all I ask is to be able to have dangerous things fixed and get more than2 hr sleep at night

DO NOT RENT HERE. 1 star is generous. Left last October (now early May) and I am yet to receive my damage deposit back. Initially said mailed to wrong address and they would correct it then everyone stopped returning my calls and emails and I haven’t receive anything. I have tried emailing and calling countless times to no avail and no response at all. There were also lots of cockroaches in my apartment, cops outside were not infrequent and stole my entire damage deposit with no explanation and no response. 1 star is overly generous and I’m upset I have to even give it that. If you rent here enjoy the cockroaches, sketchy activity allegedly happening in the back of area and a chance you don’t get your deposit back when there’s nothing wrong with your place, good luck!! DO NOT RENT HERE.

Great community, they even have upgraded apartments. Location is great, so close to the strip but you are tucked away in a quiet wooded area.Definitely would rent here again.

Let me Begin by saying I never even moved into this place but let me start by saying I had started making application money orders because icon 2900 told me my move in date would be by June 30th so I made money orders that they requested me to have an order to apply for the apartment then guess what they call me and tell me that the apartments not going to be ready by the end of July so I have no choice but to go pick up these no good money orders now that I have to return back to Western Union because my bank wont accept them because now theyre considered tampered with because they were endorsed to icon 2900, the store where I purchased these Western Union money orders arent helping either theyre telling me to contact Western Union and that I have to mail them back to Western Union with a refund form in order to get my money back and by all means now Im getting charged $15 for each money order for my refund through Western Union for a mistake that they did their costing me $30 to have these money orders mailed and refunded back to me and to top things off its going to take 30 days or more to see my money back and I called icon 2900 to inform them of this, i asked Mary Lou at the desk if she was well aware of what was going to happen with this money order situation and Mary Lou rudely told me that basically it was not in her job title to need to know how Western Union did things, I responded by telling her let me give you a little education on how Western Union does things and she rudely told me that I did not need to give her an education will let me tell you Mary Lou I was not trying to say that you didnt have an education I was saying let me give you some little information/education on how Western Union does things so before you actually speak you should actually listen to the exact words that people are saying because you were very rude to me and I didnt deserve that my fiance didnt deserve that and I will say that Rebecca was a very sweet person, its a shame that things happened the way they did! I will say be extremely careful before giving people moving dates and having them making applications with only the exception of money orders because I just feel that its not okay that now I have to hassle with these money orders that to me are no good and now I have to wait over a month to get my money back and its costing me money

If your living by yourself and are conservative on how you use water forget about it because it’s split between all the tenants in the building . Never mentioned that one to me . If you have concerns about it the people in the office have no answers and could care less and you have to call a 3rd party company and they do anything about it either. If you want to go swimming at night after a long day of work forget about . It closes at 8. And most likely opens at 9am. Even though there are no lifeguards on duty and the sign says “swim at your own risk” one would think it would be open 24 hours . If you want to use the gym it’s only open when the office is open . Same with packages . Can only grab them when they are there . The removed the spa/hot tub and are putting an amazon thing in . Woohoo not like you could have used the hot tub anyways. So if your out of the norm for working weird hours forget about the gym . Never refill the dog poop bags . That’s the reason there’s poop all over . You want to do laundry the card costs 5 dollars to get one and only accepts 5’s 10’s and 20’s no singles to reload . Make sure it’s loaded if you want to do laundry on Sundays because that is in the gym and they’ve been closed on Sundays . I just go elsewhere to do laundry. I wouldn’t recommend using them they ruined all my nice polo shirts . I only got this place because they allowed my dogs . Granted I’m close to the strip and Fremont it’s not worth it . When monsoon season hit be prepared to lose power when we get hit with a big storm with a lot of wind . The place is old . I won’t be renewing my lease next year and as you can tell from the other reviews the response is always the same from the complex.

Fool me once, shame on you.Fool me twice..Last summer I had a problems with the A/C, so hoping it would be fixed this summer around.. I ended up being the idiot that renewed the lease.I love how it takes forever to get the A/C fixed because “they need a part for the compressor” but the management office gets a new A/C unit put up within a couple of days.Don’t bother with this place. Great central location but be ready for: random power outages, random water shut-offs, and bring your own A/C solutions just in case.

To begin with, I am so happy Rebecca is back in the front office !, tbh she was the only person we could talk to when there was a problem, and she will fix it also she is very polite, friendly and takes her time explaining. This is the only positive thing I have to say from office. Thats why I am giving it 4 star just because Rebecca is back and the apartments are pretty nice . But for the other staff in the office since they changed to renew the new girls have been very rude starting with the manager whos name I believe is Jessica and her assistant maci both tried to argue with me once, since that day I never went back to the office . Until now that Rebbecca is back . So please change manager and assistant that would make office even better.

