An apartment complex with more cons than pros. I’ve been here for almost a year and they STILL close both the pool and the gym at 6 p.m. They don’t seem to care about their residents enough to realize that a majority of people end their work days at 5 or 6. How are we supposed to use these amenities that we PAY for when you keep them open at the same hours that we’re working?? It makes no sense. No matter how much you complain, nothing changes. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere to rent.

I love it here in the Vue apartment, they are always on time when I need something done in the apartment the young ladies in the office are very nice and try to see my every need.It have this special lady that is very sweet and always try to keep her word and I wont want to change her for another, I really appreciate you for being my manager Ms.Blanca Thank you!!!

I am writing a review specifically ONLY for two people who work at Vue5325 based on all the interactions I have had regarding my apartment. The first person is Blanca. She is so reliable, respectful, and the most helpful. When I communicate issues she seems to be the only one who is willing to help and get things done. I am so glad she works in the office because she makes communication for issues so easy unlike others.I was waiting for some information to be sent to someone by another office member for a while and when I spoke with Blanca she got it done right away. She is awesome! The next person is the maintenance guy Maurice. He is also reliable, respectful and the most helpful. He identifies maintenances issues very quickly and fixes the issue in the same day. He is so knowledgeable and unbelievably hard working. He is awesome too!

Blanca is the absolute best property manager. The staff is great and the maintenance crew is on top of their game. Highly recommend

I was given a tour today by a leasing agent named Tina. She was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and charming! Vue was the first apartment complex I visited today and Tina really set the bar high!

Just dropped in today and was helped by Bianca. . She was juuuuust about to go to grab some food when I came in. She has been working by herself all day (and been short staffed ) and she still had no problem taking me on a tour and answering any questions I had. Just put in my application today and first impressions really do mean everything to me! Thanks for everything already . Get that woman a raise 💚

Leasing staff is very kind! They made my move-in process easy & quick. They are quick to respond whenever I have an issue or a question.Maintenance has been very communicative with me as well. I had an issue with my washer and they were able to fix it promptly.I have been here for over a year and my overall experience has been great! 10 minutes away from Sunset shopping area.

The office staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. Monica, Blanca, and OTina have all been wonderful. I did have some issues with my move-in process and they did everything they could to work with me and keep my move-in date similar to what I needed. I had originally reserved an apartment that subsequently became unavailable due to circumstances beyond the office staffs control and they did their best to accommodate me given the circumstances. Unfortunately the apartment I ended up getting is not upgraded like the one I originally had reserved for a lower price, which was very disappointing to me, especially with having to pay more for less. However, its still a pretty nice apartment and I really enjoy the grounds with all the grass and mature trees. The complex is quiet and even though there are a lot of dogs, I never see any dog poop anywhere, which is fantastic. I have lived in other communities where this was not the case at all. I would give five stars if I hadnt been downgraded to an apartment with few upgrades. I understand that the office staff was limited in what they could do for me, but it does affect my experience.

After 2 years living here and being great tenants we finished moving out today. Or rather... our locks were changed without notice on 7/30/2020 even though our move out date that we notified them of 2 months ago was 7/31/2020. And we paid for the full month. Our move out has been so shockingly mismanaged and shady I cant believe it. First they called us on 7/15 asking when we were turning in our keys. At that time I was still willing to write it off as mix ups and the crazy times. They said they even had our correct move out date in the system.The new managers have been mostly nice so I didnt think they were being intentionally difficult. But after today Im really glad to be out of there. They asked why we left and I just said it was loud..thats true too. But what happened today was beyond just an inconvenience. Its almost certainly illegal. I wanted to do one last day of touch up cleaning. They said they could let me back into it...But I shouldnt have to be escorted to...or let back into MY apartment that I paid for before the expiration of the lease. We were never late, totally paid up. There was no eviction, no excuse to change our locks early. Avoid Vue 5325 at all costs. Pinnacle Property management is not a trustworthy or safe company to rent from.

Been here approx three years now, new management is great. Blanca and Lexi - fill in Managers are great!! They are responsive and its a great place to live. Office staff and maintenance crew are all very nice.

UPDATE: these apartments have the thinnest walls I’ve ever experienced. If you move here do yourself a favor and snag an upstairs apartment so you don’t have to hear people walking above you at 7am.I enjoy living in these apartments. The property managers and maintence are very friendly and accommodating. Any little issue I have had has been addressed right away by the team at VUE5325. Remodeled apartments are nice and at a fair price 1,120 for 2 bed 2 bath fully renovated isn’t bad in my opinion. I appreciate the fact that the office holds packages instead of them being by my front door all day. I also like that it’s a smaller complex. O’Tina is great and has been a ray of sunshine since day 1!

