I first moved here in 2019. At that time, Daniel just started working here. He’s been my family’s protector since moving here. He continues to look out for us through the pandemic. I’m very grateful for all of his help. If were up to the last management team, my husband and I would be living in our cars. Bridge and Daniel are all around great.Plus, there are community events. It’s very kid and family oriented.
Accent was our first apartment, so we didn’t go in expecting much. We know there are worse places to be, but accent is mediocre at best. Cockroach infested. Shared air vent systems so the smell of cigarette smoke and weed is a constant issue. Not clean when moving in. Unresponsive management who answer the phone once in a blue moon. And uneducated staff concerning policies and procedures. The upside though.. cheap rent! I guess you get what you pay for. We’re just happy to be gone.
Im extremely disappointed in the new property management. I received an email, middle of last month, instructing me to bring a MONEY ORDER to the office. I checked to see if I received other instructions via email prior to getting them. I received NOTHING since the last email, therefore I went and got money orders to cover my rent. When I got to the office, I simply asked who to make them out to, while someone was busy filling out paperwork etc, and I was treated with such disrespect for bringing in said money order that I left in disbelief. I was simply trying to pay my rent, as I was instructed to do so. So I then came back and made them sit with me and instruct me on their new method of paying rent, as she said an email was sent out, but some people didnt receive it. So thats my fault as the resident here?! Nope. I dont think so. Take the time to be kind and calmly explain whats needed in order for the BUSINESS TO BE HANDLED. Plain and simple. These girls took it personal that I requested better customer service. Uncalled for completely. Dont rent here. I wont recommend it to anyone now. Maybe when the last management would at least have proper customer service! Furthermore, both my neighbor and I have been waiting for our maintenance requests to be handled. With the last property management it would be next day, if not same day service. For what were all paying, its extremely disappointing. Ms Adams and the one who sits across from her are sited as extremely unprofessional.... Literally threatening to call the cops on me because I expressed frustration in their lack of customer service; towards a resident who was only trying to pay their rent, with no prior instructions from management. Disgraceful.
They are awesome,Leslie,Gloria, Daniel are the best they work with you especially during the pandemic, they were VERY understanding and patient. I appreciate them greatly. As we all know its hard out here everything going up and so expensive. But Accent on Rainbow understands and work hard to assist. Thank you for your kindness and patience.
Ive been living here for 61/2 years, and I can say by far this is the best management team that Ive seen. Desiree is just the sweetest She always Professional and has a solution when I come in with any issues, Rent maintenance whatever it maybe. Dan as well He will find a way to help when needed. I like living here and have no plans of leaving no time soon.
Daniel is awesome he helped me with everything since day one. Always nice and trying to help out the best he can.

Yah the money they want for a 1 bedroom, $1100 is ridiculous. Market value? Whoever came up with that clearly doesnt live in this area lmfao. If you got nowhere else to go who am I to tell you not to move here. But after 2 year I can firmly say nothing about what they are trying to charge makes it worthwhile staying here. Maybe when rent goes back to 800-900 then it would be a 3/5 and worth considering. No issues with the staff, this place is just not worth it
I absolutely love it here i moved in jan 2021 and they have improved so much! the new staff is so nice and very informative the maintained team is amazing very helpful they even helped me put my tv mount on 10/10 recommend
Wish the laundry rooms were a little cleaner, always seem to be dirty. The doors are not unlocked on time. Wish had access to pool and gym, later hours. Dont have any other problems, maintenance comes quickly when called. Like that my apartment is pretty quiet. Office staff is always helpful when have questions.

