I want to give 5 stars to Elise our leasing agent, she made things easy, fast and transparent. From the moment we walked in to get information, was friendly, with a huge smile and very professional. She qualified us, and approved us fast and efficient. Loved the process. Thank you Elise.
Wait till you move out! Be aware! Make sure you request a move out inspection! These people are nasty, they try to take as much money from you as they can when you move out! Trying to charge the basic cleaning fees to you, to even inventing there own fees. Watch for Ruth! Bad bad person! she took the mask off the day I handed in the keys. I was here for over 2 years and the day I left there yelling in the office at me, unprofessional.. they are still harrassing me over 2 months later after I left. If you’re still there make sure you get that walk out inspection before leaving!

I love this place from the day one I moved in. Whenever I have a problem related to my apartment they do fix it. I had an issue with my rent payment recently. Ruth manager of this management has provided me resolution.Management and staffs are exceptional. Especially Elizabeth and Nancy. They are my favorite people here, also Ruth :)BTW, thanks for the pie. It was delicious when you guys offered for residents recently. Thanks Nancy for delivering.It would be awesome if you guys do this kinda nice details often to residents :D

I really enjoy this community . It’s so quiet and so beautifully kept up! The property management here keeps landscaping very clean and well put. I am definitely grateful for Tralyncia who assisted us with this whole move in process. I really couldn’t have asked for someone better to assist us. She was professional and went ABOVE & beyond to help me and my sister move in. She made sure to contact us back with new information when we requested and was diligent with communicating to us through email as well to making sure everything went smoothly with our move in process. Also, she answered all my questions to my satisfaction to make sure I was being assisted the best way possible. I have moved multiple times and dealt with different leasing agents, however, Tralyncia was definitely the most helpful and nicest one I have dealt with. We’ve lived here since October 2020. We moved in prime COVID time and the move in process was seamless and Tee was just fantastic. Now that we’ve lived here for some time I can write an honest review.There are A L OT of dogs here, which is fine however, many people do not pick up their dogs feces. I have seen a slight improvement since moving in, but I still would not allow my kid to walk in the grassy areas because he’ll have dog poop on his shoe right after. It can get loud with constant barking.Other than that, the areas are kept clean. The grass is always cut nicely and there’s no trash anywhere near my unit. There are charcoal grills located around the complexes which has been a joy to use.Maintenance workers respond promptly to issues. We got the upgraded unit and it is very nice. The rent is pricy, but you get what you pay for. The parking is not the best and our assigned stall is not near our house.The walls are thin. Previously we had a family with 2 kids living above us and when they would run our house would shake crazily. They’ve since moved out and our above neighbors are great. (This is just by pure luck).Amenities are open from 9-5 which is when people work so we can’t enjoy them. I’m certain this is due to Covid, so I am hoping when the gov. allows for full capacity they will open the facilities for longer hours. However, the pools are beautiful and the gym is well equipped. They’ve also built this beautiful playground outside of our unit that has been sitting unfinished for about a month.Overall, we feel safe living in our neighborhood which was ultimately our main priority.
Had a great experience at first but once you’re no longer a resident they no longer care about you they kicked me out at 6 months pregnant and then told me the manager Ruth told me she was gonna contact me on the 10th so We could figure out a payment plan but instead she never contacted me and just sent the debt to the collection. They make your life very complicated especially during a pandemic and it’s sad so think twice before renting there.
Only nice until you move in.
We had to start over and was at a rough time and Tralyncia “Tee” was so helpful and welcoming. She made us feel so welcome even with our dogs. Like we where meant to live here. It has been a few months and even with COVID we feel at home. Of course we are excited for when the gym and pool are all back to normal but we are home. Thank you so much Tee! Management and maintenance have been wonderful too! Great place to live!

Eh. Nice people who work there but the asking price is way too much for how small the bedrooms are.
Nice quiet neighborhood but what I don’t like is the office they gave me a smoking violation for smoking on MY PORCH THAT I PAY $1200 a MONTH FOR. But maintenance has yet to come fix my running toilet that’s been broken since I moved in or my shower that gets no cold water since I’ve moved in my running sink in my kitchen and my running dishwasher in my kitchen as well but tells me I can’t smoke in my apartment just patiently waiting for my lease to end so I can leave. But the neighborhood and neighbors are lovely.