All I’m going to say is Blanca Blanca Blanca...(Period) this place you have to take a look at seriously from the pricing to the remodeling to the area you can not be mad. this was actually a great experience for me this is my very first place on my own and all three ladies that run the show at VUE 5325 was definitely a treat to meet they all had fun and great personalities also very efficient they worked at a fast pace and Definitely got everything done and a timely manner i hope can meet people in the near future like these ladies whoever hired them thumbs up keep up the good work and to Blanca Monica And Ms. Otina I appreciate you ladies, keep growing I wish you ladies nothing but a success thank you for giving me my first experience as great one I really do appreciate you Ladies...

I’ve been living here for a few months & really love how spacious my apartment is . I’ve had some issues with maintenance related things but Shia & Miguel have been amazing & have been on top of my requests. Manager is really sweet as well .

Wow..just wow. I am so happy I chose to live @VUE 5325 apartments. The staff is really what sold me on living here! I couldnt see the actual unit I would live in because the tenant were still living in it. Otina, Shia, Miguel, Blanca are awesome!!!! They are so helpful and friendly, more than Ive seen at the dozens of other apartments I toured. If I have a maintenance issue, Shia fixes it right away. He is awesome! I have met everyone except the assistant manager but everyone so far is super positive, friendly, welcoming and professional! I love my new apartment! To top that off...even the security that patrols the apartments have been friendly, helpful and offered me their business cards which I had to call to cite a car that was parked in my paid, assigned parking space. The security company is Awesome!!! If you are looking for a great apartment staff and friendly neighbors then tour this place and youll find your new home! :)

Horrible place. Trash bins over flowing, repairs take forever, staff extremely rude!

Under new management which is awful. The old management was amazing so ignore any good reviews of this place before April of 2020. The new owners bought this in the middle of the COV19 crisis trying to make an extra buck from people who didn’t have it.

A new company took over right as Covid started getting crazy. Not going to lie, I was pretty weary at first, and we were starting to look at new apartments for when our lease is up. But the past couple weeks, once everything is starting to calm down, I’ve been seeing the improvements. I do agree with some of the other reviews that at first it was trying, not a lot of communication and the trash not being emptied was our main concern. But we finally met the girls in the office, and they were very sweet and very helpful! Throughout the lockdown, the company did send emails offering payment plans for rent (I do not know the details because thankfully my job was not effected so we did not need the help) and they had offered incentives for the tenants who were still able to pay on time. (Which is a lot more than a lot of these management companies offered tenants in Vegas, so I’ve heard)Our apartment itself if beautiful. We were lucky enough to snag an upstairs unit, with the vaulted ceilings. Everything is “smart” which is very cool too! The master bedroom is my absolute favorite place in the world. It’s huge, sunny and just very comfortable. Any time we need any repairs done, we never have to wait long, and the utilities that aren’t included with rent (like the trash and water fees that are additional) aren’t high or unreasonable at all. The gym is already open, and I’ve seen maintenance working daily getting the pool ready. (The playground is basically nonexistent sadly. It’s just a couple of stairs lol, but to be fair, it was like that before this new company took over as well) and the neighbors are fantastic. Never once have we had an issue with any of our neighbors, everyone is very friendly and considerate, and that alone is a huge plus.My advice is to come see for yourself. Yes, when a new company takes over, there’s always going to be bumps and headaches at first until they find their footing and get settled. I’m confident in this new company and have even talked to my husband about renewing our lease early.

So far we love it here! The grounds and kept clean, the pool and gym are awesome. In the 2 1/2 months we’ve been here we’ve never seen any bugs, and the water has been turned off once, for less than an hour, with notice, for maintenance. The office staff has been nothing but nice to us and have been extremely helpful. The apartments have been recently updated and they look great. It’s a safe community to walk around with my 14 month old.

My girlfriend & I just signed our lease! We came by for a tour and instantly fell in love, we also needed a place to stay ASAP and Satia was a huge help in making it all possible in less than 2 days, it’s our second night here and we know we are going to love it here more than we already do. The pool is beautiful, the gym comes in handy since it’s 24/7 and the environment is so peaceful. If you come by you will fall in love as well!

