Husband and I are moving in on October. I can’t comment yet on the apartment/community itself but… I can say that the people from the leasing office are very nice and helpful. They are making our move so easy. They are very easy to talk to. Cant wait to see the apartment in person.

Living at V Lane is amazing! I looked for weeks trying to find a good place for me and my little brother to live. V Lane came across my search and I fell in love! Our front office ladies Satya and Elizabeth are amazing and are so fast at responding. They really made our moving in experience effortless. Maintenance is quick to respond, and always help us out when needed. There is always parking, and it’s in a safe neighborhood. You can’t go wrong moving into the V Lane apartments, we love it here! 😍

Having not lived in an apartment community for many many years, we had recently sold our home and decided to look into an apartment again until we decided our next home purchase. Wanting to stay close to our business and the area we looked at many apartment communities and none compared to V Lane. While others always seem to come wrapped in fancy packages so did their high prices and none gave us that “home” like feeling like V Lane does. Everyone from the management to the maintenance team have been so very kind and helpful. The community is small so you get to know who lives within your complex. I love that it is a gated community, as well as all the beautiful amenities they offer from the lovely pool with cookout and lounge area, to the doggie park that we use quite often and the hammocks to relax which is my favorite!!!! The community is kept clean and extremely well maintained at all times which is something I personally was concerned about. Having 24hr maintenance on property is a bonus. The interior of the apartments are just beautiful and so modern. Definitely today’s style with the stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry. We just love it here and you will to!

Im a current tenant with V Lane. I love it here. The office staff is great. Ive been knowing these ladies for over 5 years. Their very caring and helpful and always on their toes. The maintenance staff is great and always right on time. Never have to wait even on emergency calls. The property is very clean and the tenants are great!! Its nice and quiet and feels very much like home. The apartments are very nice inside for the price. GREAT!!! 😇🥰💯

Relocating myself and my family from Iowa without ever having put one foot in Las Vegas was really stepping into the unknown. Finding a nice home, in a safe neighborhood that was close to work and UNLV was what I needed.Moving to V Lane apartments gave me all of that and more! Its clean, quiet, well lit at night, no rodents, bugs or any other things that crawl. Im use to living in a house but, this apartment makes apartment living easy. The staff are also friendly and responsive.I LOVE all the amenities and, I get all of this without going broke. BEST Choice!

I have lived at V-Lane for almost a year and a half now, and I love it. If I ever have any questions or concerns, the leasing office is quick to respond. The other tenants that live near me are very kind, and it is a quiet community. It is also a safe and clean community and centrally located. You are less than 10 minutes away from Galleria Mall and only 3 minutes away from Walmart and Sam’s Club. I would highly recommend V-Lane!

I highly recommend this place. I lived at V Lane for almost 2 years but recently moved out because my job relocated me. The girls in the office were awesome and assisted me during my move out process. I would definitely come back!

I have been here for 3 months and I am very happy with both my home and the office staff! The apartments are clean, quiet, the girls in the office are really on it when it comes to my questions and requests. Pool is always clean and nice, the gym is pretty well stocked for the size. overall very happy with my choice to live at Vlane.

Im a resident here at V Lane Apartments. I want to say thanks to Matt hes a maintenance tech at this property. Hes an outstanding person and he takes care of us. But i want people to realize these maintenance technicians are only working with the tools theyre given. Im pretty sure they would all love to do much more for us. These are good hard working people that are probably underpaid every time I see them in this HOT Las Vegas weather with sweat dripping off their noses theyre doing what they can to better our residence. Thanks again!!!

Been here for a few months now and just wanted to say how great it is living here. Response time is always fast, and everyone is friendly. I would recommend everyone to check this place out. Front desk girls are very kind and Matt is really helpful when it comes to the service.

Took a tour of the community and the service was by far the best I am experienced in the area. Jonathan showed me around the community and it looks like the maintenance staff did really good on the updates inside. Not to mention he was able to give me a lot of recommendations on the area for food and night life outside of just the strip. Recommend at least taking the time to look at the community.

I recently moved from California and could not be happier that I chose V lane. I had been looking around the area for a while, and V Lane was at the top of my list so I called and schedule a tour. The staff, Jonathan and Lauren, were very helpful and the area is in a good location with easy access to the highway for my commute. Highly recommend V lane for anyone looking to move into the Las Vegas area.

