Rebbeca and Joan in were so efficient and helpful they are both asset to company
The apartments are very large and stylish. The landscape is well maintained and it is nice taking a walk around the complex. The balconies are also large enough that you can sit on the patio comfortably with 2 chairs and a table. The staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys get to your request the same day. Living here is worth every penny of my rent, which is very reasonable.
Love living here but building hallways and grounds upkeep is very lax especially the hallways not swept on a regular basis lots of leaves and debris. Washed once in 18 minths and not all of them. Apartments are great management settling in but daily upkeep neglected. Maintenance has improved and activities improved.
Sonoma Palms has beautiful landscape and neat. I live here for 4 years :-) Sonoma Palms is very good for 55+ and older people to reside there. Also Sonoma Palms has swimming pool I go swimming and sunbathing often during summer time. I get plenty vitamin D from sun good for older people need strong bones. Sonoma Palms has friendly staff and maintenance group. Thumb Up 👍🏻
Management is adequate. Our so called clubhouse closes down at 5pm every night not opened on Sunday. The grounds are in desperate need of work.
This place is not what its cracked up to be. They dont fix thing in the apartment fast. People are getting bit by scropions and spiders daily. They are changing the name to hide from the complaints. Please check before moving. New name Rock Springs.
It looks nice but ownership of this property needs to be more reactive to the residents. The new management, so far, has been just dismissive and somewhat rude since they got here. I pay my rent, keep my unit clean and in great condition, and from all indications, that is not enough. Im out!
This is the worse place to live in Las Vegas, they take money from defenseless disabled seniors. Scorpions are in the apartments. I was stung. Management is not good to residents. They fix nothing in your apartment but charge you for everything when you move out. Do not move here. This is the worse place I have ever lived.
The staff is no longer interested in residents. Took all activities away, close clubhouse by 5pm. Landscape is over growing the sidewalks, halls and elevators are nasty, its a good place to die.
I need to used the restroom and some old lady was really rude for no reason lol and I had a mask 😷 on like posted on the door 🚪
Moved in 2 months ago, regret it.. Noise from visitors car alarms parked in front of my bedroom window keeps me on edge. Being startled awake several times a night is very nerve wracking. Was told I would have new carper, after signed lease I was then shown apartment, no new carpet, manager said sorry, she made a mistake. The halls ways are nasty and stink and the hallway lighting is reduced due to the amount of bugs in side the globe. There are no resident activties to speak of, club house is closed when the staff goes home. I am very unhappy and since I live on SS I can not afford to break my lease, even though I have a letter from my DR. stating the noise is creating a mental health problem for me. I spent 2 days in hospital with a cardic event directly related to my lack of peace and quite in my home.
When I moved in here in 2015, It was a very pleasant. But since new management come it is disgustingly. There’s trash everywhere, the hallways are filthy, the light in hall re filled with dust and bugs. There’s No activities for seniors period. And if they do anything by some odd chance there’s a VERY LOW TURNOUT. RESIDENTS have been accused of breaking in cars, spreading BMS on bathrooms walls, not closing windows....etc. There’s multi family hosing in three sides of this complex. You can sit on patio and watch the teenage jump the walls, according to management it’s the seniors doing all the disdeeds. Gasoline as been emptied from cars, management answer is you have know who’s doing or your are told it’s your fault. The old management were not perfect but at LEASTL there was life in this complex. I doubt on any given day maybe 10 or 12 seniors are in the clubhouse accept for rent days. Management here are rude and at times hateful. They close everything at 5:00pm, so their NOTHING FOR THE SENIORS TO DO. Your advertising so Sonoma Palms is ACTIVE SENIOR LIVING. SOMEONE FROM THE OWNERS OFFICES SHOULD COME AN TALK TO THE RESIDENTS WITHOUT YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM KNOWING. WE WERE ADVISE NOT TO SAY ANYTHING TO THE YEARLY INSPECTION TEAM. HUD HAS SO MANY COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS PLACE ITS NOT FUNNY. THE RESIDENTS HAD A MEETING THEMSELVES CONCERING THE PROBLEMS; WHAT DID RECBECCA DO......SHE SHOULD IN THE HALLWAY LAUGHING AT THE SENIORS. MOST OF THR MANAGEMENT PEOPLE HAS QUIT BECSUSE OF HER POWER TRIPS. IM TRY TO RAISE THE MONEY TO LEAVE THIS PLACE. ITS ASHAME WE HAVE PEOPLE MOVING OUT ON A DAILY BASES.
It is a very beautiful community for people 55 and older. So many activities and very nice staff.
Very helpful and concerned for your needs
Love it
