Where can I start! Rosie is amazing she is the office manager who has made this a pleasant transition from California to Nevada. Customer service has been amazing from all aspects. I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE JANURARY NO LIE WHEN I BECAME I RESIDENT I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE NEIGHBORHOOD BUT THE ACTUAL OFFICE TEA IS AMAZING AND THEY MAKE IT ALL WORTH WHILE THE SCHOOL HAS A GREAT AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM STORES ARE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY MY ONE BEDROOM WITH A DEN IS AN AMAZINGLY BIG APT! AND I PLAN ON MOVING TO AN 2 BEDROOM APT SOON IN THE SAME COMPLEX!

Dont answer phones let alone. Dont do maintenance work at all the entire year of me being there through my lease. Was pathetic. Glad I moved out ! Hope no one moves in anytime soon. Best of luck 👍

Staff is really nice and the place is kept up well. Property is gated which helps, gym is all new stuff and clean. Carports help with the Vegas heat. Best amenities in the area for sure.

My apartment is a one bedroom that is big with an additional room called a den. Very nice! My unit also comes with stainless steel appliances. The price is great for the value.

In the beginning, things were fine! Different management. But NOW, I wouldnt recommend this place AT ALL!! Things dont get fixed, and the ladies in the office are worthless. They slap hidden fees on you, and could care less about you being a tenant! Just in it for the moneybag 🙅🏾💰

The new renovations are amazing!! The apartment is spacious and a good fit for me and my kids. Im down the street if I want to go shopping or if I want to visit the strip! The ladies in the office are so helpful and nice. And I can tell they really care about me especially during this hard time. I love it here!

Nice pool area with a pool table and food ball. Our gym is fully equipped, office staff is always helpful.

Do not move here ! The front office it extremely unprofessional. Look at the reviews they have one thing in common. They lie to you about whats going on. What makes things worse is when the owners come they do walks like everything is so perfect. Make sure ASK about all rent and utilities. Only place I ever lived and the trash goes up monthly. My most recent incident lead me to call their cooperate office. You deserve better dont move here.

This complex is absolutely amazing Ive been living here going on a year next month with no complications the complex is always clean good maintenance & very friendly & polite management everyday living here has been perfect thanks to my manager mrs.Rosie she has made sure living in this complex will always be a good experience for me and my baby no matter what

THE APARTMENTS WERE SOLD ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND THE NEW OWNERS HAVE MADE GOOD IMPROVEMENTS. ONE GOOD IMPROVEMENT IS THE FENCING OF THE PROPERTY. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THAT I DECIDED TO STAY FOR ANOTHER YEAR.

I have been living here or a year and just renewed my lease for another 12 months. We have new management and things are really starting to change around here. The office staff is nice and always helpful. I see positive changes on property. We are having our buildings freshly painted after being repaired which has given our home a whole new look. I know management is done with all the changes this property will be looking the best in the area.

Even after being there two years and with management change it has NOT been the greatest. My patio topped the cake. Very disappointed.

Best place I’ve toured by far! Staff was professional and welcoming during my tour. Near UNLV and the strip. Clean fitness center with clubhouse and pool/spa being added.

The complex is really changing. New management is doing a lot to improve the look and feel of the property. Office staff is always so helpful and nice.

Maybe you do get what you pay for, but you dont have to live in a pigsty you can give your place nice and neat and clean and maybe perhaps that might Inspire other people to clean up their own apartment as for myself I have lived in South Central I currently live in an apartment complex that really does nothing I was assaulted tonight with pepper spray and nothing was done so I would like to come there we has a damn sure cant be any worse. If they take my life I get that much sooner to my husband so there it is. Im looking forward to it. Hope to see you soon.

My sister and I share a spacious two bedroom and the value of our apartment is well worth it.

Moved in last October 2018. Things were great til new management company took over. Exterior lights in my building and those nearby have not worked. Very dark at night. Cannot see who comes to your door at night. Then they started renovating some patios. Rather than doing that, they should have done something about the lighting. Heard from a neighbor that its an ongoing thing for over 2 years.

Its only fairThe last company did not want to fix my floorAnd now new managementDid not want to meet the price other contractors has to offer..And they think Im going to fix my own floor..With what my looks..This is a apartment not a house..the tiles were too cheap because it happened twice..The first time they did fixed itThe second time the tile wasnt glued enough to stick very well..so it popped open and stayed that way for more than 7months..And all they did was ecgnord it.