2 years ago! I moved from Chicago,IL to Las Vegas,NV. Lets just say This is Home! From the Management Team to the maintenance workers, they have been on they jobs. Any issue i have ever had... Took it to Daniel H. and by the time i left it was solved. No complaints from me!
Ive been living over here for almost 3 years I used to work for the old company that ran it the apartments and his new company that came in is way better than the old company the property manager has a great attitude the assistant manager Dan that I knew work with me at Pinnacle has a great attitude and also Desiree who works in the front office has as well I like the maintenance team and a property is always clean I really appreciate this team that works on this property thank you very much apartment from apartment number 369
Helluurr😆Ive been here about 3 yrs. In that 3 yrs weve been through a few management changes here. By far, this new management has been the best ones Ive seen. From maintenance to management, they have managed to make changes that we all can benefit from. The newly look renovations makes it so much better🙌🏽🙌🏽 One person i got to give kudos to, is Desiree💯 she literally goes above and beyond. And although i know she wants to hang up on me when i call the office LMAO She makes it her job to make sure that we are well taken care of. We appreciate you mamas❤️ Thank you🙏🏽
Prior to being bought by bridge management, Pinnacle properties kept the apartment complex up. I currently live next to a unit that has been vacant for 3 weeks now. I have insects, and I have gnats in my apartment now its starting to stink next door. It seems to be that theyre doing nothing about it this has become a nightmare and the worst living experience possible. The pool closes at 5:00 in the afternoon when its still 100 plus degrees outside, after the sun goes down. Like hello people do like to still go swim. Its like they have no consideration forthe tenantss or this community very very unhappy. There staff seems incompetent to handle any tasks related to leasing and property Management.

The rent is way over priced. They get you in with the promotion and then hike it up upon lease renewal. I am not happy with that but am stuck for next 9 months since due to Covid I was laid off and now back to work getting my credit back in good standing

I was supposed to move in December 11 the day of moving reservation I collected my keys from the front office from the nice young lady Lizet sorry if I’m pronouncing that wrong anyway I paid a deposit of $1233 Upon arrival myself in the leasing agent walk to my apartment there were little things I needed to be fixed but nothing too big so I go and I get my U-Haul and I’m unloading my things into the home or the apartment the terrible apartment and nothing seems to be wrong until the sunset there were roaches everywhere!!!!! ROACHES !! All types of breeds of roaches were everywhere it was in sane so that night I could not even sleep my first night in my apartment I left and I went to a friends house the next day I arrived at the office and I let the property manager know who has a very nasty attitude that I wanted to opt out of my lease because it had not been 24 hours I did not spend the night there and she had yet to sign my lease so it was not considered a binding contract yet I’ll let her know that I was very uncomfortable and I was already in a legal situation with my daughters father and my daughter will not even come home because of the roach issue! So she let me out of the lease but in return they did not give me my full deposit and first months rent back they gave me $444 out of $1233 if I had to warn anybody about a property it would be this one do not move here it is not worth it great location bad business bad environment bad apartment