I love this place. Quiet, good neighbors, very secure, strange things don’t happen here, amenities are awesome, everything is neat and well care taken. Staff is great! Victor is amazing, he exceeded BY FAR what I was expecting about a manager, very helpful, friendly, it’s one of those people that makes the world better. I’m glad is stumbled upon vintage at the lakes, it’s a very good place to live.
The two girls T and Elizabeth were very helpful and accommodating. The place is beautiful, very clean, and spacious. The grounds are immaculate.

I really like living here. Ive been here about three months now. The complex is cared for and pretty quiet. The apartment I am in is not renovated but it works just fine for me. The space is very spread out, Ive had multiple friends comment on the large living area. I love the size of the balcony, as well. Everything was functional when I moved in. I had to do a bit of mopping and wiping down when I moved in but I figure thats par for the course and other than that it was clean. I saw other places, about 15 more, and honestly, for the price, this was the best one. Theres little issues here and there but the office has been friendly and really taken care of things. I hope to stay here for awhile. I also love the location. Its really easy to get anywhere and has a ton of amenities around it.
Vintage at the Lakes’ Leasing Agent, Victor is very personable, professional, efficient, and helpful. I am so glad he’s on board at Vintage at the Lakes. My family has been living here for just about seven years and the Leasing Agents that we had before were not as thorough, caring or competent. One former Leasing Agent tried to deny that packages were delivered to the office (which is a Federal Offense, when you tamper with the mail)! I showed her my App that said USPS delivered my packages to Office with a date and time stamp!

We’ve been living in this apartment complex for almost a year and we have never had a single problem, we love our apartment and the amenities, the gym is very spacious, the pools are always clean, and we even planed to stay for at least another year. Victor our leasing specialist has been very helpful and attentive to our needs and we thank him for always receiving us with such a great attitude and smile.
We sometimes meet people that treat us in such a way that we cannot help but remark about how important they made us feel. There is a young man working at Vintage, who goes above and beyond customer service. It is never just NO, or We cant do that, it is ALWAYS, What can I do to resolve this. This gentlemans true customer service skills may not be witnessed by management during his interactions with the residents, however, he is never without humor, poise, concern, or professionalism; and always beautifully groomed:))!It is my hope that this young man remains employed at Vintage because I never feel anxious or stressed when there an issue with the apartment, because I know that Victor is going to ensure that the situation, whatever it is, is resolved in a diplomatic manner, as he always does.Victor, your customer service skills are stellar, and I am very grateful for all of your kind help.
As my case is being reviewed and still in process Id like to know if anyone has ever filed suit against this company or if there is an attorney on this feed. Not only did this company refuse to let me out of my lease 2 months early, they hit me with the $2500 cancellation fee despite fulfilling my lease and giving notice. They also claimed I did not give notice even though I indicated that I would not be renewing my lease and that I did not need the property beyond one month. I continued to pay my rent even though I did not live there and was still hit with a final bill of $4600.I hope my situation is resolved soon, as they are quick to send out aggressive action notices.

I have lived at Vintage at the Lakes for almost 10 years. Victor Gonzalez, and other staff members that, i have dealt with through, the years have always been very nice and helpful. Things, break down, the staff will help you as, soon as they can. They, are usually prompt on emergencies. Victor Gonzales, is the Leasing Specialist, he is ready too help with any issues.
We moved into Vintage at The Lakes in April. There were some hiccups along the way and the office team rushed in to ensure everything was taken care of. The reason for our issues was due to a leasing agent that is no longer with the company. She was replaced with a much better agent that is more caring and attentive.It is not often that you can say you look forward to seeing the office workers at an apartment complex. In this case, we do look forward to going there and seeing the friendly smiling faces. We know everyone is so busy but they are always ready to help with any question, resolve any issues and always go above and beyond to make this a great place to live.Victor Gonzalez has been so very helpful, friendly and always has a smile on his face. He is never to busy to help a resident and does so very calmly and is so polite. Sabrina worked quickly to resolve our maintenance issues which were caused by lack of follow up by the agent no longer with the company. The new staff is superior!When the maintenance team showed up, they worked in our apartment for 3 days installing our new appliances, fans, washer and dryer. This amazing person is Rico. What a pleasure to get to know this guy.We love our new apartment and would not hesitate to recommend Vintage At The Lakes to anyone looking for a new place to call home.Thanks guys! Quiet neighborhood people mind their own business
Management people are very friendly and approachable especially the leasing specialist Victor Gonzalez. All issues are very well addressed in the given span of time. Property is kept very clean and especially Smoke Free. All packages from USPS,UPS,Fedex,DHL are collected at office and distributed with help of log book.To appreciate i still have a long list, but have it short i would rate this apartment as one of the Best in town.