This has been the worst place Ive ever lived its roach infested an the roaches are huge they say pest control comes on Mondays an nine times I let them know I need my house sprayed and because I work nights Im home during the day no one ever came to spray the inside or even the outside the roaches are so bad when I move I will not be bringing anything with me, my lease is almost up an since day 1 actually before I even moved in I asked when the screens for my patio door and kitchen window will be installed they said before I move in it will be installed well here I am 10months later an no screens after damn near begging everyday for a screen then they told me Id have it Nov 1st 2017 and its officially January 29th with no screens Ive stopped asking simply because by the time they do bring it my lease will be up the neighborhood is terrible and although the people in the office are nice its the manger who half ass does her job Ive never lived somewhere where damn near every other day the water is shut off with no type of 24hr notice or anything. And one day I came home from work with multiple hands prints on my patio door since Ive been here Ive probably only been on the patio twice and Ive never touched the window just the handle an if I did it want enough to leave that many hand prints then I went to my bedroom and there was more have prints luckily I locked both patio doors I personally would not recommend this apartment even as a start up home its really not worth it the price is nice but id rather spend $800 if that means no roaches,no one trying to break in, and a staff that does their job

I like the place BUT PLEASE ADD MORE FURNITURE TO THE POOL everybody is fighting over the chairs at the pool and some people Ive seen sitting on the floor also I would love it if the pool was open all year .

Its not the best place to live but its cheap they dont fix anything but they work with you ive stayed here 2 years and I havent had any problems with the people around here you dont mess with them and stay to yourself they dont mess with you there is bug problem but I have my own stuff so I dont have that much of a problem. This is a place to get up on my feet with its not a forever home but it motivation to do better and just deal with the card your handed BTW the only thing I will say is annoy is them cutting the water off without notice and when they do they dont live up to the times they say they will have it off

Gutter. That is the only way to explain these apartments and the others around it. I wouldnt live here as a woman alone, or raising a young child. You cant walk outside without being harassed by pimps or drug dealers.

Apartment manager tried to illegally enter my apartment and threaten me by calling metro I did not let her in and advised her that she is required to give a 24 hour notice she replied she sent emails out which is not a legal form of notice to enter.Ive had numerous problems with this manager I have lived at this complex since 2012 never been late with rent and never had a problem until new manager(Rosie) I could write a book on the many problems and situations Ive had because of her So I warn u ahead stay away

My apartment was broken into and robbed twice. One time someone tried to break in while i was sleeping. After I turned on the lights they ran. I have police reports to prove it. so please stop taking down my review.edit: i also spoke with management at their office about being able to break my lease early because I was legit scared for my life and their response was no we cant end your lease early, we dont guarantee safety.ok i get that you dont guarantee safety but let me guarantee my safety and end the lease early without sending it to collections.It doesnt matter now. I left the place and found a safer place to live. And yes, they sent my lease to collections.spend the extra $75-$100/month and get yourself a safer place.

This place been, always be my home moved from Seattle2 years ago. The management at the time was like family now the new management the same. .. I know people got alot to say but I seen some dope changes....And some new renovations coming through there quicker with handling things and with all they got on there hands there finding ways to make it easy for there tenants.. cant wait to see the future to pinewoodcrossings #LetsGo

I dont live here, but Ive been looking to rent for about a month. Im on disability, so Im low income. I drove 30 hours from Tennessee, and when I went to check out the complex crime caution tape was on 4 apartments, so I left. I am not approved for a $550 a month apartment,(french qauters) but I am a 790$ (las palmas) ..LOL so I will be driving 30 hours back. Plus cost of living is rediculous for how ratchet this place really is !! Going back where I came from .

Worst place to live! Neighborhood full or criminals selling drugs out of the apartments. Roaches even after spraying. Laundromat always broken, drugs users hang out and steal laundry. If you like police sirens its the place to be. The managers lie, and dont follow thru with promises to fix most issues. Be careful they will try to hold your deposit. They held mine over 60 days!!! After move out! Even with a 30 day notice to vacate. And was apartment was spotless! No one returns phone calls. And there answering machine says they open at 8am yeah right!! There never there before 9 am. If you have no other choice say a prayer burn some sage And cross fingers your going by to have a bumpy ride. For the cost of the apartments and lack of maintenance on laundry and up keep of the grounds the rent should be cheaper! Theres always trash and cigarette butts on the ground. And trash people living around. Be careful. Btw some people that live there are nice but you never see them. Its just cops. Guys hanging out. Girls fighting. Pimps chasing hoes. Drunk and high homeless people hanging out in carport areas after office closes... security just observes never removes... Adams they towed my car after 2 plus yes of living there just randomly put a sticker o went in talked to kathy the previous mang she said she was going to call and very might car off the list.. later that night my car was towed. 300 to get it out. And no reimbursement from management. Worst place Ive ever lived.

This place has been so Good to me and my fiancé and the Manager! is amazing! she goes above and beyond for her tenants, and really works hard!. I could go on about how I found this place from a uber driver but it will be a long story. This place has been home to us since i moved to vegas and really the experience Great since I moved here to Pinewood crossings things are changing and I like change. It took awhile to find a place since I arrived here but I found it to be worth it! the rest was history! many reviews my have there own stories its up to what you gain from your own experience and mine has been nice so far!.

Roaches, drugs, crime but if you want a cheap place to stay you get what you pay for. Oh, and if you have a vacant apartment next to you expect squatters to break in and occupy it.

This neighborhood is horrible the people around there are terrible its very dangerous the maintenance dont ever do they job its roach infested the only thing good is the cheap rent you pay other than its not worth living there with so much going on they brake in your house a lot around there I just dont recommend nobody to move there .