The actual apartment isnt bad. It serves its purpose. Im tired of the lack of pest control. Coming home after a long day to fight scorpions is ideal if you move here. Plans to break my lease in the near future... office personnel show lack of care in anything because they dont live there. And they will hoard your packages in the office.

Nice quiet apartments, but there are alot of other problems A.dog poop everywhere owners barely pick up after themselves, B . Your sewer and water and trash is split between the whole apt buildings and the apt sprinkling their water all day, the washers (witch are not in the units they have laundry rooms you pay for and are more then average wash houses)them filtering their pool and anything else that runs water wether or not you use water or not you will be billed according to the apt use, by witch only the tenants pay the manager doesnt pay nothing on that bill. C bedrooms dont have port for cable so you have to run cable wire all thru your house (tripping hazard)!!!! And you bill slowly but surely goes up every month !! Should look into more apt if you can before looking here, Is a little over priced,And we still reside here!

Im normally a pretty positive guy, but heres a list of things I really hated about my time at Sahara Palms:1.) My registered, insured, and practically new car was towed twice from my designated parking spot.2.) Maintenance takes forever. After the neighbor sprung a leak, it took weeks for the damaged dry wall to be replaced. Of course they left the job unfinished and it feels like Ive lived in a construction zone since June. Yes, June - its three months later and they still have not finished the job. Oh yes, the water leak happened in APRIL.3.) I really hope youre a handy man because when the shower handle breaks, youre better off fixing it yourself since I was waiting over a month for them to fix a small leak. Along with the poorly seated windows that can be easily popped off the tracks (yes, home invasions and rapes have happened recently), the back patio slider that breaks every time theres a wind storm, or the missing window screens, the warped cabinets that havent been adjusted since the Carter years, etc., etc., etc.4.) Even though theres one cute little dog poo waste station always stocked near the front, the rest of the complex is littered with doggy poo that never gets picked up, and the rest of those cute little boxes placed throughout the area are neglected afterthoughts.5.) The new management doesnt even bother treating you like a human being, just potential money grabs.6.) Speaking of money grabs, lets talk about the laundry facilities. Even though it looks as if every unit once had hooks up for an in unit washer & dryer, they were taken out and replaced with a horrendously maintained central area. You have to pay $5 for the privilege of acquiring a empty card that can then be loaded with money for the laundromat. Even then, a good chunk of the machines are usually broken.I could keep going on but Im going to need a stiff drink after dwelling so long on the fact that Im actually paying to live here. Dont make the same mistake I did. Go out and enjoy your lives, you little whipper snapper, you. Las Vegas should be fun, enjoy it! Seize it! Or something like that. Just dont get stuck here.

The apartments are alright... I believe they just got bought out and are being called renew 2900 the maintenance is poor tho... My shower has been leaking for two weeks now Ive called numerous of times to get it fixed and still nothing. I do know for sure toni is awesome.. when I had guest over one night the doorknob broke right after some other worker claimed he fixed it. They were stuck in the room..toni came over asap around 10 p to fix it. Im hoping something will be done soon with the shower thats just water wasted and a higher water bill for me..also when you get packages delivered they go to the office which sucks for me since I get off work at 6pm and they close at 5 -_- so my packages just sit til the weekend

Everyone in that office are good for nothing. The skinny one is rude and dont get up to help out if your standing in the lobby. The manager you never see her if you want to talk to her good luck you will never. My go to person is Rebecca im suprised shes not manager she runs the office. She so sweet and easy to talk to. I dont know why greystone dont get rid of those 2 useless ladys. And maintain just sits there and talks you will have a work order in for 2 weeks before they do anything. They do half fast stuff. I only like 2 of the maintain guys i think Lamel and Derick other than that the other ones are useless. Greystone has to get rid of the lazy ones.

I am a current resident and by far Ive never been treated so disrespectfully. My bf and I moved in last year in April so our 1 year lease will be up we were informed this month would be pro rated so when going to speak to the manager (YCIAR) she was very rude when I asked her to explain what was our balance for the pro rated month she just wrote numbers down. I payed my pro rated amount from the 1st-14th when I returned the following day for a copy of my renewal lease I was given a 5 DAY NOTICE when the manager accept my payment and gave me a reciept. I asked to speak to someone else where the assistant manager (SOCORRO) who was also RUDE said I needed to pay the full balance or they will evict me. We were treated unfair and they didnt bother to explain anything to us. This place is all about MONEY and managment is TERRIBLE.. DO NOT MOVE IN THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS AT ALL. IF I KNEW THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW I WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED IN, WORST PLACE TO LIVE.