Today I went in office and got a chance to meet the sweetest, most professional lady in a leasing office that anyone could imagine. Her name is GLORIA and she amazing. She was so helpful and friendly it was unbelievable. I wish my current leasing office had such an angel. Thank you Ms. Gloria God bless you!
I called 4 times on different days month after month to have my bathtub get fixed I rented a renovated unit and the tub was painted over and its the pile of dirt on the sides couldnt be cleaned even if you scrub it.I couldn’t use it to soak myself after a long day of work to relax coz’ im disgusted, the stopper is missing i had to buy a removable rubber stopper. it has crack on the sides and the paint has been peeling in the tub it has bubbles inside the pain if i wont remove it then it will build molds inside then it can cause health problems. But no one just cared to fix it! Paint droplets from renovations are visible and theres dents and holes painted over that i’m sure when i move out i will be blamed for it when it was already there!The curtain rod just fell as soon as i slide the curtain! Coz the mount was not strong enough from the walls.The dishwasher bottom is rusty! I refuse to use it! Since the beginning!The appliances are good coz i don’t use it much!But the fridge had gargling sound on and off!The electrical in the guest room and living room wont make me use the switch to turn on my lighting i had to walk in and manually switch it through the lamp.I couldn’t open the sliding window from my living room coz i have to fight over it just to close it. It was hard to slide, wiggly and stock and get it hooked up to close and lock. So i just said forget it! I was sweating as heck it took me a while to close it ! Theres no window screen either.Don’t get me wrong i like my area and the design is amazing except the laundry is located in my walking closet. Its weird 😂The insulation of the walls are pretty bad coz I can literally hear my neighbors laugh and talking loudly during midnight most of the time during 11 pm to midnight or till dawn And its now 2:13 am and I get up at 6 am!I couldn’t sleep and I need to work in the morning and night!And also the Vents are pretty lose too the neighbor “Cigarette Smoke” is sneaking in my room! And in my walk in closet.My Air-Condition runs often when its hot this is because of the poor insulations.I wonder how much i would pay during summertime on a 112 degrees. When i had my air-conditioner set at 75 degrees F.Theres too many pigeons hangin out at the dumpster and they hang out pooping on top of my car and the neighbors car. They leave scratches on my roof.There sprinklers are not in good shape and its making puddles at the walk way!And theres small cockroaches and i know its gonna be worse in the summer.I don’t even leave food outside or i don’t cook much so that their little antennas wont detect food coz while i was cutting meat on my chopping board the little cockroach went to my meat as soon as i turn around! Its disgusting. And I always clean the counter tops with clorox+soap including floors. And it makes no difference. But my unit still look nice and clean. Except w/ that little crawling pests.But anyway my neighbor are still talking so loud with a deep voice even at the end of this comment! And its now 3AM Uhhg!!!!! Oh and I even heard the loud burp coz he talks too much how cool is that?! (From their room to my room) windows closed!I’m paying on time and extra for this renovated unit just to let u know and i made it look like HGTV style but i don’t think its a good Idea if i have to spend for extra to hire someone to fix the apartment coz we have Maintenance people but i only seen them once when I first got the apartment 8 months ago and sure thats the CAM thing i pay monthly as well plus I’m a very busy business woman😉I chose this apartment coz I like the beach style ambiance but uhhgg and knowing its in the Summerlin area it looks so much better than in the actual Summerlin apartments.