My boyfriend and I have lived here since January of this year and love it. Very quiet and clean community. The maintenance staff (when we have needed them) have been amazing. They even fixed something for us on memorial day! As always, Kim and Anne in the front are great. Always so helpful whenever I need them. The pools are beautiful, big and well kept. I love calling these apartments home.
Ive never found a place with such beautiful apartments and a wonderful atmosphere especially with wonderful employees who do their best to make vintage at the lakes a wonderful home for you to live. Victor Gonzalez in particular did an amazing job helping us get a beautiful apartment there and my fiancee and I definitely appreciate all the hard work and effort he put in for us to get a wonderful apartment there.
I lived here for 2 years and moved away due to management. I came back after 1 year because they hired a new manager and crew and I am very happy with how I have been treated. Their customer service is great

Ok place to live until it comes time to move in or out. We were without hot water the first 3 days due to improper installation of the hot water heater and SW Gas wouldn’t turn it on. Paint on the floors. Garbage hiding behind cabinets. Leaky plumbing. Pool and BBQ area was closed for the first 6 months despite repeated promises it would be open since that’s why we picked the apt we did. And nothing but nickel and diming on the checkout. Beware.

I lived here for 1 year in 2016 and enjoyed my time there. The gym was great but cant comment on pools since I did not use them. The apartment was spacious compared to others in LV and was very quiet. The best part was not seeing a single bug the entire time! The only downside is the older cabinet spaces and bad paint job but these are minor details. I cant comment on maintenance since nothing really broke down during my time there.
I love these apartments! I have received excellent service from Anne, Kim, Natalie, and Yolanda. The newly-remodeled pool is gorgeous and Ive been so happy living here. Maintenance is prompt to respond when needed and neighbors are very friendly.
Very bad clint service
The management is as lazy as you will ever see. They will pass the buck or the best part is tell you to see the manager who holds 9 to 5 weekday hours and wont meet otherwise. They maintenance crew is as bad and miserable as Ive ever experienced. They will admit they are over their heads, just ask. The pool gets cleaned....whenever. The courtyard gets cleaned...whenever. Place a complaint to have something fixed and you will be lucky to get it answered within 2 or 3 days. Simply put, dont get fooled, this is overpriced and not worth it. Pass.
I have been at Vintage for 15 years and am now enjoying the excellent improvements that have been made by the new Resident Manager, Ruth Cerda and her competent staff. If you see any reviews that were on Google,regarding Vintage at The Lakes please understand that these are old reviews and no longer are in anyway representative of what you will experience Now (11/13/2019). This place is like a fine resort, with all the amenities including fabulous meeting center, business center with computers, and full Gym that rivals what you will find here in Las Vegas without the need to pay additional gym membership.In the past the only thing that was at issue was the not-so-perfect maintenance. (See Below for an update -- maintenance issues are no longer a problem.) Yes, the grounds and landscaping are extraordinarily maintained. 2 Swimming Pool areas even with barbeques, lounges and jacuzzis complete the resort like atmosphere. Kids and pets also have their own recreational parks. I dont have pets but those that do comply with the excellent rules and do not present problems to those of us who are pet-less.The leasing office staff are anxious to be of service and you will find Nancy, Lyndsey, Victor, Rubi -- and of course Ruth Cerda, who is the always eager to please manager. The Maintenance Manager, Luis, is the Key to a tenants happiness when any thing needs attention in your apartment Luis has years of experience and never leaves you with any problems. While this is an older property it will fool you as it looks very new and has many upgrades. The apartments are large by comparison to others available in the area. Mine has a fireplace and high ceilings as well as a great floorplan.It is almost impossible to find a Quiet-Conscious apartment anywhere but the management enforces any concerns of disturbing noise. When looking for an apartment in the Lakes or Summerlin area -- make sure you check out Vintage at The Lakes, but only if you qualify as another good neighbor.Dont take this review as too glowing just prove it too yourself -- come by and see for yourself. Walk around and ask any resident what their opinion is and then compare other apartments. You will make the right choice. See ya by the pool or on the grounds at a Taco Tuesday tenant party.

