If I could rate this apartment 10 stars I would. Amanda is AMAZING!!! I moved here from NYC and Im surprised how helpful Amanda is. She helped me with the process of getting things done and even went extra mile just to make sure everything will be smooth with my transition. When I moved in, the apartment was sparkling clean and smell so fresh. I have no words, this apartment and the management are so amazing. Im so happy and very much satisfied with the service of the management and the condition of the apartment. Thank you Amanda :)

Upon move-in, my new apartment was spotless, and all of the appliances, carpet and paint were brand new! Amanda, the property manager, is the BEST!. Her professionalism, thoroughness and straightforward ethic made the move-in experience more than comfortable. Manny, the lead maintenance man, is very skilled, professional and a top-notch person just like Amanda. They really made me feel welcome and at home. I got really lucky finding an apartment here at the Oasis!

Close to strip quiet place

I have lived here for a year and I can say it was the best move we made, Amanda and Manny are the best and are always on top of maintenance requests. Compared to my last apartment (which was a nightmare office staff and maintenance) this place is the best. All maintenance requests have been for me taken care of same day and almost in the same hour! If they have an opening you should definitely take it asap or someone else will! .

Our apartment is beautiful! We love it even though it is older. We can see Mandalay Bay from our apartment and out neighbors are super quiet. There is enough room for our kids and us, and the bedrooms are HUGE. The master has a walk in and garden tub and the hallway bathroom is sized well. My only complaint is that since we live in the back corner of Koval, if there is an event, we are stuck for a little while because of all of the traffic. Thank you Mrs.Amanda! We are very thankful for you and your hard working staff!

Lovely neighborhood was just visiting! Was wondering if you guys have a credit forgiveness system?

Unfortunately we all received bankruptcy notices on the building and at any given time may have to vacate with very little 30 day notices and find another place to live. Dont know whats going on except cant sign a new lease in December.Must do month to month soon!!!!Dont recommend anyone move here considering what us “already here” renters may have to deal with very soon!Office staff and maintenance guys are beyond lovable and sweet but they too may have to face a sudden dismissal as well.Such a shame I (WE) love our home its Strip location its crime free atmosphere our friendly neighbors and the many wilds of “roaches on stilts” running amuck outside but none inside!!~sigh~ time will tell...........