This property is very nice. There has been many improvements done to make it even nicer than before. The staff is great. All are each very respectful and helpful. Very glad I came to view this property. The area is also great, close to many stores and fast food restaurants.
Various parts of the apartment had damage to them: blinds were broken, fridge light socket was broken, chains for fan and light in the main area were broken. Sink and tub have no stoppers.

First apt here at Accent gotta say so far it’s been pretty dope, the office staff is dope especially Gloria she goes out her way to help everyone. I moved from out of state and she made it a easy transition. I give them 5 stars maintenance is great too
They keep over charging me . They have a terrible app . They never respond to emails or phone calls . Poor quality poor value. I pay nearly 1000 dollars for a 1 bed room thats hardly worth it .
Gotta say I love this place, I moved in a about a month ago and its been great. From the first time I went to the property to tour to the day of move in everyone was helpful. Dan did a great job moving us in on a timely matter, we walked the unit and it was everything he said it would be. Must say Im very happy to call this place my home. Please dont let them reviews discourage u it really isnt that bad like they make it out to be.

Accent On Rainbow formerly known as Cornerstone Crossings Apartments has achieved amazing mile stones. People, please do not believe all of the negative comments you read on this site about our community. Some people are acting out for different reasons whether it be because they were evicted non-payment of rent, or rather it be because we refuse to break the rules and follow policy. Now, Im not saying that we havent had some challenges because every property has challenges. By no means are we perfect. However, over the last 2 years we have worked very hard to overcome our challenges. In 2018 Accent On Rainbow Apartments was placed under new management and new ownership. Since the take over, we improved the living well being of the community for all our residents. We have increase the daily security. We have gated the entire community. We have renovated the entire community. We have install brand new roofs on every building. We have renovated all three pools and added brand new pool furniture. The clubhouse itself is currently under renovation, and we are expanding it 3 times it size creating a state of art fitness center for the residents to enjoy. We are currently adding washer/dryers in all of our units for convenience to the residents. So please dont believe every negative comment you read. Stop by and take a tour to see for yourself. We are amazing!
I just have to share my perspective on this community, Ive been here for about 2 going on 3 years and I gotta say things have defiantly improved, Since new ownership and management came in they have revamped this place and are still revamping it to make it more safe enjoyable and defiantly a place to call home, Office staff is amazing always makes you feel welcomed, The property manager is alright she kinda keeps to herself, you do hear and see her from time to time come out of her office and help. Overall this place is getting better day by day and I plan on renewing my lease for many more years to come!
Wonderful staff! My ac was not blowing as cold as it should and the repair men were out within the hour to make sure i was taken care of. The complex is kept very clean too. Keep it up guys !.