When we first moved in, they moved us into a roach infested apartment to wouldnt let us move out into a temporary unit until the model we actually signed for was available. So we were stuck in a roach infested place for about 1 month. Maintenance took a days to actually come out and fix something. Majority of the time we would fix it ourselves. The only thing great about this place is the pool area.
There is literally never any parking. If I would have known this I never would have signed a lease here. Also our plumbing is terrible and only one of our bathrooms gets hot water and no one will do anything about it. The ladies in the office are very nice but I have no plans of staying here longer than I have to.
No washer or dryer in units
I went to Vintage at the Lakes this past Saturday to learn more about their community and view a unit. However, upon arrival the two older ladies working refused to show me anything. In fact, they initially made no effort to even get up from their chairs as they continued to munch on their snacks. I have never written a review online before, but after being treated so coldly I felt I needed to let others know. I drove across town to view this property, and I was not even offered to view the community features or a community brochure. I can only imagine what it would be like putting in a work order request or attempting to talk to the office staff about a concern. Save your gas, and find somewhere with more professional and courteous staff. Because at some point during your residency, you are going to have to deal with the staff. And the last thing you need is someone unwilling and too lazy to help you.

I live here at Vintage I been without water for about 13 hours and counting I ask will the be about they told me shortly that was at 9am or so its now 930 pm and I have no water for the past year it has always something with this place from the unprofessionalism from office staff to other other tenant making it unpleasant place to live Im just sick and tired of this place and I cant wait til my lease is up because I will be leaving just as other tenant has this place is like I revolving door as fast people move in is as fast as they move out since I have been living here we have been thru 5 or 6 different off managers that just goes to show how stable this place is. PS if you are reading this and thinking about moving here please dont its not worth it trust me
I would say that the best quality of these apartments is the convenient location to groceries, restaurants, and that it is far enough from the Strip to live a normal life in Las Vegas. This place features rude management, terrible customer service, awful maintenance and constantly shut off water lines. Our neighbor didnt have a hot water heater replaced for 3 months.

I am a current resident and was before ownership changed. I have lived at this property for a total of 4 1/2 years. Before I moved out and came back I cleaned the apartment and left it the way it was when I began renting. When I came back after 6 months the new owners charged me for what they claimed were repairs. They renovated the units and refused to show me the cost of repairs so what actually happened is they passed on the cost of their renovations to me as a returning resident. There was also an error with their website that double posted to my bank account and when I tried talking to management about it they were unwilling to help me in any way. The manager is never willing to help residents including myself no matter how polite or desperate you may be. The manager Susie and her assistant Jessie are useless and have no concern for the tenants and only look for ways to help themselves whereas Kim and Ann are nice especially Kim and is the only thing holding that property together. I paid them with a money order in time before I would have been late and they accepted it even though they normally dont accept money orders and since I put a stop payment in for the error that was caused due to their system they charged me a stop payment fee. I questioned them about that and tried reasoning with them and again they were unwilling to do anything nor acknowledge the fact that they were picking and choosing rules to benefit them. After all was said and done I pronounced a curse upon their company and the property. Now after all the maintenance and renovations of the pool, club house, and office building the tenants are putting together a petition against NALs (the management company) and there are many people who are making plans to vacate the property. I am a very nice moral person and after over 10 years of renting I can tell you that this property is the worst I have ever dealt with and whatever you do dont have anything to do with them.

I have lived here for a year now and NALS has recently taken over. From what I can see, they have made a few staffing changes and from my most recent experience in the office, They have made the right moves. The office staff is amazing and very helpful. Everyone I have spoke to has went above and beyond to help me. The manager actually gets up out of her chair and comes out into the office area, shakes your hand and has a conversation with you. The previous managers would hid in their office like they were scared or didnt want to deal with you. The entire staff change to me was a great thing. the property looks 100% better, the staff is more attentive and responsive when I call for something. I will definitely refer people to move here now... Great place,price and people!

