My dad ilved at siegel suites cambridge but the bad suff is was the to much bugs

Amazing place to stay! we have been here 2 days and have not had a single problem, only thing was our fridge went out, we put a maintenance order in, and they were out asap! very very friendly man came in and fixed the problem for us :) VERY professional staff, great location! i feel very much at home, and safe! keep up the amazing work guys!!!

This apartment is the best! it reminds me of visiting my dad and he lived there and when i turn 16 and up im finna move here this is super nostalgic

Its not in the best area but if you have ever lived in a bad neighborhood its not terrible. You do need to be comfortable being around some drugs, homeless people, and every now and then a possible shooting usually from next door.

This is a general message to anyone looking to rent anywhere in the world, especially long term. I remember living in my first apartment, not here, that place was infested with roaches, bed bugs and mice. I hate pest so I got out as soon as possible. Now when ever I go somewhere new, I always do my own thorough inspection of a unit, before I HAND ANYONE MONEY! You have the right to ask to look at any unit before you pay. FYI if manager refuses to let you see before you pay, then leave! Never rent there! Furthermore I always try to keep a caulking gun and caulk on hand at all times. Why? YOU can be certain if see any kind of crack or holes along baseboards and walls, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE ROACHES! A caulk gun only cost like $5 and the caulk itself is very cheap. So you have the power to alleviate your pest problem yourself, if management does nothing or doesnt care. Usually sealing all holes in the unit along with cleanliness will help.

If you dont have any other option this will do but be careful and pay attention to your surroundings. Lots of interesting people in these apartments and in the area. Mind your own business and keep your doors locked.

The staff is either lazy or incompetent. It took them over 2 weeks to fix the AC. The refrigerator has been broken for 3 weeks and counting and they have done absolutely nothing about the rat that we have told them about for a month. We have even shown them pictures and videos of it and they still don’t address it. Stay anywhere else if you have the ability to.

Horrible! The 1st apt they gave us 251 Dont stay on that side of the building ; weed smokers, parties til 2am loud people unsafe someone knocking on my door at 2am . Then the manager moved us to quieter sides by pool but bugs, water off every other day fixing something, smokers outside my door who were rude when you ask due to health issues or your smelling weed. The neighborhhood ugh homeless park next door not safe for walkers walking to bus or store even at night !Cops showed up in the complex every other day security no control at night over the parties, cops at the homeless park you cant go out. at night Will never stay there am demanding my deposit back

Been at this location for a few years now. The rent goes up AT LEAST every quarter. Started at 202$, now at 260$. They have a single wash room with 10 washers, of the 10, 3 are very low capacity front loaders, and at least 3 others are out of order at all times, leaving 4 washers for some 100 plus rooms. The office staff were recently all let go and replaced for some type of scheme. The have one side of the complex with covered parking that like 4 people use, about 5% of its capacity and now they saying pay for that or get towed.... I came here because I had an emergency situation... I assume like most people who end up here... but because of the increases, its difficult to save to get the hell out of here.... I know your thinking it will just b temporary... but it wont b, its a trap, dont come here please

Note* I had one of the better rooms. Arrive BEFORE 10am to secure an apartment that doesnt make your skin crawl. Sam and Tami were very nice in the front office! With that being said, they do not accept appointments, as its first come, first serve. I was told there were very few microwaves left, because they keep breaking and we dont replace them, so be ready to cook stove top. The knobs on the stove were coated in grease. It looked like I had dipped my fingers into a tub of Vaseline. Regardless of the toilets freshness seal, there was dried urine around the outside of the bowl. There was lots of random hair in the bathroom and kitchen (including the freezer). Sticky spots were left on the bathroom counter. The best part: I am currently winning in the BED BUG battle I took on staying here. This place may save you a few bucks, as I was quoted $190 for the smallest one bedroom apartment available. After fees and taxes, I paid $289. No price paid though, is worth dealing with bed bugs. Steer clear.

I live here at Cambridge and I love it, we have a nice big pool my apartment is great the staff and management are all very nice and helpful. I recommended this place to my friend and she is now living here and loves it. You cant beat the price, with everything included works out great for my budget plus, there is no lease you can pay weekly or monthly what ever works best for the tenant. I am perfectly happy here, thats all i need to say.

I just went to visit a friend, some kids were playing outside. Some people were chatting outside. Not the classiest place but not horrid either. The furnished apartment was comfy. Good size for 1 person living.