Very horrible place to live.... the office staff are rude and very unwilling to help! The office manager is a blk lady that is extremely rude and loud never leaves her desk energy very unwelcoming. She can be heard yelling in the office all the time. Very lazy! . Honesty not worth the time taking a look at units ! For the amount of money being spent to live in the projects is nuts! Don’t waste your time. I live here myself and can’t wait till the lease it up!!!! Run !
The staff on ancient on rainbow had attitudes. Ill pay my rent on time and when something needed to be fixed it was never fixed until I go up there like 5 or 6 times.
These apartments are cool because they are 2nd chance apartments Daniel is great but they hit you with hella fees your late after the 1st and they have the nerve to have roaches. They say its because the apartments been vacant but thats a lie them mfs dont go away idk what they spray but the roaches still come out which is annoying because you cant have certain food on your counter without them mfs getting in them.
Been at this property over 5 years, i know what it use to be to what it is now. I can honestly say there has been great improvements here alot of Renovations, maintenance is great always fast at getting work orders done, office staff is great, always have smiles on there face, very helpful, great customer service. Glad to be apart of this community

From the beginning this place has caused issues. I was supposed to move in on a certain date from out of state and my apartment wasn’t ready so I had to ‘make other arrangements’ with all my belongings for a week and a half. They rectified that situation. So I ‘thought’ these were good people who took care of their tenants. The day I got the keys I checked the apartment and there were roaches. There was a major infestation in this apartment. My complaint is about legal fees supposedly that are put on automatically if rent isn’t paid on the 5th. I tried paying my rent on the 4th. The initial late fee was warranted. However there were 2 lates fees so I called they told me it was an error and would be removed tomorrow. I checked the next day so I could pay and more fees have been added. So not only do they have bad communication but they are also processing evictions on the 5th of the month. They refuse to own their error. Had the mistake not been made on their behalf then I could have paid my rent to avoid all of these. So I will be looking into legal action. My advice for potential tenants... GO LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I work in a consumer facing industry and once you lose focus of the customer you will eventually begin to lose the business.

I’ll start with the perks. Maintenance and pest control are the friendliest people I’ve met here and they respond pretty quickly. Love those guys. Another one was location. Unfortunately, that’s allNow the bad stuffNeighbors: driving through the parking lot blaring their music different times of the day and night, not good if you have to work early and are working from home. If you ask mgmt to do something about it they ask you to figure out what unit it is. Which was hard to determine because I’m not going outside of my apartment in my pajamas after midnight to follow some guy from the parking lot to his apartment. Unsafe. Nor can I leave my desk while I’m working for another company. Management (more about them in a few) please implement solutions don’t make your tenants find them for you. Do YOUR job.Parking: ugh. Okay so u get stickers to put on your windshield so u have the luxury of parking under the covered parking spaces but that ish is not enforced and the main manager was so upset that someone had complained to corporate about it ( I know this because I had to go to the office and it just felt like the manager was trying to see who snitched on her.. smh she was mad mad. I also felt berated) I get that it’s hard to enforce parking with tow companies being shut down due to the pandemic but this was an issue BEFORE March. Take some accountability.Apartment: omg don’t expect your deposit back. The vinyl flooring bubbled up in our bedroom and rips if you move furniture even at the slightest. The cupboards fall off easily and the paint in the bathroom peels. This is our 9th month. I’ve had stuff disappear from our front patio area and also had someone back into my car when entering through the front gate and was told THERE ARE NO SECURITY CAMERAS on the property. Speaking of security.. where are they? I’ve never seen one.The straw:DANIEL, please invest in your professional development and learn how to communicate effectively.It was Labor Day weekend, I get a notification that I received a package and it’s at my door. I’m in another state visiting family..It’s 4:30 pm.. office closes at 5pm. Maybe I can call and ask if they would be so nice and hold the package for me. Doesn’t hurt right?I called the office and no one answered. I called back Daniel picks up and this is what he says “Thank you for calling Accent on Rainbow this is Daniel what do you want? *starts snapping fingers* hurry up I saw you called 4 times in a row!” I had him on speaker and my husband is listening to this like “What the hell?” This was my 2nd call. Within SECONDS I’m irate and I’m trying to tell him like whoa bro this treatment isn’t okay and he is STILL speaking over me and now I’m so frustrated I’m cursing, not calling him names just like “what the f*** this is f’n bullsh**”I’ve never had anyone pick up the phone and start snapping their fingers complaining about how they have kids to get to while getting paid to manage a property and then blame you for becoming irate as if they did nothing to provoke your frustration. It’s not my job to be professional it’s yours. It’s one thing to make derogatory statements to someone it’s another thing if your cursing out of frustration. Which he later was trying to play the victim and was like “you’re cursing” like bro DUH you’ve escalated this whole call. I called at 4:32pm and instead of being able to ask a favor which would have taken less than a minute to ask I’m arguing with a rookie assistant manager for 10 minutes who apparently thinks he owns Pinnacle Properties.Both manager and assistant manager have displayed abusive and unprofessional behaviors. From going into the office trying to get a parking pass and the manager is yelling and complaining to calling the assistant manager who’s had his manager as an example of how to conduct himself.This place is good if you’re just trying to get by. WORST management ever.