This place is amazing! The apartments are absolutely beautiful, and the staff is sooo friendly. I was able to see the apartment with the Manager Lauren. She was so kind and I was gracious she took time out of her busy day to show me around- you can definitely tell she cares about the community and the residents. I would highly recommend anyone new to the area to take a look around these homes.

I am looking at relocating to the Las Vegas area and called several communities. Jonathan and Tiffany in the office were great to work with and took the time to Facetime me for a tour since I wouldn’t be able to come into the office prior to my relocation. Their staff really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for even though I was not ready to lease an apartment at that time because the details of my job are not confirmed just yet. If everything works out well this is definitely the place I will go!

We moved here from California recently and we LOVE it here! Its been so easy to settle in. Leasing office managers are very sweet and friendly and they do cute activities for the families every once in a while, which I think is great since its a perfect way to meet some of the other residents that have kids as well. All of the stores we usually went to in California are all so extremely close here so I dont even have to walk/drive far so its another plus when Im in a hurry. Thanks for taking care of us! I wish V Lane more success!

I’ve been a Las Vegas resident for a month now and this is my first apartment complex I’ve lived in and i love. To start off the staff is absolutely helpful. Jonathan has made everything so easy for us from whatsoever. You also have Laura who is extremely understanding and met all our needs before moving in. The area is nice and quiet and is conveniently close to different shops and the airport. I would definitely recommend The V Lane Apartments if you are looking for a nice and quiet environment to live in.

Beware. They will quote prices that they wont honor later. Offer a 6 month lease and then after they get your application fee and deposit say they rarely give 6 month leases....then do not even mention it!!! Manager did give the deposit back but only because I asked for it! It was never offered. Just beware of what they offer and what you are actually signing for.

The staff is very friendly but my rent was 750 when Aspen Square Management came it went up. They never added anything to my apt just added trees and planted some flowers on the outside. They asked me did i want a new apt for 1100 i refused. The water there smells like sewage. Roaches come through the sinks. The ac ducts suck hot in certain rooms in summer. My car got broken in b4. Constant water shut offs. Lots of Mexicans take over the pool. Trash on the ground I wouldnt recommend moving there its not worth the money.

I recently moved into the apartments and couldnt be happier with my new home. The renovations are great and whenever I have had a maintenance issue, the office staff and maintenance team have taken care of the issue quickly. It is definitely a nice change from my previous apartment.

The worst property management company ever!!!

Was looking for a last minute lease due to some unforeseen circumstances, and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Tiffany, the new property manager, was amicable and straightforward. Ive had some less than great experiences in the past, so it was great to have no anxiety surrounding the move.

I give 5 stars to new management. Since they came to this apartments, it turned to much better. Maintenance do their job perfect and immediately after you ask for help. The agents in leasing office are very helpful and friendly. In unexpected situation they treat their residents with maximal care (for instance, when water accidentally was turned off due to some unpredictable problem with pipe, they provided us with bottled water and food). Also, apartments are under great repairing program. More over, I can say, you can be sure that you will not be cheated.Thanks for Johnathan, Jemmie and Laura

Very quiet neighborhood. I love how close it is to the freeway, but dont really have a lot of traffic from it. The staff is always helpful and maintenance is friendly! Glad I chose to live at V Lane.

I just have to say this place has had a total turn around. The new company has done nothing but make things happen, the new manager Jenny is absolutely wonderful and patient. I really appreciate everything they are doing to make this a great place to live! Loving all the updates.

I have recently relocated from NYC to Las Vegas and after looking at a dozen apartments I decided on V Lane. I have to say I am so happy I have made this decision, everything from the incredible staff in the leasing office (which made moving cross country so much easier with answering every question and making sure everything was set and ready on my move in day) to the amazing amenities here at V Lane have made living in this newly renovated apartment complex that much better. The staff is incredible, the newly renovated apartments are abosulty stunning offering stainless steel appliances and very spacious living quarters. I feel anyone looking for a place to live in Las Vegas should stop by and check out the incredible V Lane Apartments.

I just moved into V Lane Appartments about a month ago and I have to say Nicole and everyone in the office was so pleasant and helpful. Its a great community to live in and the people are very friendly. The Maintenance staff has been excellent as well, Phill was very kind and honest and got my issue fixed right away. The customer service is above anthing I have seen at any other apartment community. The community is always well maintained which shows that the staff cares just as much as we do. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to live to look into V Lane Apartments.