This is the third Seigal Suites Ive moved into. And out of the three this one is by far the best.. The rooms are descent sized.. The staff is very friendly. . The landscape and curb appeal is kept up nicely. . There are roaches here and there but nothing different than catching an ant or a spider like you will occasionally find in any residence. .. The pool is really pretty big and really nice .. The staff is very strict on who lives here so theres really not to many problems on this property. .It is really isnt a bad place to live.. To be totally honest the thing I love the most about this particular location is very convenient...

A friend moved in. High priced for 2nd floor. Elderly woman on fixed income. Barely making enough money to pay the rent. Small, furnished, someone tried to break in. On a side street so not bad traffic wise!

The staff was wonderful. Security was available at night and kept things feeling safe. The staff inside the office was helpful and tried to help with what they could. The only real complaint was the roaches and there was quite a few. I have stayed at other places where the problem was more in control. Overall I would still choose this place. The yard area was maintained and everything looked nice.

Checked in and they were very polite n helpful. Not sure of this place yet and will re rate in the future.

A friend of mine stayed at Siegel Suites. She told me that shell definitely stay there again when she comes back to Vegas in 3 months. I picked her up from there a couple times. The grounds and parking area were clean and well maintained.

Horrible smell of musk in the apartment 360 made it unlivable. It made EVERYTHING we own that we brought in smell like stale smoke and then cleaning chemicals that are trying to cover it up. There were an uncountable amount of roaches over the three nights we managed to stay even though we paid for the full week upfront. Two nights I woke up to a roach crawling on me and countless other times they crawled out from the very thing I went to go pick up. At the time we were desperate to get into somewhere cheap for the week and the women in the front office were extremely nice and they are really what is deserving of 5 star customer service. Unfortunately the place was just a health hazard.

This property is nice on the outside but their units are roach infested and unfinished. I had two holes in my walls under both my sinks and the whole unit itself had gaps between baseboards and bent knobs and cabinets. We shouldnt have to pay those prices to be uncomfortable. I work for Siegal but I will not stay in their apartments again

Ive experienced horrendous treatment from apartment complexes but this one was by far the worst. Everything from the staff to the living conditions were Beyond reprehensible. Tami is the biggest fake person ever and Rafael the general manager is beyond disturbing. I had neighbors that literally fired guns in their apartment and upon bringing this up he told me theyd be evicted soon as opposed to calling any kind of authority. They allow hookers and drug dealers to live there and when its brought up they pretend like it doesnt happen. I would sooner sleep behind a dumpster and go back to this complex.

Seigal Suites Cambridge is one of the many different Siegel properties encompasses this city. Its unfortunately in the not so great part of town but still is a viable option for immediate housing.

I have lived here almost 8 and half years.and it never has been as bad as it is now. roaches.bed bugs and creepy looking people. The only time Rafael comes out of his office is when things involve the police like the lady that went running down the parking lot screaming hes trying to kill, or about the ambulance and police showing up for one of the apts around the corner from us. Drug raid that got so much stuff out of the apt.,before that the detectives checking this car and pulling 2 guns out from under the seat. I could go on and on. today is the first day I have internet since I paid my bill 6 days ago. Thank God Tami is gone and now they have to get rid of Rafael.

This place is the worst place to live or work they treat the meth and heroin using tenants better than the clean goal driven employees. As a previous worker for this property I would hear tenants complain about roaches and bed bugs daily. Also I hear some of the employees buy drugs from the tenants which makes being a clean athlete working for this company very difficult. Its obvious some of the workers there are using hard drugs. So if your a honest person looking to live clean and safe this is not the place STAY FAR AWAY.

Theres two Siegel suites on the same street but this one is the better option. Looks more modern or updated.

The room had a full kitchen and plenty of living space for a short term stay.

Been here one night so far, loved the way the room looked and the location seemed nicer than the old apartment I was at. Walked into the bathroom last night, and turned the light on.. My horror as I watched around 10 cock roaches run and hide.

Picked up a friend to go out. Place seemed pretty sketchy with a scary clientele. Not sure I would recommend it at all.

Cock roaches and crack heads. They had the audacity to say that I didnt pay for my room. I checked in during the day (8/21/15) and left to attend to matters. When I arrived back to the room after dark, the cock roaches showed their presence. The property owes me a can of RAID. The staff assured me that this was the better and more quiet than the Siegel up the street. At 6:15 am Saturday, the next morning, some lady was screaming outside of my room. When I looked to see what was going on, her and her boyfriend had some drama and she leaves the property carrying a box. Sunday night I get a phone call and it was the property manager. She said she had no proof of me paying for the week. She stated she even went back to check the camera. Heres where the scam comes in. I specifically paid (too much) because they didnt give change, I didnt want a credit there so I went to my car and got $.52 cent. I paid $275.52 for one week. It was $199 for the week and a cleaning fee.. apparently the person before me didnt pay the fee. So they threatened to kick me out of the room unless I showed proof of payment (which they never gave me). I ended up leaving earlier that day actually to an Air BNB. So much happier. My money Im sure went to meth or crack or both. They really dont deserve one star.