Honestly can say I am so relieved to be moving out of this place this month. My girlfriend and I desperately needed an affordable apartment and unfortunately came to this one. Since we have been here, here are the problems we have encountered:1. No walkthrough the apartment when we moved in, the apartment was not ready and we had to have several maintenance request put in. Last tenants clothes were even left in the washer2. Bad roach problem. It seems no matter how many times pest control shows up, the roaches were still a huge problem months and months during our stay and the worst part about pest control is they only show up on Fridays at VERY random and sporadic times so if you miss them then you will have to wait until the next Friday for them to come back. Now mind we did not give permission to enter for privacy reasons and that is why we had to do that but maintenance has come in our apt before with NO permission to enter when they said they did and it was not true3. Area seems to be one of the worst in Las Vegas. You will hear constant screaming and yelling from neighbors especially at night and various homeless people that hang around outside of the complex. Police activity is very high around here so expect to see them at all times. There was even a homicide right before we moved in and then just recently police were swarmed all over trying to get someone barricaded inside and Washington was shut down completely. Multiple noise complaints are put in every single day and night because people come though the complex blaring loud music through their cars and in their apartments. No security and if there is, we have never seen them once the year that we’ve been here.4. Lastly, the amenities they offer are not worth absolutely anything. Because of the area it is located, we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool or walking the neighborhood and the “fitness center” is one tiny room with 3 pieces of equipment that you have to walk through the main office to get to and is only open during hours. (Not counting the current COVID pandemic)Overall, I’m only reviewing our stay here and not blaming the complex for all of these problems because they don’t have control over some of these things but there definitely are some things they can improve, change or add to make tenants feel more comfortable during their stay here.

If I could give theses apartment zero stars I would. Management is a joke. The whole place is infested with roaches. The kitchen is the worse you cant leave anything out. No matter how much you clean bugs are always coming out. Not one day did our place not smell like cigarettes. Right before our move out some kids from the neighborhood decided to break into out place stealing 2k-3k worth of sutff. To top it off I had to pay for the broken window even though it wasnt our fault. There is always drug dealing, people arguing, fight, homelesss people walking around. Police shows up literally everyday. Dont let them fool you! LIVING CONDITIONS ARE INHUMANE.
If I could give negative stars then I definitely would. Since management changed, I’ve had nothing but issues. They are infested with roaches. They started charging pest control to your rent, but they never come out when they claim they do. It’s always loud & dogs barking. The management is so rude & unhelpful. Someone is always parked in my assigned parking space & when I go complain, they look @ me as though I’m the problem. They do not communicate well & are unprofessional. I waited months to get bars to hang my clothes in my closet. My air conditioner broke & I waited 3 weeks & didn’t hear from anyone until I called to see what the issue was. Come to find out they never put in an order & just completed the request as though it was satisfactory.