I live here at these apartments and I have never had any issues. But starting about 2-3weeks ago peoples cars have been getting broken into. Rocks have thrown through tenants cars shattering there car windows and even window shields. Luckily for me it hasn’t happened to me but I am constantly worried my vehicle will be next. Management does not believe you when you tell them this happened on property and quite frankly they are not doing anything about this. So park at your own risk basically at your own home. We have security but not sure where there at when all this is going on.

I work late and like that I can reserve my own parking spot so when I get back the spot is there for me. It looks nice and I like living here.

I love love love living here. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. Its small and quiet and close to the school which I love so it makes my commute quick.The people in the office are very nice and always seem to be so helpful.

Ever since new a management company bought this property I’ve felt like all they do is cause problems for the residents that were here before them. The office staff is always rude and condescending as if you as a resident asking them to do their job is an inconvenience. they try to make unnecessary “upgrades” resulting in their incompetent staff causing more harm than good. ( no water for 9 hours without warning because they couldn’t dig the hole for the new tree in the correct spot) it’s extremely loud at all hours of the day. We moved here because it was quiet and it even says a “tranquil” place to live on the website which is FALSE. The office will call you with random charges they can’t explain when you ask them but if you don’t pay them there will be more late fees. If I could break my lease I would. Don’t let them fool you too

I love this location so much!! I feel very safe and their pool is great! Staff is friendly and helpful!!!

After living there for close to 2 years, I realized that this place only got worse month to month. Trash dumpsters are rarely empty, some of the tendance have way to many kids living in a some confined space and the parking is terrible. Gym just opened after 2 years from the initial date and the security walks around smoking weed and sometimes sitting in their car on their phone. The staff in the lease department has changed multiple times. People smoking in the area becomes a little overwhelming. Prices only increased month to month because of water usage.

I wish I could give them zero stars went applied there was approved went inside to give them my deposit and holding fee everything was fine while doing business over the phone until they seen I was black everything changed I went from being approved to my check stubs are fake the mnger carla continued to lie and say my employers number was wrong but yet she didnt call and had changed the last four digits of my employers number that I provided them ....When she spoke to my supervisor she was very rude and disrespectful tells him that he does not have a rel business because we dont have a website ? She then told him she wont be renting to me he provided her with a email so he can feel out the employment she refused so when I called Carla back to get a understanding to why she is being so rude to me and my employers she had no clue they just sent me the recorded call and she is a very disrespectful unprofessional manager I dont give my bank statements out I provided her with my check stubs my bank statements dont generate until the 5 of that next month Carla want my bank statement for march I dont have march yet because it has not been generated yet I offered to send her February 2017 most recent sue refused and from the jump told me to come and get my deposits back at CH I had no problem doing considering the fact that the manager was that rude I was not intersected no longer sue constantly kept me on hold for long periods or time pass five minuets Carla would pick up and hang up there is absolutely Something wrong with this complex tpu approve a ressedint then try and find a way to not allow them to move in ? Hmmmk strange I must say Carla ran away a resident but whats crazy is Carla claims I had fake check stub I went to the same manamgment company MISSION ROCK ONE YOUR SISTER COMMUNITIES AND WAS APPROVED WITH NO ISSUES WHAT SOEVER I WONT SAY WHERE I WENT BUT I MUST SAY THEY HAD ALOT TO SAY ABOUT CARLA BEING THE MANAGER .....Carla shows she cares about no one but yet self and is only trying to get people she wants in that apartment complex because again I went to on the same corporation one of there sister communities and they also are confused to why I would get approved but treated like this and not allow to move in after I pad deposits and holding fees if you are African american Run dont bother I was treated this way because they were able to finally see my skin color once I showed my face inside the office then Carla stared acting different but thats OK go does not like ugly and karma is a u know why .....

I am very happy here, the new company has changed the community a lot from what they were. They will look pretty at night when you are driving inside and also during the day. Jonathan always helps me and speaks Spanish very well, he is there if you need something. As I said, I am happy here and I would like to live here for a long time.

I lived in these apartments for a year and it was the worst thing I did in my life are the most goodbyes people I have ever met, the welcome of the give very well is just things that happen the first month and take everything that with cheerful face you They make me wait until they smile, I didnt have any good experience on the contrary until when I left and handed them everything ok they found charges k according to them I had to pay for cleaning the folder

Very bad experience I lived here for 3 years everything was fine until these new owners arrived, they do not have anyone who speaks Spanish and they charge you everything I would not recommend this place to anyone