The only reason I gave 3 star is because Rebbecca the one the sits in the front. Shes the only one i will talk to. She shows that she care and try to help when i have a problem. I talk to her because i know she will get it done. The skinny one that sits in the behind the glass doesnt do anything. She wont get up and ask if i need help she acts like she doesnt see me when theres a see through glass right there and shes rude. The manager you never see her. She will just walk right back you like you dont exsist. Last time i asked for her card she refused to give it to me she said i can email Rebbecca. I went to her to complain about my neighbors and she still hasnt fixed the issue. Everyone in the apartment complex wishes Mila came back This manager doesnt even know who to be one. The maintainace sometimes there good sometimes there lazy. They need to do a better job picking up the poop around the property. THey need to have the pools open up longer. They going to close them for the season this week. We are in las vegas dont they know that it gets sooo hot here till october. Dont move here you will not like it.

The maintenance is poor attention is poor the building are old if you ask anything of the workers in the front their here just for a paycheck so there poop everywhere always and they have (Dog park) or if thats what you would call that thing, thier way way over priced to live in filth like this i mean poor maintenance these buidings are from the 50s and have yet to have their ventilation system updated, so just know its doesnt hold no type of temperature, witch means your power bill will be looking pretty hefty, In the summer your house is blazing in the winter its frozen so you have no chose of not blasting the a/c just to be comfortable, dont order nothing offline because you never get your package, I could go on for days with a list of problems in these apt but theres no point lol their literally going to comment were sorry about your exprexperi at our location and appreciate your feedback Beck, their gonna leave a bag number to call and never do anything if your able to read this before signing anything I would advise you to STAY AWAY like foreal read any of these reviews and you would see multiple on multiple problems so just take the fair warning and run while you can

I lived here when I first relocated to Nevada. The only reason I rented an apt here was because I didnt have a place to live yet so my bf and I rented the apt off his family members who we shared the apt with til the end of that month. We made the mistake of keeping the same apt w no new amenities. Old Brown colored cabinets lol like dont paint the wood Brown its already Brown lol they look retro 80s. Yes they will charge you for water sewage and renters insurance which is non optional. BTW paying for the renters insurance was the best benefit cause a few months in some crack heads broke into our apt and stole $2000 worth of merch. The insurance saved us. The management was always very careless sloppy not focused couldnt give 2 flying effs if they tried. The neighbors are problematic, loud, obnoxious, the rate is expensive they dont give u ur deposit back unless u Chase them itches all month. I had to do so. They promised me it on one day when I got there the person in charge wasnt there so had to come back another time. Mind u I moved abt 20 miles north no car pregnant during the summer time I was fuming but what good would my tantrums do if a simple gesture of manners, respect, integrity wasnt even something these people knew existed. BTW the apts back then were Sahara palms. I was considering the apts again cause theyre attractive but thanks to all these ish reviews I wont make the same mistake again. Lived here a year, within the second month of me being here i had 2 attempted break ins the office then told me file a report to prove to them that i didnt break my own sliding glass door. You can guess how stupid they looked when metro showed up and said u called me all the way out here for an ATTEMPT TO BREAK IN just to prove to the office u didnt do it yourself. Someone a month later put a nail in my tire and keyed the side. 2 months after that a tenant hit my car pulling in drunk. And my window was broken with rocks which caused huge holes in the wall and the management took 4 days to fix the window and have YET to fix the holes. I will never refer anyone here nor come back. Terrible scorpion infested, swewer pipe broke had everyones feces coming out from our bathtub and toilet they refussed to clean or remove our carpet . my son was only 2 months old and they did not care about the health risks involed for living with everyones poop soaking in the floor.it took 6 months of horrible smell to change the flooring. Horrible place to live very over priced to live in crap literally !

Had problems and they`ve been solved... Location is getting better and houses aren`t the best, but its safe gated and with security a night time.

These places are VERY old. They do not keep up on maintenance and during the summer you get ants. Also, for some reason we had little black nats in the kitchen. it was gross! and of course the main office did nothing to help. They are sooo lazy, they move as if they were dead. Also, you have to pay for a laundry card $5.00 and they tell you that they will give you your money back when you move out, but they dont tell you that you have to call the # on the back of the card and try to get your money back from the company they contact the machines through. Neighbors are loud and the complex NEVER has doggie bags for people to pick up their dogs poop. Best thing we did was move out.