I am not one who usually does reviews, however I have only lived in these apartments for less than 2 weeks and have had so many issues even before moving in. If you’re going to be living somewhere you want to know the good and the bad.Here’s the bad side of this community- the management.To start, the original move in allow date was a month before I selected to move in. They stated that the renters before me were pretty neat, but I was never able to view it until a day before moving in as they were constantly needing to clean it up.Move in date I was told everything would be ready for me to sign and be handed over as soon as I walked in as I am a single mom working full time. It was a hot mess. Nothing was ready and two different people handled my lease information. They made me wait for an hour for my apartment keys to be printed as well as none were ready.3 am the next morning, two gentlemen came banging on the door and flashing their lights in the windows because were never made aware that the apartment was no longer vacant. They didn’t state whether or not they were security, but that was later made a possibility…..Over the next couple of days, found black mold hiding in the bathroom. The floor already has a very large stain from it and called to check on keys. Still have not received keys and have decided to clear mold up myself - if I don’t die first.Also registered my pet online as she was listed on my lease, but not on the portal. When I received a call from management, she stated that my dog would be listed as a charge for my next bill. That means the next bill, not the current one that was already paid.Then comes yesterday where after work I came home to find a nasty-gram “you’ve been served” attached to my door stating that I had to pay or quit. First off, wouldn’t have been given my keys to the apartment if I hadn’t paid in full at time of signing. Secondly, checked my account online and nothing had been applied. They also charged me $50 in legal fees as well as almost $100 in late fees. I had paid 2 money orders to cover the end of the prior month and full next month payment. At no point between my move in date and the serve date did anyone reach out to me regarding missing payment or lack thereof. Also, still no mail key to see if they attached a nasty-gram to that.Calling the office in the morning, they had me on hold for 15 minutes while they looked over my account and blamed it on their scanner instead of the several people that handled it first. They are pleasant in person, but if you call them, they are rude.When I got the call from management stating that everything had been taken care of, she told me that the only thing outstanding now was my pet charges and argued with me about how the next bill meant for May and not June. That after all of this mess and added charges, they were going to charge me late fees over the next couple of days if I don’t pay in advance for their oversight.The community is pretty quiet, although there are drug dealers throwing their shoes in trees. So, if you’re looking for a hookup, keep your eyes up. Aside from that, not too bad.Best of luck,A ridiculously irritated resident
As Leslie H the property manager of Accent on Rainbow stated; Dont believe all of the reviews you see here because they may not be legitimate like the one written by an employee, for example Leslie the property manager.With that being said, I moved in on 11/2019 to a a renovated unit.They added gates, yet anyone can walk in without a key or pin. They have renovated the entire neighborhood but as cheap as they could. I have had over 15 maintanance request for the A/C leaking in the apartment, the heater causing the fire alarm to go off and cause smoke in the apartment. We have a fan for when it gets smokey in the apartment but no vent, it all just circulates in our apartment. The dryer needed to be fixed 3 times. The sliding doors for the laundry room were cracked. The bathroom had mold under the sink. The water has gotten turned off at least 5 times while I lived here, 4 times with no warning or notification. I try to call the main office and the apartment office, I try to email them and no response. I talked to Vanessa at the main office, explained to her the situation with my car and she said I didnt have anything to worry about...but 3 days later they towed my car. If you are looking for an apartment with no breed restrictions check out The Yardz at Mirabelli, Summerhill Point and The Palms. I didnt have non payment or an eviction, just a really bad experience. If you are like me and are just looking to get what you paid for, this isnt the neighborhood.
As far as value for apartment so far its not bad place at all if youre looking to save some money and be located next to grocery stores,malls,restaurants, and the highway. But most importantly MJ is a phenomenal human being,who made the moving process simple,and painless for us. Shes has a great attitude and thats one of the main reason we considered Cornerstone. The apartments are OK, but i know you can find something better, they say there is security and is a gated community but the gates are always open. Managers are rude.
This was an okay place. Cheap price, decent living. Only if you plan on living here for a year or less.In our first year here, everything was okay and all of the appliances held up fine. Now in the second year EVERYTHING is BREAKING DOWN.The refrigerator always had problems. No matter what setting, it will either have the freezer frozen, but then freeze half the things in the fridge part. The other way, the fridge is fine, but the freezer thaws out. I talked to management about this, they said this will be top priority and get on it quickly. Never got fixed.Then the motor of the fridge breaks down every once in a while. The first time, it leaked water everywhere. When the guy came to fix it, he never did, because he didnt see any water leak out and it was fine.A few weeks ago the fridge made a constant buzzing hammering sound. I think it got fixed, but Im not sure if a person came in or it fixed itself.Then our kitchen sink faucet is leaking. When you turn on the water, it sprays the water everywhere from the bottom to the top.Just today, out of no where, water damage started forming above our shower. It is constantly dripping now, and I am worried about it building up and becoming a huge problem.I feel bad always going to the front desk each week with a new problem. It almost makes me feel like the boy who cried wolf with everything breaking down and they need to fix it.Then its hard to tell them because of the office times. By the time that I get home from work they are long closed. I even work on the weekends.So just saying, they either need to start replacing and fixing all of their age old appliances and walls, or people need to get in and out of this place quickly.A big cockroach problem too. I dont think they spray, like the other management comments say they do. Ive tried everything to get rid of them, but the other apartment people dont care, so they keep coming back in larger hordes.I want to leave....
I havent even lived here 6 months and the water has been shut off numerous times, 3 times now with no warning. I was washing clothes and in the middle of a shower. Yesterday the water was shut off from 11am to 5ishpm. Today they shut it off at 11 again. No warning. No answer at the office.
This place is so horrible. Its so dirty, its half put together. The rent is way to high for an area like that. People comes in from the outside to dig through the garbage. People dont clean up after their dogs. You have to walk to the laundry rooms thats open 24/7. Theres no telling whos in there or if people will come off the street and steal your clothes. You have people sitting outside drinking alcohol and they say nothing about it. DO NOT rent from them or else youll regret it.
The maintenance people care about their jobs and always fix your stuff.

