Ive lived here since July of 2017. Ive had no issues since Ive been here. The Front Office/Maintenance team and I have a great rapport. My work orders are always handled in a timely manner. The location of the property has easy access to the Las Vegas strip and McCarran Airport, what more can you ask for? Its an old complex so doesnt have all the modern things an apartment might have nowadays but its home for me. I feel safe and that matters more to me then anything else.

Harmon Crossings manager is so Great. Shes professional and a all around sweet person.

I have lived at Harmon Crossings apts since September 2017. I have always felt welcomed here. Aida in the office always welcomes me with a smile. I can call her anytime with any issue and its taken care of right away. The maintenance guys have also helped me on more then one occasion with carrying things up to my apt. They dont have to do the extra things they do but Its been such a blessing that they do. They treat you like family, living here.

I have lived here for three years and it has been the best experience in my life. Aida at reception has been amazing since day 1. I always receive the best quality service when it comes to paying rent or getting maintenance in my apartment. Look forward to the next three years and thanks again!!

I moved in a month ago and literally have nothing bad I could tell anyone! From the first phone call I had with the office, both ladies have always been positive, sweet, professional, and attentive! Moving in was an easy process! My apartment was in great condition, and anything that I wanted altered or checked on has been looked at immediately! They have even went as far as accepting packages and bringing them to my apartment due to my work schedule! This crew is amazing! Ive never not once seen a bug in my place, Ive never heard any noise! Even on weekends, contrary to what people have said in other reviews, its been peaceful! I dont regret the move at all and have every intention on staying a long time due to the comfort that is offered here! I highly recommend this property!

I have been working with the staff at Harmon Crossings Apartments for nearly two months in trying to relocate to Las Vegas and I can honestly say they have treated me with the utmost of kindness and has displayed a wealth of pure professionalism. I am looking forward in moving in with two weeks and I am extremely confident that I will continue to get the great professional attention of my apartment need when warranty. In short a job well done!

UPDATE: Its a new year and still in love with this place. Seeing the New Years fireworks from backyard was simply amazing. I still receive prompt and courteous attention on my requests from all the Staff, and I cant beat the value for the location.I am so elated to be part of this community. I have had nothing but prompt, professional, and courteous treatment by ALL staff.

Wow! I just read some reviews and am amazed! I have always been able to sleep just fine and oversleep because it was too quiet during the day especially! lol Maintenance always does their best to make sure all is well here and I have enjoyed my year here. As a newbie to Vegas I really enjoy the nice environment while still being so close to the strip. : )

Ive been here over a year now..This is a very good spot if your starting off, especially for emergency move ins. The studios is a nice size and the 1br and 2br are as well. Theres only 2 workers in the office and they get it done! Both of them are very helpful, and understanding,and will work with you in times of need, if you can work with them. Close to the strip, It aint perfect, but youll think it is when things aint looking good for you and your stressed out looking for a place to live! Lets keep it 💯

I lived here at Harmon Crossings since Sept 9 2011 and Ive had no issues with management at all they meet my needs when I need repairs and answer any questions that may arise. I recommend Harmon Crossings, a quiet peaceful community.

This is the worse place ever to live. the manager is nice to you at first until repairs need to be done. they take there sweet time fixing things there are roaches and when they do come out to fix things it dont be fix properly cant wait till my lease is up i cant deal with people who dont do there job correctly. these so called manager and maintenance need to be fired asap.

First off They over charged me for my first apartment when my neighbors were paying $50 less because the complex was not full. They have security guards patrolling but I still got my motorcycle stolen and so did four other residents.The laundry rooms were always broken and There were so many cockroaches in my second apartment it looked like the walls were crawling.After I moved out they said I would get my security deposit before 30 days its been 32 days and they claim that the zip code was wrong so they have to cancle it and re issue a new check for my security deposit. The new check will take up to a week so I wont get my security deposit back for 45 day when they said it usually takes 15 days.The staff was friendly but If you want to get screwed come visit Harmon crossing apartments.Its a nice location for the view but its ghetto.

Omg!!!! This place is a terrible place... Management and staff are so rude & disrespectful!!! They dont care about their residence.. Scary place to live. I couldnt stand living there for so long so i had to find another place. Im so glad i left that horrible complex! I dont recommend living here.

This place is my HOME no matter where i move to.... I always said i was gonna post then i forget lol well now that i moved I REALLY miss being there.... I CANT say one bad thing about them.... They are truly family.... The girls in the office Aida and janneth are like my sisters they ALWAYS were there for me anything i needed they were there.... theyre GREAT therapists too lol.... but honestly I would recommend this place to ANY ONE.... I NEVER had problems either with anyone or any bugs.... Its a laid back relaxed complex the apts are nice and clean.... but I am a clean freak too though lol.... And anyone says else wise about them are WRONG.... The maintenance are AWESOME too.... Everyone there are goofy, friendly loving great hearts kinda people they will ALWAYS keep a smile on your face and if your in a bad mood they will put a smile on your face by making you laugh.... I havent called a place home in a LONG time and Im honestly honored to call Harmon Crossings my HOME.... And I will DEFINITELY rent from them AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN.... pick Harmon Crossings for your new home its the ONLY way to go when your in Vegas.... Love you girls miss you see ya soon....

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.Dont do this to yourself...or others.Between the bed bugs, roaches, abundant smelly piles of dog feces in 100+ degree weather, and garbage literally everywhere all over the property grounds, there is also NO administrative presence here.The management is non-existent. And, the one manager who does work here will look you directly in your face and lie to you about anything you ask. All of the negative reports listed elsewhere are absolutely TRUE. Welcome to the ghetto on the strip. Maintenance people who avoid actual work. Everyone meanwhile, is too busy passing the blame and the buck to someone else about getting things done. Did I say bedbugs? Ok, just wanted to be clear on this.Police are always storming the area and noise is very common here. Sleep is forbidden. The low rent may seem like a temptation, but trust me, you WILL pay the price for living here. I personally think that an entire shake-up of the administrative staff will be the solution to fixing this place. This place has not experienced any real change or growth in more than 3 years. There must be a valid reason for this. Too many politics and cya moves. Too little actual benefit to the tenants who live here. This place will have you reflecting on your poor decisions in life. Trust and believe that. Every time you see that roach crawling around in your refrigerator and playing in your food, remember this review.You have been warned.

Does anyone there ever check the emails or return calls?? How are out of towners suppose to inquire about availability?

Ive been living here for 2 years now and ive stayed at 3 different apartments. A lot of the apartments in vegas have a roach problem but not this one which i really like. Youre 2 blocks away from the strip and 2 blocks from UNLV. The mail gets left at the leasing office if youre not home so you always get your packages on time and they do repairs promptly if there are any problems. Safety was one of my issues when i first moved to vegas so i paid 2k a month to stay at the meridian. This place is just as safe. Overall, a very quite place to stay and i would highly recommend.