Was looking around for apartments and decided to check this one out. We were greeted so kindly and the lady was very kind and easy to talk to. Answered all of our questions and had good patience while doing so. Great place and seems like a good community

For where its located it is a very quiet nice community they allow bigger dogs so everybody has dogs, they have barbecue areas all over only 1 pool staff here They are wonderful a lot of them live here

Was looking for a place and these apartments were the nicest with the best staff. Sabrina was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Within the yr i lived there I had so many issues w smoker neighbors! The community itself isnt bad just the location its at. Plus our apartment was by the fence so we dealt with all the ghettoness of the next complex over .The staff however is sweet and try hard 2 help in what they can .

This place is horrible, maintenance will never fix your unit. Cockroaches, water shut off every week with no notice. They over charge on everything. The website to pay rent never works they will charge for that. Drug addicts all over at night. And have fun listening to people fight all hours of the night

They are definitely trying to make beautiful landscape improvements. And the new dog park is a bonus. The new parking policy is crappy. Im concerned theyre gonna raise rent soon though they havent upgraded all the units. Well see how it plays out.

Writing another review. I am 22 years old. I had perfect credit up until these guys decided to ruin my life. I am about to become homeless due to the fact that no place I apply to wants to take me because of this “rental collection” that I can’t afford to pay due to my car payments and other bills. My dad got this place 3 years ago. Everything was great. The 2nd time he went to renew they said “she needs to sign here just because she lives with you.” They didn’t say we’ll mess up her entire life once you decide to move out. I moved out of my dads to venture out of the nest. I didn’t know about anything due to the fact that I literally had never rented before (my mistake.) I lived there for only 1 year and 5 months. My dad payed all his dues before moving out WHEN HIS LEASE WAS FINALLY OVER. He payed for the last week and a half that he was there. Everything. He moved out, got a new place. Next thing you know I get a letter from them charging him and myself for a bunch of stuff. Things that aren’t avoidable. Carpet wear and tair, the little stove things that get rusty. They charged for everything they could. I don’t know what condition my dad and the roommates he got after I left the apartment condition in, but I’m being greatly affected by this and will be taking them to small claims court once I have the money and find somewhere I can live in. It’s absurd the amount they try to collect from you even though he wasn’t even evicted. Didn’t leave the lease early. NOTHING. Mind you this is only half! He was charged with the other half. Be careful. My cousin and uncle had the same issue even though they left when they were supposed to. Only thing is there’s wasn’t reported!

Went to view the place with my hubby after work and we both love the place and close to our work. Brianna and Taylor are helpful and nice and hope we get this location.

The staff is very nice and kind and they are really here to help us to get a new start 2017. Like the idea that was a patient guide us thuoght this whole day. Elderly people with the paperwork love this type of staff.

I am Mrs. Moore. If my husband was writing this review he would use choice four letter words and REGRETS about living at the Vue 5325.We moved into the Vue 5325 in anticipation of his daughter and grandson will be moving with us so to first get a handle on the cost of her healthcare and necessities. They had the best amount for rent that we was looking for, but you get what you pay for. Although we did not have any problems with the office personnel, we had problems with the location and Aspen Management.Good thing is that they have events for kids, the staff encourages community and the staff was nice.The Property has no hot tub and a very small pool (a glorified pond). By us being adults, its not cool to be in a pool with A lot of Kids ~ and the on top of that It Is A Small Pool.We had the two bedroom, the layout was nice. I dont like washer and dryer being outside but that is my preference. When we first moved in there were some roaches crawling around even though it was sprayed before hand. The gentleman that does their extermination was really nice and explained to us about the pests in Nevada and helped us get the pest under control. Later on we started to see scorpions. We are from Michigan, we were fortunate not to live with roaches in Michigan but scorpions freaked us out. The pest control gentleman told us that he needed use another chemical but the management said it wasnt needed. Only until they were showing the model and they saw a scorpion Big As Day in it. Finally we started to see less of them.The walls are paper thin. We could hear full conversations on the side of us. Thank goodness we had the corner apartment. We still do not know WHAT our neighbors were doing upstairs, sounded like WWE was going on with all the bumping and thumping. The air conditioners were old so they were pretty loud.The complex has speed bumps, the problem with the speed bumps is that they are a bit high. I believe that this caused our vehicle wheel alignment to become askew.The neighborhood has a lot going on. At about 1am or 2am there was a couple that was trying to get into the property at the left side gate. They were trying to get underneath it. During the time we were there it was a lot of crime. Across the street a person was shoot by police, people were shot at the Knights Inn on the corner. The shopping complex across the street the Metro PCS was broken into. At my apartment, the Police came three deep with hands on guns to ask for someone that do not live at my apartment. Never in our years living in Detroit had we experienced police doing that Ever.Aspen Management is all about the cash, dinero, greenbacks, the chedda, that bread and that cheese. They first want you to pay $120 for a parking spot a year on top of rent. Because we moved there, our car insurance went up at least $30. Also, let me go back a little. the bathtub had this weird coating that I could NEVER get clean. It will keep any kind of dirt on the bottom no matter how I scrubbed. This liner was not normal. So when we moved out they took our deposit and gave us about $50ish dollars. But hearing what others has gone through, we got off lucky.If you were in a jam and it was a choice between Siena suites, knights inn on the corner I would chose Vue 5325.