I have moved in here about one month agoWhen we moved in nothing was ready but carpet,nothing worked and still some of them dont. called them almost everyday about the problems,still nothing!!!All of my bathroom stuff are inside my bedroom, I couldnt put them inside bcz of a strong smell that comes from inside of the cabints in the bathroom!!!So beware...If you wanna live here no matter what you need to be a handyman or else your screwed.nobodys gonna care and no help I guarantee that!Office people and maintenance are just a joke!they do nothing!I regret moving here so much!I trusted these apartments and all I get is a sweet talk but no action
I have been a resident for over 12 months and had an opportunity to see how NALS Management treats their residents. If you like being looked at as a number and dont mind being quoted policy when you have a challenge with your home then this is the place for you. NALS is not in favor of the resident. They are an investor driven, Developer hungary, Corporate Profit community. I hope to see this change soon.
Vintage definitely describes the place, if youre planning on moving in here dont expect quality unless you want the upgraded apartment option. Walls are cracked, counters arent even glued to their base along with the tips peeling, chipped, stained, and cracked. Every single appliance in our apartment had to be replaced within the first two weeks of living there. The first time we used the washer it flooded the whole area by the bathroom and laundry. When they replaced the carpet they didnt replace the padding underneath so the entire area was uneven and noticeably different. The carpet in all areas of traffic would come up off of the edges, if you enjoy stepping on nails from those boards by all means....we had a one foot by one foot area of carpet that needed to be replaced and they (wothout notifying us first) charged us 85$ for a shiesty ass job. Noone picks up after their dogs nor are their ever any bags to do so. And they allow the bins to be overflowing for over a week. The ladies in the office....I dont even know how half of them still work there. Kim, in particular, has the utmost worst customer service and social skills Ive ever experienced in my entire life. From lying to us about the quality of our apartment to being unnecessarily rude when we had any questions or concerns about it. The maintenance, on the other hand, always did an amazing job and did it quickly, with all the things we needed repaired and changed throughout us living there. I would never ever recommend living here to anyone. Go somewhere else for this price, not worth it.

The Manager Susie and her assistant Jessie are really mean and unhelpful persons. Ann and Kim are really nice persons, they threat you always right and professional they really hook you up to move-in at that property. But once you have to try fix something involving the manager and her assistant is when your nightmare begins. Im really disappointment, I never seen such a lack of customer service provided at any other place. Shame on Susie and Yessenia Cabrera. They increased the rent but they still offering the same services. Theres no parking lot, they are always bothering people who has to cars hassling that the car will be towed away but the junk cars are always there with mexican plates, expired plates, wrecked, etc...
We cant park our car were we supposed to because they have two cars one of the car the plate # is expired its been 6 month I think never been moved.We complained already nothings happen and no answer.Please let the tenant that they can park near their buildings.and please let the employees of NALS not to park their car in the parking space for the tenant because we end up parking too far.Thank You!!!
First, I dont live here but my daughter and I were sooo close to moving their. The one thing that bothered/concerned us was the income requirement of 4 times rent!This leads me to believe Vintage is particular about who they want as tenents. I have visited many luxury apartments better and their requirements were 2 times, 2 1/2 times, or 3 times rent all in Summerlin and The Lakes area. But 4 times???...!!!!We went elsewhere and told by the sales manager our rental credit history was among the highest she had seen at over 900!!!Vintage missed out on having excellent tenents-- we pay on time every month, quite, no complaints, and our apartment is left cleaner then when we moved in.We had no issues with Vintage staff, in fact, they were nice and friendly. Vintage asking 4xs income is one way in profiling who is let in.Lets face it how many people of color make $4200-4300/min per month just to qualify? And, if they do make that kind of money the pool will still be a limited amount. Just my opinion...wrong or right!Its a shame because we could afford the rent which was maybe $35-40 more then what we were paying @ $1055.Think twice about this place something about it doesnt feel right.
Water hasnt been working since 8 am.Its 9 pm now. Cant use the bathroom, take a shower, or do dishes. And no one is answering the phone.Got work tomorrow so they just messed up our day and the next along with everyone who lives in this apartment.
Loved it probably some of the nicest staff ive seen ive been living here with the fam for 10+years and its gotten much better since,kim and ann are probably the best members in the place i very much so request living here.
I agree with some of the reviews but most of them are from when the previous management company was here. NALS took over in april of olast year and yes they may have a few issues but what company does not. Everytime I call the office or request anything it gets done. The girls in the office are great and respond right away to any issues I may have. I like living here and will continue to.
Terrible place ... its expensive. . terribly run office people dont know how to take care of the customers .. the maintenance guys dont know what they are doing half the time .. especially Kim shes really mean. . if you have any other options to live somewhere else then take it... I think one star is to much credit for them
