I live there for 2 years and two months. I moved out on March 22, 2021 but I paid for the whole month. I had a walk through on March 23,2021 I was told it was normal wear and tear but they couldn’t give me an documentation at that time of my walk through. So Friday April 16,2021 I received an letter in the mail with all these fees that leave me with a balance of $190 paint turnover and etc. And they did a write off to give me a zero balance. First of all My deposit was $500 and the letter said my deposit was $200. I clean the apartment I paid my rent and this is how they show there APPRECIATION to people that rent from them. I turned my keys in March 23,2021 which already giving them 8 days of free money $292 to be exact. And they still want to take more money fromme. Very disappointed with Sunset Canyon. This is call greed and at the same time it supposed to be subsidize to help low income families. I don’t like it when people mistreat people, take advantage of people and pay with people money especially during this time of Covid a lot of people lost their jobs or less hours that includes me as one.

Its coming on 3 years of living here and i have to say that i dont think i plan on moving anytime soon. the location is far away that things are quiet but you can still easily get to brent thurman and then the 215, its also very close to the ikea and the arroyo sams club. the community is also nice and has very kind people. The office and maintenance people take covid very seriously and if you put in a work order they dont enter your home without wearing a mask.

UNSAFE and DIRTY. Management does NOTHING whatsoever to help control this community. Dont waste your time here.

I love Sunset Canyon apartments. My kids & I have lived here for about a year & a half and we are very happy here. Our only complaint if we had to list one, would be the way the trash isnt collected frequently enough & is often overflowing. That isnt really the fault of the complex though. Other than that, its a great place to live with friendly staff & a nice neighborhood.

The office staff is amazing. Veronica is very helpful and was great at answering all of my questions. The grounds are well maintained with a play area for kids and a nice sized pool for the summers. They even have a smaller kid pool for the younger kids! Would totally recommend this community!

If you are looking for a great place to live Sunset Canyon Apartments are amazing. The office staff is always ready to help when needed, maintenance is just a call away. I love my 2 bedroom apartment very spacious and best of all its very quiet. Come check it out I promise you wont be disappointed.

The office staff are great ladies. I love the office staff here. They are the reason why I have stayed here for over 6 years. I have no plans of moving because of them. The community is great. I feel safe living here. I couldnt trade this community for any other.

The office staff at Sunset Canyon is very very AMAZING!!!!!! I have been here going on twelve years, words are hard to describe how I feel!!! They are always there for me. I have never had one single problem that they have not taken care of right away. They are kind, considerate, very helpful, and very hard working! I hope they all stay here because I really love all of them!!!

Absolutely love calling Sunset canyon my home!! Veronica and Keeley in the office are the absolute best! They are so helpful and knowledgeable of the community and always there when you need them. Really great place to live with great people!!!

Ive lived here for a year now and just recently signed a new lease!My family enjoys it here and Veronica has only been an angel to us, always willing to lend a helping hand, always quick to answer any questions I have! I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone!

I have lived here for three years and have never had any problems at all. The matinance is always there to help and the managment has been wonderful to me. I honestly enjoy living here. Do not move here it is a dump! I can not wait to move that time can not come soon enough. Nothing good at all about this property! The office staff are rude and overly nasty to everyone! The reviews should say it all not one good review and that is sad! They should close this place down! Its in a nice area but very run down apartments, bugs, roaches, the trashes are always overfull. I mean anything negative you can think about with any property this one takes the cake. If you are smart you wont move to this DUMP! Rude Staff...Dirty Grounds..Horrible place to raise your children!

Come join the residents at Sunset Canyon Apts. The units are spacious and the Maintenance workers repair work orders in a timely fashion. The office personal are always available to help you.

Went to visit my friend at his house and wow, what a beautiful place. Great backyard and gorgeous home. Nice open kitchen. Really great to host friends for a Bbq. Seemed really quiet, peaceful, clean, and neighborhood friendly

Though it was HORRIBLE experience, the brunt of the blame doesnt fall solely on the complex. The grounds are fairly well kept and the area is quiet. They dont fix much for you and you though there is a play area, the children are DEPLORABLE and foul mouthed (especially if you have little children).

I have live here for 5 years and the overall is about a solid 9 there is always people to play out side with and people are nice and funny there is always something to joke about

Amazing staff great place to raise my son well kept apartments if there is a problem with anything inside your home it does get fixed correctly I love these apartments because my son is able to play with kids inside building

Meh. I have a family member that lives here and its OK. Nothing special. Office management is pretty good but cleanliness around the apartments leaves a lot to be desired.

This is one of the best places for kids to play at because everyday the kids go outside and play. Mostly every kid here is crazy. I know because Im a kid also that comes out and knows right from wrong

I have been at this property for over 5 years .. I love it .. Management is always understanding of their tenants needs ..maintenance gets done almost immediately when something is wrong ..

Upon applying I felt appreciated. The office staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They attempt to assist as much as they professionally can, and refer whenever they cannot. All the buildings are kept clean, and for the most part peacefully quiet. The children get play, and have computer access for work. Online submission of maintenance request releives the hassle of office visits, and they assess to fix the problems listed immediately. I seriously do not plan on moving any time soon... I have been a tenant here for almost 3 years and absolutely loved it (aside from maintenance service) until it went under new management. They have done nothing but be unreasonable, unfair and do not know how to do their job. Had my car towed out of my own space the day my father had a stroke. After I thoroughly communicated the situation with them and they felt sympathetic and would allow me another 24 hours to get tags because of the situation. THEY DID NOT! Instead I ended up paying 400 to get my car out. When I asked them what happened they acted like it was a little mistake that was no big deal and offered no help with my car even though we had a verbal agreement. If you put in requests for maintenance it take months! My neighbors that have beeb there for 7 years, 6 years, 4 years and myself of 3 will NOT be staying another year!

Very noisy units, never keep up with the maintenance, cleaning crew are tossing garbage behind the propperty fences.Some of the kids have broken a brick fence over 3 months ago and they never put it back together.People are bringing the music stations outside and play bad loud music.Rude staff and liers. Tells you that theyll fix the problem and never do something about it.

My aunt lives here and she is miserable. There are constantly police there because of violence and gang activity.