I love it here its quiet and my neighbors are really nice have met a few they are good on maintenance my washer didnt work and I put in a request that day and the next day the fixed it which was very nice of them to do that in a nick of time I would recommend this to anyone I love the staff and the community this apartment is an A+ Im glad I live here :)

First off Im not an emotional wreck but this place is getting me there. Do not move here.1. The staff is rude and obnoxious.2. They want you to pay for a covered parking spot where you live? Note: Before the new owners took over it was free and assigned3. The pool is closed on Sundays and closes at 4:30 pm SAT 😑4. On day late on rent, $80!5. Bums and vagrants roam the area all night. Security awful.

This is the best place to settle, me and my husband been looking for an apartment for a long time, but this one came across our mind, 10/10/2016 we visit the Majestic and Michelle was helping us walk thru the apartments and to see if its the right place for us to move in. The 1 bedroom apartment was great alot of space, I prefer the 2 bedroom and I cant wait to move in, also thanks for the hospitality, looking forward to move in sometime this month

When I move to this place was majestic highs they signed a parking space now Whit the new management they took youre parking space know they wanna charge you if you wanna have a parking space not the best place to live they may be upgrading the complex but not fare that they wanna charge you to get a parking space I live here to bad I renewed my contract before all those crazy changes I want to move from here not good place to leave

I have now been here over a year and stuff that was broke when I moved in still hasnt been fixed. We have a huge scorpio issue and roach issue that comes and gos. They will send out the pest control but they only spray 1 apartment at a time so they bounce around. I have asked them and all they say is talk to pest guy and he says he cant do anymore. Also lately we have a lot of loud people that have moved in.

Like living in the bowels of hell. Only worse. Drug deals, gangs, late night LOUD LOUD fights. Management? They dont care, just write your check and turn it in. Sad, sad place to reside. Id rather be homeless.

Pool ammenities are extremely unsatisfactory. Open 1/3 of the Summer Season. No Spring Season. No spa. Maintenance and chemicalsApartments Appliances: Broken Handles/shelving, Refrigerator leaksWasher /Dryer, Water Level, Softner Dispenser, Dryer Door. Cabinets that have swollon, countertops scraped and splintered.HVAC unserviced /No Persistent Maintainence upkeep. Furnishes rusted, mold, and water and mud caked in coils.Exterior Unit Rusted Crack hoses. No regulars service maintenance. Water Heater, unable to test probably.

Why does the same grammatical error appear on the good reviews where the staff are mentioned, is it because it’s the same person writing them ? 🤔 The Vue 5325 - The apartments looks nothing like the photos here. The walls, doors, baseboards and ceiling are spray painted a dark almond color, with a poorly stenciled image at the front door. It has a rolled linoleum foam flooring with a dark hardwood look.We were told we were in one of the recently renovated apartments, but it looks terrible. There is so much paint on the cabinets that the drawers and doors dont sit flush. The bathroom has a thick painted bath and shower wall that is difficult to clean. But most importantly, the wall sockets are so worn out that plugs always fall out of the socket ! The appliances are old, the only thing modern in this apartment was the wall socket that had a double USB port - guess that is what they call renovated !As for this being a gated community - well it is at its minimum definition, during the day when most break-inns occur, the gate is wide open with no human monitoring or keypad entry. It is only closed at night. The rent for a one bedroom apartment for 2018 has gone up 10% - for this ? 👎🏽😡👎🏽

I have been living here for 3 months and I can say that the administrative staff is faultless, when you call for a problem they come as soon as possible, they have ethics and professionalism which is what it takes to feel good in a place, the only negative thing is the parking spaces that the who lives here and arrives at night has no place to park because visitors park in our parking lots. It is the only negative thing I can point out about this place, otherwise I give it 5 stars.