Ive lived here for 1 1/2 years. There are tons of roaches and dirt. The rugs are so dirty, if you wet them and put a white towel on it, the towel will turn black. The area isnt too bad and there is a park extremely close. There are plenty of stores close and the staff (currently) are nice. The prices for everything keep changing and they hardly tell you anything. I dont recommend talking to most of the nuts here, but there are still some decent families here.

These temp apts. Say internet yet not all places here get the internet but all have to pay the same so go some where else.

I enjoyed my stay there. Very spacious and accommodating.

Failure at the front desk resulted in two vets and their kids sleeping in a van. Fake smiles and terrible service. Tami was unhelpful and rude. Very upset our time and money was wasted and the time of US VETS. Disgusting and ridiculous.

Bed bugs roaches rats and the worst customer service of all time. The general manager Rafael is a pathetic excuse when it when it comes to customer service. The staff is absolutely deplorable and the accommodations are less than meager. I wouldnt recommend this place even if I was paid to do so. I would recommend sleeping on a park bench before renting a place here.

If you are not affraid of different multiple Ethnic groups in the neighborhood and living next to you this is not a bad spot been here over a year pretty quite other then normal big city issues lots of police in the area, walking security guard at night, 1 bedroom apartment not bad for 2, roaches not out of control like most reviews say on here kill maybe 3 to 4 a day around the drains not bad for living in the dessert where they walk the streets like humans, mintues from anything you want, no contract so if you looking for a motel style living temporarily or permanent this is a good spot i stayed in alot worse in this country. Look at the pictures on here that is what it does look like.

It is the most great and wonderful as place to ever live at in Las Vegas Nevada it is great guests they do great background checks the maintenance is wonderful the pools are sparkling and everyone here is great this is a wonderful place to go to great prices at a decent rate

The worst place I have ever lived I could not even stay my faince an I left after 4 days ps no refund ethier or sorry they are a roach hotel if u want real biz dont stay where u are not wanted oh ya the sad part is i stayed up raiding the place ened up in the e.r over it

The staff is nice, but the location is horrid. The park accross the street is filled with homeless people, and the many of the people living there are only one step above. Had to call the cops on one the room next door, took them three weeks to throw them out. We were glad when we left.

The accomodations were great. They took the time I needed for freah sheets, and roomservice. The place was fairly quiet and no disturbances. I might have gone on a good week, but it was pleasant none the less.

I like it, great location. Weight room, pool, laundry room and plenty of parking.The only thing I hate is these damn kids throwing rocks at our doors, I wish management would outlaw these bad kids or at least the parents of these kids!!!!!!!!!!!!

A coworker is living there and I dropped him off. He does enjoy living there and says it is friendly and clean.

I just wanted to let everybody know that this place is a bad place to live the neighbors is always loud at night and you cant sleep and the staff doesnt do anything about it, people steals other peoples stuff, and the carpet never gets replaced in the apartments so that attracks the bugs and they never fix up the floors or anything. Every sinse we lived here we have been getting really sick and bittin by bugs. The staff doesnt care about there tennants all they care about the money and thats it, they say that this is a zero tolerance place but that is a lie. Alot of crime happens here. I dont recommend anybody living here. Dont waste your money here they are a ripoff.