Haven’t moved in yet (my reason for the 4 stars) but the office staff are super cool. Joanne and Jessica were extremely helpful during the application/move-in process. They responded quickly to all our emails.Crime can happen anywhere in Las Vegas.. even in the rich areas. I stayed in a really nice Condo in a very nice location and even at that place, we had police activity. If you keep to yourself, mind your own business and stay prayed up, you’ll be fine. Where I’m currently living, the reviews are similar to the ones posted here but I’ve been here for 2 years and we’re doing just fine, (TYJESUS!!)Excited to move in to our 3 bedroom apt! I’ll update my review (if I have to) after the move-in.-UPDATE-Upon arriving, we were greeted with a smile by Dan (such a sweet human being who helped us with the signing process.) He was already helping someone else when we arrived so we just waited till he was done. While waiting for Dan, the pretty black lady (with the bomb hair & lashes) asked if we needed anything, we told her we were waiting for Dan then she said “okay,” then smiled and went back to work. The wait was no more than 10 minutes and the whole process took less than a hour. Dan took us to see the unit and we were amazed at how clean and good smelling the apartment was; from the walls, to the floors, to the bathroom and the kitchen..OMG, I love the refrigerator, stove and microwave lol. Our neighbor is really nice too. Overall, great experience from beginning to end.
I normally dont do negative reviews but ive been here almost a year & im so glad im almost done with my lease the office staff is rude when you contact them they never get back to you Theres a pest control fee but no matter how clean i keep my apartment theres always roaches...theres always homeless and drunks walking around even after they put gates up to “make it safe” i have seen the cops here numerous times....and the parking situation has always sucked with and with out assigned parking i would not recommend this apartments to anyone
I don’t know about law or anything but I know you cannot have a unit without a/c for so many days counting tomorrow will be 4 days!!!! I have children youngest as 3 years old... It’s barely going to be a mo th that ice been here and so far so many stuff has gone wrong in this apartment!!! To top it off I can’t trust letting my kids go outside cause all this killing and barricading in the complex is dangerous
The place is a dump. Filled with drugs and crime and before Rosie Robot comes in and gives her standard answer Ill post it for you. They r the bigest slum lords ive ever seen. They offer Laundry facilities that never work. Then they charge us for shit that we dont even have in the complex someone anyone need to put a stop to them. They r taking advantage of so many people here its pathetic! Dont move here youll regret it seriously. And i only gave a 1 star because i had to to do the review. Also even though the gates where put up the homless still using the laundry facilities for rest rooms and the crack heads hang out smoking drugs
It has been a quiet experience. They are prompt to fix whatever needed. I was 8 months late on rent and they have been extremely kind and gracious. I like the location. I have never lived anywhere else where the staff are so kind and gracious. Thank You.
I really like it here! The people are nice and seem friendly that live there. But the person that honestly made it worth living here and made the transition easy from one place to then other was the young girl there named Ingris ! She is just so kind,fast and has plenty of information for you if you ever have any questions ! Shes just really good at what shes does !Just a great experience overall !
We had the most stressful time of our lives living here. There’s too many issues. Too many gangs. Always on a lockdown. Police are everywhere. Too many breaking-ins. People who works at the office are the worst and they give horrible services as well. They were very rude and very unhelpful. They’re units are disgusting. Carpets are rotting already and everything is just old and dirty. Dont get fooled by those pictures they’re showing on they’re website about how those apartments looks like, they are FAKE. Lastly, be watchful about your cars or else...
Upgraded models have appliances that have been refurbished.The office management including Leslie is rude unprofessional and lazy. The only person in there who cares a bit or even tries at ther job is Daniel. I have put in numerous requests for all the problems in my unit and they take over a week to get to me at times. Pinnacle Management cares even less.
Under new ownership. In my experience, theyve been mostly unresponsive. We went in to look at apartments and was told a reasonable price for a 2 bed with washer and dryer, but when we went to sign the lease we were presented with a new rate higher than the previous one promised.When we asked about it we were informed that the rates change daily, which I dont really understand but thats business I guess. We were told that if the unit or price on the site was wrong that if I called in and talked to our agent, they would get it fixed. We did, and they changed apartments, but nothing about the new price or fees. I dont recommend it.
I live here now hate the new management... The roaches are out of control... They now have upgraded apartment which look nice but within a month you will have roches... Everything about this apartment complex is terrible 😖☹️☹️
The office is amazing, the staff is super nice here.They are always willing to help and very attentive with their residents. Ive seen so many improvements in the property. I love these apartments and would never think to leave here.

I went to visit this apartment and I was helped by Kayla she was really nice and friendly she answered all my questions but the didnt have any openings for a 3bedroom. the building looks nice though seems like a cool place to stay

These apartments dont feel safe. There is always police activity. There is always suspicious looking people walking around. I lived here for a year and moved out as soon as my lease was done. There has been multiple police lockdowns on these apartments. In the most recent one a SWAT team had to show up to deal with the situation.The rent there is too high for how unsafe this place feels.
I ask the manager can she ask her men to stop parking in front of my childrens windows, it make them and me uncomfortable.The men have their own parking, go figure. So i called the cops and they agreed with me and TOLD them to stop invading our privacy hanging out in front of my kids window. They finally stop after 2 weeks of harassment.You would think me asking them Man to Man to stop would be enough especially concerning my children.We dont have a car but we have an assigned parking spot for when our friends and family come over. The same trunk parks in our spot each night, our company has to park on the street. I informed the office and they said, it is nothing we can do to prevent him from parking in your spot after 5pm?!?! I immediately ask does the complex have a towing service i could use to remove the trunk she said no!. I ask can get a portion of rent reduce since i cant used my assigned parking. She said no. Out of respect for myself..i walked away from the conversation.
