My mom lives in the complex. She really enjoys it. Shes been there for several years now. Its always nice and well kept.

I have been here about six months and have seen this place decline. Current management and staff are rude and disrespectful, and don’t seem concerned with helping.

I moved in about a month ago. I really enjoy living here. They have lots of activities lot of good informative information. And most of all our manager Christine is just so attentive and wonderful I really appreciate that thats very rare to find management that cares about their tenants.. I greatly give a 5-star on this property

Christine Brown, property manager, is such a delight to work with. Her professionalism and outgoing personality lead to an outstanding customer service experience. Im certain that her attention to detail and general concern for their residents helps to ensure the most pleasant living environment possible. I would not hesitate to make Attiva Winterhaven my home!

From the start, Bo Santos has been very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and provided excellent customer service. My dad and I finally made it out to get a tour and we met Christine and Cathy, also so wonderful and welcoming! The only reason why we did not apply is because there was no availabilty for what we needed at the time. But luckily, we did find a unit at one of their sister properties at Valley View, also excellently managed and we will be moving in!

I like all the staff they are very helpful. Bo always text me to inform me when I have package in the office. Gabriel is so professional and a very hard worker I just love him. Christine always goes out of her way to help the residents.

The company I work for provides service for Attiva Winterhaven and the manager, Christine is the absolute best! She is always the sweetest and cares a great deal about her property and tenants! We adore her!

My mother-in-law has been a resident of Attiva Winterhaven for the past two years. She has a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, that is just perfect for her! There have been many upgrades and additions to the property over the past year...remodeled apartments with new appliances and countertops, a new patio area behind the clubhouse, and new sidewalks and landscaping. The residents are very friendly, and you couldnt find a nicer and more attentive manager and staff. Christine always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy and well taken care of! There are a variety of activities for those who enjoy socializing, and the convenience of many restaurants and shopping centers in the immediate vicinity. We are so happy that my mother-in-law has made her home at Attiva Winterhaven.

I just moved in recently and I love the office staff. The amenities are wonderful. I would recommend living here my friends and family. Christine, Bo and Gabriel are SUPER AWESOME!!!

The staff is very friendly, kind and attentive. If there is a problem the staff always takes care of it. The property is always kept extremely clean. We are excited and can’t wait for the new pool to open. I really enjoy the activities and look forward to new upcominng events scheduled. Maintenance is pleasant and is always kind.

I have been at Attiva Winterhaven for seven months. Life is great. I just had another friend rent an apartment here also. Laura, Stephanie, Imen, Jake are all so friendly and helpful. My doggie, Emma Sue, knows almost everyone here and so happy. Recent improvements are wonderful and more to come. We are hoping to stay here for many years to come!!