Area - For it to be in this area its actually not too bad.Theres really not a lot of noise other than kids playing in the afternoon, security actually does their job so theres never any strange people around at night.Staff - Most of the staff is friendly at the front desk and the maintenance guys are cool too. Only had maybe 1 weird experience with the front desk in the long term period I was here for.Wifi - Is $13 dollars for the “faster speed”, but it’s slow and extremely unreliable. Whatever device you have will probably get kicked off every 20 minutes regardless if there’s a lot of people on the Wifi or not.Price and Room - The room that I had wasnt spectacular. It had green carpet thats been pretty beat up, however it was clean. Every now again you see a small bug, they come and spray sometimes for free. For the price that you pay its understandable what you get. Plus theres the convenience of rooms typically being available quickly.*Random Inconveniences and Strange Things• About every two weeks there’s water maitinence on the building, they turn the water off for about 4 hours.• When we had to put in a work order for our light switch to be fixed in the bathroom (it was old and broke off, the light/fan was on in the bathroom and couldn’t be turned off) it took them about a week to finally come and fix the issue. We called everyday for them to fix it.• No microwave inside the rooms.• Some rooms are renovated while others aren’t, you could be paying the same as your neighbor however they have hard wood floors and new appliances while you have green carpet and mismatched furniture.To sum it UpPROS - Cheap living, free cable and amenities are included in rent. You save money if you pay for a whole month if you plan on staying for a while. No rent contract or security deposit. The apartments themselves are pretty quiet other then kids playing when they get out of school. Security enforced all night as soon as the office closes. Also it’l has a lot of places in walking distance.CONS - Area is bad, lots of homeless people and crackheads. Police are always arresting someone. The park next to the building has some weird things that go on at night and lots of roamers sleeping there. You flip a coin when you get a room, it could be renovated or look kind of weird. Oh yeah and there’s a really big pool it’s really nice but there’s ducks that pretty much live in it...so no one uses it. Been here for about 4 month and i haven’t seen anyone use it.

I love this place Ive lived here for about 8 months now i love the property manager and all the staff tammy is the best up front and she remembers your name after going to the office like 2 times the maintenance lives on site in case of emergencies and alot of the staff live on site as well so theres not alot of problems and you get security 5 times a week and the rent is cheep after 30 days the first 30 are the hardest just because they make you pay hotel taxes after that it drops alot

Diamond in the rough. Rooms are so/so but they are upgrading / remodeling them as people leave. Personally been there for 3 years while house hunting as its only 5 minutes from my work. Several factors have played a part in my continued residence. The management doesnt let riff raff in and it is the only place around that doesnt have the police there every night.

The wifi isnt that great, and the ladies in the office arent very pleasant sometimes. But the rooms were clean, and no bed bugs or anything.

OMG, what a trashy dump and it doesnt cost $199 a week, more like $1000 a month or more. They forget to tell you about all the up charges..no bedding, it is in a horrible area, homeless people in the park 24/7, cops everyday. I stayed a few weeks and found a normal apt community..you can stay at Excaliber or Luxor cheaper than this roach infested hell hole. Disgusting

The place is full of roaches and meth heads. When I was moving out,(thank God), I set my fan down to put some other things in the back of the car. Within seconds some one had stolen it. They also fine u, if the wind takes a top to a soda, out of your hand. Prostitution and drug sales are fine however. Manager was great though! As long as u dont mind seeing SWAT outside ur window, or police every day, this is a great place to live. Was there almost a year.

Staff is ok Average weekly average rooms bad neighborhood but main reason for low star rating is the bugs. Worst roach problem ive ever seen several different species both german and flying cockroaches these things even bite. No matter how clean you keep your unit theyre everywhere. Cant leave food out for 2 seconds without them being in it. They even get inside the fridge and microwave. Yuck.

Use to be the FALLS APT. In 2007 was real nice, Siegle took over, renting out weeklies, manager was doing Meth, creepy place now

So I can deal with roaches to a point... but when I put my pizza on the counter for just a moment to go pee and then there are roaches on it when im done is not cool... that Infested!!!! and not even 3mins later a Rat not a mouse Runs across the room from the bedroom to under the stove!!! Then my friends pulls back the sheets of the bed and there was visible bed bugs and moving!!! Ewwwww!!!! we slept in our rental for the night in the parkinglot... TRUR STORY

The roaches are real and the free Wi-Fi is not. At 1/2 the price the Wi-Fi is not worth it. Did anyone ever live at the end of an airport runway? Well here its LouD! And there seems to be zero noise insulation between floors you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes.

Could be better if your roommate wasnt rouches.

I stayed in one of their rooms and it had a mouse in the room it kept going inside the wall. The staff just put some sticky traps in the suite and they never came to check back.

Old, beat up, cleaned decently for the area.

They have the biggest coc roaches iv ever seen and bed bugs that bite like fleas. The cleaning people couldnt wait to throw my things away and keep the rest.

Clean rooms and great office staff

Nasty and infested with cockroaches rented a room Thursday and when I got off work and turned on the lights I seen roaches everywhere so I decided to bomb the place that 1st night and still didnt make to much of a difference its now its my 2nd night and I bombed again and I still havent slept there yet but I paid $300 for a renovated room here but The point is This property is infested with Cockroaches so dont waist your money or time unless you dont mind a buch of roommates around…👎🏽👎🏽😑
